Meeting Fuad was truly a stroke of luck.Despite the challenges with my haircut, he provides a service that is highly professional, detailed, and kind.Ever since I started coming here, I haven’t gone to any other salon because Fuad always gives me the look that suits me best.The shop’s atmosphere and cleanliness are also excellent, and all the staff are friendly.It’s a place that leaves me feeling good from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave.

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, super helpful staff specially Mr.Mohamed and Mr.Muneer. I visited Soro Lounge for a haircut and routine care. Being selective about my grooming, only two barbers have cut my hair in the past decade. Ahmad did an excellent job with my beard and haircut, and Firdaus was kind in assisting with pedicure and manicure. I highly recommend checking out @soro.lounge and requesting Firdaus and Ahmad—they provide exceptional service.

UPDATE JAN 2023Staff are still very friendly. Ahmed Ayoub took care of my haircut and hair colour and he did a great job. They respected the appointment. 5 stars well deserved.Staff are friendly but they do not take appointments seriously. They made me waste time finding another place to go to get a haircut.

So me and my friends had come from Saudi to Dubai and were looking for a good barber around. Upon searching on Google maps, SOROs rating was the highest. We went there based on the ratings and I am glad that we ended up at this salon. They are super professional, friendly, customer service is top notch, making you feel super relaxed and not to forget their owner, Mr. Mohammed....gem of a person. God bless him and his salon. Guys, just close your eyes and head to this salon if you are looking for a super relaxing experience.

Friendly and attentive staff but lacks skill and confidence in their work. The haircut was bad, had to go to another place to get it fixed. Won’t be coming back there.Edit: I did not get a massage. I didn’t say anything about the haircut cause I didn’t see that it could be done any better. I decided to pay and leave then have discussion about the unpleasant experience. Also I do not appreciate for the salon to stalk me on instagram to try and contact me there.
