I had a terrible experience at this salon, especially with Gulnar and the staff. I was given an appointment time, but they tried to force me to change it last minute. When I expressed my concern, they were extremely rude and even hung up the phone on me. Gulnar outright refused to do my hair for New Year, leaving me stranded at the last moment. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for clients is unacceptable. I do not recommend this salon to anyone who values their time and expects good customer service 👎🏻

If you want your hair to be pulled and burnt come here…I got a body shower when she was washing my hair then started to dry off my wet clothes with a blow dryer.Very aggressive when washing the hair, no gloves and sharp nails, the blow drying was very aggressive as well.They don’t use heat protection and I can see the smoke coming out of the hairdryer so double fry..I specifically came for a hair treatment and left more worried for the state of my hair.Oh and I paid 400dhs, extremely overpriced for such poor service.Not coming back again.

Poor service, unprofessional, inappropriate interaction from the staff, high prices.I pay the same amount of money for a perfect pedi and meni a whole service for a home service with happy, polite and professional staff.I booked 2 days ahead for me and my 10 year old kid they were mocking with each other when my daughter told them she wants a polish similar to the french pedi and meni with a blue color which is *clear* they gave my kid an impression that they do that know how to put polish or do nail art they gave her a missing service for a full price of kids meni and pedi .. I went to treat her at the saloon but they made her and I so disappointed from our first visit.

I was a regular client, until the owner changed. Last week I called the salon to do my nails. She told me that 10:30 wasn’t available and I can come only at 11 am. 10 minutes later she called me back. That her 10 am client changed her mind and wanted to do gelish instead of normal polish. I told her no ! I booked earlier than her, I want my 11 am appointment. She told me oh but the client already started. Then excuse me ! Don’t call me up every 3 months and ask me why I’m not coming ? Clearly shows that your understaff. Staff unhappy and leaving. I’m a morning person, I like to do my services in the morning. Plus my hair dresser also left a couple of months ago. 😒

Honestly my haircut wasn’t worth it, i waited a bit of time to post this review to be sure of how i felt and yeah i’m not very happy with it. some friends even asked me if i cut my hair myself :) my hair was a blank canvas so i felt it was super easy to work with, she didn’t have to deal with any existing layers etc and it still didn’t help. i chose a slightly more expensive salon because i usually never do anything to my hair and i didn’t wanna gamble - and it didn’t turn out so well. avoid getting your hair done here.

Great job but way over priced … i sent pictures of what i wanted to do, and did EXACTLY what we spoke about, and the price they charged was more than double what they quoted me

I went to this saloon recently and I genuinely left unsatisfied. Very unprofessional with their time management. When I was there, there was favoritism between clients. My nail technician left me not even half way through the services that I had requested, to go to this client that was already know in the saloon. I had to wait 30 minutes for another nail technician to continue the service. I requested for nail art that I had to wait 30 minutes for and it did not meet my expectations. Also it very overpriced.

One of my favorite spots to do my nails. They are pro and their art is incredible. The prices are reasonable when it comes to manni and paddi, but the nail art range between reasonable and expensive depending on your choice. The staff are super friendly and they always offer you something to drink. All staff would greet you when you enter or when you leave making you to feel a celebrity😌.

One of the worst experiences. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The receptionist with the glasses was highly rude and the dishonesty with the services and prices is appalling. I don’t see how anyone would ever come back or be a regular customer with such dishonesty. This place is all about price than quality, embarrassing.

Veryyyyy overpriced for veryyyy mediocre quality, staff are unprofessional. Mimi gave me 4 cuts while filing my new nail extentions.They are veryyyyy shady with their prices they give prices randomly depending on their mood and I knew that when i managed to negotiate and make them drop the price from 35 to 20 per nail art. I said to them it was absuuurd to charge me 35 aed per nail for a dot and one simple line.Never going back again not worth it! Sooo many better salons in Dubai with professional russian and ukranian nails experts with reasonable fixed prices.

The overall experience is bad. The place is overpriced for the service that they provide. I did overlay gel, application of gel is so bad, it’s not natural. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Omg I cannot believe such an overpriced please, we are in a pandemic and the technicians are not wearing gloves. As well as while I was getting my pedicure done the technicians hair was on the way, and she didn’t even ask how would I like my nails filed:Very unprofessional cannot believe they have so many ratings. ****LADIES BEWARE****** My friend and I decided to try a new nail spa/salon experience yesterday and walked away feeling taken advantage of and frustrated. I only wanted filing and cutting of cuticles for my nails, which is not a full manicure, and was charged the full price of a classic manicure--90 AED, the technician cut my cuticles to the point of blood on both hands, even though I explained to her that my skin is sensitive especially the cuticle area, so be gentle/careful. She did not adjust her technique after the first cuticle tear on my right hand and just continued the same on my left....my cuticles still burn when I use soap and water to wash---very unskilled technician. And on top of the pain caused, I was still required to pay full price for a service that I did not fully get. For my feet, I chose to do the jasmine spa treatment which was 165, then gelish polish which was 90, and then gel removal for 30. This seems extremely overpriced for what it actually was. I know that we may be paying a bit into the aesthetic of the salon, but if that is the case, then the technicians need to wear uniforms that are not stained, have an overall better professional appearance, and be trained well enough not to inflict pain on their clientele. Also, the prices we were charged and the price list on the IG page do not match. I would recommend spending your hard earned dirhams at another salon, as this one is not worth the hype. OVERPRICED, not good value for the money you spend. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...!!

Got my nails done, wasn’t really too happy with the service considering it was very costly for service that didn’t even meet the basic standard expectations. Uneven nails and very chunky shape. Also multiple occurring mistakes happened during the appointment.

It was one of my fav nail salons, however i saw the nail lady clean the nail equipment in dirty pedicure water and use it on another lady.

Me and my mum had a mermaid mani and pedi and our therapists were - Kristel, Mai, Shanti and Loan, they were really friendly, kind, took realy good care of both me and my mum specially my mum they took extra care of her arthritis and the staff were amazing, these ladies in particular were so amazing and I will only use them and ask for them when I’m in Dubai.. I hope to see you soon the most amazing gently friendly staff xx

They are so overpriced for mediocre work every single time I go to them they change their nail art price not even depending on the nail art itself I’ve been going for 3 years now and it’s just getting worse today I went to get a very simple design that would not even be worth 25 they told me 65 DHS PER NAIL I will not be going to them ever again and I came out unsatisfied

Extremely overrated, prices don’t match the service delivered at all. Service can be found in other salons with much more professionalism and overall experience. Also please don’t let them take advantage of you!! I wasn’t going to mention that but apparently it’s a common practice from what I understood from the other reviews. I asked for an extra mini service thinking it wouldn’t be much in price since they haven’t mentioned any price changes as well, and was surprised with 115AED more on the final bill.Even the decor and chairs used are really old and feels like the owner just put effort in the place when it launched few years back and now leaving it to rotten. There are hundreds of other better salons in Dubai

Their work is wonderful and very proficient in drawing nails. Their treatment is sophisticated and the Al Barsha branch is comfortable, but a prior appointment must be made.

It’s to much expensive triple price than another salon I didn’t recommendI do not recommend it. The price of a hairdryer is 350. They say 150 when I call. Unfortunately, the treatment is not professional.
