Worst first time experience. They will ask you what style of haircut and I showed my previous one but didnt followed it. It seems also that they executed the work in hurry.

Went for a haircut and shave. The barber says he will do a facial and did some treatment. Next thing they are quoting 310 dhs. When I argued with them they said discount so pay 250 dhs. Be careful this is a fraud Saloon.

Hi...I would suggest that this salon needs a training for their staffs. I was treated rudely in this salon; I was asking for a haircut but unfortunately, the barber was not courteous. The way he talk was not friendly, not welcoming, arrogant and seems that he is in the bad mood. Its so sad that the said staff (hopefully not all) is in the morning shift..I ended up looking for other salon which is a great decision. Definitely wont suggest this salon, very sad 😔

I keep on calling 30 times in your landline number and no one is bothered to answer my calls... if you dont answer the calls if the customers, please do us a favor, delete you number here cos there is no point putting your number if you will not answer the calls.Yes i called same number but no one is picking up. When i arrived in the shop my barber is off so i waste my time and money only to go there.Your staff are very nonchalant! It seems they are not interested to assist customer.

This Gents Salon is not good dont attempt cause they will just do practice on your hair

Worst salon ... we waited for like 30 minutes for our turn as it was full, but when they got free, they gave priority to new Egyptian customer who just came and they asked us to wait, so we left. No ethics, they were fighting among themselves in front of us, and they dont care about customers either they leave or stay.And I think the owner loves the positive feedback only he dont bother to reply to customers who complained. Very surprising....

My first experience with this Gents Salon was very positive and if you ever happen to use their services, I recommend Abdulrahman. He really knows the barbers job and most of all he listens to what a customer wants.Unfortunately two other times it was a disaster. The other young guys working at the salon not only have no clue about hair cutting, but they keep chatting loud to each other, which is kinda annoying and in the same time they listen to loud music/watch some videos on their phones. Guys, good advice: instead of watching stupid shorts on tiktok with your legs put on the barbers counter, youd better do something useful. Clean around or maybe learn how to manage customers hair as basically this is what people pay you for.Special thanks to the super nice receptionist and the person doing pedicure.

This Gent Salon need to hire a real barber not a barber that is just starting to practice

I came yesterday to have a new haircut I met one of the staff he told me sorry its fully booked come tomorrow and he was just smoking outside I wait a little bit and when I go inside there is nobody in charge or reception and the same guy start to talk with another one he just finish from another client and I hear them fighting nobody want to take me after that one of them except to take me I told him sorry I dont want then he told me Ill cut your hair !!You just said fully booked and you through me like a ball to your colleague 😕anyway I go the next shop and they do amazing haircut

I visited yesterday Night overall they are professional but as I saw lot of review they dont mention prize they charged me 75aed for haircut&Beard which is quite expensive i think.

There is no standardised service, its overpriced and some workers do not know what they are doing. You get the service based on the worker. I went first time i got good service from the filipino worker he spent a good time on perfecting my cut. The others are not the same. I went today for same service and the worker did not even know how to clean shave and left spots. He did not give me the hot towel i recieved on my previous visit and was using the products like shaving gel very little which leaded to me getting burning skin and was in hurry to finish the job as quickly as possible.I dont recommend to anyone. Much better saloons in the area.

They dont have a price list, I think there prices depends on the clients nationality from what I saw.He put a face cream and full wax on my face even I told him I dont want, and they charged me for it, after I discussed with them they gave me a discount on something I didnt ask for!They have a clean shop and skilled barbers though.

The worker was amazing! I tried to tip him but he was gone.However I was charged 60 DHS. I thing because I am French. The boss charges depending on the nationality so beware guys! I don’t think this is the normal price as I pay far less even back In Paris. Told him I would leave this comment on google but i guess he did not believe.Thank you amazing worker though!

Worst haircut in my life, no exaggeration. If you are not known to the hairdresser, they will give an extra treatment without any permission, which means that you will be surprised at the cash register. This seems to them to be a standard trick to get more money out of your wallet. Given the other reviews, Im not the only one and if its not a conscious action on the part of the business, why not list price lists? Never leave negative reviews, but this went too far. In short, please find another neat hairdresser!

Terrible place, if you are a white European, you will get ripped off and big time. I wanted a haircut and a shave and went for extras facial. They demanded 335 aed. There was a local guy who I saw before and paid 1/5 of the price. No point arguing with them as the prices are not displayed. Be aware or stay away from this place

Been here quite a few times now and find this to be a really good salon. They are very hygienic and take time to give the best haircuts to all their clients. They also offer facials and waxing. I highly recommend this place...

Visited few days back for haircut and beard trim and barber dont know english and he took advantage of language barrier.50dhs for haircut and he didnt cut properly and many long hairs in beard also. Very very bad experience.

Id like to give my feedback to the hairdresser of SOLO Gents Salon specially to my favorite hairstylist Mr Mark for his amazing 👌 services he really knows what exact hair style for his customer, he is ready to render services whenever required.

Every time the hair cut price is different last time I paid 30Dhs and staff should inform customers service and the charges. No information and no signage for charges.

Very rude staff and I went there instead of apologise by wrong style they said wait for 2 weeks for new hairs and make again new style so funny and not professionals

Had a haircut here today. Very satisfied with my hair, very well cut.But then the shock came, I had my hair and beard shaved. Then, without asking, a mask was put into my hair, then they asked if I wanted a face wax, but no price was mentioned. Also, after the wax, there was suddenly a scrub on my face without asking.At the cash register they asked me 150 Dirham. Which is of course really bizarre, after arguing I paid 120 which is still a lot. All in all, the hairdresser knew what he was doing in terms of cutting, but the prices were ridiculously expensive. . Scammers!

I swear to God, it is one of the most wonderful and best barber shops in Dubai and in the Al-Raqqa area in particular. Excellent and professional staff. A thousand thanks to those in charge of the place.
