I had an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel welcome and at ease. The entire staff exudes professionalism, and it’s clear they truly understand the importance of client care. My nail technician was incredibly skilled, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire process. I had a lovely experience at Spaces Salon. Staff members were really nice and helpful. I opted for classic mani pedicure and it’s a rare case that my nail paint doesn’t gets ruined as soon as I step out so thank you for using the hair dryer ☺️

I loved the place and the view it’s really nice and fancy spa, i did gelish mani-pedi for only 98 dhs , amazing price and service, i got the voucher from groupon , definitely i will come again

I would like to thank basil as he did an amazing job with my haircut I 100% recommend him!! He was so friendly and he listened to exactly what I wanted my hair turned amazing and I have had a lot of cuts and this is definitely one of the best ones I’m definitely coming again

Basil was the best stylist ever he was so nice and funny and he took very good care with my thick curly hair and my curls have never looked more healthier or defined, gave me the best curly cut ever I seriously recommend him and I’m definitely recommending him to all my friends

They dont have any Russian specialists, I had an appointment for a manicure (I had warned in advance that I needed a Russian specialist), I came to my appointment and there was no specialist there, when I asked where my Russian specialist was they began to assure me that I didnt say that I needed a Russian specialist 🤦‍♀️ I was furious (I asked to see the cameras because they have a camera behind the reception and where is the recording of the conversation where I asked to sign me up only with a Russian specialist), I wasted my time on this appointment although I could have signed up at another salon and not wasted the whole day on this, now I am left without a manicure and with wasted time! Dont waste your time at this salon, they cant even properly sign you up with the specialist you need .

Steve one of the best hairstylist I have ever visited in Dubai the best transformation he has done my hair. His hands are magic… loved loved loved and loveeddddded his work super happy

I did my nails extensiom and hair spa. Ms. Rusie was amazing . She was very patient and friendly. She did an amazing job with my nails. Highly recommended

Very disappointing!!!each time they call me to change the time of appointment ! I went there to do gels on my nails twice ..both times the gel went off and to reschedule another appointment it s a drama! Today they made me come at 4pm after I specified I m a very very busy person and they made me wait 20 minutes !!!! They did not care at all about my time ! They messed up a service and they MUST fix it ! For A beauty salon in a high standard hotel I do not recommend it at all!

Rusi is a girl who works in the salon. She is wonderful at dealing with her and knows exactly what the client wants, so she does it and the results are truly amazing. I recommend her and I will be her permanent client.Juliana She is more than wonderful. She knows what is most beautiful and suitable for everyone. She has a long mind and works with extreme precision. I will adopt her.

Did my Gelish Pedi and Mani with Juliana and Mimi. Amazing service. Very experience staff and very good attention to details. They did a really great job. Really kind and great service. .. rozi the Indian girl could not have made my hair treatment more enjoyable and quality care from the beginning looking at every detail and making sure it’s done properly.. while having my hair done i asked for black cofee and it was not up to my expectations and when the hair stylist bassel knew this he immediately changed it for me to a perfection .. such talented and good people.. you are in good hands for sure

They are saying wrong information every time you call them. This is not professional at all. Workers on receptions are not understand the service which you are asking and requiring about which is very frustrated. Bad service with expensive price list which is not worth it.

I always have my roots and blow dry done with Basel and he’s very good and particular. They only need to get a better dye remover.Juliana does my nails, she’s very meticulous and always does a great job.

I recently visited Spaces Salon and I have to say, I was blown away by the amazing service I received. The staff at Spaces Salon are not only friendly and welcoming, but also extremely professional. MiMi, Julianna, Zeniya, and Sofiya all went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend Spaces Salon for anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience. 10/10

I had a very good experience. Juliana did amazing nail work with precision. The meni-pedi was relaxing. Ruse did my hair color and wash and had amazing experience.Even the floor manager was accommodating and helped me with the offers.Definitely worth

My experience at Spaces Salon & Spa was wonderful today. Basel is a professional hairstylist who did Brazilian blowout treatment for my dry & fizzy hair.I love the result my hair is now so glowy and soft. Much more healthier.I highly recommend that you are your hair treatments from Basel! I assure you that you will walk out of the salon, looking better, and feeling better.

Although I have rated the saloon 5 ( that was for hair cut) with Steve but today I have to rate the gelish mani pedi , the lady i guess her name was Juliana was not welcoming , waited her ( she was late) no Hi , no introduction to herself,not even smiled once , you feel like she was forced to do her job, I politely asked her to fix the tips because it was white , when she insisted that its not her fault and she did her job perfectly, i told her not to take it personal and the polish might shrieked after the UV light she started defending herself and was angry that i asked for third coat , was talking rudely to me ,,,when the other lady doing pedi did a mistake and asked Juliana for her support, she was also angry and doing tk tk (sound expressing with no satisfaction )with her tongue like she was angry that she will be forced to do the nail polish, i saw a small smile only at the end when her other client came to say hi, so seems new clients arent welcomed but only the old ones , her job was OK though, salon location was also ok, but you dont feel comfortable unfortunately

This is my favorite place for my pampering routine and I enjoy their services , I love how Mimi, the Filipina lady and the Ghanaian lady takes their time to do my pedicure and Rosie so patient with me during my manicure, God bless them.
