I went for a hair wash, haircut and blow dry and I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Regina was so good and she explained everything very well. This was the best ever blow dry I have received - my hair looked exactly like the inspo pic I had shown her.

I really loved the experience, the saloon ambiance was great , stuff were super friendly and professional and I love how my nails turned out, I got exactly what I wanted , definitely going back a second and a third time even

Visited Spaces salon & spa recently for hairstyling. Ms. Violet was my stylist. I was not really good in explaining the style I wanted. But she was very patient and understood exactly what I want even with my poor explanation.Absolutely visiting again.

Saida did a wonderful job of my cut and blow dry. She took the time to listen to how I wanted it and spent a long time cutting it carefully. It now looks very healthy and strong. I would recommended and visit again.

My new favorite salon I got gel polish with Nazik. She was the sweetest and her work is very professional!The staff are very kind and I forgot to wear my Shela and the receptionist followed me and fixed it for me.Thank you very much, I really appreciate your kindness!

Marvelous experience! The perfect atmosphere when in need of pampering, along with perfect service and staff! They offer tea and coffee, too. Saida did my haircut, and it turned out lovely; I feel quite comfortable with her as I feel like shes an aunt! Best salon ever. i’ve been going to this salon for about almost 5 years now, and i have a membership for about 2 years now. it’s amazing. best nails. best eyebrow lamination!! especially my hair that i get done my saida, she is sooooo good with color picking. she curls hair perfectly, blowdries it pin straight, with no iron (which causes less damage). anyway if you are looking for someone to do your hair, 100% go for Saida. thank you luv you spaces!!

Couple of things showed the unprofessionalism of the salon. I booked an appointment for wash and a haircut, pedicure and eye brows threading. I reached at the salon at 5.15 for an appointment of 5pm. I was promptly taken in for a wash by regina who proceeded to a haircut.The haircut done was a decent job.I then waited for around 5 minutes before being taken in for threading since no one was available for doing a pedicure. I could see that all mani-pedi stations were full and i was told by the threading artist that the pedicure would be completed on the styling chair. I was very sure of not getting a pedicure done since it was full; still the receptionist lady said that after waiting for 15-20 minutes it would be done.Had i waited i am very sure it would have taken more than an hour for the service to begin.Point being even after taking an appointment I couldn’t complete the services.Coming to the payment bit… there is no clear mention of how much is a hairwash for or how many inches of hair cutting is considered what. Vague mentions of small,medium,large,extra large are given for haircuts.No mention of haircut and wash will cost. I was charged 200 for cutting 2-3inches and a hairwash.The stylists are well behaved and quite experienced.From the busy nature it shows that the salon is popular and does a great job.Do they know time management-NOAre the prices straight forwaRd and dont make one feel cheated?NO

Got a haircut done, Violet was very understanding despite me being confused about the haircut I want, but everyone was very quick - would definitely recommend!

Staff was attentive but hair cut was not 100% what requested . Unfortunately, I requested long in the front and she cut the front shortest, can not be undone so no point even in arguing.Felt like I overpaid for it.

I’ve been visiting this salon for at least 8 years already for gelish manicure every month. I love the way they do nails and the price is really good which is 137. Today I left salon very upset as I did same gelish manicure and they wanted to charge me 280, because I was not happy they game me 10% discount and charged 250. The explanation was not really clear why out of sudden I was charged double if I did same gelish manicure as I usually do. At least they could have told me before the service that the price is different or this time to pay old price as I was not informed. At the reception staff are not friendly at all and refuse to listen to any explanation.*** Few days later I’ve changed my mind due to a very good experience: I’ve received a call from the Salon extending apologies for the inconvenience and mistake and offering to credit money back, which is very nice of them as they take care of their loyal customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The quality was very low, and there was a serious lack of communication. Important details were not explained, and I feel misled. Initially, I was given a price, but after everything was done, I was asked to make an additional payment. This is unacceptable.i will not recommend to anyone to visit this salon

My facial was miraculous! Zeniya was my esthetician. Her hands were gentle, and she worked with precision. I was able to get comfortable around her and had fallen asleep! As she did her magic, she gave me her feedback on my usual skincare routine, and we spoke to each other like close friends. I left feeling refreshed and flawless! Got my hair coloured by Princess, and I’m never going anywhere else! She did a wonderful job throughout the process - from helping me pick out the colour to doing a wonderful blow dry. It looks so natural even when my hair isn’t styled!

I have been going for a year because I thought their prices were competitive for Russian manicures. However, after many incidents of horrible customer service and the technicians being very rude, I looked into other salon options and easily found others with better manicures, better service and kind technicians. My friends and I have switched to another salon and we are much happier and dont have to tolerate horrible attitude from staff. Overall horrible, would not return for even a fraction of the price after the way they speak to paying customers.

I had asked for Hydrafacial … They did someNormal cleanup and called it Hydrafacial…!! they lied and cheated. And when I asked about what they did is not Hydrafacial all they have to say is apologize and say sorry ?! 😞 She was not a professional Hydrafacial person or they had Hydrafacial tools or machine. They think all the clients are stupid and can fool them . . . I did so many services , they have to level up on honesty, integrity and professionalism … I suggest local authorities look into the management of this Salon . Lying and Cheating in Dubai is not acceptable.

Instead, another lady offered to show me her work, which I found unsatisfactory. This left me feeling hesitant about proceeding with the service, and I ultimately decided to focus solely on getting my nails done.However, my frustration continued when I discovered that the receptionist was not willing to accommodate my request for acrylic nails. She insisted that I would have to wait for two hours for Gail, the only technician who could provide the service. This lack of flexibility was disheartening, especially since I had come to the salon with the intention of pampering myself.I strongly urge the salon owner to address the issues I encountered during my visit. Customer service should be a top priority, and the staff should be trained to prioritize customer satisfaction. As a result of this disappointing experience, not only have you lost me as a customer, but I will also be sharing my negative experience with my friends and acquaintances.In conclusion, I expected a relaxing and enjoyable experience at this salon, but unfortunately, I was met with a lack of professionalism, unsatisfactory work, and inflexible customer service. I hope that this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the salons practices and ultimately leads to improvements that will benefit future customers.

I visited the salon’s SHJ oasis branch and got a business card from them to call on a later occasion for services. When I called for appointment the first time, even though the timing for the salon is stated as 10am-10pm on card, then lady who attended the call said the salon is only open 11-9, which I consider misinformation and should be updated in order to avoid disappointing customers who want to book a slot and then find out that they cant. Second time I called and was able to book an appointment, however when I called before the appointment to confirm it, they did not pick up the call and when I went for my appointment, the lady said that I have to wait for 2 hours since no one is free to attend me. Even though I had an appointment, I had to go through this botheration and the lady who was on the counter acted as if me asking to be served at the time of MY APPOINTMENT was some strange request! I was very excited to see their services but they have highly disappointed me.

Quality has been dropping and had to change the salon me and couple of my friends. I went for gelish removal and it was a disaster. Also the load on technicians back to back is making them less hospitable and not as friendly as before.

I love how the balayage turns out! 🤍Ms. Regina really gave me a new look that I really love. When I told her about what I want for my hair and ask for her idea she gave me her input on how she will transform it in a much better way. She also gave me a heads up on the process. She is gentle, patient, and the lady who’s assisting them and offers coffee is also very helpful and nice. The products are so good that even if you bleached your hair it won’t ruin it.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The services were subpar, resulting in an injury during my visit. The staffs behavior was also rude. I would not recommend this salon due to the poor service and lack of professionalism

Went to the Salon for an eyelash extension. At the time of makingthe appointment I was told the price for classic was 250 and for Russian 350. The technician did not remove my old lashes so this was essentially a filler rather than a brand new set. The lashes themselves are not great and the ends were drooping immediately. When I went to pay I was asked to pay almost 600! I disputed and they asked if I wanted to pay the promotional rate - I’m not sure why I had to specify this. I was then charged around 350 on the basis that the lashes were apparently fuller than the normal classic (they were the equivalent of a classic elsewhere albeit not at good). Very disappointed

~Overpriced~Bad attitude from staffAfter seeing their Instagram page, I was very much interested in trying Spaces Salon and Spa for the first time and decided to make an appointment together with my friend.The place is amazing and much to anticipate.We both did manicure and pedicure with an addition of back massage as a package- which was great .My friend also did the nail extensions and to be surprised, they never mentioned the additional amount she will pay and we were perplexed when one of the staff said they dont mention how much it will cost as some people dont like to be told the amount?????????? The amount added was 3 times of what the original price would have cost .My manicure didnt last even 2 days before they started to come off and when I went back for a repair the lady didnt even seem interested in doing my nail .Definitely not going back nor recommending to anyone

I have been going to Alisa for a about three years now for both my nails and lashes. Alisa is amazing at what she does, she is fantastic at nails and lashes. Always provides outstanding, high quality customer service and I always leave happy. I would highly recommend Alisa.Eva also has provided me with services. Went for a pre booked hair service/ treatment. The ladies were extremely rude. The hair stylist was not even interested to even look at my hair at all or answer any questions whatsoever. She also could not speak even a single word of English so communicating was impossible anyways. So the ladies at reception jumped in and asked me to wait.... after 15 mins of quite obvious angry deliberation they then informed me that the above mentioned hairstylist is doing an extra duty and her duty is about to finish so she isnt happy to treat my hair. Now this was a PRE BOOKED session and I had informed my hair length , treatment, everything on phone prior to the bookingIf I could I would give them -10Hope that helps anyone 🙏

I went today at their branch JVT , had an amazing transformation with fresh hair cut and blow dry by the talented Basel, who made sure that i am satisfied with the length and kept asking me everytime he cut if its ok or i need more! Till we reached to amazing length and style, Thank you Basel

They don’t do acrylic nails! I specifically asked 3 times when communicating with the salon via instagram when making my booking. I arrived and they don’t do them, only poly gel. This is what they should advertise as I wouldn’t have chosen this product. However, the girls who did my nails was very good it just takes a long time. Also promotions on Instagram apparently only apply sometimes to some people so worth asking before your service.

I have been coming to Spaces Salon for nearly a year. Some of the services I have gotten include blow dry ( by Princess and Cathy)hair color, manicure and pedicure (by Chris and others).i am sooo happy with the services and kind and professional staff especially Princess and Cathy. I always look and feel better when Ive completed whatever treatment I’ve had. I bring my four girls here for special occasions.I recommend this salon to everyone I know. With the membership payment the prices are more than reasonable. I’ve tried many different salons here, but Spaces is truly unique. It’s truly a gem and I don’t think there’s any other place like it in Dubai.

Ive been coming to Spaces for almost two years. The services are well-priced, professional and they often have good offers. Ive had a particularly good experience with Rasika who is an expert at eyebrows and Princess whos always given me excellent haircuts. Would recommend it 100%. Since the pandemic, theyve also taken extra precautions for hygiene and safety and Ive personally felt comfortable going in.

I have been a loyal customer having annual membership for gel mani pedi and have been here more than 10 times. Not only she was not trained, super slow, didnt know the russian technique i requested, but after 2 hours sitting patiently giving her a chance i found out that she has put a normal base and top coat for my gelish color and everything had to be removed and redone!!!! The person in charge was not much of help apart from offering me a reschedule of service and saying its complementary as if it was my fault while its their responsibility to fix their mistake and i had to waist my time another day for another 1.5 hour to redo the pedicure. They didnt apologise to me properly, when i was talking to the person in charge she was looking other way as is im talking to the wall, i asked for a manager call which i didnt recieve and they didnt offer me any additional service to compensate for their mistake and make me feek better at least. Thats how they treat a loyal customer!!!!

At the time of service day, receptionist denied offer and asked to pay more.Three different medium handling business- Instagram, WhatsApp and of course the receptionist.There were no terms& conditions, just fake offers! @spaces salon never again !

This is the worst hair cut experience i have had!The hair stylist was detangling my hair really roughly, I kept saying that my head hurts, she didn’t even bother. It was really painful that my head still hurts. It just seems that the stylist wants to finish as fast as possible. The hairbrushes they use are really low quality and look really cheap. The bristles are tough which made it 10 times worst. Really disappointed by the service. The staff are not friendly.

I have been a customer of Spaces for 11 years. I have been going to the same hair stylist- Princess monthly for more than a decade. Princess is the most helpful. professional. versatile and talented hairstylist I have encountered in the UAE. Spaces salon is very lucky and privileged to have her as a stylist. The Salon is clean, the front office is average but as I said Princess is the reason why I keep coming back. the prices are too high and the customer service needs improvement. But if you want a professional, Hollywood quality hair, please book with Princess.

Lovely place for a haircut as they take care of customers . A professional named Regina with lots of knowledge/ expertise and skills / experience gave me the haircut. She knows exactly ur likings and cut ur hair accordingly. Like other parlours she doesn’t embarrass u speaking how bad ur hair loss is and pointing out the demerits ur hair have.😊.She genuinely understands the texture and takes care of ur hair without any harsh treatment on ur hair. In most of the Parlours in dubai, stylist treats ur hair like few strands of rope which they can pull, comb harshly , heat up and do any kind of temporary beautiful styles which may damage ur hair texture permanently . In spaces they treat ur hair with respect 😊.Facial massaging and skin care during the process to those sensitive skin is taken care well here. Horrible - got my eyebrows done and they did it in a horrible way that I had to go to another salon and fix it. I initially asked the lady if she usually does eyebrow and said yes. Then at the end she told the usual staff left that’s why she had to do. Don’t take customers if you don’t have the right staff.

I got my overlays and my pedicure done. I must admit, this was one the best French gel overlays I have gotten!! They look super natural and there weren’t any deep cuts on my cuticles which I always experience. Throughly enjoyed the service without having a dent in your pocket!

Worst massage ever! I was very disappointed by the full body massage. The massage therapist handled my body so roughly and showed no professionalism. She was so quick like she had to run somewhere. I kept having to tell her that’s I wanted soft pressure because she kept putting really hard pressure on my body even though I told her multiple times that I wanted it to be soft. No spa music was being played in the background. Instead she turned on a heat fan that was so loud. When I spoke to the manager (Charlotte) at the salon she didn’t even consider or acknowledge my issue and made me pay for a service I didn’t even enjoy. It was an entertainer buy one get one free but I would never go for the 2nd massage even for free! Would never recommend it to anyone.

My second time here, and same time as my first visit, it was relaxing and perect. Kim and Leila are my go to girls for my nails. Now trying their hair treatments and entrusted my hair woth Princess.So far, everything is absolute wonders and loving the services. Thanks Team Spaces!

They have the best Nail Master Ms. Renu. She is amazing, friendly and very detailed. Compared to other nail salon, their prices are incredibly affordable and worth it. Other salons have this hidden charges and you’ll be shocked upon paying. They have explained to me how much I will be paying when I ask about nails. And it was the exact price on what I paid. Bonus points was the booking process which is very easy. Y’all should check their Instagram as I’ve been stalking them for a while and tried it myself. Soon I will try their lashes!

Very happy with the service provided by Princess, one of the hairdresses, meticulous and knowledgable , tells you exactly what will suit your needs without recommending unnecessary products. Did a treatment for my badly damaged hair( due to bleaching) called K18 and was amazed by the result ( instant smooth hair -for a very reasonable price and the results last up to two weeks) . Was so happg with the service that ai decided to return for a root touch up and toning for my brassy hightlights and the result did not fall short this time also. Will definitely be coming back. I recently visited their Oasis Centre branchs spa and salon. And, Im sorry to say, I was very disappointed with the low level of service and how unwelcome I felt there. Im carrying a 7-month-old baby, and the manager didnt even offer to help or ask me to sit. In fact, she didnt even bother to explain the options that are available to them. I still wanted to give them a try and chose a foot massage, but the next thing she said turned me off: they only have ONE staff member who does nails, massages, hair, and styling. They are understaffed and happen to provide poor service. I strongly advise AGAINST IT. I was embarrassed to be there.Thank you

Nee is also awesome massage therapist and can sort out any pain and tension areas that need attention.I have a membership and get a great deal so I’m here once a week or every two weeks.

They lied to me. The front desk assured me that they could cut curly hair and would blow dry my hair curly. I almost stopped breathing when the hairdresser starting using the thinning shears on my already thin curly hair. Then she tried to blow dry my hair straight. What an absolute disaster!!! Never again!!!

I have been coming here for exactly a year and I drive really far for them because their services are amazing and I have tried almost every service they provide. Their hair colorists and stylists Rasika and Katty are so professional and they listen to what you need and choose what suits you, and their products are amazing and gentle on the hair and give the best results. For me she was my “hair specialist or savior” as not only she gave me the perfect hair color and highlights but she managed to ensure that fine hair is taken care of. I didnt have a positive experience in this clinic. Upon entering I was made to feel extremely unwelcome. As a salon that offers services to the public I was expecting more of a friendly, professional greeting, compared to the judgemental look and response I received. As an EK staff I will not be recommending your salon to my colleagues. I would highly recommend you employ friendlier staff!!

In my opinion, not only professional skills are important, but also the energy of a person with whom you practically hold hands for an hour. Unfortunately my experience with the reception team was very bad. I had taken a package and paid in advance to avail some promised benefits.Every time when I visit they just simply wanted to charge more than their current price and offers and adjust higher service rates from the money I paid. On my last visit they measured the length of my hair and confirmed Aed 675 for keratin treatment before the service but I was surprised to receive a bill of Aed 1250. They justified to me that I have taken an advance payment package which does not cover the promotional price of 675. This is not the first experience.As i already paid I cant do anything.Their promotional offers are 50% lower than what I was charged for. Their beauticians are all professionals and I recommend. Be aware of this and never ever go for any advance payment packages with them.

I have been coming to this saloon for few months now, doing different services such as eyebrows, hair, massage and mani pedi. They have a great service, well-trained employee. I had a massage here and the Thai lady is amazing! Just make sure u let her know what ur massage requirements are as not everyone is used to the tough Thai massage it was great for me cuz it was exactly what I needed after being sore from sports

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. I had nail art serviced and feet massage. For massage the pressure was perfect. For Nail art she was amazing too. I’ll be back for sure and recommend it to my friends.

My go-to place for doing gelish manicures and full body waxing, among other things too! It is a personal favourite of mine, my sister and I come to this location even though it’s nowhere near where we live, we just love the different offers they provide every month and the professionalism in their work. I don’t trust any other place with my brazilian waxing & the gelish I get done here has lasted longer than anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I go monthly for a mani - Love the nail polish products. Last but not least, i have found for me the best hairdresser! Worth a visit! My nail artist who was a senior filipino who worked there for 2 plus years was a sweetheart, Ms Buena, if am not wrong. She was very patient with me in choosing the colors, etc. Good interiors. Only problem, staff at reception can be more customer friendly and be more welcoming instead of keeping an attitude, as from the beginning it seemed like there was some tension going on or theyre annoyed. Also, they got offers for EK platinum or NBD users. So, worth a try!

Went here for the first time on a Friday afternoon. The staff were all very nice, salon is clean and spacious and I am really loving my new haircut by their senior hairdressers! Prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely go back for more services.

Horrible experience,the lip blush didnt even last for one week forget few months….when asked the lady asks me to drop in again n pay more for he touchup after 20days… so basically 650 for the first damage and then 200 again for another touchup damage…..plz tell me why would i want to do thT?? Im giving it a 2 star just because the first nail technician who did my nails was lovely.Horrible service overall though. The nail technicians are generally rude and have an attitude, a lot of side chit chat and jokes. My cuticles are bleeding. Asked for french normal mani, they said french is only for gelish? Thats a first.They eventually agree, and I show an inspiration picture, the technician laughs and responds with you get what I can do. Unprofessional. Also, horrible application of french, so I had that removed. Range of normal color for Essie is very limited. Also, the application is super ridgy, they didnt use a base coat, thats also a first.

Had an appointment on 22.08.22- full body waxing and gelish mani/pedi.Gelish mani/pedi was excellent and i will come for it again.About body waxing i can’t recommend it- as they remove only up hair, not roots- effect as per after shaving. Will not come again for waxing.

Very lovely salon, super clean all COVID19 precautions are taken seriously. I did my haircut -blow dry and mani pedi, I’m very happy with the outcome. Staff is incredibly lovely and thoughtful. Honestly this is a one time salon ONLY. I thought this salon can be my go to but i was wrong. I had an excellent nail technician who really cared about my nails but she was on leave when i did my nails last time. I was supposed to do a refill for my extensions and i really wanted to change the shape of my nails but that nail tech said i cant because they dont have enough time?? FIRST OFF, she walked in the salon 20 minutes or 30 minutes LATE. so it was Not my problem, i let it slide because i thought i could change the shape. Honestly walked out the salon not as satisfied as i usually would be with my go to nail tech. This new techs job is really sloppy. LITERALLY NEXT DAY my nail polish PEELS. the application was NOT perfect and i am a perfectionist. When i thought things get worse one of my nails started coming off from my cuticle area. i was really furious. i PAID 350-370 for THIS????????? YIKES. ALSO, there was a june offer that i was aware off. When i came to pay my total was 450 or more? so i asked the lady at the counter if it was the price with the offer, she acted stupid and asked me if i booked that. I dont need to book an offer.. what even. i was about to get SCAMMED for more money. I DO NOT recommend this salon. They will prey on u for more money. Safe to say.. NEVER AGAIN. Plus the staff were very judgemental thats how they made me feel tbh.

The saloon is good for nails but the lady who manages the staff who sits at reception is very rude and mean. There is a mismatch on what the staff says and she says. She acts very bossy and never smiles.

The hair stylist is not professional at all, I wanted a simple big waves my hair was wet so she started by drying my hair without a brush only with the dryer on low heat, then she directly started with the iron without properly blowdrying my hair and she just took random bunch of hair without dividing my hair and curl it with a flat iron, my hair ended up super curly from the roots the hair was not wavy just normal curls not even big! Very bad experience with hair! The only reason i gave a two stars is because the nail service was perfect!

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Got a gellish removal, gel meni pedi, a massage, and a paraffin treatment. Everything was great. The ladies were super kind and professional and I loved being there. It all got ruined when I went to checkout and pay.The lady at the counter started calculating and she calculated a different rate for the gel meni pedi, when they had an offer for 199AED for both. When I asked her “isn’t the gelish meni-pedi for 199aed?” She literally said “oh, you know about the offer?” And recalculated the bill. And even after that, this lady and another one (I think she’s a supervisor) kept changing the prices of services while calculating. They don’t have a standard price list and it was very uncomfortable standing there, knowing that I can’t trust this place.

Made gelish manicure and pedicure with Aizat and Aidana highly recommend.

Rasika is very informative on hair treatments and gave me good advice. I recently did a haircut with her and was delighted with my look that I came back to do a hair botox and got it at 50% off. I would recommend Rasika for hairstyles and color.

Such a bad hairdresser they appoint me for my hair treatment..I wanted to do a keratine or protein treatment for my hair from the package but they trap me to do brazilian blowout which out of the package cost 1575dhs ..and the result I got on my hair is worse .I was a client of princess she was always getting me what I want but instead of princess they appointed me violet...she has no idea what to say ... she told me u go for brazilian blowout coz it has less chemical...I asked her the result would be same like protein...she said yes but less chemical is brazilian blowout...so who dont want less chemical same like I said ok ..but after treatment my hair cuticle is not bonded properly i still having a frizzy hair ... such a pathetic experience I had ...neverrecommend this salon to anyone for any service..such a bad hairdressers they r hiring.... pathetic service

They have no respect for client time as they booked me for an appointment and technician is busy with another client for 30 mins. Previously also they messed up my eye lash lifting and it took 3 months for it to recover and fix the issue. Very irresponsible team and no consideration for client’s time. Just pathetic
