Tonight I had my hair cut in Sugar salon, I was so obsessed with their hospitality 🥰🥰 From the reception girl to my master hair stylist I booked with, her name is Maria, I was so anxious in the beginning coz I have a long hair but decided to do a Bob hair cut which is a little bit short 🫣She played a huge role on calming me down and she asked me before she cuts, I Am I ready for that? Make sure that this is the length I need 🙏 Honestly, I liked the hair cut soo much ND I was wowed when all my friends praised it as well ❤️❤️🌹Thank you Sugar salon for you hospitality and special thank for Maria 🥰❤️ Guys you made my day 🌹✨✨

I had a few procedures here: manicure and pedicure. Manicure with Maryam was good, but another two masters - even worse than standard places with low prices. One nail was pilled off after 1 week after manicure, yes, they fixed it for free, but this is my time, which costs a lot. Then I came for pedicure, they told me that they have appointments only with a top master, I paid more, finally one nail was broken only after 1 week after the procedure, and the second one week after. I reached out to the salon, they told me: please send a picture, which is fine , but I live in Abu Dhabi and I can’t come to their place every week because of bad service that they provide.

0! Just 0I rarely write reviews but its worth mentioning.I booked sugaring, I arrived and during the procedure she started to apply hot sugar, and I said please dont because I have sensitive skin. She changes to cold and then she uses hot again! I am like its hot and she is like not its not and laughs...After the procedure, I explain it to the receptionist, she asks the master and the master says it never happened🙃🙃🙃The sugaring room is not clean, walls are oily and the floor is not clean.Never again

Terrible experience, one of my nails was cut painfully short and she had to fix it with acrylic tip (which I never asked for). Ive had hundreds of manicures by Russian masters and this was the worst experience Ive ever had. Now almost week later my nails are still painful.Also two of my toenails were cut different from the rest of the nails, which looks ridiculous.They can definitely improve on cleaniness as when I sat in the pedicure chair, I saw someone elses nails laying around. 😳 Never going back.

I was hurt with the machine both during mani and pedi and master did not even appologize or pay any attention. the service started 30mins late and nobody even commented until I started to complain about the delay. poor service of the hostess. Waxing was perfect though

This review is about brunch in Business Bay and about the specialist Mukhabbat.This master performed a disgusting procedure on me.I made an appointment at 14:00 for an anti-cellulite massage. Due to the fault of the master, who was late, the massage started at 14:20. Without introducing myself or greeting the client, I was taken to an office where on the way she stopped to talk with a colleague. Finally, I was released from the massage at 2:45 p.m. The procedure was carried out for 25 minutes, instead of the indicated 45.Further, during the session, instead of asking correct questions about my feelings and comfort, the specialist asked inappropriate, unethical questions. During the session, instead of telling me what position to put my legs in, the master threw them with dissatisfied sighs. They didnt cover me with a towel and when I turned over, I had to cover my chest with my hands. My discomfort level was exceeded. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards a client in any salon in the world. The master made it clear with all her appearance how unhappy she was with my presence.I thought that such a service had not been provided in the periphery for a long time, but to my regret it turned out to be in the very center of Dubai.

On the official website there is either no information that the salon is only for women, or there is information but it is indicated so that it is not visible. I needed urgent help with facial care: removing blackheads and whiteheads. I left the application overnight. They wrote the next day at 15:00. Long waiting time. I tried to call, they didn’t pick up, and they didn’t call back. As a result, the salon employee wrote to WhatsApp. Having learned that I was a man, he referred to the laws and refused to help. In this case, the position of the salon is absurd. He refused any help. And the question “Maybe I can pierce the white dot with a needle” was simply ignored. In my opinion, this indicates a lack of professionalism. I hope the salon management reads this review and reconsiders its customer relations policy. If not, then this salon is questionable, because they refuse to help, ignoring common sense.

I had a pedicure from master Margarita. Nice girl, did a good pedicure, only my fingers stung a little during the process. The administrator didn’t even offer a glass of water in 1.5 hours, didn’t give a discount on the first visit either, instead of the indicated 160-180 dirhams, she asked for 189 and pointedly poured out a bunch of small change, although there were a nominal 5-10 dirhams at the cash register. Obviously the lady is not customer-oriented, the management should pay attention, because after such a disrespectful attitude, all desire to return to the salon has disappeared.

The salon seems to have just recently opened. All dirty and shabby. Its like an hair removal salon first and foremost! There is HAIR wrapped around the legs of the chairs. Foot baths with hair and residue. BUT my master decided not to use a bath, but to use wet wipes 👍 the result of this service was two cuts and horribly treated heels (you can see it in the photo) 👏 I had to ask for a drink myself. You don’t have to choose a color in the palette, it won’t be there anyway. For spoiled mood and discomfort 100 dirhams.
