Lady who did my Treatment was good but Awful front of house service. Told me I got my appointment wrong and tried to blame me. They did not ask for my voucher when I arrived and got my service wrong, I thought I was getting mani pedi and reflexology but got one hour massage/body scrub, I did not complain as I thought they were just accommodating me. I wasn’t going to write a review but they called me three hours after my service that I owe them 50 AED after they scanned my voucher and said everything was ok. Paid remaining amount but service was awful. Old and not well maintained.

I would usually just cope and rarely do anything for my face on the long-term. However, after months of debating over the revitalizing facial, I finally decided and tried it.I was nervous as I have never done this treatment before, and I have had a few pigmentation flares this year that have left my poor face traumatized. Valerie did a fantastic job. The place was clean, quiet and peaceful.Not all my skin concerns were eliminated with the blink of an eye, to be honest, yet the difference it made in the tone and texture of my skin was highly remarkable. I can see a huge change right after the treatment.Yes, my skin still breaks out. But those pimples heal faster and leave no traces of their existence behind. I can vouch 100% attributable to this product and its good to know that the oil isnt irritating my skin.Regardless of how that goes, this treatment will be a permanent step at least every 2 months as my skincare routine.

One of the best places to get a proper deep facial cleansing. Barley does magic to my face with her great skills and her experience. Very friendly and very professional. She will recommend you whatever your skin needs and won’t try to sell you something that won’t work for your face. I’ve had facials for years and nothing beats Barley’s experience. My skin feels and looks amazing after her facial. Thank you Barley. I’ve got the revitalizing facial and would definitely come back.

I love coming here. I’ve had mani pedis all over Dubai and usually it’s quite ok but just not great. At sweet lily the salon staff are perfectionists and it’s not just good it’s amazing. Highly recommended

The staff doesn’t know anything here and it took me 2.15 hours to just get the full arms waxing, eyebrows and pedicure done. Wrong wax was used on my skin two times and it irritated my skin. The salon has spacious facility but the service is disappointing. I was mad for ruining the experience for me.

Rany and Rachel were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The salon was clean and it was a very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended they did an incredible job. Well done girls!

The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. Especially since in there was very empty and the way she was “organising” the bookings making it seem like I’m the one who messed up the reservations.The lady who did my pedicure was so nice and did such a nice job.

Clean salon, very quiet and empty. I had a groupon for a facial, the lady with the braids did a very thorough job (a little rough with the extractions but that is to be expected) with a nice face/head/neck massage at the end.

Found this place by accident as I was looking for a salon nearby my area. Literally just across the building I’m staying at. Upon coming over, found out that they also got a Kabayan (Only for Filipinos) deal which offers 50% discount every Sunday. Services were done very well even so you paid less. Since then on I don’t go anywhere else. Staff were professional and friendly too.

Alma is your best choice for your hair and nail job to be done. Shes professional and well experienced and knows how to make you pretty from head to foot.

I would not recommend this spa to anyone. There was a strong odor of sewerage throughout the place. I had the body scrub and body wrap, I had to rinse my skin in a filthy small bathroom with a shower curtain tht looked like it had not bn cleaned in a while. When changing rooms noone helped me move my clothes so I had to move my clothes and got product all over my white pants. Pl avoid this unpleasant nightmare!!

Waste of money on Body Wrap & Body Scrub, better to buy the scrub in supermarket and do it your own. Body scrub & Body Wrap took only 15 mins. When you shower the bath soap is Johnson shower gel. Swedish massage is satisfying. Thank you Cheryl for a good massage.
