I had my nails done today, great salon and very good results. Everyone is nice and friendly. The salon is nicely decorated and clean, feels a relaxing experience. Thanks to Janice and Janna, they did great nails and hand & feet massage. The receptionist is so lovely too. I will come back again, I recommen this saloon. Thanks for all.

⭐️ Worst experienceI’ve been a loyal customer of this salon, regularly coming here for my nails and eyebrows, and until today, I’ve mostly been satisfied with the service. However, my first lash extension experience turned into my worst experience ever, and I feel compelled to share what happened.The lash technician I was assigned was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire appointment. Since it was my first time, my eyelids were moving a lot. Instead of being patient or reassuring, she became passively aggressive, expressing frustration and telling me it was “very difficult” for her to work with me.She then asked if I had coffee that morning, and I told her I had two cups. In a condescending, lesson-giving tone, she told me, “See, that’s why you shouldn’t be drinking coffee—it’s because of the caffeine.” I explained that no one had informed me beforehand, and if I had known, I wouldn’t have had coffee. But instead of understanding, she spoke as if I had committed a mistake or a crime, despite me being unaware.I explained clearly what I wanted and provided her with four specific examples from TikTok, emphasizing that I didn’t want a heavy curl and preferred a minimal curl with a cat-eye shape. Despite this, she didn’t explain any curl options and proceeded to apply the heaviest possible curl, which was exactly what I wanted to avoid.When I pointed out that the curl was too intense, she dismissively said, “You did not tell me, İ have followed the pictures.” This felt like an excuse for ignoring my instructions. I asked her to add a little to the sides to create a more defined cat-eye effect, but she did it however it suited her, disregarding my request.At one point, I asked her to replace the curl with a lesser one (C-curl) after finishing the first eye and even offered to pay for the replacement, making it clear that it was never about the money. Despite having plenty of time (as I only requested a 3D extension, which doesn’t take long), she refused and told me, “Better other technician continues with you because for me it’s very hard since your lid moving.” Essentially, she refused to do my eyelashes properly, even though she had the time and I had explained everything clearly.During the process, she also gave me a fan to hold over my eyelids. I held it for about 10 seconds, but when she asked me to look in the mirror, I set it down briefly. As soon as I did, she shouted at me, saying, “No! Hold the fan on your eye!” in a commanding and rude tone. This was extremely unpleasant and added to the discomfort. Throughout the session, I felt like she was constantly giving me lessons, as if I was doing everything wrong.After adding too much on the sides and making my lashes appear to be chunky, İ told her that one side looked heavier than the other, she insisted it was fine and removed only one lash on each side and refused to make further adjustments. İ insisted that it still looks chunky, but she commented “ok mam, you are fine now”.The lack of care, respect, and professionalism was shocking. To make matters worse, when I told her that I’d ask for a lesser curl next time, she responded in a dismissive and rude manner, saying, “Yes ma’am, if you find a technician next time, ask for the C-curl.”I reported the issue to the reception, and I plan to contact the salon owner about this. I’ve never experienced such disregard for customer satisfaction in all my visits. While my previous experiences with nails and brows were positive, this lash appointment was unacceptable and left me deeply disappointed.I hope this feedback encourages the salon to address this behavior and improve the quality of their lash services. No customer should ever feel dismissed, disrespected, or spoken to in such a condescending manner.

I gave this place to many chances to improve themselves and become better. If u want to have worse manicure it your life which wont hold even one week - go ahead.Same with colorist she will use high acidic ingredients for your hair so u wont be able to recover it until it grows. Very huge dislike wont recommend u ever to go therePhoto of nails after few days

I would avoid this place. Booked my nails for refill. The technician who did my nail was so rough in filing my nails. With out taking my cuticles, she applied gel refill which was surprising! When I’ve asked her what about my cuticles, she said I will do later which would ended up having uncovered nail edges!!After two hrs, I had to leave with painful swollen nail as you can see in the photo!They said another technician would work on my nails, but I was in pain and honestly i did not wanted to waste another two painful hrs in there.

This is possibly the WORST salon at the moment, the technicians are RUDE and absolutely incompetent. please do not go there for any service.When I got my lashes done by the lady named they all started falling out in clumps the next day. I went to get my eyelashes extensions removed and the tech just started brushing them without waiting for the glue to dissolve, I had told her continuously that it really hurt and she should slow down or wait for the glue to dissolve, she would ignore me and keep going. Lash removal, by the way, when done by a pro, you will feel NOTHING - they are so good at knowing when the glue will dissolve so it’s pain free. But the technician from yesterday literally was tugging at my lashes (tbh I don’t think she was even a lash tech) for about an hour. She also started yelling and saying “ITS NORMAL! THIS IS THE WAY TO REMOVE”. Like seriously who owns this place, and who is letting such horrible service carry on? I’ve had sooo many bad instances with this nightmare of a place; I would highly recommend finding another place

I have done my lashes there which was a mistake, since the length on my lashes are not the same on my eyes, plus my right eyes became sensitive since then. They are not professional at all, don’t recommend to go there!

For all those who are looking for that beauty salon that has everything, I recommend Ten 10 avenue. The place is so elegant, cozy, with professional products, nail services, eyelashes and much more and I find what I needed the most, the best hairdresser Ive ever met Yvonne and her assistant Maham. She did magic on my hair, I went with so many hair tones and in a wonderful way and very carefully she corrected my color and now I have a beautiful ash blonde tone. Thank you all, you made me feel like a queen, I will definitely visit you again

Not recommended because this salon is overpriced compared to the quality of products used.The salon is overpriced, a new set of acrylic nails will cost way more than a regular price in Dubai.I did my acrylic nails and just one week after I lost two nails, which is something very unusual.I would not recommend it due to the high prices and seems like the quality of products used is not so good as well.

They are very welcoming and place is really clean. Give it a visit. Recommended.Javeria has been a great help to me. She will help you to fix ruined eyebrows for you ☺️

I came to this salon after leaving another salon that was awful. I came for acrylic French done by Annie in addition to a body scrub by Len. Stunning salon, amazing staff who did exactly what I wanted.In regards to eye lashes its a total no. The lash lady did the worst job had to remove and redo with someone else.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very disappointed as my lashes fell off in the next couple of days. They insisted that I get a new set of lashes and have my old set removed, which I agreed to. However, my lashes fell out in clumps the next couple of days, which is very unusual. Im very upset and will not be coming back.

Absolutely gorgeous place with the sweetest ladies working there. Everything was seamless from booking the appointment, confirmation of said appointment (they reminded me the day before), arriving was seamless. Truly a lovely place to spend a few hours in. ❤️ Definitely returning.

I found them on Google near by me. And I saw they knew how to do the long shape. Best choice ever !! The pakistan girl is the best. Very sweet and how gentle she treats you. She works quick and sharp. Any fail. Any correction. All superb ! I will repeat next month for sure. Worst experience ever I did eyelash extension with them a couple of days ago and my eye is so infected and have a mark inside my eye. I cant barely open it. I am not coming back to this place ever again!

The final result wasn’t exactly what I wanted and I felt the technician did what she was able to do but not what I would like to achieve.Apart from this, the place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Nicely located at bay square behind Hilton double tree hotel.The eyelash extension technician was really professional, nevertheless. She made me very comfortable during the process, although it took long. She really put effort into my eyelashes and the end result was voluminous. I had them done more than one week ago and I haven’t noticed a lot of falling and no irritation at all. They look a bit weird because of the fuller lash look while I don’t have make up on. But when I put make up on my eyes look amazing and got so many compliments. Next time I will try to show more pictures and explain to her more clearly.I would definitely recommend for people to go there for this service as it is professional and if you want to have the vavavoom effect on your look, you should definitely give it a try.

Been here twice for eyelash extensions & got nothing but amazing service. Their eyelash therapist is very skilled & knows exactly what she’s doing. Moreover, the reception in-charge Berna was very welcoming & sweet.I would definitely come back here without a doubt.

As a loyal customer service is always consistent and of good quality, service is professional and very friendly. Nail technicians Mylene and Len are always precise and recommend me the right things. Had multiple massages and all of the therapists in the salon have good experience. Prices also good and clear communication about the appointments with easy parking.

A wrong attitude from the manicurist, because I asked her to clean under my nails... she said she cant... then I came again to do them again and a wrong attitude, and she told me that she cant clean. I had her do my nails again, and Im ashamed to sit like that with them. This message is like a warning so you dont go through what I went through.

Wow I had an amazing experience yesterday at the salon! I got my nails done and I got so many compliments. By far my favorite nails Ive done, they look incredible! This is a great salon and everyone there is super nice and friendly including the owner who is so sweet. The salon is so clean and neat, they sanitize everything, the service is 10/10 and they wont keep you waiting. Thanks to Maricar who is now my favorite nail tech :) she did a flawlesss job on my nails, she is super talented, sweet, and friendly. The receptionist is so lovely too! Ill definitely come back again for even more services. Highly recommended

Where do I begin!AC wasn’t working it was super hot while I was doing my lashes and when I used their fan she asked me to turn it off as “they don’t have another one and they don’t want to run out of battery”.I had a Groupon voucher for one by one… 3 times I made her refix my lashes and eventually I left not satisfied after 2 hours. Definitely will not come again and definitely not worth the money or the time

Love this Beauty Lounge! All the ladies are super nice and gentle and fun to have conversation with. I have done my meni & pedi, facial threading and as well eyelash extensions with the beautiful Rachel! My gel mani was so rushed that she didn’t give enough time to cure in the uv lamp so my nails are bumpy have bubbles and are matte and dull I got them done literally 4 hours ago it looks so bad. Idk why the lady was rushing so much And she took off my gel nail polish on my hands so harshly that my nails are now paper thin and hurting. I don’t mind spending money on my nails as my mom owns a nail salon in New York City but charging 50 aed for removal to ruin my natural nails should be a crime. I can’t even remove them cause she literally ruined my natural nails and it hurts. I have been to many great salons in dubai but this was a last minute thing for me and I regret it I should have never stepped foot in here and listened to the reviews. Please read the reviews and avoid this place it’s not worth the price either if you’re gonna allow low class service. The woman who did my toes was really nice though she did a good job.

I visited this saloon for hair extensions and it was the worst experience ever!!!! I first ask for a consultation (like everyone else) and told her about what I want in a very limited time and of course my budget. The Filipina hair dresser convinced me to do it and that it should be done in 15 mins. True enough, She was quick and told me to wait for a while as another customer is waiting for her. I begged her not to leave me as I was in a hurry but she left anyway. As I touched my hair I realized the extensions are not enough to the volume of my own hair and it looked awful!! The other Indian hair dresser (who’s with another customer) showed her compassion and convinced me that it’s going to look fine if I curl my hair. But since nobody was there to help me I started curling my own hair and got help only after 15mins. The receptionist tried to pacify me and did her best to help me curl my hair but it was a total mess!!! I went home upset and in tears 😭 The receptionist told me to come back so they can fix it but asked me to buy more extensions!! What?!Very poor quality of service and terrible customer service too! All they wanted is to close a sale!! It was the most expensive mistake I’ve ever made and on that basis I don’t recommend this saloon!

Worst experience ever I did my nails and lashes and the result was horrible the nails not even and the same length the lashes start to fall off the moment I finished and not the same design I want and at the end it’s super expensive with horrible materials don’t go to this salon

The staff at the salon were absolutely lovely! I booked an appointment at the end of the day and they agreed to accommodate me, even though this meant they would have to close 10-15minutes later than usual.Mary Ann is wonderful, she has great attention to detail but is also very efficient at what she does! I would definitely recommend them if you want to get your nails done 😁

This salon is a disaster i booked for nails when i showed up the technicians said literally we dont have time to get your nails done .. the receptionist was completely unapologetically rude and she made zero effort to solve her staff attitude or contact management(she said theyre unavailable and she dont have their #)this is easiest way to get out of a complaint when you are poorly trained and not qualified for the job. I feel sorry for the owners with this type of staff and toxic salon environment.

I’ve lived in Dubai for a year now and this is the only salon I will go to tor nails and lashes. They are incredible. Especially Maricar for acrylics and Cath for pedicures. Franz for lashes. You can also opt to have a back massage or foot massage added onto your treatment. Just insane!

I had a good luck having my manicure and pedicure with well experienced and professional staff from the salon. The process was very quick and pleasant.Also, the ambiance in the salon is so beautifully done that in a moment you are can think that you are in Europe.Classy and professional services.

They dared to threaten me with taking legal action against my private messages on social media where I told them they make a bad job with the eyelash extension (see below many other negative comments about the same) and for expressing my honest opinion of lying about the “original price” and “after discount price”. They don’t even have displayed their full price list on their website, social media or any other public digital platform, they have recently made it and added higher prices which would match their current “promotional/discount prices”.I don’t take back my words and yes, a person/company which is not honest about their products/services, as per the English dictionary, it’s called a liar. You’re welcome 😉

I did eyelashes mega volume for 300 AEd 9 days ago and they full down I contacted the salon they want me to pay for the refill 150 and it’s their mistake I have been on lashes for more than 5 years will never go there or recommended it to anyone and they are talking to me like am asking them for charity

One of the best waxes Ive ever had in Dubai hands on. They use hard wax for Brazilian and under arm. I am giving them a 5 star for how meticulous my technician (Len) was. However, two things to point out: The service was unnecessarily long - it took two hours (Ive had excellent waxing experiences elsewhere where the service was no more than 45 minutes). Second, they have a Groupon available for a full body wax - they stated I could only use a Groupon with them once and can never purchase again. This has never happened to me in Dubai. To my knowledge, as long as theres an offer on Groupon available I should be able to buy the same service every month or two months or however many times. Ive done it multiple times with other places. This is like saying I cant use entertainer more than once at the same restaurant!

Highly expensive but I loved everything except waxing shes not professional and they only have 1 lady for waxing it took her 2 hours for full body + she burned my body ,,also the lady who did my lashes she’s disrespectful and she only want to finish as fast as she can even though she’s not doing it right and i was very nice to her idk why she gave me an attitude

I loved the way Usha did my waxing, she was patient , always checking if I was comfortable, was gentle and professionally efficient. My waxing started on given time .Would definitely recommend them

Good skills but rather dishonest.Positive:- Skills of Therapists are good (I did gel nails and normal pedi)- Environment is nice, perhaps one of the nicest in Dubai that I have been toNegative:- I was informed at time of service that removal of gel nails come with the service (and they knew it was an Entertainer offer), and when I called in two weeks and mentioned my name and they said ok to come in with no mention of cost. Was slapped with AED50 for removal of the fingernails. When I asked them about it, they said there is no free removal and that they will give me a discount for the next set of gel nails. AED50 for removal is higher than most salons and they didn’t even bother to buff or file the nails.

Their service is very good but their customer service ruins the whole experience unfortunately. They were rude and claimed to not have any available timings when I said I had a Groupon and they would not stop calling me later to offer their services which is extremely annoying when you are at the office !

The same problem occurred every time. Hair removal with Mia really great, she is gentle and reassuring, I really liked it. Im giving one star because the cabin and the salon were so-so. I would come back for Mia
