All of The Dollie Siters services are excellent. The salon is very clean. The consultants are very enthusiastic. They work with their hearts. The owner is very cheerful and genuinely advises customers on good services and very reasonable prices. I have come and will come again. I will recommend it to colleagues and friends. If I live near the salon, I will support it.🥰🥰🥰

Love this salon so much for so many things! I don’t usually do reviews unless i reaaally like the place/service.. this is long due. the service is great, and they’re very well priced too, trust me when i say you cannot find a service that good in Dubai with such reasonable prices. I always do my hair and i do not ask for a specific hairdresser as they are all good Mrs. Haya to Shalu, and Dil for my hair and Anoshka and Kim for nails are great, Beth the receptionist is very sweet and she tries always to fit you in. I went to wash my hair today as i did a back surgery few days ago and am not allowed to shower yet and i was not optimistic about having a blow dry as i am not allowed to sit for longer than 10-15 minutes but guess what?! I found a recliner chair waiting for me! It was not there last week, I was so happy as i can recline and do my hair! i feel like a million dollars right now 😂

The dollie sisters salon is a very intimate salon. We are the employees who work there. Our salon will never use substandard products and provide service. We have a very good group of customers. Some people are trying to disrupt it. I express my regret about that. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to our customers who continue to stay with us.❤️❤️💐💐💐💐thank u

Facts:✅ Dollie Sisters Ladies salon only hire professionals!✅ The place is absolutely clean and hygienic!✅ All staff and the owner is very polite and does their job really well!Personal note: My sister works for this salon and she always tell us how generous the owner is! They even celebrated her birthday! This is something not all business owner would care about! So thank you so much!!! ❤️🥳

The worst experience of getting eye lashes done here. I honestly prefer not to write bad experiences but this had to be out there, it’s an experience related to your eyes! Omg. I’m in tears writing this but don’t go to this place for lash extensions at all. My eye lids are swollen, the lashes are uneven and not equal. Two hours and extremely disappointed unhappy client! Not ever going there, not even to get my lash fixed. It’s sad! Really poor service. Cheap products and zero customer service.

My girlfriend visited this salon and she had a wonderful experience with pleasure and joy. The salon gave her an absolutely amazing nails and service. The owner- she was very kind and friendly. I appreciate the hospitality of this salon. Definitely will come back next time

It is one of the best Salons in JVT, I’ve been visiting the salon for more than a year now, everything is perfect! Salon is always clean and the ladies working there are very nice and professional. I definitely recommend it 👍🏼❤️

Horrible experience at The Dollie Sisters Ladies Salon! Got my eyelashes done, but it turned into a nightmare. The process was painful, and my eyes swelled up big time. Woke up with clumpy lashes and a nasty infection. Avoid this place – its not worth the risk and money!!

The staff are lovely but the owner is just bothered about money. She does not treat her staff with respect and I feel sorry for them :( if they make a human error she charges the staff for it and she is surprisingly quite open about it.A lot of my friends use to go to this salon and they stopped for this reason. Once I saw it with my own eyes I stopped also.

This salon is absolutely filthy, I think one of the worst I’ve come across in Dubai. Full of flies, unsterilised equipment along with super unprofessional and clueless staff.I stumbled across this place as my usual (Chi Nails was busy) and regretting it already. I type this as I’m currently getting my mani/pedi. The pedicurist is really rough, I honestly feel like she will sand my skin off.Neither person doing my manicure or pedicure can “paint within the lines” I thought that would be basic 101 skills!If I could report this place I totally would, I’m sure it goes against some sort of hygiene standards, will have to look into this.Avoid avoid avoid!The manager (owner, not sure) is also a bit erratic and rude

I wish I could give a zero start, they charged me AED 80 to remove my polish which is the cost for a manicure, the staff is very friendly but the owner is not, I would never go back to this place. I had an appointment at 6.30 for a manicure pedicure and the owner booked another appointment at 7.30 knowing that she only has one technician in duty expecting her to finish my mani pedi in less than an hour. Plus the polish they use for the gel is the worst, already gone after few hours.

When asking to trim my daughters hair, they have put alcohol disinfectant spray on her hair instead of water. I asked them if it is really only water in the bottle as it started smelling weird despite mask. After a while I asked the hair dresser again and requested her to check what is written on the bottle ALCOHOL - absolutely disappointed by this unprofessional service.

Absolutely terrible experience at this salon. If I could give zero stars then I would. The owner is so disrespectful - horrific experience. The staff are somewhat kind. There is no set pricing list so the owner can make up whatever prices she wishes. Despite being a loyal customer I still was the victim to being overcharged. I lost my respect the owner of the ‘salon’. Not to mention it’s very congested inside, the product fumes are terrible and not save. The design is outdated!

I live right above this living room. I was so happy when I moved in to know that I would be able to enjoy myself. But the few times I have been I have always been disappointed. Recently I had my manicure removed and I was charged 74 AED. A price that came from the head of the manager who didnt even have the courage to explain her price to me. The poor technician didnt even know how to answer me. Nothing on the card indicated the price for this service.Ive already had my eyelashes done too. A disaster. She charged me full price even though I didnt like the service at all. I preferred to go and remove it elsewhere.I do not recommend this salon at all.
