Complaint about therapist Rani at Quality Fixing SalonI had a very bad experience at Quality Fix Gents Salon Al Nahda by a therapist called Rani. He was very rude from the beginning.I was there for a one-hour spa session which went really downhill because of the way the therapist spoke. He was blatantly rude and acted as if he was doing a favor. It seemed they were past their closing time when my one-hour service finished. She was rushing and very quick.Other than that, it was very unpleasant because the time that should have been divided for head, neck, and shoulders was very short. I kept asking him immediately that I wanted her to spend more time on my head, which was not entertained. In the end, when I said that we could just spend two minutes on the head, she told me the time was over.I actually worked the entire day at an event and was very tired. My entire idea to go to this spa late in the evening was to relax my head.I had a better experience at the same spa with a different therapist, but this time the person needs more training. He never asked me my preferences of pressure and was just very operational in his approach.160 AED an hour is the price at premium spas.

What an incredible experience, not did I feel comfortable and relaxed. The technicians at this place have magic fingers. It was important for me to find a place that had a good reputation and this takes all the boxes five stars. 🔥

Impeccable service by Qais & Mary! Received an amazing fade from qais followed by shampoo & style. Afterwards I did their superior vitamin C facial administered by Mary, She then gave me a manicure which was much needed. Needless to say the experience from the beginning to end was spotless. I know this is weird since this is a gentleman’s lounge but this aint your regular review.I was recently in the JLT environs, lost and out of mobile data. I went into a couple of shops requesting for wifi but to no avail. Just when i was about to give up feeling all hopeless and helpless ,i stepped into the gentleman’s lounge and true to their name there was a perfect gentleman at the reception who helped me in a heartbeat.Funny enough i am a female with short hair. I was gonna insinuate I needed a cut but i guess he saw the frustration on my face and swiftly came to my rescue.Due to this random act of kindness i shall patronize their business and spread the good word of what they do.Might i add the interior is A1 proper man cave vibes. An ideal spot to host a male podcast.Forever grateful for the help in my time of need.

I have been going to The Gentlemans Lounge since I was 4 years old. I am 8 year old now, and me and my dad always get our hair style by Krishna. He knows exactly how to cut my hair and always does a great job! My name starts with Z so I like to get the Z shape on the side. He also does a good fade! He cuts my dads hair as well, and he is good with kids as well as grown ups! I highly recommend going to Gentlemans lounge. Ask for Krishna, he is amazing.

I am regular customer here. Its owned by my friend. Service and staff are really nice. I usually come for hairwash and blowdry. Highly recommended. Worth the price. I send all my friends to gentlemens lounge. Its a men lounge but few services they do for female as well.

I went here for first time because my brother had an appointment ( he usually goes here for a barber called kais ) .. But I did the mistake of cutting with the Syrian guy because we went at the same time, this guy was not only was very hasty but uses unclean equipment ( got itchy) and charges you more in the end, yes he charged me more ad-hoc for lower service, also cut was not great or anything .. Please avoid him... will not be returning here but I should mention here that the Tunisian barber called Kais does good job and he does nice special stuff and gives attention to details and also charges you fair which makes you want to return ( the stars are for him ) ... but sadly after my first experience I will rather go to barbers elsewhere as there are a lot of them who would charge fair at least ( I paid 195 dhs here whereas urban Company will send a barber home for 70 Dhs, going to try home barbers next ) .. aur agar aap desi ho Kripa karke apne logo ke pas jayiye

I have been there quite a few times, the woman that attends me is just deprecating. The only good thing about the place are the barbers, some of them are nice, do a good work, but the attendance is not quite good, my 1 star is only due to the woman that attended me many times with the same ignorance. Many times I call and the phone there is busy, looks like they dont want to work at all.

Ive been getting haircuts at this place for about 2 years. It used to be average and I was some kind if satisfied with the haircuts I get. Last 3-4 times I got haircuts here it was a disaster, the barbers just dont care and not interested. I got a cut today and it literally took him 10 minutes to cut my hair. I dont think Ill be coming back.

This place is a complete scam .For a facial there steamer don’t work which they disclose only ones you are done with half treatment . I was in and out of the shop within 30 mins , you can imagine what kind of facial you will get in that time span . The person who attended me seems to be in very hurry , puts all the cream over in a second next second you know is she is wiping it off .Complete waste of money and time .Oh I forgot to tell they have Groupon distcount pay half and get scammed .
