I’ve been visiting The Grove salon since 2021, and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of their services, the expertise of their staff and the friendliness and warmth of their team. Once again today, I’ve had a great experience with their expert hair stylist Crystal, who helped me pick the style and aligned the look to my vision so well. Her friendliness, sweetness, warmth and the expertness with which she cut and styled my hair was exceptional.

As any other person who is trying a salon for the very first time I did have a jitters before I entered Grove for a hair cut. But Crystal, my hairstylist at Grove made it such a wonderful experience with her amazing work on my hair. She knew my hair type well and worked along it. I am really happy with my haircut and styling.

Have been here a few times for a wash, blow dry and cut - excellent service and the stylist Crystal is amazing for revitalizing dull hair! I always leave with my hair looking stunning!

I’d go back for the haircut, but NOT for the brows lamination and lashes lift. Those two unfortunately didn’t work well for me. I could really feel the sharp brush/comb through my brows and lashes. The burning sensation from the cream got into my eyes and turned unbearable so we had to stop (so glad I brought my eyedrops). The lashes, in the end, weren’t at all lifted despite the amount of time used up. My skin just got irritated and red. Now I see the brows are not as I expected a lamination should be based on my previous experiences. But! she shaped it well, clean and sharp. Thing is, that wasn’t the service I went for. Definitely needs improvement on that department. I’ve nothing against the technician, she’s super sweet and nice, skilled in the traditional methods but I would NOT recommend the services I got. On a positive note, my unplanned haircut turned out pretty well. Kulsum sure knows her thing. She’s good with customers and got loads of creativity.

Ms. Shweta D , the senior stylist was the one who take care of my hair. She was an absolute pleasure. Understood my needs properly and made sure that i got what i wanted and was looking for. She was very welcoming to any suggestions made . She is also very well versed in hair care and offered us how we can take care of things at him as well.The staff at Grove was also very sweet and they offer a lot of discounts on most services so keep an eye on that . Would recommend 10/10

I highly recommend the Groove salons in DIFC, as it is one of my favorites. Kanchans hairstyling and makeup skills are exceptional and bring out my natural beauty effortlessly. She pays attention to detail and is quite creative. After my visit, I left feeling confident and glamorous. If youre looking for a stylish transformation, this salon is highly recommended. Additionally, Queen is an amazing wax expert! She is professional, efficient, and made the experience comfortable.

I started going to Grove Salon in DIFC after i had a terrible experience with my hair last year. Juliano helped me fix the hair and ever since i have only been going to him for my hair. He knows what he is doing and what is best for you, be it a hair cut, hair treatment or a hair colour. He is very patient in understanding the requirement and will give you his best. And to top it up he and the entire staff in grove salon are very friendly. I have always left the salon very happy.💃 Try it and you will know it.I also tried my eye brows and nails this time and Monica and Rachel were very good at it. As a person who is very particular abt hair care, was a little nervous as recent past experiences with hair wash and blow dry were always painful and usually didnt end up going to same place again. But my experience at Grove Salon was completely diffrrent. From the moment I stepped in staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve been doing my keratin treatment with SwethaD for the past one year. Happy to say that I’ve finally found the person, place and product that works for my Indian curls to keep them smooth and straight. If you want low maintenance and a hair strengthening treatment then Crystal keratin is the way to go. Thanks again to SwethaD for helping me find what works for my hair.

Had a lovely cut and hair curling with Shweta, would recommend her highly, she listens to exactly what you want and doesn’t cut off more than you want. Also would highly recommend Rachel for eyebrow threading and tinting, she makes my brows perfect everytime.

Very unprofessional experience. I went in to get highlights/ root touchup. I made an appointment with the owner after reviewing the prices online. when I got there she saw that I was from out of town (by my accent) and jacked up the price on the spot. She was going to do the bare minimum and charge for a whole lot more. SMH.

I have been Client of Grove DIFC branch since 4 years.for hair cut however ; I tried the salon for highlights for the first time with the hairstylist Juliano. I got tremendous results which ja had never got before .I strongly recommend this salon specially for thr hair services

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the facial I received on Sunday. I booked in for a Dermalogica Pro 60 facial but the therapist (her name was Zena I think) did not seem to be Dermalogica trained at all. She didnt explain the steps or products she was using and when I asked she would say dont worry its just for pores dont worry. I wasnt worried, I was curious and wanted to learn as I had red spots on my chin which I wanted to treat. The technician sighed the whole way through the facial like she was unsure what to do next... She put a scrub and a face mask on my face using the same brush, she applied a mask 3 times and toned my face at least 4/5 times throughout, along with some random finger touching (not on correct pressure points). From someone who is knowledgeable on skincare and has gotten quality facials often, it did not seem like the correct procedure. I gave 2 stars as the technician was nice but unfortunately wouldnt recommend it, especially priced at 350 dirhams.**ADDED: 2 months have passed and still not heard from management, despite their comment below.

I have been coming here now for 5 years and I would never move to another saloon. The team are fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming and warm and the teams hair and skincare expertise are next to none! I tested the dermalogica skincare range recently due to sun burn on my forehand. The cream and serum was like a miracle, the uneven tone completely faded and my skin felt soft and mostorised. I would highly recommend Grove to anyone!

After COVID, I was really apprehensive about going to a salon, proximity and all. But finally took the step and went ahead. Grove salons is well placed super close to the DIFC metro station. They are not at all professional and cheat people, I was at the grove salon on the difc I asked for a bikini waxing and during the session the beautician not mentioning that it was extra charge added an extra service and anyway the waxing was not done well leaving wax residue and hair. I will never come again
