I don’t have a minus mark here. So I’m selecting 1. The manicure technicians are not professional. I made a request to be very careful as my nails are very sensitive. The removal was done with my real nail and it had a severe damage on my nails with a lot of pain. Still there was no apology or resolution for the mistake she made but she was still ready to go on with more buffing.Reception is more arrogant and resist. Since I’m a new client, I tried getting more information on the nail technicians but she (Alma) just said few words to disregard my request asking the nationalities of the technicians. They are all Philippines and they were speaking among themselves in Tagalog about the issue without talking to me in person on how to go about it.Not recommended for nails. They don’t know how to do gel nails.

I did not have a good experience at Loft Salon. I came in for a beach wave hairstyle for a wedding, a very special and elegant event, and explicitly asked the hairdresser for a classy and sophisticated look. Instead, my hair was completely ruined. The stylist rushed through the entire process, finishing in just 16 minutes, and used excessive heat that left my hair looking damaged and frizzy.Thank god they offered me a 20% discount, and asked me if I wanted a re-do but there was no time as I had to get ready for the wedding.

Got a blunt haircut by Ahmed. It was a smooth experience. He was professional and gave me the hairstyle I wanted. The lady who did my blowdry/wash, Mariam (I think), she seemed to be upset and was a little rough with my hair when washing & drying. Overall a good experience.

Awful service! The nail technician for gel manicure was sloppy and nails had to be redone and still look unprofessionally finished. Time wasted. The manager didn’t handle the issue properly. Make sure you use an experienced technician.

Ciao…My very first time in the loft ( Dubai Hill) since I wanted to try their service because all of my friends recommended. I normally did my beauty services at different salon, so why not I give a try, right? Trust me it was worth to try gurlssss🤎. Starting from the reception team, they are so friendly and professional at handling customers. They definitely knew this is the first time for me and they made sure I feel very much comfortable. I’m a picky one when it comes to beauty services. The supervisor, Su explained all the details of services and packages in professional way ( I don’t feel like being pushed to do the services like the other big salons). I came only to do eyelashes tbh but ended up adding nails, facial and waxing (thx to Su 😅) . Started facial with Germie and she was very good at analyzing my skin and felt like baby skin again after my facial. Then lashes with Angelic who did fast service and her lashes are so natural. I can’t remember the name of threading waxing girl but she did the very good job for my brows. The last but not least, I did nails extensions with Vietnamese girl… ohhhhh they way she did was so neat and fast without wasting time, trust me my nails lasted 2 months without even breaking or lifting. Pedicure was amazing as well. To Sum up, I was very much satisfied with my customer journey at the loft Dubai Hill and please keep this good team for long if you want to keep your business shinning 🤎🤎.

I had my daughter’s hair cut with Rana and my daughter remained very happy with style and suggestions! Myself I did eyebrows and upper lip hair removed with Rina, fast and accurate!

If i could put 0 stars i would.I did eyelash lift - the technician seemed like never did it before. It was very bad, painful at times, and very uncomfortable. And i’m doing eyelash lift for 2 years in other salons already.Price and quality provided is not matching.Then i talked to the manager Hsu that minused 50 AED for the horrible result i have to live with for a month at least. And refused to do anything about it, gaslighting that it looks good.Will never ever come to this salon for any procedure, disgusting manager and her customer service. Will recommend the same to friends.

Genuinely surprised today. I booked my girls for a kids haircut last minute, and I was kindly accommodated. From Phoebe who washed their hair, to Ruby, the sweetest and kindest stylist, everything was so lovely.My girls were so happy, and treated so sweetly. Ruby even refused to charge me for their blow-dry!I was so nervous, as my experience has been pretty awful with salons in Dubai, but Im so grateful to the whole team today. I had a very bad experience with the salon especially with their approach to customer’s concerns. I did hard gel polish since i had 2 broken nails and the artist recommended it so they last longer. One week afterwards and whileI was on a business trip both nails got broken. I contacted the customer service as soon as i came back to the country and they promised that the branch will get back. I send a reminder on the same day, no response and another reminder on the second day and still no response. I am very disappointed with the quality of service and will never visit again!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a salon. I felt like I was scammed after my services. I went in for hair color for roots. I asked the receptionist for the price and she told me in detail about the different options for hair color and their prices. I went knowing I’d be paying for the roots only. When my treatment was done, the lady asked if I’d like wavy or straight hair. I said wavy. When I went out to pay they charged me double the amount they had quoted me earlier. That’s when the receptionist told me that they are charging me for blow dry and the wavy hair. No one asked me or told me that this was would be in extra cost. Everywhere in the world a basic blow dry is included in any kind of hair treatment you get done. When they knew I had a long discussion about my hair color options and their prices why couldn’t they inform me that it would be an extra charge for the blow dry. I had nowhere to go I didn’t need that extra hairstyling done anyway. It’s considered an etiquette to be transparent about your services and their prices. Never again.

Always the worst customer service ever. The receptionist thinks she owns the salon and can speak to customers anyway she likes. I lost half of my lashes doing a lash refill because of a mistake done by the technician. Also the receptionist and the technicians play with the schedule to make sure they are comfortable. Many times the salon is empty the employees are chatting instead of accommodating the customers. If you want to be disrespected and a horrible job visit this branch.

First time in this salon and service was amazing for with Pamela and Jocelyn they did amazing job on my nails.However lady called Maryam was in charge of washing my hair and the experience was bad.She was not polite. And I had to mention several time that the water was too hot.Then she asked me if I wanted to do conditioner I said yesShe did not even leave the conditioner in my hair for 30 second ( it was so fast that I thought she was still rinsing the shampoo).Then luckily the hairdresser Ahmed (not sure of the name) did a good job for the hairstyling.

Terrible service!Came in for a manicure appointment that was scheduled some time back- to realize that there are no therapists available and they were running late.Then 10 min later i realized that “running late” meant that the only available therapists” just “started the services with other clients! Which meant a delay of an hour or so!Never stepping a foot there again! They don’t respect their client’s appointments

A few days ago I was looking for a Brazilian hairdresser! Luckily I found The Loft salon and met Adriana Gabriela. A wonderful professional, she took care of me very well, and she does an incredible job! I liked it so much that I will return to the salon only to be attended by her. Thank you Adriana, my hair in her hands was even more beautiful.

Didn’t put a base coat on my nail polish, got itchy hair after hair wash. I asked for straight hair with a bit of curl at the ends (showed picture) they showed me a picture of a woman with full curls all over and when I said that I didn’t want that they did exactly what I told them not to

I went for a regular mani-pedi. The service was good. After i was done, I asked to use the Fazza discount (which i am allowed to use), only to be told that they changed the rules and that i cannot use the card except in certain circumstances. The branch manager was unfriendly, uncooperative and not understanding. The whole situation ruined my whole experience, I was left frustrated and unsatisfied instead of happy and relaxed.I wont be going back again.

Bashar is amazing. He’s the first person to finally understood what I wanted in highlights to blend with my natural, greying hair. The air touch method he used turned out absolutely perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!

I normally never share negative reviews however being new to Dubai I personally rely on reviews when using a supplier. Unfortunately my experience was terrible at The Loft. I was very excited having my hair trimmed and looked forward to the pamper session. But the hair wash was done with cold water. No head massage or even deep scalp washing. The make hairstyle did not even assess my hair before understanding what I needed done. Acted as if he knew exactly what I needed, I have only ever done one style and this was the first time I sat in the chair scared wondering if my hair will turn out fine. I decided to show him a pick incase he didn’t understand my English and he confidently said yes yes yes. When he was done, he started drying my hair without a brush then rolled the front with the hair brush and said it’s done. I expressed how unhappy I was to which he defended it all. Then offered to curl my hair and just to ensure I got my monies worth I said ok and it actually looked worse. The curls was out 30min later. I did express the disappointment with the cashier and she asked me to call her the next day. Couldn’t understand this as a client o need to call back??? Anyway the lady who did my threading was great but I sure missed my annual haircut pampering experience that used it leave me feeling great! Definitely don’t recommend the hairstylist service at The Loft in Dubai Hills, sorry guys!

I went here to trim my ends, and I had the best service ever! I was attended by ADRIANA, amazing profissional. The way they washed my hair was so perfect that now it is really soft and shiny, Tks also to Catherine.I m not only satisfied, I am also in love with my results.If you are looking for a great cut, choose Adriana, I m sure you wont regret it!Thank you once more to The Loft team!

Horrible service. The pedicurist cut my sisters foot very deep. The manager was unconcerned.I got my roots coloured and after the entire one hour long procedure, the roots weee still gray. The stylist coloured the hair again. And this took another 45 mins. I had no time to get a proper blow dry so i hurried out. When I reached home, i saw grays.I asked for a refund as I was never going to go back here, after 10 days of no communication, they refused a refund.Stay away from this salon. It’s bad customer service, a confused manager, unskilled and unserious workers.

I recently had a hair cut and blow dry with Riyad “hair stylist”, and I absolutely loved it! He did understand what suits my face shape and dodo an excellent job, and I couldnt be happier with the result.

This salon is the worst Ive ever been to. The staff had a terrible attitude, and the prices were outrageously high. Not only did they ruin my hair but they ask me to come back for a fix and then charged me an extra 500 without prior notice. Avoid this place at all costs!

I used to visit the loft regularly, my last visit was a disaster, the receptionist ( wasal ) was very rude and impatient, and kept me waiting for a therapist for too long till she told me that no one will do the service for me due to other customers who are coming after 15 minutes! The salon was clearly empty and my service will not take more than 10 minutes! She asked me to wait for a whole hour just to cut my nails. I’m very disappointed with the service she could be respectful at least. It’s not the first time visiting this branch and it’s the first time for me to be treated in this bad way.

I’ve been in Dubai for 8 years and have never found the perfect hairstylist. Until I came to the Loft and found Bashar. He is the most talented hairstylist I have come across, he understands how to do colour and has the best technique. I also had one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had with him. I have very long hair and he gave me the ultimate blow dry in very little time. He listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice. My hair is now the best it’s been in a very long time - Bashar is the best! I will be now be a regular customer at the Loft.

Very good service. Manicure and pedicure was done professionally. The girls are very friendly and welcoming. They did an excellent job. But there is one but. I wish there was a TV in the living room. It would give a nice atmosphere. You could watch a movie, music videos. Though the music is playing in the cabin. But you want to relax and watch a movie or series while you are undergoing the procedure.

Bashar is amazing. He was very patient with my hair to do a complete color transformation. He handled it from beginning to end for 6 hours straight (I have pre-colored dark hair) and made sure that my hair was still healthy after a full head of highlights and toning. I have been to many salons and not every place/hairstylist knows how to properly make a beautiful color like Bashar. Definitely talented and trustworthy.🙌🏼

The staff are well trained and friendly.- Reasonably priced.- Great selection of hair products to buy from.- Esaad accepted- Wi-Fi available.➖:- Unfortunately it’s a mixed salon.Ladies do get privacy when doing nails but the staff room is in the same area and it’s used by male staff as well. That can make the experience uncomfortable especially for women who cover.- Seating is cramped and not comfortable.The chairs do not swivel and the sink is right in front which makes it hard to comfortably access the seat and it would also be a nuisance if one wants just a manicure and not a pedicure.The extension that comes out of the sofa for the feet is uncomfortable as well.It would not be accommodating for people of determination or elderly ladies.The therapists working long hours need comfortable seating as well.Unfortunately the mani/pedi experience is not relaxing due to this.- Overly loud music.- Nails area does not smell fresh , there is a stagnant water smell sometimes. Needs to be addressed immediately.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m heavily pregnant, went in for a blow dry, asked for a specific shampoo and caught the hairdressers laughing at me in the mirror. I pulled them up on it, they lied, no apology for making me feel uncomfortable and for being to rude. Left with wet hair in tears- they even tried to make me pay for the ‘hair wash’. Humiliating. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is my first time in this salon a lot of hairdressers they don’t respect timing but Bashar was amazing in timing and this is a luxury service never changing salon again

I ask the one who cut my hair just to cut little bit by the Machine and she cut all my hair I don’t know her name but she looks asian and even my hair is not the same line and my hair looks sooo badddd I called the manager and no ones help to make it look better just baddd experience i recommend to do your nails not your hair because there’s no expert hairstylist

The full experience at the hair salon was poor, from the lack of cleaning and organisation, the lack of experience and caring of the team to the poor quality of the products and tools used, noting that my scalp got burned.

Finally managed to get the color/haircut and my blowdry with the waves that I have always I want .A great job Bashar 5⭐️ and thank you for all your hospitality today. See you soon.

It was unpleasant experience , which I didn’t like the result . There is no care customer from the staff & not as professional as I thought . I tried three (3)branches & each time I faced a problem ,meanly with the hair services and very expensive as well , doesn’t worse ,Will not go there again 😖

Coordination of appointments is horrible, I booked an appointment at 4 and they proceeded to tell me to wait for another client who didn’t book an appointment just because they “waited” when I already scheduled one. Horrible time management and organisation. I left since I didn’t want to waste my time.
