Got my hair colored here, and Mouna was incredible! She immediately understood what would work for me and completely transformed my dull, lifeless hair into something fabulous. I really appreciated how quick her approach was. Her eye for color is unmatched—she’s truly an artist!

Mouna is such a sweetheart - my first visit for a haircut and she instantly knew what would suit my face. Super fast and i got a low maintenance hair cut; love how she doesn’t depend on curling iron/straightener but a light blow dry that doesn’t use too much heat. She’s an artist with hair colour!♥️

I have been a client of the loft since more than 8 years now. The girls are lovely. Experienced, elegant and very friendly. The management is something else… they have 2 options for the normal manu pedi. Essie and couture. They charge you more for the second one cos it lasts longer.. BUT to have a nice color in the expensive one you can always dream…. Order better colors … its out of stock; the second time order more colors, we are waiting for the shipment; order more colors ya girls !!!! They are changing the formula!!!!! This is the latest answer I got!!!!! Why they should ever propose couture and make you pay more and not be satisfied with colors???? And they keep on repeating couture is longer lasting 🙄🙄….. its about time I change …

I had a terrible and frustrating experience at Loft with my extensions, which took two attempts without success, and the customer service was terrible. Then they sent me to Wafaa, who fixed them perfectly and with minimal damage to my hair. I was ready to give up on Loft, but thanks to Wafaas expertise, I’ll be going back for any future services, but only with her 🥰

Stay away...at least from the Wasl Vita branch.Oct 21 2023: The sole stylist there arrived late, lacks communication skills (knows limited English), BLEACHED my hair without informing me and took way too long while attending leisurely to other clients in between. Had I been informed while getting my appointment that the stylist at this branch knows only basic English, obviously I wouldnt have booked here in the first place.Anyway after FOUR hours of sitting there and a lot of painful backcombing, I got wacky ombre hair... with a MUCH lighter color than I had requested AND almost missed an event (could manage to attend half of it... with my weird hair!)Although the manager saw the damage, she gave only a puny discount...that too only after I muttered never coming back. I dont know why but then she also decided to fix an appointment at another branch for me the next morning. I was dubious but the way my hair looked I was willing to give it a shot. Anything to make them look a little decent!Oct 22 2023: Mazen and his assistant at The Loft MoE had to apply quite a bit of effort just to brush my hair straight, they had to use hair relaxers simply to disentangle my hair (super dry from the bleach yesterday that I hadnt asked for). He did his best and to be honest the color has turned out to be beautiful. However its definitely not what I had initially set out for - ombre - but lesson well learnt. Do not try out a stylist without a recommendation from someone you know well. I will definitely book with Mazen at The Loft MoE again as he seems highly experienced, was quick and was decent enough not to charge for fixing my hair. But The Loft Wasl Vita: my weirdest hair salon experience in Dubai in 16 years. NEVER going back there.

I have been coming for the last few years. Deborah is amazing! She is knowledgable, friendly and knows her stuff. I have changed my hair colour and style so many times and she just goes with the flow. Thank you Deborah for being wonderful!

Do NOT get a haircut there! Nails services were excellent but hair was terrible, no technique whatsoever, and cutting without even focusing on the hair, horrible . Blow dry was ok. Only recommend nails and eyebrows there.

Horrible experience…the hairdresser ouaffa doesn’t understand english very well as she could understand the meaning volume & bounce in hair .When i mentioned i want volume and bounce in my hair she trying to give spiral curls. I tell her use hot rollers for bounce she uses brush .then called the receptionist to explain to her but she asking me what u want her to do . I asked the receptionist to ask the hairdresser to give solution but they both were unable to communicate. Ultimately she did back combing for volume on flat hair.. i walked out mentioning it was one of the worst experiences and they were ok with that. .. horrible unprofessional. the salon is empty on a Saturday eve ning is-apparent now .

I get my SNS nails done by Maritchel. She is so talented and a good eye for perfection. Been going to her for almost a year and I highly rate her customer satisfaction. She is a lovely lady and I hope she never leaves. All the staff are friendly and do an amazing job. 5 stars all round. 😍

I visited the loft fifth in Abu Dhabi many time last 3 month, the staff were very friendly and professional. Today i come again to Dubai and i get many recommendations for other salons but i come to the loft in Dubai. Medina she was very friendly with me , smile and professional but wafa she was a very rode and she have a bad attitude!!! i was want to come later for protein and color hair! But it will be my last visit for the loft (: !

Amazing salon. All their nail technicians are great and friendly. I am impressed with their SNS, it is all worth it. Maritchelle is very talented and perfectionist with her work. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful but thats it,in this branch specially Fatimah the hairdresser doesnt know what she Is doing other hairdresser has to correct her work....and the salon in general can improve hygiene, even if u want to drink water their glasses has lipstick stain!!!

LOST FIFTH AVENUE WASL VITA, today at 11.38 am I called to book for me and my daughter for 2. they immediately booked us for 1 pm. then before to agree I just asked for the prices and it became difficult to obtain any price straightly. the operator said she will called me back. at 12.28 still no news, so i called them back and they said the 1pm appointment was taken and they said they called me 3 times while I don t have any missed call on my mobile and was really waiting for their call, so my mobile was not off not out of my reach. now they gave me a ridiculous price of 830 aed for highlights for me and a cut for my daughter, i said ok, but said they don t have the space available now at 1 pm ! nobody available in this salon, where I am neighbor my villa is just in front. this is the second time there are issues with not serving well the customers and careless attitude. i got one year ago a big issue with products they are using which are expired and my hair turned damaged discolored. they offer me free sessions to compensate but I came back there because it is just in front of my house, and they change often their hairdressers, which also show they are not good to keep their employees. please ask them to show you what they put on your head before they do it. totally disappointing, I am not going to go there anymore.

This is my favourite place especially for mani and Pedi. They are very professional. The loft is very clean and brightly lit at Wasl vita. I have been to the dubai mall Loft and its dark.The hairdressors keep on changing, thats a downside.Charges are ok, not too pricey.
