Firstly, I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m writing this because of how bad my experience was and how disrespected I felt from the way the barber handled the service he offered. I don’t know the barber’s name, but he was this big bald guy. I will be attaching his picture with this post.I began by looking at the reviews for this place to decide whether I should go in for a haircut. Judging by the number of positive reviews and the physical appeal of the salon, I felt confident about going in. My requests were simple: a slight fade on the sides and a beard shape-up to make it look clean. So I took a seat, and the barber asked me what style I was looking for. I gave him a detailed explanation of what I wanted and even showed him a picture of myself with my previous hairstyle. While I was explaining, he had already started trimming as if he knew what he was doing, which left me confused.He started trimming so aggressively that he almost scratched my skin off. At this point, I was scared he would cut off the remaining hair I have. Normally, every barber takes time to examine a person’s hair texture, head shape, or any issues they might need to address, but this guy didn’t even care! He trimmed so quickly, leaving my hair completely uneven and making me look older (I’m 22).When it came to the beard trim, I had clearly shown him exactly what I wanted in the picture. Yet again, he ignored it and took only 10 seconds to aggressively trim, leaving it messy. At this point, I understood the level of expertise he had and asked him to stop before walking out. This was extremely disappointing. I saw many other customers in the salon sitting for at least 10–15 minutes and walking out with good haircuts, while I sat for literally 2 minutes and was done. He clearly does not have enough experience to give a proper haircut by today’s standards, and his ignorance speaks volumes.For anyone reading this, please understand my level of frustration and how disrespected I felt by that barber. I deserved the same level of treatment as the others in that salon. Finally, AVIOD THAT BALD BARBER AT ALL COSTS.

They ruined my beard. I dont understand how you can do a haircut and beard in 10 minutes. Completely ruining the beard and making holes. I have been to them several times but this one was a disaster. I will never go there again

The worst haircut I’ve ever had, literally it took him 2 minutes to just cut in random places with scissors and be like “done”. But I’m sure if you want a default npc haircut with a fade he can make it. At least he didn’t cut too much so I can redo it, definitely won’t recommend

Really regret this random walking in experience. Was free in Dubai Mall so just walked in this place and had a haircut. This “barber” finish the cut within like 2-3 mins and tell me to keep everything and not trimming the top hair at all. Then when washing hair he promoted hair treatment products which I refused, then he stopped saying anything and finished very impolitely. I give one star only because the front-desk’s hospitality was good and fortunately since he did not cut anything of top hair, I can go to another haircut soon.

Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was not up to par due to the unprofessionalism displayed by the staff, particularly by a middle-aged individual who cut my hair. The haircut was uneven and left in a messy state, giving the impression that the task was performed reluctantly, as if done under compulsion rather than passion. He seemed to cut my hair as though it was meat, using scissors randomly, without washing and not even cutting both sides equally. He did it very carelessly, as if he had to rush off somewhere else. I cannot recommend this establishment, as it fails to live up to its hype and advertising. There are better options available that might meet your expectations more effectively.

I got a haircut but very questionable. Holding my head like its kebab all the time, I ask for mid fade little trim on top. Got some kind of fade not blended with top, cutting top part with machine through fingers white whole hand hugging my head and little with scissors, then randomly chopping with same around from roots (not with shearing scissors). Takes off apron off me and cuts more hair to fall into my shirt. Lets not mention hair wash and drying with towel like Im a dog.I came here because hair dressers in Motor City do great job. The worst experiance and service for 105aed!

Very bad service today for 100 dirham. The guy didn’t took any care and was acting like a boss. Huge disappointment after going for almost a year. The girl at the reception was speaking with the cleaner even upon my arrival so again waiting for the other boss to grace me with her presence. Certainly not going back there.

I even showed him picturesHe took 10 minutes to finishTrimmed WAY more than I asked himMessed up my beard.He did the even use a blade or razor, just a machine.
