Marissette and Geraldine done an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure. Geraldine helped me chose the colours to match my yellow dress for a wedding I am attending and I’m really please with the colour which is like an off white. Marissete, worked hard to get the polish off my toe nails and also informed me that the previous manicure I had gotten made my nails thin due to too much buffering and suggested an oil to use to strengthen them. I’m glad she let me know this as I was unaware. Both Marissete and Geraldine were very quick with my mani and pedi and paid great attention to detail. I originally found the salon on TikTok and surpassed my expectations (as I was a it nervous at first - I don’t normally get my nails done often) and Marissette and Geraldine were very efficient. Also, I was only supposed to get a pedicure but the team at the main desk suggested I do the manicure and pedicure and I’m glad I did! Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you!!

I love to come to the Loft to get my nails done - Apple does a fantastic job, she works very precise and carful. The whole team is very kind and professional. Also you get appointments very quick.

The moment I stepped into the salon, I was welcomed by a warm and clean atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable right .The hair stylist understood exactly what I wanted, and they did an outstanding job. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now, and while I still go because I value the work of certain staff members, I’ve become increasingly dissatisfied with the overall customer service. Despite raising concerns multiple times, I’ve found that these issues were dismissed without much care or attention and When addressed, it was done without proper consideration. This makes me question the values of the place, which unfortunately don’t align with my own. I wish these concerns would be taken more seriously, as the quality of the work itself with some staff is great, but good service and ethics are just as important to me.

Amazing service and ambiance. I am a regular for more than a year now. Shoutout to Apple and Neome for mani and Misceil for pedi (she is amazing ولا غلطة i do footlogix treatment on a monthly basis with her). For hair, blow-dry Cybelle. Aasmita for eyebrows threading and wax. For neck and shoulder massage I recommend Geraldine 🎖️.I highly recommend Loft in Dubai Mall - (but must add new gelish brands other than the white gel bottle inc).

First of all, this is NOT RUSSIAN salon or manicure, even though they state opposite on their website. I guess that’s their way to attract clients. When asked, why do they call it Russian manicure, the ladies working there couldn’t respond. Every person who works there is from Asian countries ( mostly Philippines). There is also no difference to other countries in techniques they use to do manicures.Second of all, the lady at the reception was very unfriendly from the beginning. She charged me 100 Euros (394 AED) even though before the manicure I was told the price would be 55 Euros (220 AED). When I asked why she is charging me more, she got annoyed. I had to pay double of what I had expected.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Loft 5th Ave with my three boys, and I cant express how thrilled we all are with the experience! From the moment we walked in, Abu Ali (hairstylist) made us feel welcome and at ease.The attention to detail and skill exhibited by Abu Ali was nothing short of amazing. Each of my boys got a haircut that perfectly suited their individual styles and personalities, and I left with a fresh, stylish look that I absolutely love.What stood out the most was Abu Ali’s ability to manage all of us with such ease and professionalism. Keeping three young boys entertained and cooperative during haircuts is no small feat, but Abu Ali handled it like a pro, engaging them with stories and jokes, and making the whole experience fun.The salon itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, adding to the overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend Abu Ali at the Loft to anyone in need of a top-notch haircut. Well definitely be returning for all our future haircare needs. Thank you, Abu Ali for your exceptional service!

I’m giving this a one star only because I can’t give it 0. Horrible horrible customer service. My gel nail polish started chipping after only a few days. When I contacted them only the 8th day I was informed that they have a policy according to which I can only complain within 5 days. And they refused to accommodate me. I’ve gotten gel nails done from other places a lot of times but never had them chip so early and so badly. It’s not even normal for it to chip until and unless there was a problem with the application procedure. They charge so much for their services but have zero sense of customer service. They’ve opened such a big shop inside Dubai mall, I wish they’d spent a little time on learning how to make a customer base and accommodate their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Please save your money and spend it at a salon that at least knows how to do their job professionally; be it applying nail polish or dealing with customers after they mess up. I’m attaching photos. The nail polish is chipping from the roots and gets stuck in my wet hair while showering. I’ve been extra careful as to not let it come out completely since I paid so much for this. Extremely disappointed and never going back there again.Ps. I the manicure and pedicure done with a friend. Upon inquiring, her nail polish is also chipping. Attaching pictures of both our nails.

I’m a loft fifth avenue loyalist for hair, nails and lashes! They’re amazing and super professional. The work is of the highest quality. Shout out to Geraldine and Anna Marie for being incredible - my nails have never looked better :)

Terrible service by Houssam .. he goes by the name Sam. My boy friend went for a beard trip and a hair cut. The laziest barber in town. Did a terrible job and full of arrogance. The beard is as not done properly either! Hair left out everywhere .. did not use zero trimmer for the neck area or under the chin. Left hair everywhere. PLEASE AVOID. The staff at the reception was polite and welcoming with no clue on how terrible the service was !!The barber understood that my BF was not happy and even I pointed out that hair is left. He did not care just wanted to be paid.

Normally i dont even write reviews at places where im not satisfied but these guys charge €50 euros for a haircut, the guy rushed it and cut it in like 10 minutes, didnt even wash before or afterwards, rushed it so he could reach the next customer.talking about the bald guy.

I have been coming to this salon every single month since 2 years (maybe even more now) and today I came to renew my gelish pedicure. I had bruises below the nails due to running, so just got the removal done as it was not possible to redo a gelish pedicure on top of a bruised nail. The salon has decided to charge me for the removal because I haven’t done a pedicure on top of it. This is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of this lack of flexibility for a regular customer. Never coming back.

Great service, Shamim did a great hair wash with gentle massage l, Ekhlas did my hair cut, Khulood and Ajon did my nails, the experience was excellent, they’re so friendly and kind, highly recommended ❤️❤️

I walked in to get a manicure. I talked to one of the girls at the nail stand about the color I wanted. When I went inside, another technician shows up. I tell her I already talked to the girl who will do my manicure. She’s say ok, walks away and I can hear her laughing out loud with the receptionist saying that I told her the receptionist will do my nails. They continue discussing this out loud, both of them laughing, other customers can hear everything. Extremely rude and disrespectful behavior towards a customer. I left.

Came for spa/massage and next to me was seated a lady who was watching news, videos and music on extremely loud volume speakers without any headphones. I asked a manager if it will be possible to enjoy my massage without having to listen to someones phone. After being asked, she made her phone even louder. I had to leave early and skip some procedures as the experience was really poor for the amount of money I pay as a regular client.

Terrible, they dont know how to deal with curly hair. i asked for a blow out and i looked like a puff ball. and she kept telling me how i should use “keratin” to make my hair less curly. seriously? a hairstylist that dont know how to deal with all types of hair?

I visited The Loft Dubai Mall a few weeks ago and had a full set and pedicure. The service for my nails was lovely and the technician did a great job. However, there was a hiccup with the billing. I was charged for a service I didnt receive and noticed after paying. Despite bringing it up, the issue wasnt resolved. The manager Wissal assured me of a solution and refund at a later date, but unfortunately I havent heard back since. It’s now been almost 3 weeks since the billing error and nothing. Its disappointing that such a small matter couldnt be sorted out efficiently. Ive reached out to Wissal multiple times without success, and even a visit to the shop didnt help. There seems to be great resistance in getting this issue resolved and I am incredibly disappointed with her customer service. As a result, I wont be returning to the salon. Its a shame that what started as a positive experience ended on a sour note due to billing discrepancies.

I did hair treatment, trimming and blow dry with Elias. He was very kind and professional. I loved the experience.I tried the manicure with Mechelle and that was fast and super clean.All services cost me 640 AED. A bit pricey but worth it.I am happy with this place and i will definitely come back again.

I have been coming to this place since a few years every time I’m in Dubai.The place is very clean and the new location in Dubai Mall is modern and attractive.But the only reason why I come again and again is thanks to Abou Ali. I recently visited the LOFT FIFTH AVENUE DUBAI MALL GENTS SALON on 14 May 2024 for a pedicure, and my experience was deeply disappointing. The technician cut my toenail incorrectly, leading to significant INFLAMMATION and SWEELING, causing severe pain and difficulty walking. This improper technique required medical intervention.Despite my REPEATED calls to discuss this matter with a manager, I received no response. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.It’s crucial that all technicians follow proper and standardized nail cutting techniques to prevent such issues. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses my issue appropriately and immediately.Mohammed

Cybelle is amazing the best one ever for a stylish blow dry whilst not damaging the hair.. did hair treatment with Jane and turned my very dry hair into moist and shiny.. assamit is very good with color and shaping nails

Horrible experience ! All the staff not smily. I had a hairdresser who wasn’t able to do what I asked for she kept on burning my scalp. I ve been there for an hour, no one offered me a glas of water. Not customer oriented at all. I highly not recommend it. And the cherry on top of the cake is that the manager Wyssa to whom I explained the all petit experience, she said that they had to give me that hairdresser cause it was her turn even though they knew she wasn’t able to take a good care of me?!?!?! HORRIBLE !!!

It is the worst manicure ever.i did my nail in dubai hills mall.she is a new technician that she didn’t know how to use the machine to remove gelish color she hurts more than 5 times and when i ask her to stop it and remove with foil and acetone remover she start removing as filing and she makes all my nails scratch until i ask her to stop and don’t want her to continue with me.at the end i complain to the receptionist she doesn’t apologize and she said we will note that.she ask me to pay for gelish remover and it’s strange because im a regular client and i never paid for it but she said that is the policy if you didn’t put gelish color you will pay for remover.surprise with all what happened with me and with the bad communication

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The place looks amazing and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, it was not a nice experience on the haircut part. The person that did my haircut (Ab Ali I was told it is his name) was in a rush and making comments like: decide cause I m not going to work twice. The haircut result was irregular, really rough with the scissor, and did not do the part where hair joints the neck. He did not even pass the blower at the end to remove the cut hairs (receptionist that) . He of course finished literally in 5 minutes. Not a good experience at all. I cannot say for the other workers but super bad experience with him that I ll not repeat for sure.

Rola did a fabulous job with my hair and the service was fast and well priced. The only reason I did not give her 5 stars is that she initially was going to let me walk out with sub-standard hair. I asked her if she could please improve it a little and she realised that it wasnt great so she stepped up her game. It was so good that a random woman asked me if I did my hair in the mall and I directed her to the salon.

Overall, my experience was amazing with both services I received. I definitely recommend both the hairstylist and the back massage

Worse haircut I have ever had in my life. I couldnt sleep all night.I asked for certain color and lenght of hair. The hairdresser ignored completely my request after we discussed it in depth with photos.After I claimed this is not what we agreed on she claimed it was fine. After DESTROYING my hair she didnt even say sorry you are not satisfied or tried to find a solution.I forgot her name since I was very stressed.. all I remember she claimed she was going to Canada soon.Today I went to a new hairdresser.. try to solve this disaster. Stay away !

Best manicure I have had in months - Apple is amazing!

I visited Dubai mall fifth avenue for a hair cut priced at 65 AED. . I was told to sit in chair for hair washed and received a facial I did not ask for. When presented with the bill they charged 847 AED I can not understand where this amount come from for 15 minutes facial hair cut and hair wash. Hair cut was very very poor standard the worst hair cut I have ever had in my entire life. Very inexperienced barber who was only 20 years old. I can not believe the price for what I received definitely avoid this place it is robbery at its best!!!

I had a manicure with Cholpon, she did an excellent job! Did exactly what I asked.

I had my hair done here by a stylist called Aurielle, she was the best hairstylist Ive ever been to, the colour she does is beyond what Ive ever had done. If I could give more stars I definitely would.

I found nothing premium in the service or workmanship.I paid AED 185 for a beard trimand a haircut which was done within 10 min the way a sheep would be sheared. The moment i went in I was advised for a shampoo and a conditioner for hair volume which I denied politely upon which the attitude completely changed. The quality of hair grooming is nothing superior to what you find locally where it’s charged AED 50 - 60. Trimmer was used very rough or swift to be precise and scissors minimal. The hair stylist seemed in a hurry.

The best girls at the loft dubai mall branch , Asmita , Anna Marie , and Neomi. Been visiting the loft since 2016 and since that time they never failed to give me the best service. Very well trained staff & super clean salon! Highly recommended.

I had a haircut there, the customer service was lovely , wash up and massage was wonderful but haircut is terrible. It cut too much, hair are not straight at all and after this haircut my hair start getting puffy. I would definitely not recommend use hairstylist Ekhlac.

Sibelle is the newest addition to this salon and she is absolutely fantastic. I have tried all the other hairdressers but she is the best. She is young but extremely talented. You will not be disappointed. Fantastic fantastic fantastic. Love her attitude and her love of her profession. Grace

I went for a manicure and pedicure. Manicure ok. Pedicure NO. I already had a bad experience in another salon and again here. Of course i did not feel anything when i left until the next morning when my toes were very inflammed from the cuts. They hurt my feet again. I wish i could find a place with decent pedicures. Most of the salons do not have professionals. Especially for pedicures

Please exercise caution when visiting this establishment, particularly the barber from Palestine (Big guy)During my visit for a beard shape-up priced at 100 dirhams, the barber added unrequested services without my consent, inflating the bill to 1000 dirhams in under 10 minutes. I was taken aback when presented with the bill. It appears that the salon staff and this particular barber have an agreement to overcharge customers. I strongly advise against using their services and suggest seeking alternatives.

This is the worst barbers i have been to, i cut my hair today which is a clean head shave and stubble line up, the barber hardly said two words to me, he shaved my head using water bottle spray, he did not fade the stubble as i asked and did not line up my tash or neck line. No wash offered and no cream after the shave. I have been a barber for over 15 years and i have had free haircuts from beginners better than this and in addition i was charge 183 AED, and he spent 15 minutes maximum.This is disgraceful service

Ikhlas is the most talented hairdressor I have come across in Dubai. Her Expertise is incrediible and I highly recommend her to any hairliver who wants a great cut and color fr a transformed look!!!

I first went here to fix two of my nails that were broken. They slotted me in and Myleene did such an amazing job I vowed to go back and have only her do my nails. I had had horrible service at another salon and this place is now my go to. They are all professional and welcoming. I went back for gel removal and filling second time around and Myleene didn’t disappoint. She really did an excellent job on my nails and took her time to understand my preference and delivered. I got my nails done here and not only did they start breaking the next day, I’m fairly sure they charged me 3x more than the price on the menu. I got acrylic overlay with three fixed nails (two out of three of the fixed nails broke within a couple days) with regular polish on top. And they charged me over 400 aed. It’s been less than a week and they’re all chipping on the edges (the acrylic nails, not just the polish) and my natural nails are peeling away from the undersides. Super disappointing and I can’t go back (which they knew) because I am back in the UK now.

Best lash technician ever. Her name is Gie, super fast and amazing work, makes sure my lashes suit me. Her technique makes the extension last longer and most importantly it doesn’t damage my real lashes. She’s amazing best ever.

Worst experience ever todayIve been going to the saloon for more than 4-6 months now, regularly every 2 weeks and today i felt very disrespected.I went for my haircut and beard today as its eid and i had to attend an event, my barber was in a hurry idk why. He first messed up my beard and i had to ask him 3 times to fix it snd he was pretending its perfect until i had to push him yo pls fix itI paid and left the saloon and on the way i realized my beard is uneven and even my hair from the back was uneven so i went back and told him to fix it he didnt do it right so he rudely told me ok sit and wait which was very offensive yet i didnt say a word and wait until he can finish his other client, he came like usual in hurry and not even listening to what im saying and hes trying to fix idk what and he ruined it more and it made me very upset so i told him to just relax and listen to me so he replied ok wait very rudely and was going so i told him i was here before fix my beard i dont have all day, so he comes and again trying to fix without understanding what the issue is, so i tell him bro please listen to what im saying you dont get whats wrong and he starting raising his voice on me saying “ show me show me ok tell me show me “ not letting me talk so i got angry and confronted him this isnt the way to talk to a client how dare you raise your voice on me, he goes and says go do from another barber i dont have time.The manager was not there not anyone called the manager, a gentleman in barber shop fixed my beard and i had told the receptionist i will never come back to pay good amount of money and then get insulted and harassed in front of other people and didnt even get a proper haircut.I was told the manager would get intouch with me asap but nothing yet, very unprofessional hairstylist

As an expat, I have been on the lookout for good salons and hair experts in Dubai..loft is definitely a good find. Convenient location, accommodating & professional staff. I was very impressed with Cybelle, a new addition to their team. Have to say that it was probably the blow dry to date in dubai….I’m very particular about not exposing my hair to excessive heat and cybelle managed to get exactly the look I wanted without using extra heat and tools! Great customer service from the manager, receptionists, to all of the nail technicians. Love the attention to details, they work efficiently however you do not feel like they are rushing you along. I have visited the branch couple of months ago, and the service was provided by Mr.hussam (Abu Ali). the gentleman is a mixture of modern and heritage barber service. he has the magic touch. he plans along with you the exact style that fits you, and provide the service plan accordingly. he is professional and entertaining at the same time. He managed to get one more customer (me) to use the services of the salon.Thanks and see you next weekAfter a year now of using the services of loft and a year with Hussam (abu ali) I would like to emphasize that this gentleman has both the skill and the talent. He is the real professional , in the last 23 years at least never seen someone with his talent. I thought it is one time deal in the beginning just to get a customer then it will decline. But he has it naturally he is a rare gem.

The services, particularly regarding appointments, were unprofessional. Despite having made an appointment, upon arrival, I was informed that there was no booking under my name. Additionally, no compensation was provided for the inconvenience.

I am very happy with Girls work, all of them are very good in what they do and are so polite, yet the manager so unprofessional, her attitude on customers complains or comments is so bad, as far i know a manager should solve the issues at the place she’s in charges, well she do nothing cause she dont know how to talk to people. I believe she needs some managerial trainings or a review of her job description in order to be able to handle this.I will like to end by thanking the girls for their great job 👏🏻

Had one of the best blow dries in my life there in November 2022 with Cybelle. No explaining was needed, she did it just perfect. I got quite long natural rahter dry curls and I like them being managed into shiny and easy beach waves. I wish I could take her home to Europe. Unfortunately I cant.

Kind staff suspicion is they are trying to rip you off . My hair is above my shoulder and that’s considered long apparently . There’s an extra for asking for curls with a brush not even a curling iron - what kind of salon does that? You should state somewhere that only straight blow dry are such price . And you have to scroll down and have a magnifying glass to see that prices don’t include tax. 3 stars for the kind staff but I won’t return

Went for a beard shaping and asked lady at front for price she said 78dh I said fine as I wanted it completed. Then went to hair dresser, he literally went through my beard for 5 minutes and didnt look at too many details. No razor for fine details used at all, even small salons use these. Then got it done and went to pay and the lady at front says its 105dh and I asked how come its 105dh now as she said it would be 79dh? She then bought the hair dresser to explain that my beard trimming was a, as he called it Master cut. What is so master about my trim? Just went through with a machine for a few minutes? I could have done it myself? No razor used for fine details? I had way better experience in small places where they really make it nice and all. Ridiculos experience and never again.

5 stars for Romi who is amazing with my thin hair. Always advices what and how to be done. However will do exactly what you ask if you don’t want to go with her suggestions . Very skillful and experienced , and simply lovely person….

Hello everyone please please don’t skip my review.Here in dubai very difficult to find really good salon for everything, sometimes you find 1 service is good but all, so that’s why I really wanna share my experience in the loft ladies salon - dubai mall branch.I went for facial with Azmita, lashes extensions with Ruby, hair treatment and styling with Doaa, acrylic nail extensions, and gel Pedicure.All the services are so so so perfect and the staff very friendly, plus the customer service team are very friendly and they know how to make you feel special, comfortable, with amazing experience.Also the products they use very high quality, I highly recommend to everyone to try 😍😍❤️❤️

I am a regular costumer. I have been going to the salon at least twice a week for the past year. I called the reception today to schedule a blow-dry, and I asked if there was water in the salon, because I know that hey have been going thru a water shortage. The lady answered me saying: “It is better if you wash it at home”. When I arrived at the salon, I saw two ladies washing their hair, and doing color in the washer. Why the front desk lady didn’t tell me that there was water in the salon? I asked her why, and she told me that the water came back EXACTLY in the moment that I arrived. Let’s remember that I took 15 minutes to arrive. So, in 15 minutes, the water came back, and 2 ladies were already sitting down and washing their hair. Sure..

The barber was careless! He couldn’t not do a fade, couldn’t even trim a beard properly. He also struggled blow drying the hair. Probably one of the worst barbers I have been to in the UAE. On top of all that they have the audacity to charge an extortionate amount.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I walked in with a beautiful warm beige blonde head of hair and walked out with brown/grey ash colour. They also bleached my outfit to the point of ruin. Don’t bother.I then returned for a correction and the manager tried to charge me for the service and asked me to remove this review.

First of First. BEFORE YOU DO HAIRCUT YOU MUST MAKE SHAMPOO TO THE HAIR. This knowledges must be known even before you open a salon. Especially if customer has gel or foam in his hair.The Guy didnt even know how to make simple curly hair wich i had to give him an hand. My son can do Better shave with a bend on his eyes. Well Overpriced, I Believe in quality but this was a p*ss take, nearly 200€ for a fade, facial treatment and hair treatment, I couldn’t argue the price at the time as I felt I just had to pay it and walk away, but they are good at what they do, but they need to say the prices before providing services! hence one star!

Rushed service - scissor cut took less than 20mins (including wash and style!) he decided to cut hair without washing first despite clearly having product already in my hair - this was a first. Actual cut was rushed and he seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. And I was the only customer there at the time…finally my hair was deemed long (less than a blade 4!) hence 90AED

Very disappointed by the service. Ask for a brushing with curls and didn’t even get a brushing. My hair wasnt even detangled at all. No spray against heat has been applied and curls dont even hold after 1 hour. Been charged for extra long but my hair are just barely long. Dont recommend at all and obviously will never go back

I went to the Gents one at the basement and was promptly served by the team and stylist Ayoob. He did a good job with my haircut. However, I had to comment on the cashier - she called me 2 hours after I left and accused me of taking AED100 because there was shortage in her cash. I let her go on with her rant and she did not hear me out. After explaining, she was not convinced and she still insisted I had the AED100. I told her to check the CCTV to be sure and I will return it if its an honest mistake. 1 hour later she called and said it wasn’t me but the AED100 was misplaced. So before accusing your customer, please go thru due diligence! The cashier apologized profusely and I accepted. It is just alarming that she jumped to conclusion that I took it because I was the only customer who paid cash! Honestly I am still offended from how this was handled and the continued accusation

I had cut my hair yesterday afternoon with Ukrainian hairdresser. I’m big disappointed coz I saw a hair style cut picture bfr she do her job . I got totally different style from the picture . I’m speechless n very sad when I got out from the saloon. The hairdresser she got out immediately from the saloon. Don’t where she when, I guess she knew that’s I won’t be very happy.
