I have been coming to the salon for past 6 months now and I have received amazing service from Rebekah. She has done a fantastic job on my hair. I have never had such compliments on my hair color before. She is fantastic and has made every effort to accommodate me in her schedule as I travel a lot and am a working woman. I recommend Rebekah and Loft fifth avenue.

Great place for hair. I am a regular client since three plus years.My hair are taken care of so well that every one asks me where I get them done from. the whole staff here is extremely polite and friendly but I would like to mention Rebecca for her very professional and uptodate knowledge for hair treatments and products.I trust her so much with her suggestions and it has always worked for me. keep it up.one small thing that sometimes it becomes difficult to book an appointment as she probably works in other branches as well. other than this, highly recommended.

I am not one to ever complain or give bad reviews, but this was necessary. I had the absolute worst experience of my entire life here getting my nails done + my mom and aunts nails.They gave me incorrect pricing, then triple charged me in the end. Made me come back the next day to pickup a refund (and even wrote it on a paper for me and had me wait while they spoke to management for approval. They also sent me a confirmation text via whatsapp stating the refund). Then the next day when I came back they did not issue me a refund.They were very rude and had me explain a million times. I was there for 4 hours from 4:15pm until 8:11pm the first night for a gel mani and pedi. I had to wait for the staff to arrive. They did a horrible job, my mothers nail broke the next day, and my aunts nails one hand was matte and other hand was shiny. They were stumbling over so much misinformation.The receptionist Cyrin was so rude and disrespectful. The hair stylist from the other side even came by because he felt bad since he was there the night before and witnessed the entire thing. God bless the hair stylist, but the ladies were HORRIBLE. and it has nothing to do with money, it is the principle and the waste of time, and energy.Not to mention they tried to tell me my hands cost 257aed for manicure with my own natural nails + 95aed for shaping + 31aed for crack on a nail + 84aed for removal + 175 for pedicure and what i booked was gel mani pedi for 300aed +42 for removal of both hands and feet. but for some reason they charges my mom 157aed for manicure and 175pedicure when we asked for the exact same thing and had the exact same nails coming in. and they even had a flyer staring gel mani + pedi + 30 minute massage for 295aed.An absolute scam.

Rebecca is the best hairdresser in dubai! FACT! She is incredibly experienced in color, styling and in general giving you exactly what you want! This place is a rare gem with the most amazing ladies which make you feel like home ;)

The Loft is by far one of my fav salons in Dubai. Its clean, quiet (even on busy days) and the ladies there are wonderful -- From Mary-Lou to Donna to Mari, theyre all wonderful and just great at what they do. (Thanks for the consistently wonderful service ladies!)

The Loft is located in Pavilion, nice place, where you can have coffee and chillax with a beautiful view afterwards.2)Atmosphere:The place is nice, I like the stylish interior. Although the chairs for manicure and pedicure are a bit uncomfortable.3)Cleanliness+Washroom:The Loft doesn’t have a washroom, there is a washroom of Pavilion just around the corner, clean.I’ve noticed a layer of dust and round marks from coffee mugs on the side tables/partitions.4)Hospitality & Quality of service:Staff is friendly and professional. Service is excellent. I definitely recommend this place.5)What I like:I really love to do my pedicure in The Loft, the quality is actually the best.6)Where they should ameliorate:The application is very useful, but is not working properly.More attention to the details and cleanliness.Maybe to add some cushions to make the chairs more comfy.UPDATE!As I mentioned before, I’m a regular customer of this place. I posted my feedback about The Loft some time ago.1 week after my post I was visiting them again. As well my mom was in town, so she joined me for a pedicure.When we entered I was surprised. 

First of all I would like to highlight the EXCELLENT quality of service and professionalism of the staff. Both are really on the highest level.A pleasant surprise was to see my feedback has been taken seriously, and things were improved. On top of that they added cute cushions to EACH chair that makes an experience much more comfortable.A big thank you guys from my mom, she loved her small complimentary gifts, and I really appreciate you made her smile ;)I would like to thank the management for such a quick response to my advice and improvement on the spot. It means a lot. The Loft is respectable and professional salon that really cares about their customers. I am happy to be one of them.

I have lived in Dubai for more than ten years looking for the best hair stylist, until I met Sam (hossam) in the loft, this guy is an absolute magician SPECIALLY when it comes to short hair. Very understaffed place and overpriced. Took a very long time to do my hair and it got ruined within 15 minutes of leaving the place. Really don’t know how they have many branches while having underwhelming service and high prices!

Highly recommended for hair styling.Rebecca is perfect, a sweetheart who can change your look and personality with her magic touch.

Always a great experience with the ladies at the Loft. Super clean, very warm and professional. One of the best spots for a mani, pedi and waxes. Definitely made me a loyal client!

I just got gelish polish done , my nails aren’t even shiny . It doesn’t look like I got a manicure . It looks like I painted my nails at home . And this is gelish polish . The staff were very lazy , refused to even remove my friends old gel when she asked for it to be removed. Overall experience . I would not go back there and wouldn’t recommend . It’s same price or even higher as other places . You can go to many different salons that are so much better.
