The cost of blowdry based on my hair length was quoted as 141 to me. I went in for a VERY basic blowdry, no brushes no curls, just the kind you get to tame your hair for work, and they charged 170. They said my hair was long so they will charge more (my hair by the way is till my shoulder) and they didnt even have the decency to acknowledge that they were wrong in misquoting earlier.Never going back. Flat useless blowdry for 170, I could have done this better at home.This was the mudon community center branch

I’m a client for this branch from 3 years as a weekly basis. As Rokaya is an amazing hair stylist☺️. Yesterday as had a bad experience with the branch manager and the way she talked to me was not acceptable at all she did a mistake with my booking for appointment as last week I changed my service and time for this week and added more service which I do that every 4 weeks but it seams when she adjusted it for me she forgot to add blow dry service! So I found myself with double appointment for my stylist!! and instead of apologizing she insisted that I didn’t ask for this service!!! So I felt that she is telling me lier! I never ever went to the saloon without appointment as I hate to wait. So, why I want to do this now!!! She was so aggressive to me even the other clients noticed this! Late I received a call from the management to apologize to me but I was so upset. It was just a bad day there as even when I finished my roots color I couldn’t find a helper to wash my hair so one of hair stylist washed my hair then she had a client so mother hair stylist finished washing my hair . To be honest the saloon was not organized at all yesterday 🤷🏻‍♀️. The problem that this is my saloon and my stylist Rokaya as I live in the same community so I will not change it at all. But I will not deal with this lady again.

I’m extremely disappointed, not with the haircut itself, but with the lack of transparency and poor customer service at the Mudon branch.Yesterday afternoon my 16-year-old daughter visited for a haircut, and at the end, the hairdresser casually asked if she wanted her hair curled. She said yes, assuming it was part of the styling that typically follows a haircut (e.g., straight or wavy blow-dry). She was not informed that this would incur an extra charge of AED 210 on top of the AED 130 for the haircut.The curls lasted barely two hours, disappearing before dinner, making the extra charge completely unreasonable.When I approached the salon to discuss this, the manager was dismissive and unapologetic, simply stating, What’s done is done and referring me to their price list online. Their attitude was shockingly arrogant, showing no regard for client satisfaction or basic courtesy.This felt like a clear attempt to take advantage of a teenager and a poor approach to customer care. Businesses should always inform clients of additional charges before proceeding with a service.Very disappointed!!!!

I’ve done tinting and threading of my eyebrows with Roma. She’s very professional, chose the colour that suits me perfectly, very efficient. She also gave me some advice on how to take care of my eyebrows.

I booked in advance with a specifics professional and when I came to the salon I find them changed her without informing me!! After I discussed with them and they apologized of this mistake they gave me another professional and I can enter the salon to start but the problem the professional wasn’t free and they changed her with another one again for the second time!! It’s really bad experience for me as a client and I feel less respectful from them.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12 PM, but I was kept waiting for 20 minutes I eventually had to approach the reception myself to inquire about the delay While I understand that salons can get busy but punctuality and respecting clients time are important. I hope the salon can work on this for future appointments. (Mudon branch)

I asked for a very simple hairstyle. A slight trim, short layers and framing my face where the shortest hair will reach my chin CURLY. The hairstylist even asked if she should cut it longer so it will reach my chin curly to check. She ended up giving me bangs!! That arent even (right side is shorter than the left). And the shortest strand is way further than the front strands (i have a photo added) its choppy, uneven, and just looks bad and I cant imagine how bad it will be when I wash my hair and it curls. When cutting she didnt even check once that it was evenly cut on both sides, she just cut by guessing. It looks like a child cut my hair. My hair means a lot to me and i think most people. I will never trust this place with mine again, its going to take months of growing out before I can even try to fix this messUpdate:Someone contacted me to see if I would go get it fixed at another branch I said no but Id like a refund because I need to go somewhere else to see if anything can be done to make it look smoother and i shouldnt have to pay for such a bad job. They said they would contact me again and I have heard nothing since, days later ..... Unprofessional on all aspects.

The worst experience ever for a haircut, unbelievable!! The stylist ruined it. Can’t she cut a straight line? What I wanted was a simple bob haircut like in the second picture. Im still so furious.

I love the girls at The Loft, Mudon branch. Theyre very professional, helpful and friendly. Two personal favourites are Rozette who is a super talented and patient nail artist, she always keeps up with me when Im hesitant to choose which colour to apply or accidentally mess one of my nails before they dry. Shes also a perfectionist and is really friendly.Penny is also my favourite, I got the chance to meet her today and shes done a brilliant job adjusting my eyebrows shape which made them look thicker given that my eyebrows are not thick and didnt have a similar shape, I truly felt like a whole new person. She is simply brilliant.

Roma’s services are just perfect. Very experienced in waxing.

I am very disappointed with this branch! I came here specifically to see the hair colorist I liked, who was switched from the Mall of the Emirates branch to Mudon.The salon has only three seats inside, but they booked seven clients at the same time! Five clients were inside, and two were waiting outside for their turns, despite having scheduled appointments.We were constantly moving around to give each other turns, which is not the treatment customers should pay for.The staff is amazing, but the conditions they are working under are really difficult. They deserve better.I have been with Loft since 2016, but unfortunately, I don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore.

I always visit the Loft for a nail service and waxing, and I must say that my experience with Jenny, Virginia and Michele and penny is always absolutely amazing. I get my full Brazilian wax with Roma, something I find very painful but Roma is the most gentle and so good at ensuring you feel the least pain! She is also super lovely!

First time trying this branch and it was my worst experiences with the loft.They seemed lost, they wanted me to wait til other people are finished even though i had an appointment and arrived on time . They handled the situation very badly .I have been going to the loft palm and dubai hills for more than 9 years now and this is the first time i feel mistreated. Wont recommend it

Walked in the Mens Mudon Community center Saloon. The saloon was empty. They barber asked whether I have an appointment. Clearly no one makes appointment, never have I before. He said they only take in on appointment, but he said he will accommodate. I informed him never I have been asked to make an appointment. Didnt want to give my money where it doesnt deserve, so I walked off saying I will go some where else.

I recently visited The Loft branch in Mudon. After communicating with them twice, on phone and in person on separate days, they told me the pedicure service is for 95 Aed and with paraffin treatment, it’s for 110 with just a 15 dirhams difference (their staff’s line when I spoke to them).So anyway, I got the service done and while paying, they very conveniently charged me 210 dirhams, saying paraffin is a whole separate treatment and “we are sorry but there was a miscommunication and the other lady who quoted you the price at the reception is not here right now”.I mean, I had heard about how this particular branch just looks to make money some way or the other, but this is just a different level of scam they are doing.I don’t mind paying a certain amount but at least they shouldn’t cheat the customers like this.

Loved the service! My stylist was very friendly, made me feel welcome, asked and listened to my ideas but was informative and ready to give me advice when I asked. Everyone in the salon was also very friendly and I can say all the stylists there have an amazing talent because of the before and after hairstyles and colors I saw while I was there. This is a money grabber salon in dubai!I put my gel set with them 2 weeks ago and when I went back to ask them to remove and availing a cleaning service only they want to charge me for gel removal because I’m not putting a color anymore! Service through all Loft salons are good and measurably the same. Some of Lofts best hairdressers are based here, in my opinion. Mudon however has a space problem and customers bump each other when the chair is turned for any reason, which downgrades the experience.

Recently moved to the lower ground floor of Dubai Mall.Been there 3 times all for hair cut, the 1st visit was great and I was allocated a skilled hairdresser, but the next two visits really ruined my first impression. The hairdressers didnt seem to know what they are doing, not sure if they are the nail artists who was forced to cut my hair... they dont even dry my hair properly.Considering the price, its service is really below average.

I hate the service, I wished they gave me an Asian Stylist. During application of shampoo on my Hair, it was so quick and I didnt feel the massage to which I experienced in other salon. When they do the Blow dry, she didnt try to be careful, I felt that hotness all over my face and too much heat in my scalp, I felt I was burning. . I haTE it..

I had the swedish massage with Sanju.. it was one of the best massage I ever did .. she’s friendly, clean, and she knows what she’s doing.

Nice look to barbershop is a deception of unhygienic practice. Clippers were not cleaned between clients, barber had hair all over his clothes and I got a nasty scalp infection after my haircut - needed antibiotics. Terrible experience

Doesnt even deserve a star. Worst services, Michelle burned me during my under-arm waxing and it wasn’t better for upper-lip and eyebrows cleaning.I didnt feel my inherited skin until I got home, I applied cream then I noticed that I had lots of small swells.

Was asked if I would like a coffee which never came. Fastest haircut I have ever had with zero conversation, not even a “how is your day?”. Both barbers seemed preoccupied with something other than their job. Got home to find in his haste that the barber had scratched the area around my eyebrows so I look like a boxer. Perhaps that is why it was empty. If I was the owner I would not be impressed. I am not a complainer but this was quite an experience.

The gents salon is the worst ever..bad attitude, not professional at all ..wast of time and money..the guy destroyed my sons hair and make him feel sad ..I was going to call the police for them ..never recommended.

They ruined my son’s hair cut !! I came with reference pics ,showed them and asked if they can do it or not, one of hairdressers said he can do it , he did completely what I told him not to do my son ended up with not straight cut hair one ear side is obviously shorter another is long((( the haircut doesn’t look even close to what I was asking for!! He didn’t even apologize! And try to fix it . Poor quality,no customer care! And also they took money for the disaster he made !

I have been coming to Abu ali and he is great, today I was told that will be relocated to Dubai malls branch, I think the company needs to take into consideration the customer used to the mudo location and have Abu Ali come 1 or 2 days a week to Mudons branch..I will bebthe first customer you lose if he leaves for good.

Not good at all..service depends on which country you are from..very disappointed.I visited there yesterday evening for haircut andThe guy was rude and not polite and even onThe process he took other client and asked me to gel my hair own my own after shampoo.they charged me 105 dhs which is ok but not worth for this service.dont get your haircut done with the longhair guy even if you really have to go there you will be feeling insulted 😞..

Catherine did my lashes really really nicely and Roma did the colour of my eyebrows really good.

For my experience I totally recommend mr Hussam super professional hair dresser very friendly person when I go and do my hair or shaving am so relaxing because I know I’m in good hand.:))

I give this 1 star for the men section;They are not professionel and especially they dont know how to cut the baby’s hair! They only have a car shaped chair for the kids, thats it. Dont waste your time and money.

Horrible service! I went for a hair trim and the lady cut way to much hair and cut my hair band. Now my hair is so so short, it used to be till my hips now it’s around my shoulders.
