The Loft Fifth Avenue Mall Of the Emirates

I visited The Loft Salon after Mounir Salon at the Emirates towers damaged my hair by bleaching it without my consent or consultation and charged me for a full makeover while I only booked for few highlights as it was my first time to color my hair. My hair became so brittle that I couldnt brush it, and even washing it became a nightmare. I went to The Loft Salon hoping to cut it all off. The stylist Zaher was incredibly kind and advised against cutting everything, instead focusing on removing the damaged sections and refreshing my hair. Im so happy with the result. Also I did my eyebrow there and the lady was amazing . Thank you all.

Ive had pretty bad luck with hairdressers recently but, Mazen was highly recommended so I tried going to him today. I have long thick curly hair so Im a bit particular with how its cut. Mazen was amazing, super nice and I went in with an idea of what I wanted and he was honest about how it was a slightly outdated hair style but he could still give me shape and make it nice and not boring. I trusted his opinion with my only rule to make sure the front hairs werent too short cause it will curl and its too hard to maintain! He did an amazing job, making sure it was a good length and adding beautiful layers and shape to my hair. Finished off giving me a beautiful blow dry with a few front curls to shape my face. Everyone there was nice and professional, it was super clean and also great background music. Definitely recommend!

The haircut was amazing. The lady that washed my hair was incredible! However, the recepionist was being rude. We encountered a small issue with the card, whilst in the meantime I went take cash ; I’ve noticed that she was laughing while watching me with some staff and pointing toward us while doing so. I found it extremely rude and disrespectful as she was gossiping, laughing with the staff on the matter - which was already embarrassing enough. A shame because the hairdresser was wonderful

Ms. Mina and her assistants gave me an excellent salon experience. I ordered a color and drying service. I arrived a little early and they accommodated me right away. They treat me very well throughout my time. Plus, I received a head massage as well. I look forward to seeing them all again. Thanks!!

This is my go-to for all things hair related when I visit Dubai. The staff is amazing, so considerate and polite. Every time they wash your hair, they treat your scalp with a multitude of products as well as a head massage. I can’t recommend the hair technician Mina enough! She is quite the magician when it comes to hair! I went for a cut and some highlights, absolutely stunning. I’ve received so many compliments back home. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Ezel did the most beautiful natural blonde balayage on my hair. He is the most talented Colorist and Hair stylist I have ever met. I highly recommend him and I would fly all the way from Germany to Dubai for him to do my color. Very professional experience and wouldn´t change him for the world.

I have been going to the Loft for waxing for around a year but recently had a bad experience at MOE that has put me off. I arrived on time but my requested therapist had been given to someone else and was still busy completing their service.The treatment room had not been prepared for my arrival - still dirty from the last client and no fresh roll/towels on the bed.I was left to sit alone with multiple colleagues walking in for 15 minutes before I decided to leave. What is the point of booking an appointment at a specific time, with a specific therapist for them to not be ready when you arrive?Around 10 minutes after I left, I received a call from the salon. Barely an apology for my experience and no compensation/recovery offered to a loyal customer of theirs. Very disappointing and I will no go elsewhere for services.

I trust my hair only to the top hairdresser Mina. The procedure is always carried out at the highest level! I really like the products the master works on, my hair has become silky and well-groomed! I recommend master Mina, very pleasant and professional in her field

I just had a hair cut from zaher at loft fifth avenue mall of emirates and omg its a complete makeover just look n feel the best, brand new me, I just had to show him a picture n say this is haircut I want n he gave me exxxxxactly that, being a tourist Im sooo happy I chose loft my mom also took a haircut we both have very different hair structures and zeher did a fabulous job we are so happy with are total transformation of hair that look n make u look oh so beautiful ❤️I strongly recommend *zaher* (hair magician) at loft- mall of emiratesThank you you guys uv been God sent 😇

This is my first time visiting The Loft Fifth Avenue. Audy was the one who dealt with my hair, and I’m happy to say that I loved the end product. I had done henna in my hair 2 years ago, and the stain was still on my hair. So I was quite nervous about getting highlights in my hair again (the first time I got highlights was from another salon and I ended up having orange streaks in my hair)I went to The Loft with a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like, not actually expecting my hair to end up looking like that. Audy worked very hard on my hair and gave me exactly the colour I wanted! The salon is very neat and everyone is very friendly and professional. And Audy is super nice! Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Very bad experience. Terrible,call center booked appointment without telling me that they don’t do hard gel . They did no even removed completely my old gel and for removal they charge me 90Aed for what ??????? Seriously! So they put for me gelish without even doing manicure ! How guys u can put color without clearing nails? They don’t have even a proper space for doing nails.They don’t any tools for it . Very cheap , literally u are sitting and breathing all the dust which is comes from ur nails . And prices are so high for nothing . I feel so disappointed for spending money and my time .

What a great service, it was my first time to do my hair at this local, I was hesitant since I tried so many saloons and none could do my hair curly with a brush, usually I get it done, it turns good once done, then my hair goes back to be straight as if I didn’t spend money on fixing it, however, your service is beyond good (I wish I took the name of the technician who did my hair - male technician) he did a super great work, second day at the end of it, and my hair still looks fresh with sharp looking curls. Worst salon experience I have had in 8 years living in Dubai. Terrible haircut, this picture was taken moments after I left the salon, my hair was all different lengths . Very unpleasant interactions with the staff and I tried to complain over email and did not receive a response. Would not recommend for more than a blowdry.

I’ve been in Dubai for 8 years, and 7 of them been going to this salon. However, later on I realised that it’s not about the salon - it’s about the hairdresser or colorist. I’ve tried so many salons in Dubai, but they can’t get my natural hair color done right. I finally found my colorist, MINA, that could finally achieve the right color 🤩 I highly recommend her as she is very talented and professional!

The worst cut ever. Have been going loft from past 3 years, but never going back again. Had the worst haircuts ever. As i went for my haircut one of the assistant took me for a hair wash, at that point the hairdresser was too rude with her asking if she took his permission for the hair wash!! Which did not make sense (I already have assumed it is not going to end well) after the hair wash i was taken for the cutting & omg the hair cut, he started chopping of my hair, there were no comb involved just a random pulling & chopping of hair. Didn’t pay a penny of attention to my hair.Please change the hairdresser he is a rude arrogant fellow. A complete waste of money finally after 2 months of growing my hair, again had a proper cut at a different salon. The girl who did my cut was shocked to see the rough edges and random chopping of hair. Charging a lot of money doesn’t maintain a high standard, improve your service and hire the right person.

What an amazing and relaxing experience. Very well trained, talented and super friendly team, they did a great and clean job with my nails. Also great hair service I was satisfied everything was amazing. The loft deserves 10 stars out of 5.

The service was excellent. I was taken care by Edy one of the hairdressers. He cut my hair and blow dried it in the nicest of ways. I left the salon very satisfied with his work and my new haircut. Very disappointed with the haircut! Asked for a layer cut and mentioned I dint want any sort of volume, she insisted I do a blow dry (extra cost-almost equivalent to the haircut cost) as she would be able to style the layers better. End result-came out with a blunt cut rather than a layer one and she also mentioned that once I wash my hair it would easy to manage, it is such a disaster now that the hair is washed. I do not recommend and I will definitely go and let her know how disappointed I am with this.

Extremely unprofessional!!! I went to take an appointment for wash and blow dry(which is the most basic service), and they gave me one, which was 45 mins later. I roamed around the mall to kill time. And when i turned up 45 mins later, the receptionist(with the short bob) said they would need arother 1 hour. Then what is the point of an appointment? And to make it worse, she couldnt even be bothered to apologise for her scheduling mistake!I immediately called Sisters Salon in the same mall and went for their services instead. Save your time and money, go elsewhereIm pretty sure the management is gonna paste a cookie cutter apology as a response

Audi Ezel is an absolute professional and provides excellent service. He is very quick, hard-working and friendly hair stylist. I love how he has a thoughtful approach over things. Overall the staff is very accommodating and wonderful. I recommend everyone to experience Ezel for hair services. He definitely has some magic!

The stylist was late for the appointment and didn’t really want to cut my hair. He was more interested in changing the colour of my hair. He left it much longer than I wanted and although I specified I wanted layers cut as I have very fine hair and I did NOT want a bob, a bob is what he cut. When I asked him to shape front ends in a certain way he refused ans then insisted on a blow dry. I specified from the start that I didn’t want my hair blow dried as it never looks the way I want it to. My curly hair was blow dried straight (I hate my hair straight!), it was then “curled” with tongs. It looked terrible and I cannot have hair on the side of my face and neck as it irritates my skin. This was exactly where he insisted on “styling” my hair, doing everything he wanted and I specified that I didn’t want. This is not supposed to be “please the hairdresser”.

I got a haircut by Eddi. He is really good! I wanted steps but not to short! He did just that.The quality and professionalism he used was very 5star. I’m very happy for choosing the loft for my haircut! Highly recommend and will definitely come back soon 👍🏼

The service at Emirates Mall branch is appalling.The receptionist is clueless. She doesnt know anything about what services they offer.I had my roots done with Natalia from Ukraine. The roots wasnt done properly, so I went to complain and she was arguing with me which was very unprofessional.There is also another hairdresser from Greece. I had my hair cut by her. She didnt ask me first how short I want my hair to be. She began cutting my hair and it was very short and there was no style.I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to their salon. Its very bad service and the staff are very rude and very unprofessional.

Cost 351 aed for a beard and facial 🤣 absolute joke the pricing, over 70 pound to for 30mins to get my beard trimmed. They did a good job, but the price is a joke

I love this salon. I have highlights done by Ezel and my hair is so much better than anywhere else I have been in Dubai (and Ive tried lots-Im fussy). He even managed to sort my previous botched colour with ease. I would strongly recommend.

Best colourist I have found in the UAE - I have been here 4 years and never found someone that understands how to achieve the blonde balayage effect I have been looking for until I came here. I have used the loft recently and lovely experience for pedicure and manicure with Sam, Annabel and Marycel, Mazen for a blow dry hairstyle. All very relaxing experience.

My first day in Dubai, went to the Loft 5th Ave at the Mall of the Emirates and was hugely surprised and delighted at one of the best mani/pedis I have ever had (and had thousands in my life!) thanks to Shirley. Very pleasant atmosphere, professional and friendly. Cannot recommend Shirley’s skills more highly.

I have gone for haircuts a few times and they charge different price every time. My hair is supper short but they Charge almost 200 aed for a blowdry thats is done in 10 minutes. Plus keep you waiting half an hour even if you book an appointment. On my last visit i was charged 30 aed extra by mistake. Overpriced and unprofessional.

Amazing color on my hair. Ezel hairdresser has talent in women hair color, would never change him. I went to the mall of the Emirates branch and service was also amazing.

I asked for fringe cut, the English lady didnt even know how to hold the brush, she took 15 mins minimum when it usually takes a min or 2 to cut it, and yet it wasnt balanced from each side and she cut it veeery short. It looks soooo ugly veeery unprofessional and they counted it as full haircut. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I was tempted by the reviews but mine remains mixed. Although the difficulty was making myself understood, I thought I had explained my needs well but I realized that the confusing information on their site did not help me. Indeed, gel nails in France are not semi-permanent but for them... yes.Furthermore, I wanted to tint my eyebrows but the woman started by threading the top because she had obviously not understood my request, or rather listened. Then, I had the famous dye done by a man but the result was so ugly that I finally asked for the rest to be waxed, which fortunately gave a very nice result. Finally, the semi-permanent nails were superbly done, on the feet and hands, so Im still happy to have gone there. (I also appreciated the welcome and the very good coffee, thank you.)

The place is always beautiful and always tidy and clean. When I come to the Emirates, the first thing I have to do is a pedicure and manicure at Shirley’s. God willing, it is clean and tidy and its work is very good and beautiful 😍😍❤️✨✨✨✨
