I did my pro glow facial, eye brow threading, meni- pedi, hair treatment, lash lifting today. Everyone are really lovely & helpful. Specially the Russian lady who gave me advise regarding daily hair wash treatment (Im so sorry forgot her name) .and manpreet did my facial who was really caring about everything.One thing I want to suggest about the meni pedi chair , it would have been comfortable if the chair was more appropriate for the service . Overall it was a satisfying service . Hopefully will come back again.

This has been my salon since I moved to Dubai 🤍 Nezha does my trims everytime and she’s taken great care of my hair . It’s grown so much and always looks beautiful everytime I leave the salon :) everyone’s so kind and the service is great . Nails are good too here , highly reccomend !!

The Loft is my local salon and I have been coming here for years!The staff are fantastic (friendly and professional), special mention for “magic hands” Sheila, who gets the knots out of my back, neck and shoulders!Would recommend The Loft if you’re looking for somewhere on the palm!

Been with them for quite a while, Brenda and Gee are very detailed, helpful and friendly ensuring our feet and hand are clean. They will help to explain how to take good care of daily hygiene and it’s always nice talking to them.

I started to do my nails at the loft almost a year ago and since then I didn’t change the salon. The staff are professional, clean and they know what nail service is better for you. The salon is tidy, clean and comfortable.

They didn’t organise a place for manicure properly: no table, no chair and no lamp (spotlight). So you sit in an armchair which is for pedicure and it’s not comfortable for a client and a technician: my back hurts and she’s doing nails in the air having tension in her arms.The Russian manicure was good though.

It was a great experience. I had my gel nails. Staff were very nice and thoughtful. The woman who did my nail was very talented and smiling. You should definitely go! I love it

Absolutely trust her and happy to have a great service . Highly recommended her if you are looking for professional technician .

Overall the salon is lovely, and the stuff are very nice and attentive!However there is one morrocan lady in particular who is a hairdresser at the salon (she has an awful temper, and is very rude to her colleagues). Honestly, she has no manners and is always in a bad mood!I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

It is a very nice saloon, but I can not tolerate the bad treat for one of the hairdresser to the assistants. I am not going so often but in the last 2 occasion was the same, very disrespectful manner to treat the persons who she is working with whatever the origin or ethnic group. I saw a clearly racism actitud.

I had an appointment just today at palm jumeirah branch to do my hair and gel polish for my toes. As soon as the assistant finished my hair wash and took a seat for my blow dry 4 customers walked in the salon supervisor - Karmel- and asked the 2 hairdressers to help them, the assistant asked Alex hair dresser who i had an appointment with that you have to do her hair she said I don’t care i have customers she is nit booked under me!!!!. Then non of the available hairdressers did my hair i had to walk to the reception and I told her that you booked me and the supervisor was standing there and she said 175 is your bill! Imagine i had towel on and my hair was fully wet yet!The supervisor was extremely rude with an attitude! I mentioned to her you guys didn’t finish my hair and you got another customer and you didnt even bother to ask the hairdresser to do my hair while i was there before them and you are just asking me to pay and giving me sorry! She was extremely rude to me and such a terrible attitude! I asked for the salon manager she said is on holiday and i asked for a number she said we don’t have it! I am leaving this review to let you know that you guys have a very poor customer service and rude reception hair dressers and supervisor! They literally kicked me out of the salon while my hair was wet and a bill without taking care of my hair! How horrible you guys are! I shouldn’t have even paid for that bad service and rudeness and attitude! You guys owe me 175 dirhams for what I didn’t receive! I wouldn’t recommend here to anyone and will never be back!Would you yourself leave your phone number on Google! On your customer profile you can find my name and number from there and contact me!

Good salon. I had my nails and toes done with shellac and the service was good. The lady who did my nails was amazing. They lasted 4 weeks without chipping. The lady who did my toes wasnt quite at the same level as the nail lady but I was still very happy with the service. Ill be going back in future.

The entire staff are professional, every service has been an enjoyable experience. They are also very patient and I never make appt in advance and they manage to get me in. Good afternoon!I would like to thank stylist Asma for her great professionalism . I was in the salon twice and did the hair coloring and styling procedure. She is a wonderful and very well-mannered, also very positive and master and a great professional! I will only go to her! For Asma 5 stars !I also wanted to complain about the staff who works at the reception! They absolutely dont work! I signed up for Asmas stylist in two weeks and they didnt save the appointment ! They dont want to work! No upbringing and absolute rudeness from the reception staff!I came one day before the recording to clarify and check if everything was in appointment and why no one called me to confirm the appointment . Then I heard that they forgot to warn the master and Master Asma didnt even know about the recording! I booked up for TWO WEEKS !! why do you pay a salary to the girls from the reception if they do not record clients and you lose appointments and subsequently money ! Then I gave the number of the salon to my friends, but after calling on the phone they said that Asma does not work and tried to impose other masters! But as I found out when I came to the salon , Master Asma worked and just the reception staff does not book people like her ! This is outrageous! Deal with the reception staff! You are losing customers and money!For reception staff 0 stars!

After 10 years in Dubai and 4 years ago I found Tatiana. I followed her from Motor city to Dubai Mall and now to the palm branch. She is truly the best and only one that will touch my blonde hair. Thanks Tatiana for always making me look gorgeous and making my blonde hair long and healthy. I cant recommend you enough!! A true professional, from highlights to hair botox to extensions and even found the perfect shade everytime with toner. She is the best!

Called to make an appointment for my daughter and was given a certain price over the phone, when I reached the salon I was given a different price. Didn’t accept to have the service of course...Following day I get a call from some “customer service” person who starts lecturing me on how it is better to go online to check the prices.Too much attitude, and while I’m at it, the entrance of the salon smells weird

I am from Europe and my hair has never been thick or in excessive volume, but I never considered myself as someone with serious issue and in urgent need of EXTENSION. There is one hairdresser in the salon, who once trimmed my hair and monitored many times during one session, that I should have gone for extension.I never wanted to go back to her again. It happened I went to her for NEY hair styling - it was a last minute booking so I did not mind too much who would do the styling.This lady mentioned to me at least 5 times during one hair styling appointment, that I really need hair extension, then while styling and showing my hair, she mentioned that in this particular area, hair extension is really needed. Really?I consider such behavior and comments unacceptable - what if it was a 15 years old girl and these horrible comments were to ruin her self-esteem, image and worth forever?! I sense this lady receives commission on extension services and tries to really sell it while making such unacceptable comments.

Only use the nail section, however they have the very best nail technician Ive ever used! I just hope she never leaves! In general they appear to be short staffed & could do with a little cosmetic upgrade...

I had a haircut and a hair treatment. Assistants were nice and welcoming, mine did great head and shoulder massage. The hair stylist was also kind of nice as well but whilst waiting for the assistants to finish with washing hair and doing hair treatment she was eating sunflower seeds near me, cracking them within 1 meter from me and watching some videos. Not sure if they don’t have the space to rest and eat but it’s the first time I witnessed this attitude and lack of manners or respect to the customer.

I would like to thank the wonderful master Tatyana for the work and professionalism!!! I am blonde and have quite complex coloring and curly hair, which only a real professional can handle!! Tatyana did a very complex coloring and toning for me, exactly the same as my regular hairdresser always did for me, and an absolutely magnificent hairstyle!! I am absolutely delighted!! Also, I would like to note the very high quality hair care and cosmetics! Fast and professional service!
