Had the ladies for home nail service after a bad nail experience where my nails needed a lot of TLC. They were amazing, punctual, happy to chat, gave me great advice for care to get them back to good health and an amazing mani/pedi in line with everything I asked for. Couldnt be happier.

The Receptionists are completely unhelpful, and they dont accommodate for any time slots and not welcoming. The receptionists are the forefront of a place. Ghassan is the only reason I still come to the place because he make my hair like no one else

I’ve been a regular here for the past 2 years. Very satisfied with the technician I visiting once a week. But the receptionist and the owner are very rude. My appointments have been canceled multiple times one hour prior. Last time I get there and my regular technician was replaced with someone else which I accepted, but then the girl who was replaced was busy attending the owner so I was delayed for 40 minutes. And the nail service was awful. Very bad nail polish application

Amazing place, they go out of their way to accommodate you. Super conveniently located in JLT. Bashir is a genius hairdresser, love his work! Highly recommend!

Updated rating: 17July 2024.In December 2023, I visited the Nail Pavilion using the Entertainer and was provided with a physical (paper) voucher for another service by TNP, with the TNP stamp on it. This voucher expires in December 2024. I tried to use this voucher on 8 July 2024, and was informed by TNP that they will not honour the voucher they handed me as they ended their contract with the Entertainer (note that I was not trying to use a new Entertainer voucher, just the voucher where I paid TNP for the service in December 2023). TNP passed the responsibility to the Entertainer. After contacting the Entertainer, I realised that TNP had already decided to end their contract with the Entertainer, while at the same time issuing my voucher, and not informing me thereof. TNP was therefore issuing a voucher they never intended to honour.As a long-term client, using many different services (not just Entertainer vouchers), I have asked for a manager or owner to contact me, but until today no contact has been made. It is with disappointment that I realised long term clients are not valued, issues not listened or responded to, and ethical business practices not adhered to.

My favorite nails salon in Dubai for over three years now. Very friendly professional stuff. Huge choice of nail-polish colors. Best pedicure, they always fix my ingrowing nail and manage to maintain it, so it never hurts. Only issue is finding printing in JLT during week days. So better come early, late or on weekends. They accept entertainer as well.

This is my go to salon whilst in Dubai. Lovely service with attentive staff, always ready to greet you with a smile. Ali is just brilliant with colour. He takes time to understand exactly what you want, explaining things throughout the process. I always leave happy!

2 days and my nails look like this & refusing to give me a refund. Appalling service do not waste your money

The only place I will ever go to for mani, pedi, and their blow out is next to none! The nails stays perfect for a week or more every single time, and the blow out also lasts for ages and is always beautifully done. I also cannot praise their renewing massage and lymphatic drainage enough, it has been life changing in how I feel, best of all they come home so I feel extra relaxed during my massage.

Covering gel varnishes not by rules, patches of light waves. Edges are not painted. The cuticle is filled in. From 10 points 1 and it for affability of employees and comfort. But quality of work zero.

I loved my experience at TNP. The staff was super polite from the moment I entered to when I left. The nail technicians are very professional, I’m usually picky when it comes to my nails but I was very pleased with my service. I also did my hair with Vitoria who is incredible! Hands down, best blow out in Dubai!Love this place! Highly recommend!!

Both nails and hair are done very good here! Most importantly the hairdresser Ghassan is phenomenal, I went not so long ago to do trimming and his attention to details was perfect! I left feeling satisfied with my haircut👍👍

Overlyyyyy priced!!!I have been to the JLT branch couple of times and I have always felt weird with the staff’s attitude, especially the hairstylists. They would judge you by your looks, would start talking in their own language and laugh in a way that feels like they are mocking you.I went for hair colour and cut last week. Prior to my visit, I had checked the price with them which sounded reasonable. When I visited the salon, I asked the hairstylist to give me a certain haircut ( I SHOWED HIM THE PICTURE), he said yes to it. Then i asked him something on the colour, he made fun of me and started discussing the same with a fellow hairstylist in their own language, on which they both laughed at me.After doing the colour and highlights, when he did my hair cut, it was not exactly the way I had requested by showing a picture (for which he had initially agreed). Upon asking for the reason, he said that the hair style in the picture wont suit me!!!Now coming to the price, when they showed me the bill, it was double the price that they had told me. I asked for the breakdown, they had added extra prices for hair colour (to change from brown colour to the original black colour) and added blow dry charges. I really felt that they should have told me the price of each service as and when the process was going on.Honestly, with the price they charged, the service was not worth it. Due to time constraints, I had to visit the salon, else there are so many better options than this one with reasonable price and WELL BEHAVED STAFF!For once, I could still forget the prices that they charged me, but the attitude of the staff was not acceptable. Being in the customer service industry, they should know how to behave with the customers. Mocking the customer in any way is not at all acceptable!!!I dont even want to give them one star!

The service is good but the receptionist is extremely rude, does not listen after repeatedly telling her. She has no problem solving attitude and only wants to argue with the client instead of finding a middle ground.

Bachir is an excellent manager and provides asuperb first class service, I can confidentlyrecommend him as the best stylist and colourexpert in town. Bachir completed an amazingtransformation for my birthday with balayage. I wasnt sure what to expect as it was myfirst time trying this, the outcome was beyondmy expectations, awesome! Star studded team for nails also. In a nutshell, if you want to be pampered its the place to go!

Ghassan is my favourite he always takes great care of my hair and advises me on the best methods of keeping my hair and scalp healthy! Plus his blow drys are amazing

I usually get my hair done by Ghassan, he is an expert hair styler. I have thin hair which is hard to make long-lasting wavy blow dry, and Ghassan is the only one who can do it perfectly. I had a 7hours flight, I slept for 2 nights, and my hair still looks fresh and beautiful :)) thanks Ghassan!

22/08/21: I’m a regular here for hair wash and blow dry. Ali and Bashir knows best how to handle fussy dyed hair like mine. Staff is super friendly and fast paced when it comes to finish the tasks.14/01/22: I have been a regular here since its close to my work place. However the owner doesnt seem to be interested to entertain regular customers. The receptionist is pushing me to visit on her chosen time slot as well as to pay in advance for the services. Congratulations on losing a client. Never going there again.

I have been using The Nail Pavilion in JLT many times over the years and in general been happy with the service. It was my first visit after a long time and unfortunately will also be my last. I had a stronger gel / acrylic on my hands and was not advised that the removal will cost almost 3 times more with using the machine. When enquiring about that at the reception when making the payment, the receptionist was very rude and did not try to solve the situation in any way. All I was told that if I do not pay this amount, it will be deducted from the salary of the lady that did my manicure. The thinking and service is still so backwards. On top of it all the lady doing my manicure was over 30 minutes late. A very negative experience and will definitely not be going back there again.

Ghassan is an experienced hair dresser who does the most amazing blow dry. The mail pavilion staff is courteous and very professional.

Love this place and the ladies who work here. They do an amazing job and are clean, professional, and pay attention to every detail. Its the only place I go for my nails.

The Nail Pavilion is by far the most professional and convenient home service in Dubai when it comes to manicures, pedicures and massages. I have been going to the Nail Pavilion since about 4 years for mani, pedi and blow-dry. They have an excellent service. Bashir is THE BEST at blow dries, honestly no one has even come close to his results!

My favourite nail master is Ruslana. She is the best.There is two brunches of this salon. New one looks nice inside. However old one needs renovation and more space.

The nail technician did a really great job. She was very thorough & really nice too. I got a 30% discount too as a new customer, so was really happy with that!

The first time I went there it was okay. I went again today for a mani-pedi and the pedicure service was really below standard. The woman took 15 min to do both my feet and she didn’t even scrub it. Didn’t keep my feet soaked and didn’t even remove dead skin. I can still feel and see the harshness. They are only good at applying nail paint. The manicure was also okay, nothing great but the pedicure was disappointing. Paying 170 aed and what a waste!!!

I tried the Essie couture polish as the technician said although it is more expensive it comes with a 7 day guarantee. The technician applied 3 coats which isnt normal as I get weekly manis and know the standard is two so I thought it was to do with the formula.The next day I wore shoes and my two big toes smudged, I called the salon to say im around the corner do they mind redoing them and they told me they are too busy and will call me back but I didnt hear from them. The next day I wrote to them on instagram. The owner replied telling me its normal in humidity, heat and closed shoes. I said I think its coz it was 3 coats otherwise a polish wouldnt smudge the next day and she questioned me saying its odd they did 3 and that this polish does not even need a base coat. That was it on day 3, no offer of fixing the chip despite the 7 day guarantee when selling this product.Day 4 I posted a pic on my instagram of my smudged pedi and she responded to it saying I have no social etiquette for posting it. I explained all I had wanted was for someone to fix it, even if she had charged me a small fee I would have done it as it would mean not redoing my pedi but she just blamed the weather, mu shoes and questioning me as if I was lying. I explained it was just a chip that needed fixing, any other salon would do it even if I had picked it off myself. This 1 star is for terrible service, the job was fine but it was her terrible attitude dealing with it with personal comments like “you have deep rooted negativity” because I wanted a chip in my nail fixed 😅 she sent me an article called “5 reasons why the customer is not always right” which pretty much sums up her attitude. Seriously do yourself a favour and avoid this salon 🙏

This place has great service and they do their job very well. However, this salon is EXTREMELY overpriced. I would have never expected this place to charge me over 300 dirhams for acrylic nails and regular pedi. Check the prices before you visit.

Had eye lash extensions done here and they are terrible. They have not been on for 1 week yet and they are almost all off.They’ll eyelashes are not comfortable and keep getting stuck in my eyes.Expensive for nothing I must say & I am very disappointed

Very poor service with a rude receptionist!Went for gel nails which started peeling off on 3rd day itself…when I reported it to the team, they started accusing me instead for bad nail care, n didn’t even offer to fix them! ..Don’t recommend anyone to use the service!

Staff are great, had an eyelash refill and the technician was very good. She finished extremely fast and its been 2weeks and they look fresh.
