Charm and Rhan are the best therapists in universe!!! My daughter and I their permanent clients for a very long time! They are highly professional and skilled, also super kindhearted and friendly ladies. Today we did Christmas themed nails, feet treatment and facial. Absolutely love it! ❤️❤️❤️

This review is for Arabian Ranches Branch.Although The Nail Spa is on the pricier side they always try to make every visit pleasant. The therapists are very knowledgeable, thorough and skillful. A friendly, clean and classy environment. I really feel pampered after every visit

As a brand new customer - the nail spa brand advertises on their websites that gift cards ‘ready and waiting to be redeemed for all products and services, any time, in any TNS branch’ - when trying to book directly with the salon not the call agent mentioned I couldn’t use it which is incorrect. As a new customer - I was put off from booking after explaining multiple times that this is what is offered on the website for all branches. It doesn’t seem like this branch was willing to accommodate if I didn’t remind them of what the brand offers and try to book a package - which is a shame as I could have become a member or refer friends who live in this area due to location and reading the amazing reviews. Will try another branch instead!

My favorite nail salon. I have been going for years. Always excellent service from Beth, Juvalyn, Yeth, Reig, Vie and Angie as well as the rest of the team. The therapists are detailed and care about each client’s needs and requests. Best nail salon!

This little haven is tucked away upstairs in the Arabian Ranches Golf Club. From the services to the customer service, I would highly recommend the trip. I live fifteen minutes away and even though I have other salons close by, I am more than happy to go the extra mile- literally - for the great service.

I am so so happy with my visit to The Nail Spa! It is definitely not your ordinary nail appointment as I got a very relaxing shoulders and neck massage whilst getting my mani and pedi done. Everything was just so clean, fancy and wonderful. I was extremely comfortable and I really would like to thank Charm, Yeth and Hershey for the incredible service. The Nail Spa is a beauty sanctuary and Angie is an amazing beautician. Extremely happy with the service received and Angie makes me feel comfortable and well groomed after ever treatment.

I patronise nail spa in the Arabian Ranches from the beginning. The ambiance is nice, the two technicians I go to are wonderful. It’s a top rated salon for its cleanliness and friendliness.

Nice place .. but , a gel pedicure or manicure takes 2 hours or sometimes more … it’s to long. Last time my pedicure took 2h and 10 minutes.

High quality of service every time I’ve visited. The therapists are well trained and it’s a relaxing pleasant experience. My favorites have been Lavy for nails and Vie for neck and shoulder massage.My only feedback is the salon needs a major update in the facilities. There are marks on the walls in the rooms and splotches (paint) on some of the stations. While it may be clean, it just looks dirty and doesn’t fit the brand or what you find in newer branches. A remodel/fit out is long over due! That’s the only reason why this isn’t 5 stars and I really hope they choose to invest in bringing it up to par.

Ladies are kind and do good quality work, BUT they charge 70 (yes seven zero!!!!) AED for gel removal separately for hands and feet meaning 140AED just to remove the gel even if you did it at their place!!! what a rude policy!!! and they dont even tell you before! would have NEVER accepted.

My original nails become black because they dont use any serum to protect your nails we paid more than 1000 and bad result the branch of motor city olso bad qualityThey dont know how to make design they put just color . From where to start, im with them for more than a year.BETH is an angel, never failed to satisfy me, i always get questions about my nails, so positive person, shes like a sister to me, she always handle my PMSing and tries her best to cheer me up.MILLE is the master of deep toes cleaning, im so accurate when it comes to padicure, i never found a lady that do it perfectly the way i want.Thanks alot (TNS) ♥️

I got a manicure, pedicure and facial and loved every minute of it. The ladies were lovely and gentle and I was so relaxed I nodded off for a few minutes. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Extremely unbelievable pruces! They treat theirselves like a 7 star hotel!Moreover they have a loyalty program which the points expire in 3 months if not used! Whats the point!!!I would rather go to one of the5 or 7 stars hotels indulge myself and have great services and beach access than spending same amount for lower categorised place.

Just so you are aware of you book a mani and pedi here you will have one technician do both services.They will tell you that you will be finished in the allotted 60 minutes but expect the service to take a minimum of 105 minutes instead.Also expect a wait of 15 minutes before your looked after.
