The Nail Spa - Dubai Marina

It is a great place and a great service.For the past 2 years I am not changing it and I really appreciate Heaven, Dream and Knight - those are the ladies I always go to, but all the team is trained according to the highest professional standards.That is also a great treat for my mother-in-law who usually is afraid from manicure and pedicure treatments as she had poor experience many years ago and never gave a chance back, until she visited us and I brought her to The Nail Spa, Dubai Marina.

I’ve been coming to this branch regularly for a few years now. Always received exceptional service. And today, Queeni and Mary have treated me so well. Don’t hesitate if you are looking for a great nail salon in Marina.

Peaceful, clean environment. Comfy chairs with iPads and headphones so you can zone out. Excellent service by the nail techs and the front desk staff was very welcoming. Ill definitely go back.

The massage therapist Ninya is something 😍I didn’t have a hope to get rid of cellulite but what she does😃🤩🤩— and absolutely no pain.I m a client here for 2,5 years. Doing nails massage hair and waxing. Love absolutely everything. I recommend to get packages as it’s really good deals plus they give nice gifts (like high brands cosmetics, yoga mats, bags etc) I never ask for specific therapists— as they are all wonderful ladies, only for the massage it’s always Ninya😻.I regularly receive compliments from salon— in September I had complimentary massage 45 mins and complimentary blow dry, discount for the productIn November I got 1 hour free massage and something else. Sometimes I could miss time to use the voucher— the manager is always at my side and would always make me feel great and gives me best options and I have never ever regret going here. Kirpa is a fabulous therapist ! She is soft when it comes to Waxing and brows and she is always honest with clients. I spent my full pregnancy with her and it was amazing I will never change of therapist ❤️❤️

I highly recommend this institut, very welcoming, kind, and professional. I came a 1st time for a waxing session, a 2nd time for a mani/padi with lavender treatment and a 3rd time for a 90 min body massage (circuflow) and I am Very satisfied with the experiences. Very happy and coming back the personal is very professional and the service have high standard 👍small call of attention maybe at the entrance...could needs to control a bit more the quantity of persons about the social distance nowadays required but as a costumer for hair,wax and beauty treatments, you may book online, phone or ask directly recommended so far keep you going girls

I entered without an appointment and was greeted immediately, the service was beyond expected. I did manicure and pedicure (by Rachel and another lady, so sorry I don’t remember her name as she was without a name tag, she also helped me to find the exact color that I wanted from a picture) and then returned for threading and eyelashes tint another day (done by Saima). Very pleasant and fast service and a perfect quality, I also appreciated a wide variety of Essie and Opi nail polish colours (there is also a gel option but I was not interested). The salon itself is very clean and reminds a clinic. Thank you very very much. I will return when in Dubai.

The therapists are quite sweet and understanding however, extremely slow. Took almost 2 hours to do French gel polish without any removal. I understand the precision they aim to achieve but I had to constantly keep checking and rectifying.The therapists are unaware or more like not meant to be aware about the additional charges and ++ for chrome, french etc which is strange cause it is a nail spa and I am sure they encounter these questions and situations daily. Usually my gel lasts almost 4 weeks without chipping or peeling and now towards the end of the 3rd week, it’s already chipped and peeled off. Lady at the cashier was accidentally about to overcharge me and I had to remind her of the price she told me before the service. Overall I feel like their price point compared to other salons is quite high and considering the quality and efficiency of the service, I didn’t think it was super worth it. Thank you anyway:)

I am doing my nails every two weeks there in the Marina branch: the manicure always with Dream. She is an amazing therapist which fulfills all of my wishes. Her professionalism and accuracy are top notch. She works diligently and makes my nails always shine. I cant express how happy I am with her for over 3 years now. She is also very client oriented as I remember one time, she was supposed to go home at 8pm but stayed longer just to finish my nails. I found out just later and felt so badly. Dream, you are the best!

I have been coming to the nail spa for 3 years, and its my little escape. I love the facility in Marina gate, and the therapists there. Specifically, Dream lives up to her name. Her work is perfect and I always leave feeling like Im walking on a cloud. Highly recommended 👌

Quick and easy to get an appointment. It is affordable and there is interesting offers. The staff is warm and professional. I usually do my nails of both hands and feet and often feel satisfied. The service is implacable, but I rate it a 4 stars for the times where I could’ve had a better results. Overall, very happy with the salon, a must try!!

In fact, I cant shorten my experience in the nail spa branch, Marina Gate in several lines. I am a permanent customer of this salon for five years. Actual I can’t never think of trying another salon. They have the best customer service As for the front rows, they are Jelly& Rackelle . Because they are the first to deal with them at the reception and they are above the level of excellent 👍 They deal with me and all customers with love and attention & every time when I reserve my service they offer me the best deals. In addition, they use the best and latest products from the UK, France and many countries of the world just to make us happy. As for the services I cannot do my pedicure without Dream, as she deals with me with all love and takes care of me and my feet, and I also see this with the rest of the clients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a distinctive foot service. If i am looking for the best one for manicure she is the one Doan she has a very positive energy and for nail design She has an art from beyond imagination. Finally didnt hesitate a moment As a mother of daughters, to let them also be customers of this Salon & same employee.

Customer service is practically non-existant and non-useful.I contacted them and asked them what treatment they reccomend for dry feet. They reccomended wrap and relax. Didnt even include a heel scrub with brush to take off dead skin. 150 for just a mask.Then at the checkout the receptionist was trying to do the add ups and everything in a small calculator as if we were in a trading mini market.Your treatments might be good (i cant say as what was suggested for me was a scam) but your customer service is non-existant. Get someone who can effectively communicate and is professional. You cannot charge those prices for this.

It was my first time. I did mani and pedi with Junpie and Knight, they were very professional, delicate and friendly. Also the management staff were very friendly and welcoming. One of the best nail salons I came across so far and I will definitely become a regular customer.

Kirpa is the best brow person I have ever used. I have followed her from MOE and been with her now for 3 years. I would never go to anyone else. She knows I love a completely natural look

Kirpa at TNS Dubai Marina is the only person in Dubai I will allow to touch eyebrows! She’s an expert, always does perfect brow and upper lip threading! I have been visiting Kirpa at the Marina location for waxing and threading since more than a year and am very happy with her. She is very calm and down to earth and does the job nicely.

I have been doing my nails at the Nail Spa Marina Gate for more than 3 years and with Dream in particular for the last 2. She is very good, my nails stay perfect between appointments, her skills and attention to detail are the best. I would recommandé this place to anyone looking for beautiful nails and impeccable service.

One nail of mine broke, they weren’t able to fix it although I said I want it the same length as all my other nails. She couldn’t even tell me why she cannot fix it. They cut into my skin on the feet while pedicure several times. I had gel manicure and pedicure , it took 3 hours to finish . Compared to other studios who do this way better and CLEANER took it like double of the time. Manicure and pedicure with gel for hand and feet over 600 dirham. Way too overpriced for such a poor service ! Never again

I was before visiting her at Mall of the Emirates and followed her in Marina when she moved there as i felt very comfortable with her , she is very caring , professional and i am always happy . Very lovely spa! I did a walk-in and was immediately able to get a French gel mani-pedi. The service was lovely and the techs have very good attention to detail. The prices are also reasonable. It was a very professional and clean place. I’ll definitely be going back regularly. They also have tablets set up so you can watch something while you get your nails done!

Amazing environment that helps you relax. Super fancy. Nice service. For me it’s not a 5 star because the quality of the mani is not as good as other nearby places. After a few only a days my polish is coming off and cuticles are not fresh. I really want to come here cuz it’s such a calming environment but when I need a great polish that lasts....I go elsewhere.

Great place for beauty services. I used mani- and pedicure as well as eyebrows. Always great service and super kind staff. Price is also good, they also offer nice packages with free body massage. I went to Marina Gate, Ibn Battuta mall and MOE and was always happy when I left. Definitely recommend!

Disappointed about the service and the cleanliness of the salon. The stations are dirty you can clearly see they are not clean from long time is dust on top of the aluminium foil. The classic mani-pedi is 200 Aed,I expected a good service and quality products when you pay this amount but you get same as you go in a cheaper salon. The filipino ladies they do the nails they talk about about clients in their language when you comment something. Not going again.

I loved the nail art, loved the patience from the artist but I m not a big fan of the location at Ibn battuta mall, I was facing the wall the entire time and felt a bit between four walls, we already have the masks on and can hardly breath so more space would be much better. Again I loved the nail art a lot and would definitely come back when in Dubai again!

The most expensive place in Dubai and there is nothing special about the Service. I ended up paying 240 for a pedicure and charged me 100 aed extra because I had a broken nail. The service also took 2.5 hI don’t recommend this place at all.

This is the worst manicure of my life! The salon absolutely does not correspond to the stated ratings, a waste of time and money. The cuticles are not processed (if you are expecting a hardware manicure, don’t expect it, they don’t know about it in this salon), the girl tried to persuade me to get my nails done with acrylic gel, although I booked a regular gel coating (by the way, on the website I booked a regular gel coating and a French manicure) - combo design for 320 dirhams, in the end, after the “procedure” they demanded 780 dirhams from me!!! For supposedly additional services, which the girl didn’t even tell me about!). I refused to pay that price for such a terrible manicure, although in fact I could have left without even paying, but I feel sorry for the girl’s wasted time. And, by the way, instead of the 90 minutes indicated on the website, I sat for 3 hours!!! During this time I was able to get a manicure and pedicure separately! The salon employs only Filipinos and Africans who are absolutely poorly trained. As for the pedicure, the salon manager probably hasn’t heard of smart pedicure technology, performed with a special disc, due to which a cumulative effect occurs. Staff use a pumice stone to clean their heels. But most of all I was stunned when the girl began to wrap my fingers in foil with a special solution, instead of cutting off the gel from the nails (as you know, the solution has a very adverse effect on nails and spoils their texture). If you are asking that kind of money for your services, then at least send your staff to professional manicure and pedicure courses! I am absolutely disappointed with the service provided to me and in no way recommend this salon, especially if you have previously visited salons of a more professional level.This is the worst manicure in my life! Unfortunately, it is easy to ignore and exploit a person. I have been dealing with the Ibn Battuta branch for three or four years, and they were excellent in their facials, and their prices were expensive, but reasonable. The service can reach 400, and the service can be in a separate room and lie down on a bed to calm and relax the nerves. Unfortunately, I traveled and returned after 3 years and went to book at the Marina branch, and I actually chose a service for approximately 380 dirhams. I was not surprised that the service should be sitting in the middle of the noise, so I told the employee that it was supposed to be a private room, so she went and brought me other prices in the region of 850 dirhams. I thought it was a hotel room, so I was astonished at the price. She told me we use special products. I asked her: Is sleeping in a small room and using the products worth the price, and will I alone use these products? She got angry and left the salon because that is considered foolishness and cheating.
