Amazing service, very professional and my nail therapist Rehina gave me the best manicure in a long time, my nails look flawless. the variety of colors and designs available was impressive. Cris who did my back massage was too good 👍🏼 The therapist was incredibly skilled, focusing on all the right spots and leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. The ambiance of the salon also added to the experience; it was clean, soothing, and comfortable.

Jumierah branch is one of my favourite it is very relaxing and peaceful place,Therapist are so professional all the way to reception.☝️I really loved my nails and I would definitely recommend ❤️

I have been a regular at TNS for the last 3 years . Recently I have seen the place go down in service pretty badly . They are hiring inexperienced staff who don’t know anything.Yesterday I was there for gel extensions . The lady who was doing it couldn’t do the design I wanted so we had to switch.Even once we switched they barely had any colours for me to choose from and the lady couldn’t draw basic designs like a star.It took much longer than expected and to make matters worse I had to pay twice the normal charges that they do .She did not tell me a price or give me a breakdown before hand.This was my last visit to Tns as it was a total waste of time and money apart from the fact that I felt thoroughly cheated.

Erich is amazing. I have neglected my nails, and she worked hard to make them look incredible like never before. I never had strong nail beds or length but she achieved all that I wanted and more. I will be back and regularly

I really love TNS so much. We go there regularly and they always do a good job with our nails. I also really appreciate how they are taking social distancing seriously. I feel safe going there to get my manicure and pedicure done. Their staff are wonderful, hygiene is 10/10. They always make sure you receive an excellent service. It is on the expensive side though. I wish theyd at least do a loyalty program like sisters do. Not just packages.

Transparency regarding prices needs to be revisited in this branch of TNS. I paid over double what I usually pay for a normal gel manicure due to the technician giving me a treatment I did not ask for and was not aware of. When I brought this to the attention of reception they doubled down on pointing out that a.) the nail spa is an expensive salon b.) the specific nail treatment is expensive. I never asked for this treatment and if I had I would not have consented had I known it would double the cost. I literally paid for their mistake. Unprofessional and left me uncomfortable.

TNS just went down the hill for me. I used to enjoy it even though it’s super expensive comparing to other places. They honestly do not care about their clients or staff. Middle of getting a treatment, the receptionist or manager comes to tell me she will take my therapist for another client!! How is it my fault that you have given her a client in the middle of my manicure! When i told her how is this even okay, she goes ‘I’ll give you another therapist?’ I am sorry but I’m not overpaying to be treated poorly. Second the lady doing my pedicure was so much in a hurry that she didn’t even leave my feet In water for more than 10 seconds, I asked her nicely to please keep them in water coz the peeling was too painful and she says ‘it’s coz I have another client soon’. Why did I even book an appointment. Also, i could tell for a while that their staff are overworked and tired. I have been such a loyal customer for long time, loved the place so much but I don’t want anyone to ever experience such a treatment and overpay for a below average treatment.

The staff were all very nice and even through my indecisiveness of picking a nail color they stayed patient and let me decide for at least 30 min. They do nails exceptionally well and give tips for nail care while doing them. Will definitely go back.

Been going for years but recently their timings are always off, and they always say they’re fulling booked but when you’re at the salon its empty. I think they should review their appointment schedule.overall other services are good.

Just fine and regular treatment like another nails treatment. Not much of color collection for classic applications. Beside it is expensive comparing to the other Salons.

Very good service and complete attention given to the client. Note that for nail services, they don’t use drills so everything is filed by hand resulting in a more time consuming service and therefore a more expensive charge.
