It’s my first time here after a friend recommended them to me. From start to finish Katy and Purnima did an excellent, thorough and professional job on my manicure and pedicure.There was a scented scrub, arm and leg massage and a heated neck pillow. Very relaxing! The place is clean, calm and hygienic. I will definitely be back!

My manicure and pedicure turned out absolutely flawless, with the perfect color and shape. I could tell the products used were high-quality, as my nails felt nourished and looked stunning.What really sets this salon apart is their commitment to making every client feel pampered. I had a classic manicure/pedicure, done by Purnima and Chanda respectively.From beginning to end it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. They both paid attention to detail and were very patient in fulfilling my requests.Great client service and experience overall!

I love the therapists at TNS. However they have a huge issue in scheduling appointments and more importantly not being upfront to customers. It has happened to me numerous times but today 40 mins plus wait for a therapist that I requested ages ago. And best part I got a call before my appointment to “double check I’m coming”. Is that code for we mess up appointments or we had her start someone else in meantime? Unacceptable by all means. I’m tired of waiting all the time. No respect nor value for my time especially being a loyal customer for years. Shame that the service dropped so much. Only thing ever that keeps me going is therapist Lefy which now i may need to reconsider

Mamta and Anja 😊 were so wonderful I couldn’t ask for more! So attentive and took such good care of me. I feel so pampered and spoilt 👍 They were very kind asking if I needed anything and spoke of all the great offers they have too. I would highly recommend, such exceptional service ❤️

No respect for appointments no respect for loyalty. I’ve been doing my nails here for more than 5 years. The girls who do the nails are good but the management of scheduling etc is bad. Not worth what you’re paying for. Choose another spa.

I am regular customer of your brand. Tonight I visited your branche in MOE for the first time. Ledi did my pedicure and great job with me. Also she is the first one who did not stand beside cashier when I was paying, which usually gives me an impression that employees are expecting tips. Which is the reason why I actually left it for her, and asked for her name to leave review cause I really wanted to show appreciation for her service. Also, at the end I ruined a bit my nail polish but she didnt mind to quickly fix it within 1 minute only. Really great service, and thank you Ledi.

Absolutely do not go there, took almost 2 hours to do pedicures and manicure for at the end telling me that they can’t ou gel and it will take another 1h30 .

Had the worse experience with the call center and the branch at the Mall of the emirates. I was not called the day before to remind me of my appointment. Today I was called at 5 27pm and immediately called back however my appointment was cancelled and the branch had taken a walk in. The call center had informed me they will check how they can accommodate me. It is more than 55 minutes and I did not receive a call. I thereafter sent a message and was informed they apologize and still checking. This is totally unprofessional service.

Poor quality. It has been not even 24 hours since my classic manicure and it looks like 4 days after. Poor polish application. It looked ok in the salon, Bc i chose natural pink transparent polish, but in the daylight... Terrible. Pedicure did not happen, only scrub and few moves with the filer, so i can go again. Got discount for pedi, but not coming back ever. This was my 3rd visit, 1st was great, second bad, 3rd i feel so sorry for the money.

I’m always looking forward to my nails sessions. Let’s just say the magical happens every 2 weeks when I go for my appointments at The Nail Spa, I call it my other home for the last 6 years in Dubai. The beauty is with the therapists that has so far became family to me. Therapist Autumn who does my manicure and my unique nail art during all my sessions and Therapist Lennice who does my pedicure with an “incredible imagination of French nail art”. With these two, I don’t need any other therapist in my life. So professional, hospitable, warm, funny… did I say funny? Let’s talk about their work… just incredible and I love it. The six years service justify the customer satisfaction. I’m extremely grateful and happy with these two therapists.

I got mani pedi yesterday. The one who did my hand nails cut me in almost all fingers. I told her right away to be careful not to go hard with the tool but it happened again. When i reached home, i started feeling the pain and i saw that they are actually deep cuts.So since yesterday i’ve been wearing bandages.I think that they hire unprofessional staff or let them start work prior to completing sufficient training.I had good experience in my two visits before.

She is the best nail technician in town wiher great skills and kind heart. I do receive the treatment of gel nails with her monthly and my gel nails last great.I love the Mall of the Emirates Mall brunch as staff are all friendly with the great skills. All the nail technicians and the receptionists address me by my name every time I go to the salon. The salon itself is always clean and tidy. We get the privacy as the salon is a decent size with the pertations.I enjoy my treatment every time I go:)

I have been using TSN for years. All there theapists are amazing but I recently have the most perfect gel manicure with Sally at the MOE branch. She was professional, precise took her time to ensure that I have a manicure that was nothing less than perfection. Definitely will be requesting Sally again.

Sally is the best manicure technician I have ever had, pleasant and accommodating. Lenice and Ledi for pedicure are so professional and pleasant. Reema does my eyebrows, so delicate and neat. Ledi does my back massage better than the physiotherapist, she is a healer.They all care about their customers.

Unfortunately i got a toe infection from visiting TNS MOE branch even though i requested for a senior technician. The infection was so bad that i had to go to the doctor and be on antibiotics for a week because white puss was coming out and i have type 1 diabetes meaning foot injury is extremely dangerous hence why i request for only senior technician. I couldnt wear closed shoes for at least 5 days and was unable to do any exercise or put a lot of pressure on my feet. Ive been a customer of TNS for maybe 10 years and i was super disappointed with the customer service because they just offered to compensate me with one complimentary pedicure.

Definitely recommended this salon! Such friendly and lovely girls, and I have to say Raven and Katy were both amazing with the time they spent on the precision and care for both my nails and toes! So happy with the service, will definitely be back!😊

The best gel nails I’ve had in a long time. They really pay attention to detail, the shape was exactly how I wanted and form of application is so natural. They apply thin layers of gel, making it ultra feminine and chic. They had sold out on the colour I originally wanted, but I was extremely satisfied with my second choice. It last over three weeks! 👌🏻👏🏻Will be back!

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon. When I sat down to have my manicure, I told my technician that I really needed it to be done well because Ill be traveling for the next three weeks and I need my manicure to last. She spent over an hour meticulously making sure that each nail was done with care, curing them several times. Her precision and diligence did not go unnoticed. A great quality manicure overall.

I was supposed to have an appointment today at 14:30, when I was on my way the team called to say to come at 14:50, when I reached they were saying the therapist is still running late and we are trying to knock at the door , but no answer. I asked to be connected to the manager, who mentioned the same and they will try to knock again .....I have been attending nail spa for more than 5 years at IBN Batuta branch, where I never experienced anything like this. Worst branch ever. I have been ignored amd no definite answer given. It is only because if Anya the therapist I am here, or else I would never come here.Worst ever experience. . I guess it is time to move on to a different salon in dubai.

The staff was very nice but they forgot you after the treatment.I was having my pedicure done, i didnt know whether my toe nails were dry or not because no one was coming to tell me that i its done until after 15 mins I decided to called one of their receptionist. And to check on my nails, she said i can go. So i put my sandals and on my half ways one of my nails got ruined because it wasnt dry enough, so i have to gooooooo all the way back to the salon to have it fix. So they fix it and i have to spend another 20 mins and finally they suggest me to go to dying nail area. Oh wawww why didn’t suggest it earlier!
