I like how relaxing is place and always get best time here with my head shoulders massage while doing my service and I love their products always I find care products for my nails and hair that are unique and have very good effect the nails depends on the therapist so ask for a good one but their work are clean and good and you will be in your own bubble with no distractions with ur cup of tea .. I asked them to give me more privacy by putting this in front of me try this color combo it’s amazing for winter .. and this kerastase product is a must and they have 25% discount going on now

I fell In love with the experience at TNS. Everything was perfect. First, I had the best French manicure! Then, the staff was so nice, professional and full of attentions 😍 I booked a manucure and ended up enjoying almost an hour of massage, a lovely discussion and overall such a relaxing moment! I would recommend this place to everyone. It’s cosy, professional, super good quality service and very clean! Also I got a discount for my first visit, 25% off - how nice!

I received a warm welcome and genuine smile from Camila and helped me figure out the service i would need for my pain in the shoulder and arm. She led me to the massage therapist Ruthie who was so amazing! The best massage I had ever!! The pain in my arm, shoulders, and back is gone! . Also, Smithi was also nice and good with the eye brow threading service she did. Carmen was accommodating as well with my inquiries and suggested a lot of things. It was my first time in The Nail Spa and the place was clean, organized and relaxing place to go. I will certainly go back!

I visited the nail spa for the first time and most probably last time yesterday. My husband gifted me a gift voucher that worth 370 dirhams and I decided to try the lash lifting there, it costs AED 350 I tried this treatment somewhere else last year and i exactly know what to expect for the result.I arrived on time, they greeted me nicely and the salon is clean and very comfy. Unfortunately the result is not what I expected. After the treatment i couldn’t feel the difference however the technician told me that I look different. When I compared my current result to my previous result it’s definitely not the result I wanted. It’s absolutely like I did nothing. Now after 36 hrs my lashes are all down and straight again. I wasted my gift on a treatment that didn’t make me feel happy or beautiful. I really regret trying the lash lifting there.I am posting my photo after 36 hrs of the treatment. I don’t think the price and time worth this resultAnd the other photo to show how some lashes still light how ever I did tenting!!!! This should last at least a week not 36 hrs

After years of dry Russian manicure / pedicure, I had forgotten how luxurious a foot bath, scrub and foot massage can feel - for the same price. The whole experience - from booking to the farewell - was smooth and everyone was easygoing. The salon was super chill, and Khreng was amazing - I love my nails!

I was a loyal customer, and each time I specifically requested a Staff member for my appointment. Unfortunately, on several occasions, a different staff member ended up doing the service without any prior notice or explanation. This recurring issue shows a lack of communication and respect for customer preferences. I expect better from a professional salon and am very disappointed with this repeated experience. I wont be returning.

I was really unhappy with my visit yesterday. I usually come to TNS to relax and receive wonderful treatment and service. But yesterday was stressful with Thalia as she wasnt open to listening on how I wanted my nail art, and not friendly at all, which was a first as your staff has always been very nice. She didnt want to give any ideas or suggestions and did my nails in frustrarion, charging me a very high price for it. I m extremely unhappy with the service, and not what I usually receive.

**Wife review**I was very well received and the service provided was good however I have to remove 1 star as the place is a bit dated. I really appreciated all the details and thought put into it, the ladies were really nice. But...everything is a bit dated, the seats dont recline and are quite uncomfortable and stiff for someone with back problems like me. There are lots of attention to detail like ipad and headphones but it all needs a refresher , especially being a nail salon, you do want to be in a well maintained place... I dont know about the tools , hygiene seemed fine but the chair and the place in general didnt feel clean enough. Probably as the furniture and all the decor need replacement.Thats the only negative point.

A friend gifted me a AED 600 voucher on my birthday from YouGotAGift to be redeemed at The Nail Spa. I chose this location as this was the closest (unfortunately they dont have any branches in Deira or Bur Dubai side). I chose the 1 hour In-chair Back and Neck Reviver whilst getting the Classic Mani/Pedi done. I loved this multi-tasking approach. Post the massage, they put a hot herbal pillow around my neck which was very soothing. I ended the session with Lavender Heel Peel and Paraffin Wrap and Relax for the feet. Kaye made sure that all those pesky knots were massaged away from my back and neck whilst MaryJoy worked hard to transform my tired, weary, overworked feet into smooth, soft and crack-free heels.Full tickmarks on basic housekeeping like putting a pillow behind my back to make me comfortable and offering me a selection of drinks to choose from. When I expressed to the girls that they had a lot of work to do on my long neglected back and my feet, they had such a positive attitude. I remember Kayes encouraging words saying its good that I am finally taking out some time from my busy schedule for self-care. When I asked for privacy, they were able to partially cover a side of my chair with a curtain. My chair had its own essential oil diffuser, a tablet and headset in case I wanted to watch something. The whole ambience was very soothing and relaxing. No hiccups on the gift voucher redemption process either. Total cost for the above-mentioned five services was AED 695 so I only had to pay AED 95 over and above the gift voucher.I would definitely come back for a full body massage in room as I found the In-chair massage to be so effective. Please open atleast one branch in the Deira or Bur Dubai or Mirdiff area so that people like me who live this side of the town can also become regular visiting customers. You can choose so many malls here to open a branch like Deira City Centre, Bur Juman or even Mirdiff City Centre. Also the white stools used by the therapists to sit on for doing Pedicure needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly as the white fabric gets easily stained and is an eyesore.

Yesterday I visited mercato mall branch for the first time I waan to do my nails when I entered there was one lady setting on resection I ask her about kerastase conditioner she say we not selling any keratin product her behavior towards me was so rude I’m regular customer TNS IBN branch but this is my worse experience visiting this branch without asking what I’m actually looking for she say show me photo which product u r looking for she not even bother to stand and guide me anything will never visit again

This the second TNS branch I’ve tried and one of the best if you need a pedicure that’s going to lastEdith was a fantastic technician who did an amazing job! Get a massage done in parallel to the pedicure to really pamper yourself!TNS always leaves me happy with the pedicures & the staff are all lovely!

This is my third time in this branch (mercato mall), but I am a regular in the branch in Abu dhabi. let me start by saying that I loved my experience here. The ambience is lovely. I had my hair done twice, once with Rhex and the second time with Rachel. They are both professional and were really amazing at doing my hair. They explained to me every step whilst working with my hair, and were honest with me regarding what is/ what is not needed. I recommend them and trust me you will leave feeling like a new person. 😍Regarding the nails all of the technicians are great, Rich , Kannie, Jenilou and Rynell, they make you feel and look great. Recommended

Ever since the team has changed in Mercato, the schedule is always messed up. Two weeks ago, when I came in, my requested booked specialist was changed, and it was a mess up by the team. The colour that I used for the gel was out of stock.This week, as we speak now, my gel specialist is late by almost 25 minutes. I kept sitting waiting for the team to inform me and had to eventually ask myself.Please bring the old team back or else you will lose your old clients.I am highly disappointed with the services and the team operating in the reception.

Im costumer from 10 years ago and I like the place, but from last 7 or 8 months ago the service it’s so bad they not respected the time of the client all the time they said the costumer they late and all the time the problem from the people not form Reception!!!! All the time same the store . I think when they change the management it’s happen like that because not fist happens with me some times Im waiting 40 minutes and this time 30 minutes..

Very disappointed every time i go to the nail spa something has to go wrong! Either they cut the skin (way too many times) or they take a lot of time to finish the service which shouldnt take this much time! For the price im paying im expecting at least good service in an efficient timing not bad service and it takes A LOT of time. I gave the nail spa way too many chances but literally every single time the same i leave with cuts on my skin (sometimes bleeding) and i waisted my whole day just getting my nails done! Again very disappointed…

Their service was terrible. The quality of the French manicure was terrible and it started peeling off from the second day!!! And to add to that they claim ESAAD discount is only applicable to the ESAAD holder, even if it’s one bill and 1 person paying. This is the 1st time I hear of such a rule, since every other saloon I have gone to, charges the ESAAD discount on the final total bill.

Took my little daughters to The Nail Spa as a friends Bday gift. The girls were treated so well by the staff. They were very caring and took all their requests very seriously. My girls loved it and want to go back again. Thank you The Nail Spa.

I have been a customer of the nail spa mercato for years and never had an issue with them until today, I was very disappointed with the receptionist, I’ve always visited with my daughter however today the lady kept giving me excuses to not let my daughter in claiming she’ll be “noisy” to other customers ???? I visited several times with my daughter and she was never noisy or of disturbance and when I said that she gave me another excuse “oh we’re doing acrylics the smell might not be good for her” unless you have a policy against having children in the salon she had no right to give me excuses and refuse my services becuae I had my child with me ! very utterly disappointed.

Great service. I was on holiday from the UK in Dubai and wanted a mani pedi. Called TNS who booked me in at Mercato Mall. I received lovely treatment and the nails were done to a very good standard. I opted for a gel polish but as I wouldnt be able to have this removed at the salon the lovely girls doing my nails gave me instructions on removal and some nail foils to take away. I was able to take them off no bother thanks to their advice. Will definitely visit again when im back in Dubai!

Been a client for almost 10 years in the Mercato branch even though I now live in Mudon. Will never change TNS. Training of therapists is so consistent that I can almost to any of them and get the same great treatment. The receptionists and managers in Mercato are sweethearts. They really deserve recognition. It feels like family. Every visit to any other salon, which I only use in emergency, just reminds me why I have been with TNS so long and intend to stay. Thank you girls

The worst place ever ! They are unprofessional I had several times where I arrived with no one in the reception and they are never on time and the station always not ready . They wipe it with speed while you are standing ( will surely communicate the municipality regard this ) when they do my nail and the next client arrive they will simply ditch me to assist her !!!! Will I don’t do this for free I pay the same amount the other clients would pay!! Please do not waste your time and money in such place there are many good options around and they don’t have any special things to prefer them among other !!!! Stay away this is my advice
