The Nail Spa - Motor City

The nail spa, was first introduced by my sister more than a decade ago, and ever since I am their loyal customer. Love the experience, and precise work. Keep it up!

I had an hour signature massage with Sede and it was great. The treatment room was clean and calm with a nice spa music coming from the ceiling speakers. The massage was soothing and really good. Ill definitely go back.

Amazing service from Fuji and Pinkey. Lovely salon, with tranquil music. My first visit today and will definitely be back. Highly recommend it.

Mylan is amazing. I’ve been going to her for 2 years and I love my nails every time. The rest of the staff are also great, very smiley and remember me every time I go!

Great nail salon. They always do my nails how I like them.Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of this new receptionist they have - she attended to a customer that came after me and left me standing there. Not professional at all. Guess I’ll make sure that I don’t indulge her the next time I visit.

Was pleasantly surprised to have finally found a good nail salon and close by me at that. The service was in top form, from the two lovely ladies who did my nails and patiently waited for me, to the front desk. I was very satisfied with their work and the quality of the products used that I booked my next appointment with them right after. Til now, my nails are looking excellent considering I’ve already gone on 2 hikes, several events and more. I hope they maintain the quality of their services.

TNS is my go to spa. It’s conveniently located and prices are reasonable for the great service you get. Annalyn was my technician. Annalyn gave wonderful service and was extremely kind. Highly recommend!

I had a TNS Empower massage with Noemi - and it was great. Im surprised shes not highly recommended ...Salon is very clean, very professional massage rooms .... the only unprofessional one is the receptionist. Sorry, I wont call her rude but shes quite off-putting, and lacking in grace... Dont take my word - try to call anonymously and listen to how she responds - make sure you dont sound European or English over the phone and you can test her character.

After trying so many nail salons in Dubai, this is the one and only I trust with my nails. I’ve been going to the Motor City branch for three years now and I love it! The atmosphere, cleanliness, screens to watch Netflix, products and technicians are all on point. I also love their end of year packages and games as they give away so many presents and gifts.Room for improvement: I’ve had a few times when I was delayed for 30 minutes as my technician was busy with another client, although I usually book at least a week in advance, so making sure they are timely is a must.

I have been using their services for 3 Years now and I am really happy with results every time . Good setup and amazing Staff . Keep up the Excellent work 😊😊

Pinky is an amazing therapist and always delivers great service. The spa is clean with friendly, professional staff. Their massages are great as well as the manicures and pedicures. Pinky is excellent with waxing threading.

Before I come to the reason for the low rating, I have to say that the salon is nice and clean and the technician who did my hands has done a fantastic job.Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the pedicure. The color application was done sloppy and I ended up with 4 severely infected toes, which i still suffer from 3 weeks after the appointment.

Great staff I love love them my go to spaAnd the manager is so professional and working very well with the team.

This is my 2nd visit and definitely not my last. They were pretty busy on the day I visited them however they were apologetic and offered me a complimentary 15 minutes back massage. It was amazing! Also got a classic manicure and gel pedicure done. The work is absolutely amazing. Cant wait for my next visit with them.

I have been gling Motorcity branch from the day they opened, pinky for waxing is amazing, I do not go to another person. Nails always great, clean and professional.

The worst place i have been ever too the nails lady dont know how to clean nor put nail polish she reapplied more than 5 times . I left the saloon all the nails of my feet is ruined . As if i didnt even just do them. And i asked for a shape and she doesnt know how . So bad

After a number of years I have decided today was the last day I stepped my foot in The Nail Spa. I came for an appointment at 8:10 am this morning only to find out the therapist for one of the treatments is not available. While a customer has a decency to call and say I am running late for 5 minutes the spa did not have the decency to contact me an let me know. I have never asked for any special treatment, but this is not a fair or acceptable treatment of a customer. Having a busy schedule I have to go out of my way to come for an appointment so the suggestion from the lady to stay for now and then come back in the afternoon to finish my appointment was actually more upsetting. A simple courtesy call prior to appointment would prevent this. If a customer values your time, we’ll you should respect your customer and value her time as well.

Booked an appointment day before and received confirmation. Next day they cancelled my appointment as I arrived at the branch without calling me. They said no one could accommodate me. Safe to say I went to Tips & Toes.

Went only for an in chair massage and it was amazing! They also have a good point system through their app plus many packages. The best part? Tabs for each station to watch Netflix!

I visited The Nail Spa salon in the Motor City for the first time and it certainly wasnt my last visit. All the employees in the salon with whom I was in contact were very friendly. I had a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow shaping in the salon, everything was done excellently. I highly recommend a visit.

Very friendly place. Mix up with the finish on my nails but they were happy to correct. Probably language misunderstanding. I dont live in Dubai but my daughter does and she used it to get her eyebrows done. She was also very happy with service and she said they made a good job of her eyebrows. She will definitely go back and when Im back in Dubai I will use again.

My favourite salon of all timesBeen a customer for I think 10 years now I stopped counting, the quality never changed even if I changed locations and though it might be a little pricey versus a lot of other salons it’s worth those extra bucks spent as I never walk out with any complaints

My favorite salon here in Dubai. Very excellent service. I always book waxing and classic manicure and pedicure :)Waxing therapist is always gentle, almost pain free and takes extra care especially when you have sensitive skin. Very thorough when waxing underarms they didnt even have to tweeze.Nail technicians are very professional with their work, they even consult your nail care if you have issues. I have very brittle and thin nails and they were taking care of it for a while now. They make sure they keep your nails very clean and dead skin free. I always love when they give me a bit of a foot scrub and massages. Id recommend their in-chair massage. The masseuse really glides deep in your tissue to get of those muscle knots from sitting too long. I have shoulder and lower back problems because of my desk job and the masseuse does a good job of massaging tensed areas. I feel so pampered whenever I leave and Im relaxed for the day.The ambiance of the spa itself is so relaxing, its as if a hideaway, a place to unwind. I cant remember how many times I dozed off during my sessions. It is that good! Not to mention, very clean as they use new tools to work with and they dont double dip during waxing. Always prepares fresh towels too.

This is to report my deepest agony and anger for what I had suffered from your staff negligence in trading my finger nails . 5 of my finger nails badly infected resulted in painful feelings with very ugly blackish color.For this I had to consult medical specialist who confirmed infections and advised further checkups and laboratory tests the result of which is being waited for .I am really suffering from this , my fingers are not normal, preventing me from practicing not only my normal life but also my business activities as a make up artist.Im so hurt physically , economically and emotionally for which I would seek compensation from your company . I have an intention once the result of the hospital is availed to report this to authorities to make them aware . Never the less , I am also ready to hear what your company proposes to settle this.Regards
