The salon is peaceful and clean. The ladies are very nice and great at their job! Ruffa is great at doing nail art and is a perfectionist. She will attempt any nail design you want. They have a teacher discount too. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Chicago ladies salon. A special shoutout to Samreen for her outstanding work. She was professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. I left the salon feeling rejuvenated and extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this salon and Samreen in particular for anyone looking for top-notch service!

I visited The Retreat yesterday and what a beautifully decorated and chilled salon!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, excellent mani/pedi! I will be back to try a facial next time too!

So happy to have found The Retreat. Living close by, I was on the hunt for a salon that does gel manicures that actually LAST (have visited so many highly rated salons in the city but has always ended up in chipped, peeling nails after 2 weeks). Visited Shirley religiously every 3-4 weeks for BIAB manicure and have never looked back - my nails have never been healthier / stronger and the BIAB seriously withstands anything. Have never experienced chipping / peeling / nails coming off. Can’t recommend this place enough and can’t recommend Shirley enough!! The salon is quaint and everyone there is lovely. A MUST VISIT! 💕

Terrible first time experience! Dont go for an eyebrow wax or your skin will be ripped off! Also had booked through Fresha, but the salon had reported my appointment as cancelled so I couldnt leave a review!

This salon is brand new, and the fit out is gorgeous, clean, and crisp. All the staff have many year of experience in Dubai and knew what they were doing. I had the best eyebrow & eyelash tinting and even tried out the new biab nail technique. Loved the colour selection and my afternoon of pampering.

I visited The Retreat today for a lovely manicure. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout the service by offering refreshments. The nail technician was very thorough from start to finish and guided me in finding the perfect nail colour for me. The interior and atmosphere of the salon is beautiful and a perfect environment to get pampered in after a busy working week. Excited to go back already, highly recommend.

Beautiful beauty salon with a nice and cozy atmosphere. Nice playlist, warm welcome and professional staff. I did manicure and pedicure with Grace and Aster. Very good value for money, after few weeks my pedicure is still perfect. Ill definitely come back.

During my visit to ‘The Retreat’ the thing I noticed that made my experience different to other salons in Dubai was the lovely ladies working there. They are extremely friendly, chatty and you can tell that they are happy in their workplace which always makes a huge difference. I got the mani/pedi offer which is amazing value and I love my eyelash lift - will definitely be back.Thanks again ladies and keep up the great work ❤️

Girls are so lovely. I went with my daughter. Best manicure Ive had in a long time. Girls are super friendly and patient. Great cup of coffee! Such a lovely relaxing salon. We will be back.

The ladies at the retreat are fantastic. I initially came here for brow micro blading by Nat and while here had a pedicure. The salon is gorgeous inside and the services here are amazing. Will definitely be returning
