Went for a Japanese head spa at the salon. Prior to the appointment, they were extremely responsive on WhatsApp and patiently answered my questions. At the salon, they were equally attentive and did such a great job. Dilu and chanda did our spa - it was so relaxing and the blow dry was lovely too!

This was the most incredible experience. Nisa went above and beyond and I honestly can’t express how amazing the whole experience was. It was my first time having a head spa and I can safely say it didn’t disappoint. The price is so good for everything that’s included. Can’t recommend enough. I will be back ASAP!!

This salon is very near my home and I decided to visit it. I booked 30 minutes of facial massage and 30 minutes of foot massage, which was supposed to be done by one lady. Probably it was the worst facial treatment I had in my life. The massage did not feel pleasant at all and I was all the time under the impression that this person simply does not know how to do a massage and is very inexperienced. I find it necessary to announce what are the steps of the process will follow as I didn’t want cream on my face, given my very sensitive skin. Eventually she applied cream and my skin got itchy and red so I had to run to the nearest sink to wash it off. Not even talking about how she started massaging my scalp with oily fingers which was not a part of the massage and made my hair greasy. Foot massage was also very disappointing. I asked her to put a bit more of pressure 5-6 times. After I realized that this lady doesn’t have any physical strength I had no choice but to ask for the replacement. It was Nana, who literally saved my visit. Thank you for that Nana! After hearing my feedback, instead of making it smooth for me as for the first time client, the receptionist tried to give some excuses, which did not make any sense to me. Therefore their customer service is not that great if the receptionist doesn’t know how to handle unhappy customers. Unfortunately, despite all the positive reviews, that was my first and last visit.

I visited with my sister, ladies are good and friendly but service not as expected comparing to the cost , no privacy, and more hair wash then SPA, also water was smelly bad really, they need to fix it , as soon back home I re-wash , sorry

I had a rather unpleasant experience at this nail salon. I went in with gel nails, and one of the manicurists lacked any experience whatsoever. She didnt even know how to file nails properly; she went so deep with the drill on my right hand that most of my nails hurt afterward. I debated leaving this review, but I wouldnt want anyone else to go through what I did. Still, I appreciate the effort of the other girl who tried to salvage some of the mess the previous one made. Overall, very disappointed.

I had a great time at this ladies-only spa during my time in dubai. I was looked after by the very skilled and polite Mona. I definitely recommend her to anyone needing a relaxing massage (especially the head, neck, shoulder massage I had).

The room was nicely set up, perfect temperature, low lights and relaxing music just at the right volume.I had the 90 minute Balinese massage with Mona, and came away feeling very relaxed and ‘knots free’ 💕Highly recommend it :-)

So happy I found this place! Was looking to get a head massage and I got a really great spa experience with it. Also went for a deep cleansing facial which was super relaxing and well worth it. The place is clean, peaceful and beautifully set up. Rabia did both services for me and she was wonderful, the lady at reception was also very kind. Will definitely treat myself here more often.

Nana is amazing. Had a really pleasant experience. The location is easy to reach, perfectly clean. If you are driving, you can park your car to Souq Al Manzil parking, it’s free for 2 hrs.

This place is heavenly good for body massage or a face massage. My therapist Amy is 💯 on 💯. Highly recommend her for Anti-Aging and lift facial massage. The therapist have an instinctual level of knowledge acquired by a physiotherapist (had my sessions with Nana and Mona at different times. The way they tackle the source of pain by manipulating your joints in a non-harmful way, the release of tense tissues is something you can not easily find at any massage service.

The location was nice but as soon as I got there the receptionist ask where I was from as well as my therapist. My Groupon was for 90 mn she finish 15 mn before and did not massage my lower back even though I told her to insist there.she did my neck well. I was disappointed

It was not good experience at all my appointment was at 2pm i entered 2:40pm as they dont have empty rooms.then after waiting for 40 mins they got me an professional therapist[african lady] that doesnt know what is thai massage or any kind of massage. the unprofessional receptionist asking how was ur massage i said it was not that best i am not happy her reply was sorry ohh really sorry for visiting such place very disappointed:(

First of all I m a physiotherapist and I know what I m talking about , that was a a deception waste of money and time , I went for a deep tissue massage , the lady she lack of knowledge and she doesn’t know the technique of massage she doesn’t know how to massage a neck and the shoulders that was really bad a massage therapist don t know how to massage a neck especially for a deep tissue massage even the rest of body 300 aed was just throw to trash 🗑 what a waste nice place and good investment but fooling people with non professional stuff it s awful never go back , I don t have any profit on saying this , this is the truth 😑
