Tip Top Hair Beauty Salon (Branch)

I had an horrible experience at this beauty salon. I went in to purchase an everyday shampoo, but they sold me a blue shampoo instead, which I never asked !When I tried to reach out to resolve the issue, they refused to return the product or offer any solution. It’s incredibly disappointing when a business doesn’t stand behind its products or care about customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back and I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone.

Can u believe this is fresh and just done now?The photo doesn’t give it justice in reality even worst…uneven tone, deformity due to uneven distribution of the product all after 2 hrs and half for 240 dirham..cant wait to remove it..i had not even an apology

Worst experience. 1st thing they don’t even have shades in glitter.. i had very few options to select the color. 2nd thing.. the surface of my nails is not even. I will never visit here

Disappointed by their endless lies particularly the manager is responsible for giving appointments. I had to rip off my pealed nail since they refused to give me another appointment but instead of being honest lied . ( the Nepali girls are lovely nonetheless and my fav Phillipino nail technician left the salon due to overtime ).

It was perfect as usual, this is the best ladies salon in all terms

After one week, had some issues with a couple of nails and they offered me to replace the whole manicure to try to use different products more appropiate to my type of nails and they are perfect. Thanks for the great work!

Elma gave me the best massage I have experienced so far over a year and a half of living in Dubai. The energy of the massage, the technique and care with the movements were impeccable. Elma is also an excellent manicurist as is Meera.

Stay away from it it will ruin your hair it is dangerous

I love this salon, i come here for my eyebrows and my monthly mani and pedi. Theyre very clean and handle wewith a lot of care and they take their time. Ruth is the best for eyebrows.

Nails fall in less than a week. Not what you would expect from location and venue. Some consultants are extremely nice, others on the other side spectrum (same side of management) A lottery in terms of service.

The attitude of the Philip reception is so bad. maybe she doesnt know how to smile at the customer and how to say hello and welcome. we are coming to buying the services, not her proud and rude attitude. she behaves like as queen, and as customer, we are begging for her service. will not visit this salon again.

I just so love my nails, all technicians are professionals and take good care of my nails.

Bad quality, the semi-permanent lasted 3 days instead of 3 weeks. And the staff is very good. I was asked to pay even though the varnish had just been applied. I had to search my bag with fresh nails because the boss was in a hurry.I had good memories of it but it’s changed and it’s horrible. There is much better elsewhere with a better price.
