I visited the Tip and Toes salon, Al Barsha branch and was really impressed by my experience! This location has much more space compared to their other branches, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind.The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere. I came in for eyebrow threading and a manicure, and I must say, they did an amazing job! My eyebrows looked perfectly shaped, and my manicure was beautifully executed.Overall, I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality services in a spacious and friendly environment.

Worst place and worst customer service department , l had a bad experience before and I wanted to give them another chance as my favorite salon was busy that day. Two estheticians had to do my nails, only normal color and they failed. I complained to their CS team, all they did was apologizing without even trying to make it up for me. Cheaper places are much more better.

My favorite branch of tips and toes to relax and unwind. I come every month for Hammam and massage and it’s the best in Dubai!! Book with Elham she is amazing!

Always prefer for reasonable price and variety beauty services one of the largest branch and largest beauty industries chains in the UAE.

Very disheartening and disappointing.After showing - the length and shape and asking the technician to reduce the size a bit , the length of the nails have been reduced to half. Not sure how does that work. Video was also shown on how I want the shape and size. -Wouldn’t be visiting again. As the supervisor said I asked the technician to reduce the nail size . 🤷‍♀️. So no point on further discussion.This is just my feed back .Thank you 🙏🏼

This post is specifically to highly commend Analee the massage therapist in the Barsha branch. Being someone who has tried so many massages because Ive had problems in my shoulders and neck for the longest time, Analee knew very much what she was doing and she was addressing the root of the problem and not the results of it. Her skills, knowledge and technique should be shared with the other therapists at T&T to ensure that one can get the same level of treatment in any branch. I am definitely coming back for her. Shes a great asset, please take good care of her :)

I enjoyed 2 kinds of massage made by Taisha/Taina (I dont remember exactly her name). I also asked for free tea and water with lemon. The atmosphere in the massage rooms is pleasant. The idea of foot massage in the room where there is manicure and pedicure I didnt like because of the bad smell.

My last visit befor eid no rush hour at all the salon was jot busy! 10/04/2024 done my fake nails and the technician was not professional at all she couldn’t even do french nail polish!!!! And the nails shape was bot even!! Also done my pedi! It with normal polish! The color shrieked! How no idea! Either the nail polish is bad quality or the technician issue!! The color was peeling!! Worst experience before Eid!!! Disappointed!!! I dont feel i have done a meni pedi at all ! Do u see my nail’s done properly!

The best Hammam. Even after Ieaving Dubai, every time I visit, this is my go too. Great ambience. I usually go to the Barsha branch, and Fateha is amazing. Lovely lady who does a fantastic job, EVERYTIME. She doesnt disappoint.

I did morrocan bath with ms. Elham at tips and toes albarsha branch she is wonderful she really glow my skin and i like her work so much

They are very good in manicure and body care also massage but they increase their price every and remove some member customers Benefits without any reason they don’t care about keeping their customers, booking is better to get service on time, their prices very high compared with other places giving the same services as lots of nail salons are open this years

I’ve been a client of Tips and Toes for a few years now and I am always delighted with the services they provide. The staff are friendly and amazing. They always wear a smile on their faces thus it makes Al Barsha branch a relaxing venue to pamper myself. I would like to say thank you to these lovely ladies Lucille (for my gel manicure), Katherine(pedicure), Laveena (eyebow threading), Ruffa (pedicure), Avida (hair colour), Sybil (lashes extension), Joylyn (for making my coffee every visit), all the Receptionists and of course to my amazing Massage therapist Annalee. This is the first time my daughter went to Tips and Toes in Al Barsha for a French tip acrylics.The whole experience was terrible. They cut too much into her cuticles and made her bleed upon applying her acrylics they didn’t ask her if she wanted Gel French tip, they applied normal polish and the service took over 3 hours. When she came home after an hour her polish came off on two of her nails. Called customer service line to be spoken to a lady that doesn’t listen and speaks over you. To pay for this experience is beyond me. This would be the first and last time I would visit.Avoid this establishment at all costs if you want to sit all day to end up having substandard nails and poor customer service. I should’ve checked the reviews before going. One star is too generous.

I had a very good experience with them I went on a day before eid, which is usually considered one of the busiest days. The service was fast and high quality, I even added a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage, done by Rossie which was very relaxing. I was happy with their services I even purchased an annual membership.The only issue with this salon is the RTA paid parking which can be limited sometimes, and during evenings the traffic around Umm Suqeim street can be annoying.

Ms. Razhal is the best lady spa therapist in this spa Al Barsha branch. I would definitely come back, especially if face back dis, she knows how to handle with bc are 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve been going to Tips & Toes for 4 years, but my recent visit was disappointing. Due to overbooking, I waited for 30 minutes and left without getting the massage I booked. I’ve called several times requesting a refund, but no one from management has contacted me yet. Poor customer service, especially for a loyal client.

Resepshionist in Al Barsha branch hmmm… When I came, she can’t find for me any time. Only tomorrow. I had flight, next day, I was super upset. My husband called this branch exactly after 5 minutes, in phone call, she said she have availability after 1 hour. But for me she can’t find any other time for any service. I believe ladies, you are only lazy. Not professional. Incompetent. Good luck Tips and Toes.

One of our favorite salons in Dubai! Very welcoming staff. Weve done different services and they never fail to exceed our expectations. We highly recommend tips & toes Al Barsha branch. (picture attached was when I had my hair trimmed and blow dry). Make sure you book before you go, as it might be full.

Very pleased with my manicure and pedicure last Friday. I didnt have an appointment but only waited about 10 minutes. Last pedicure lasted over six weeks, ok, it might not be the best thing for your nails, but the polish looked just as good as when it was applied. Lets see if this one does as well!

Disappointing!!!! I had a horrible experience today at the Barsha branch. They made me wait for 15min for my massage and no one came to apologize or ask me if i would like to drink something. Once it was 9pm they closed the music in the rooms and there was no hot towels. This is so unprofessional and not acceptable. Its not about booking as much clients as possible with not giving time for therapists to rest. Trying to make more money and book as much client is hurting your reputation and level or service. Shame !

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I arrived with appointment for mani pedi. Appointment time 6:15. No one came to me until 6:25, and then asked me to wait another 15-20 minutes.The place was smelling and I noticed poor sanitary practices. I would not recommend this.

Yesterday I booked in for myself and my friend a moor mud treatment in al barsha branch at 5pm. We was left to hang around in the area in my photo and was taken to the room after waiting for 45mins!! Why book an appointment if your time is not honoured or respected? Service started and mud was applied and then the therapist did a 2 min head massage and walked out. She came back 2 more times over the space of 30mins and again gave an awkward 2 min head massage which consisted of just pushing down on my head and walked out again. It was so disruptive the constant going in and out and then random head presses. It is definitely not part of the service. I showered and then she proceeded to apply the tension relief gel and attempted no sort of massage technique in application is was hurried to apply and get me out. Met my friend again in the waiting area outside the treatment room and we both shared different experiences. As leaving not one member of the 6 staff in reception thanked us for coming or asked how was our service they ignored us and we walked out in silence and disappointed. Clearly because we had already paid at the beginning we were no longer important. Not sure if the service we received is because I purchased on their website the offer body wrap treatments but to say this was disappointing is the least. If you purchase a promotion does that mean to say you should expect a 50% service also because i didnt pay full price? Poor customer service from both reception to therapist.

I recommend Abida as she is one of the best hair stylist and her treatments are excellent too and so is the hair cut . She is very knowledgeable in her field .

I’ve been coming here over the last 3-4 years now. The prices more than make sense for the consistency & level of service offered. Also the yearly package is a very good deal , I do miss the half year package, but like I said the yearly one is excellent too.Moreover, if you have an issue with any service, the management are extremely efficient at handling it & always are polite.I’m especially fond of Gillian, as she is always in a good mood & makes it a pleasure to visit. Jennipher , too is very efficient & manages to run a tight ship & the staff are generally calmer & quieter when she is in charge.For eyebrows especially HD - Lavinia is my one trusted favorite. Always kind & excellent at her job.For my hair color, Myra is always patient & the best part is she doesn’t chat on like other hairstylists where you feel compelled to answer. She understands people are there to relax.Great place

A total disappointment. I move all my schedule because I booked for LPG M6 (150AED/45min as per price list). Arrival experience is the worst. They seem lost and unorganized. I repeat my name and still they greet me with a wrong NAME telling me that I have to wait. Once I get in, they dont reconfirm my treatment and start with a GOLD session that costs 380AED/30min because apparently is long time that they dont have M6. Is not about the money, is about communication and how to destroy overall experience to not come back.

Thats my second year with w membership. Im happy with the service. However I wish they will always bring new colors for the nails.Gillian is very nice and professional . I also like Cynthias work shes the best there.All the technicians are nice there in general.

Customer service is superb! Moroccan bath by Fatiha was so refreshing, It was my first time and she did a very good job. For sure you will come back again for another moroccan bath. I also did full body massage after hamam. Adam did my full body massage and she was very very good as well. One of the best massage Ive experienced, 100 % recommended. The whole time I was there the manager Ms Allalou always checked on me and assisted me the whole time. I will visit this branch again because of the exceptional service Ive experienced.

Drove for 30 mins to get to Al Barsha Branch for a Turkish bath appointment which was confirmed 2 weeks ago.Only to reach the salon , being whisked away by the reception lady to change and wishing me very pleasantly to enjoy my Turkish hamam.After changing into a robe , the hamam technician emerges and tell me “habibti only special hamam available, no Turkish hamam “ .Gobsmacked I changed back to my clothes and informed the reception about the little horror ( not overreacting, had a rough couple of months and was looking forward to a self care session) episode I just witnessed.She was nice and offered an apology. I don’t understand why no communication about the unavailability of the service . Time is luxury these days and I certainly don’t appreciate being turned away in such a manner .I’ve been a member for few years , prices have skyrocketed and makes no sense to take membership. It wasn’t a big deal to spend some extra bucks when the service used to be top notch . Sadly , that’s not the case anymore . No value for spending top dirhams.Not returning to Tips and Toes , as I’ve found a very competitive salon with top notch service and great service without breaking my bank .

I did my gel mani at al barsha for Eid is the worst gel i have ever done it was removed after 24hours and the colour of frensh change into dark coulour just because i wear sheilla its the fitst time I tried something like this I don’t recommend at all

I moved recently and was looking for another T&T branch in Dubai but almost all branches had negative reviews online and I was not encouraged to risk trying any of them.However, I called and booked a mani/pedi appointment at Al Barshas branch.I rate my experience as excellent. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received. The nail technicians Laila and Katherine were very professional and friendly. My mother did her hair with Abeeda, a very professional technician as well. The massage was good and the place was very clean. I would definitely visit this branch again.

I started going to tips and toes Um sequim branch a couple of months back. Every service I tried was always very professional and excellent 👍🏻 starting from the reception, Gillian is always cheerful and of great help.The bestest manicure by Mae. Lovely pedicure by Dimple. It is always tricky to have your eyebrows done professionally but Laveenq is exceptional 👍🏻. I even had amazing experience with Analee for the cleopatra facial. Superb salon with excellent services. Highly recommended

The salon is big and clean but the services was disappointing, I came with my mom, at first they messed up our appointments which made us late. We booked for Turkish bath and massage. I been doing Turkish bath from 10 years their Turkish bath isn’t Turkish, it’s expensive and not worth it, in 90 mins the therapist all she did was minor scrubbing for removing of dead skin, she didn’t even soap me for front, she gave it in my hand to soap myself, same happened to my mom, i know only it meant to put it in the private part only but the rest has to be done by the therapist. And the whole process supposed to be laying on the marble bed but they keep making us stand up and my mom told her it’s too slippery. I’m scared to fall. Therapist’s reply was this is how it supposed to be done. In Turkish bath there is also for foam massage included with body scrubbing. We had to pay extra for honey body scrub. The scrub made our skin so dry. Also hair wash with conditioner, the therapist told us to do it ourselves, when you are going to spa it means someone else is doing it for you, otherwise I will have a bath at my home, why bothering going to spa. Even the massage wasn’t peaceful they mess up with other appointments so there was a lady fighting outside which we could hear it inside.

I have visit this albarsha branch and I have the best experience in Hammam with Fatiha, Best experience in Hair with Olivia, all the Front desk team, Latifa very helpful, Joe providing best cofee overall I am very satisfied. Thank you Al Barsha team

The reviews are so similar and nothing changes. The only reason why I come here is because its close to home. The staff are not experts they are not trained well and very little self confidence because they dont know what on earth they are saying.The reviews also dont matter to them as nothing changes. Very weird the staff. They told me that a head or should or leg massage is bad for me it harms the baby as I am pregnant!! However the massages with the pedicure and manicure are save!!!!!My doctor asked me to get a massage!!!! What kind of training does the staff get I see them move from receptionist to manicurist to somewhere else. No experts anywhere. Really weird...Well even with this review they still wouldnt care. Just writing you ladies. Please read all reviews and see whats in common between the negative one

It’s a great place for manicure and pedicure. But I do wish the constant spam of packages would stop. It’s the reason I stopped going for a while. I want to go to relax and unwind after a long day, I don’t want to be harassed and spammed with package offers and deals every single time when I expressed I am not interested so many times.

The best employees and the ones at the reception always welcoming me with a smile and are ready to serve me with pleasure like (Gilian & Jenipher) and for my nails, I choose specifically (Lucille) because she is the best and friendliest and I feel comfortable with her and I call her always the Green Hand. My nails grow quickly when she is doing them

I have given 3 stars because I feel like the experience you get here varies wildly on who your beautician is.Sometimes, I have had somebody wonderful and had a great, 5 star experience. Other times, I’ve left feeling like it was a very average experience. My last time, the lady asked if I wanted an extra coat of gelish on my toes. There were huge gaps and it was obvious it needed another coat! A few things like this happened throughout the experience and I was overall left feeling less than impressed.It’s a huge operation, with lots of ladies working there who obviously work very hard. Just don’t expect a personal touch.However, if you find somebody good - get their name and keep coming back to them!

Went on 26.10.23 . I was so warmly welcomed by the reception staff🥰.And then the perfect brows came to shape by the miraculous hands of Mrs. Vieny. She understood what I was asking and she delivered the best results. Thanks to the manager who took from her time to welcome me and had a pleasant conversation. I would not recommend this location at all for a salon and properly the entire franchise. Me and my sister went in for a wash and blow dry and the sales associates who were doing our hair lied about the real pricing of the hair treatments (which they forced us to do) and increased our total bill by 300 dirhams. We did not appreciate how we were treated and scammed out of our money when we clearly booked for a wash and dry only — I do not recommend this salon at all and will not be returning. Please save your money and go somewhere else for hair services. Even their nail services is very low quality and most staff cannot speak English.

I am very disappointed with my experience in the recent instances. I am a membership holder so I visit tips and toes Barsha branch very frequently to get services across  waxing, facial, manicure,  pedicure and body massages.Across all services I have seen poor service. My last service was a back massage and the next day I could not get up or breath and all my body from hip yo sholder was aching. When I called the salon for advice, Saba and another Philippine lady who is the manager only said that dont know what to do. Theres no training given to your staff about the human body? Really?something basic? The level of professionalism and knowledge about their job is a disaster.They use body waxing on your face. As I type this, my eye lid is burnt. The rooms and not ready when the client appear for the reservation and they heat the wax instantly and its very hot and the job is not done. When the skin is burnt they simply apply a cream. Why cant you rather be prepared the first time?In my last manicure I told the lady Mary Jane I believe , not to cut my cuticles. My eyes were closed as I was also getting a shoulder massage. When I opened my eye she has cut my cuticles and for days my skin was pealing off. They just keep gossiping and do not listen to the client first. Very disappointing.The only part that I do not have a complaint is the facial services.Due to all these disappointing services I have asked to cancel my membership and return the money as I do not want to end up with continuous injuries, they refuse to do that. I need my money back so I can move to a better salon.Do not recommend!!

Zero focus on customer service. I got an appointment for ombré nail. Reached there, showed the pic of what I wanted to be sure that they can do ombré and the technician took me to the station. After cuticle cleaning, she got one color only and upon asking she told me that she doesn’t know how to do ombré painting, it requires special technician who is not available. I got up and didn’t get the polish done. They charged me full amount of manicure though which was not even the ask. So frustrating and time wasting.

I had a wonderful experience at Tips & Toes Al Barsha with special thanks to Fatimah in the hammam and Abir in the hair salon. The services were 5 start all the way (with the exception of comment below regarding additional charges). Note that parking at this location is RTA paid parking with a 4hr limit (which is sometimes not enough, especially with packages and multiple treatments). Also, ask up front about additional costs - it should be advised prior to add-ons but this isn’t always the case.

I am a client of tips&toes for many years and was always happy but recently their service became terrible. They don’t value clients timing and let you wait hours. Why do we have to make an appointment two days prior if you still making us wait. Absolutely ridiculous and not recommending for ladies who value their time.

I’m very loyal costumer and I purchase a Moroccan bath package in AlBarsha branch and I got pregnant and no one of the customer service or reception staff explained to me about package conditions it’s really very disappointing

I have confused feeling about this place- spa service isn’t beyond amazing, did Tips & Toes signature massage, green coffee massage both with therapist Adaam super professional lady.- Signed for LPG 3 months package the service and the session are good, but my issue with the appointments🤦🏻‍♀️ After I got the package had 4 times fight over it! Either not available or booked or ops need to change appointment or ops there was another client in system.... the reason behind it that the saloon management were too greedy to get additional therapist they have two rooms yet one therapist who is trying to handle all the pressure of the customers... finally after 1.5 months they got additional therapist

I go here every 2 weeks to get my nails (hands and feet) shellac polished. I have also had a few full body massages and waxing done.The service is excellent and the atmosphere is just what I want from a salon. I love the ladies that work here who are extremely friendly.I now have a regular for all of my needs, ask for Michelle R for your nails ;-)Happy Pampering!

The service was absolutely terrible, I went for threading and she completely ruined my face. When I went to the store to ask for a refund they just said sorry and said they will not do anything. The price is high compared to the horrifying service, never ever going here again and would not recommend anyone to. I do not want tips and toes to be replying and saying to share concerns by email as they are already well aware of the below quality customer service and atrocious service and ambiance and simple chose to ignore it.

Everyone is really friendly and the salon is great for if you want to just do a regular manicure and pedicure. However if you want to do actual nail art I unfortunately do not recommend - each one of my nails is slightly different with the design being crooked and inconsistent. It just doesn’t look like it’s been done by a professional and it’s a lot of money for such a disappointing result.

The service was okay-ish, but I really WISH that their staff would stop shoving their products on clients. I mean, if a client is interested to purchase and asks for product recommendations for their concerns, then it’s okay. BUT trying to push products which no one asked for, is really annoying and spoiling the whole mood of relaxation at a salon. I also felt that the ladies at the reception could be a bit more warm and welcoming.

My hydrafacial by Ms. Girlie was superb. Ambience and sounds was so relaxing. I really had a great time with my treatment. I just wished they had a waiting area since it’s kinda hard to find a cab in that specific area of Barsha.

The 1 star rating is only for their hair services - I do not recommend using Tips and Toes for hair services. On 30 June I went to the Barsha branch and asked for a wash/blow dry as an add-on service. They assigned me to somebody who could barely use a brush and was struggling with my hair. My hair is thin and straight and possibly the easiest in the world to style. I informed the stylist that her method was not the way in which to curl hair (she was putting steel clips in my hair without drying it properly) and the end result was a disaster. I asked to straighten it instead and she barely managed to do that. This whole process was an utter waste of time ofcourse. I am not sure why Tips and Toes are using untrained individuals as hair stylists, charging for such bad services. I asked for the email address to provide feedback and the lady at the desk wrote the wrong email and gave me. Luckily I managed to find the right email and sent them feedback. A week later they contacted me to offer a free blow dry. I informed them I didnt ask for it and the purpose of my email was to provide feedback. They insisted, and I informed them I would be back in 10 days. The lady chatting with me on whatsapp said to me she had to get approval in this case to which I was so confused because she said their offer had a time limit. Again I reiterated that I did not ask for it and then a couple of days later she responded saying the approval was not provided - this whole process was really laughable.Go here for your manicure and pedicure but stay aware from the hair services.

The service was really nice BUT i got my mani on Saturday, on Sunday it had fully peeled off. No email adress to contact.

Very bad experience! Specially from the receptionist Gilian that was rude! I was trying to enter my credentials into the website to create isaad as she did not let my sister use her isaad for both and she did not let me use my husbands card.. no flexibility no politeness in explaining! Total difference between the way they welcomed us when we walked in and when we were leaving.. total scam as they were convincing us most of the time to buy products and using treatments which makes the client uncomfortable! I worked in sales and I worked in customer service that’s not the way we keep pushing clients to buy so we can make commissions out of it! Last time to put a step into this salon , no wonder why it’s empty!

I am disappointed how they managed the membership, I purchased a membership that was ended last year December. I told them that I was pregnant so i was not able to come and use the discount and until it ends, I was hoping that they might consider at least extending it as I did not even get the benefits of having it. I paid it for more than 1000, and just visited few times only. They told me that there is no way, very disappointing and not considerate.

Ive been a tips and toes customer for almost 10 years and have always stayed committed to them by choosing the branch next to my home/work wherever I end up moving. However, the Umm Suqeim branch has proven to be one of the most disappointing branches with low-quality service. My nails always look messy or dirty whenever I leave the branch, and not to mention the choice of colors are zero to none compared to everywhere else. A couple of weeks ago, I booked for a service and when I showed up they mixed up my service; they ended up wasting my time and me walking out of there without getting what I booked for.Today, I decided to give them another chance - I booked for a simple polish change, however, my nails looked like they were done at home. When I asked the receptionist the reason why other branches conduct minimal cleaning/adjusting before polish application (and why umm suqeim was not doing this) she tried to convince me that I was confusing a polish change with a manicure. Im at the salon 3 times a month, so I know the difference. The manager then stepped in and informed me that other branches are MISTAKEN to be doing this and this step is not part of the service and she will be sure to call managers of other branches to make sure they stop cleaning nails before polish application as it confuses their customers. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard as not only they didnt care about the lack of quality of their service, but they convinced me that the branches with BETTER SERVICE are mistaken! If anyone from T&T is reading this, I hope they let other branches be since customers are actually happy walking out of there.

I had a 20 minute head, neck, and shoulder massage voucher due to a gym membership with Fitness First. I started feeling relaxed as soon as I entered the spa area! It is really beautifully set up. Annalee did a really good job and it smelled so pleasant. What a nice short break!

Gelish polish application done with Sybil i thought its her first time doing french it was that unpleasant, the layer is too thick i feel i have glue on nail!!!!And while choosing the color they didnt have 4 color that i choose available so i went with french i thought thats the easiest choice but even they didnt have normal base color available in shellac so i dont understand how can it be nail salon without having basic colors?!?!I wanted to do stamo design on 1 nail but different lady came to do that but again she couldnt do the design she didnt have the specific polish for stamo design!!!!Very disappointing experience will not go back to this branch for nail service anymoreOne more thing i think the receptionists should have at least the knowledge of what is the monthly offer, my mom did Brazilian face massage but they were not aware that sunday to teusday based on temperature there is discount!?! How is that possible i dont know...After i told them they gave me the discount so i dont know how they are trained or how are they promoting monthly offers if the receptionists dont have the basic knowledge of them....

Welcoming staffs, I loved Rachels massage which gives positive energy by end of the session as she understands your need to relax, for mani/ pedi, I recommend Marisol and Margaret specially for damage and problematic nails, since im with them, I have healthy looking nails.. hair section needs to have more professional staffs since they are using good product and charging high price for treatment.

Ive been a member for many years and Ive been happy with Tips & Toes, but I visited Al Barsha branch yesterday and it literally made a nosedive from all perspectives. From lockers not working to random staff doing random services. I hope this is the only location having issues and that the management will remediate it fast.

Marisol and manilyn were such an amazing ladies they did my padi and mani , they are so gentle, sweet, sheer full and very professional.I do recommend them at tips and toes um saqeem Road

I dont use them for anything else.Please change your IVR, its very abnoxious and annoying. You cant say, welcome to your favourite spa in Dubai! Just had the worst experience after being a long time client! I booked to see the beauty technician I am used to, they surprised me by saying ooops we have her booked with someone else. Sat for 2hrs with a new technician for full set eyelashes, after two hours I opened my eyes and saw my lashes as if nothing has been done to them. When I complained the manager asked me to come back anytime to fix it with my original technician? really?? And how about the time I’ve just spent? How would give me back those two hours? Such a disappointing reaction to a poorly administrated scheduling.

I get my acrylics done here every time Im in Dubai and this is one of the only places I trust to do a good job – its more expensive than its competitors but worth it.Ive just gotten a set of lash extensions here too; Ill be updating my review after three weeks on the results.Edit: three weeks and still going strong!

I went to tips and toes to get my semi permanent makeup done for AED 2500 by their employee. A week after the treatment, it was completely gone. It was as if I had done nothing, it did not last past 3 days. After informing the tips and toes artist, she reassured me it would surface back in a few weeks. When it didnt, I called tips and toes to complain. I was called in for assessment and although they examined the results and agreed with me, they refused to refund my 2500 paid which went to complete waste. Not only did they refuse to reimburse their customer, the salons management didnt even compensate by trying to amend the issue.The salons management is extremely unprofessional, and if youre not pleased with the service you were provided, they do absolutely nothing to fix it. They are completely fine with a customer leaving their salon unhappy. Highly wouldnt recommend this horrible unethical salon to anyone.

Horrible management and even worse customer services.I made an appointment at the Tips and Toes branch in Barsha 2 days ago. I asked for an appointment at 2 pm with Jessa as my manicurist and a pedicure with anyone else in Shellac polish. I explicitly said on the phone, not once, but TWICE that I need to leave at 3:40 pm. The receptionist reassured me and said I would be done by then.The day of my appointment (September 1st, 2019), I received a phone call at exactly 12:24 pm from Tips and Toes. The receptionist reconfirmed the appointment and then asked if I could come later today. I told her “no, I have to leave by 3:40 pm. Will you be able to accommodate my appointment?” And she said yes.I arrived to my appointment today at 2:08 pm to Tips and Toes. As soon as I sat down, I noticed Jessa was still with another client and was clearly not close to being finished yet. I called the receptionist to come to me (which by the way, we’re clearly avoiding the clients because many other clients were upset that theyre manicures or pedicures did not start on time). I asked when Jessa would be done and they informed me I had to wait 10 more minutes. I rebutted and said “please I informed you all several times that I need to leave by 3:40. Will I finish on time?” And they said yes.Fast forward to 2:30 pm, Jessa finally comes over and starts my manicure. At this point I am very agitated that I have to keep reminding the reception to that I need to leave by 3:40. Once Jessa begins, the reception completely forgot that I have a pedicure and didn’t send someone over to start my pedicure until 2:50 pm! Mind you, in between all of this I had to remind the reception about my pedicure 3 times! The receptionists kept ignoring me and I had to keep yelling for them to come over or else they would pretend like they could not hear or see me. Completely unprofessional.By 3:20, I asked the supervisor to come over because I knew that my pedicure would not finish on time. I informed her that since Tips and Toes has a home service, then they should come to my home and finish the job in the evening. The supervisor recommended that I have a second lady help with my pedicure so I can finish on time. I agreed because I thought they might be able to finish the job.By 3:45 I called over the supervisor again because my right foot was not done. My left foot was done horribly (nails are uneven, there’s nail polish on my skin, and they did not finish the scrub treatment on either foot). I told her that I need to go now because I have a very important appointment to get to at 4 pm and the job is not done. I told her that she needs to send a manicurist to my home tonight to finish the job. Without even checking with anyone, she outright refused and became increasingly hostile. She would not give me any other alternative other than finishing my pedicure and being incredibly late to my appointment at 4. We argued and instead of her being a proper supervisor who attends to the needs of her clients, she was very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I had to insist on getting the number of the manager (Nour). The supervisor informed me that Nour said no about the nails at home service to compensate me for my loss of time and incomplete nail service.After taking the number of Nour, I called Nour 4 times and she rejected all my calls. Unbelievably unprofessional considering the fact that she just answered the supervisors call 10 minutes prior to me calling. I called Tips and Toes and asked to be connected to the supervisor of the Barsha branch. She initially refused to take my call until I persisted. She continuously screamed at me on the phone and refused to give me any valid advice for my problem. She was so rude and disrespectful.I hung up on her and sent a message to Nour, who never responded to me.I am so unbelievably upset with the quality of service and treatment I witnessed today. I have been a client of Tips and Toes since 2009. Today was just disappointing.

Great salon but the staff has really got to STOP with pushing products & memberships on customers ! It’s highly annoying when they do this on every visit as it makes me very uncomfortable ! I blame the manager for this who ideally sets the tone and is required to train her staff to not be compelling. I understand they have targets to meet but this is highly unprofessional and in bad taste!!

The most confused team handling appointments and reception. There is always handful of them at reception counter yet they r lost when it comes to appointment. I stopped visiting when I had repeated unhappy experiences with nails being done with trainers and hairdresser u like get changed all the time. Decided to visit again when I received a call from Zata ( not sure of name) on nov 14 , I guess asking y I stopped coming as I explained my displeasure , she offered me a free manicure and pedicure, being busy that time I told her will think about it. Today I decided to call for appointment, there answers my call @ 10:59- one most confident staff - agrees to give me 12:30 appointment , I explained I m coming for free mani pedi and asked her to look for any notes on it and confirm. She confidently said yes. Surprise surprise, here I came a bit late at 12:36 and I find I have no appointment and she first said no appointment , then said 3:30 and then3:00 PM , but she is kind enough to accept me. Then comes next surpriseit s not free its 50 percent discount. I demanded clarification and she handed me number of zata, who anyway did nt answer my call. I asked her to sort it out while I do my waxing. To cut the story short I refused to do nails . Its not about money, its about integrity. U better train ur stafff to the core so that they r clear what they r doing. And by the way on asking if they have customer feedback book or something I can write my concern , here comes the answer go to google and write maam . Seriously !!!!! So here I am your most unhappy client after wasting an hour at ur ridiculous place.

Road staff and not useless Margret and may - bad service

With my beloved Galinas fully booked I went to Tips and Toes yesterday for the first time with my daughter for mani pedis. It was easy to find but the service road leading to it off the busy Umm Suquiem road is a long way beforehand and, as not mentioned by Google maps, its easy to miss, as I did, forcing me to park quite a long way around the corner.I mentioned when I went in that it would be good to warn people about this but the receptionist wasnt bothered.We were offered drinks but most are not complimentary. By then I was already feeling like this would not be a good experience and other than having a wide choice of coloured polish it wasnt.The whole thing felt like being on a rushed production line. The woman doing my feet really stabbed the side of my toe while the one doing my hands was clearly irritated when one nail smudged slightly, even more so when I complained that just layering more polish over the top was not going to fix it. Even though that was sorted I left with one big toe a complete mess.We got eyebrows done as well which was also rushed.I wont be going back. I far prefer a smaller, more intimate and friendly salon. Galinas is exactly that and award winning too. There is no better nail salon in Dubai. Trust me Ive looked.

Poor service in the peak hours, none of the girls pay attention to the customers when this place get busy. Better to go in not peak hours. I waited over 2 hours to get my hair done on a Thursday afternoon.

I went there twice for a Moroccan Hammam, and each time I feel refreshed and pampered. I wish though they offered the Hammam in the Business bay branch and also wish if they can have their offer again available in the entertainer.

I’ve been going to Tips and Toes for about 10 years, recently I’ve been disappointed. On several occasions, I’ve waited too long for my service and decided not to get it because of the long wait, not gotten the request technician I had asked for when booking the service and this last time booked an appointment for a service only to never receive it because of a lack of an available technician. After asking 3 times in a 2 hour period for my service, I was still asked for the payment at the register. It was a day before an occasion and I walked out without the service that I had booked for way in advance.

Great eyelash extensions that lasted 3 weeks - I went for the express set and they we’re perfect. Beautiful and natural.

I came to do a pedicure in May and the therapist hurt me very much and now its June and y toe is still in pain.
