Tips and Toes - Al Furjan - Dubai

Never again. Went because I had a voucher. What a mistake. Hair, I asked for ash blonde. It was very dark in the room when the hairdresser dried my hair it looked yellow, but I thought it might be the light. Went to the car and it was as yellow as the one star I gave for the review. Water was cold when he was washing my hair. I told him, he told me it was coming through. Asked me was it any better, I said marginally he never said anything after that and it continued to be luke wam at best. Also still my own colour all the way around the roots. Apparently, going from what he said , he could do it up to the root next time (what)? Had my nails done (Monday) chipped now on Saturday. There is a flaw in my big toe also on one footPaid a fortune. Never again. Will go to my normal salon and pay half for my nails and will last 4-5 weeks and get the correct colour for my hair. Just to ask, is it really 1140 aed for root highlights? Or was I just ripped off. Also when I booked I was told the only hairdresser they had at the branch was male but now I read other reviews, people had their hair done by women so why was I put in a small dark room away from everyone else yo have my hair done by a man?

I just wanted to show my gratitude to an amazing human being, first of all, to Sapana hairdresser from Al Furjan Pavilion. She has been my hairdresser for the past 2 years and is always caring and polite. She will put her 100%. Even if she is not sure about something, she will do research, ask, and practice just to make her service even better. I deeply appreciate that . But most what I do appreciate is her heart and soul . Thank you, dear Sapana, for always giving beyond for work you really love to do. Hope she will be rewarded from management as she truly deserves. People are those who make business to thrive. I am a regular at Al Furjan branch and I always go there for my regular service. In addition I am irregular at the other location in Al Furjan . However, the experience today was extremely disappointing. I purchased a package in JulyUnder certain terms and conditions, however I was extremely disappointed today that they changed, and I was not informed about it. What was extremely disappointing Is that the attendant at the spa showed no courtesy or did not offer any way to support which is extremely disappointing and not what I usually get from both locations.Please be aware not to buy the package as they charge a lot, not value for money and on top of that they change the terms and conditions without informing the customer.

Sapna is a very knowledgeable hairdresser. She really knew her stuff and advised me very well on all things hair-fall for tips & product recommendations. Look forward to my next cut with her💇🏽‍♀️

I had been coming to Tips & Toes Al Furjan Pavillion for the past 4-5 years for Mani-pedi, massages & hair services. I appreciate all the Staffs but someone who stood out for me is a Nirmal (Beautician), Aayu (Masseuse) & Sapna (Hairstylist).They all are excellent in their respective field, friendly, never try to oversell unnecessary & focus on what is good for individual customer.For Eg, rather than just doing the asked services, Sapna always shares the knowledge, tips-tricks of how to take care of your hair, and does amazing blowdry & treatments 😀. Infact I prefer to wait for Sapnas availability rather than getting it done by someone else. Beleive me Its worth the wait 😊Thank you T&T Al Furjan for being amazing 🤗

Highly disappointed! I do not recommend this place for your hair cut. Yesterday I had a hair cut with their senior stylist Noah who didnt had a clue how to do a simple hair cut. I booked an appointment with her but when I arrive Ive to wait 20 min for her to finish with other client. I just asked for simple trim not too complicated she couldnt understand language and started it off without even thinking how she will do it she was more concerned about the other client who speaks same language. All the time she was more focused on her than me and ruined my hair. The good part was only the helper she was amazing and trying to accommodate me all the time. Wasted my money and time didnt like it at all. Do not go their for hair cut rest of the services are fine.

Worst worst service I ever experienced , I am a regular customer since a year and a half as this place is near to my house but since December I can see that everything changed to the worse.I did my nails for French Gelish and apparently something was wrong with the material they used , I called to get it fixed barely someone answers the phone and they keep referring to other employees with nooooo use. Previously they used to be wayyyyy better.

Place is nice and staff are lovely however my gel manicure only lasted a couple of days.I’ve been having gel manicures for almost 20 years and rarely have an issue so was disappointed but I may go back for a different service.

I’ve only just started coming to Tips & Toes Al Furjan East for blow dries, and my experience with Nouha has been fantastic. She understands exactly what look I want and is super fast too (which is a bonus when you are up against time). I highly recommend her for your next blow dry.

Nouha was nice but having a highlight for 950 aed was definitely overpriced 😮‍💨 I don’t see lots of difference in the end as well. The service was average, I was not satisfied. They could do better than that! I have been to different salon in Dubai but this isn’t a great place to style your hair. Disappointed that I needed to add 400 from my 550 gift voucher. If they see this, I hope they’ll think of charging that much if the result was extravagant! But it wasn’t! 👎🏻💔

Had a Haircut done with Nouha at the branch and let me tell you she is brilliant…shared with her how I wanted it and voila her hands did the magic …for the longest time I had difficulty finding the right stylist and finally I have found her that too close to home! I have used them twice for a pedicure . Most awful experience. First time for the callus too much skin removed and I couldn’t walk . The second time the cuticle cut too deep I got an infection and was in pain for two days. Over priced and AWFUL Customer care when we complained.

The establishment in Furjan branch exhibits low standards when it comes to respecting peoples time and communication. Based on my experience, I do not recommend going there. Despite having my nails done with gel polish and paid a lot, they got damaged after only four days. When I shared my feedback with them, they did not take any action to address my concerns.

Bimala at TNT Al Furjan is the best for eyebrows and waxing. Such a lovely lady and so skilled. I gave the venue a 4 only because theyre usually running behind schedule and its a bit crowded inside. The hair salon in particular is way too small for the number of chairs in there.

Nouha it’s the most talented and warm stylist ever! She is super attentive to my needs and she always achieves exactly the style I want.. 5 stars for sure!

I just had my manicure done by Janice, my pedicure done by corlie and my hair done by Abeer. From start to finish the service I received was amazing. I have been to a few salons in Dubai whilst being here in holiday and I will definitely come back here. I would recommend this Salon and staff to anyone else visiting. They were all very professional and polite. My mani and pedi came out really nice! I wanted a certain cut and style and Abeer gave me exactly what I asked for I’m very pleased! I have been a customer of tips and toes for a number of years ( in Dubai) and recent experience has just proven their management is just money hungry and no care for good customer service . No reflection on the ladies who work hard , sadly now they have too many salons to care about their loyal customers . I shall not be renewing my membership that’s for sure

Horrible experience! Do not recommend- I specifically requested for ombré nail extensions and informed the call center, the receptionist and the nail technician, and they all said they could do it. 3 hours in after the gel extension was placed, they then informed me that they were unable to do it anymore because their machine had broken … I was not compensated for this and still made to pay full price for basic plain nails without the ombré I had requested for.I should have been informed at the beginning that they were unable to carry out the service … very unprofessional unsympathetic and unsympathetic.Save your money and go elsewhere please … also expensive for no justifiable reason 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🤮🤮

Highly recommend Nouha for your hair! Knowledgeable and extremely professional. Its been a long time since I had service as such.

They are super unorganized with booking appointments. This didnt happen just once or twice, but most of the time. The team isnt amiable, mainly when you express dissatisfaction with the service. I can share many incidents. I tried getting in touch with the management, but they would say that they would investigate and get back to me, but they never did.In addition to this, the staff always change. I feel like they put well-trained technicians in other branches and then send the trainees to Al Furjan Branch as if we dont deserve a high-quality service with professional staff.The one and the only reason that makes me go back to Tips and Toes Al Furjan is that the location is convenient.

Called you salon in advance to book appointment before showing up to your salon. The lady on the phone confirmed my name and gave me the appointment time for 3pm.I show up 15min before my appointment and the lady at the reception could not find any record of the call, nor my name or the appointment.If you dont care about advance booking then why bother.... Anyways I walked right out of your shop and entered the other salon and got my job done.YOUR LOSS!!!

There was a Tips and Toes in the Meadows that I loved. Customer service was awesome. They closed down. This location’s customer service is awful. I came in early as I have always done and no one said good morning to me. When they spoke they didn’t even look at me. A woman came in with more fair skin and of course the staffed all treated her very differently from me. I stopped coming here for awhile to go to another place but the place I started going to...their product chipped within days. However their customer service trumps this Tips and Toes. Today I am reminded why I stopped coming here. I can go on with more poor customer service stories. I am fair so I give them 3 stars for cleanliness, great ambiance, and quality product.

I was convinced to get a membership when I first moved into the neighborhood and little did I know that I could rarely (if ever) find staff available in the evening when I finish work. Although their opening hours clearly state 10am - 10pm, you simply cannot find staff available if you come around 7-8pm. As a business owner, I find it a waste to have that much equipment available and the staff making their own schedule, leaving one by one the premise. Not to mention the hostility from the reception if you dare to come without an appointment. Even if they do have staff, they ask so many probing questions and speak their own language, probably deciding if theyre going to accept you in or not. Unfortunately my job is of such nature that I never know when I finish work. Disappointing to get such treatment, it shouldnt be that complicated to get a manicure or a blow-dry, maybe not much to ask from the management to have 1-2 staff available for walk in clients....

I’ve been a client of tips&toes in other branches for more than 2 years and was always happy with any service i did, in each brach they kept very high level of service. Though in al furjan i made pedicure and manicure and was very disappointed!!!! Very rude technician, who was showing to me every bit of dry skin she was taking out with such a face, like she is doing a favor to clean my nails! Plus the shape of all nails was different! Honestly very embarrassing experience!!! For sure try other branches!!!!

I love the place and the treatment received. But they keep allowing costumers to be around without their masks and that doesnt feels good. We are 7 people sitting right now at the Mani-Pedi and 3 are without their masks for no reason. Not safe and not nice!

I regret the membership, it’s not worth it. Although, the service is good but agents multiple times do double booking for 2 clients at the same time and it happened twice that I had to go wait and leave without getting my service done due to double booking!! I believe the place can’t accommodate many clients.

I visited the Al furjan salon today a while ago for waxing, eyebrow threading and pedicure services. This is the first time Im trying these services here. I have always loved their massages( so far tried neck and shoulder massage and back massage and both were great before) and that is why I thought other services would be good too. But , it was a very disappointing experience. About waxing, it was okay but I felt the lady did it in a bit of hurry as she had the next client waiting. The after wax oil was applied but was never taken off properly. I was not given the time to take it off myself too as they asked me to leave the room as the next client was waiting. Coming to pedicure, the lady (another one, not the same one who did waxing), she kind of made faces as to how much dry skin I had on my heel. Yes, my feet did not look as great as others and that is exactly why Im coming to get a pedicure done. Cleaning is a part of the process and they shouldnt be making faces to do the job. Next is about the feet massage which is a part of the pedicure itself. She did it for just ten seconds for each feet and called it a massage. That is definitely not what I expect when I pay 100 dhs for a pedicure. Atleast a two min massage for each feet should have been done. Or at least dont say to customers that the pedicure includes a foot massage when all you do is just ten seconds for each feet. That is definitely not a massage. Lastly, coming to the eyebrows which was done by the same lady as waxing. I have small bumps on top of my eyebrows now which I have never got since the time I have been threading them for so many years. Also, no massage was done to the eyebrows after threading was over which normally in other places they do. In a nutshell, I think I should be entitled for better service for the price Im paying here and I dont think I deserve the rude attitude. What is even more annoying is the fact that, when I told about this at the billing counter, they looked like they were not sorry for what happened. Or may be these were not done properly because Im not a regular customer of their salon. Every regular customer was once a new customer to your salon and I dont think you should forget that. Never visiting them again for these services.

Today i went to the Tips and Toes for the first time in Meisam city-centre..it was my WORST experience EVER! At first the lady who made my manicure did it very well! But the other one making my pedicure was not good at all.. She did not scrub my feets as she should so i asked the lady in reception to send someone make it again - at same moment i suddenly saw one of my nails destroyed also.. They sended me a new lady to make the scrub again - and this time they did only make it WORSER! When i did leave the salon i did recognize my heel was bleeding much! She did scrub away my skin soooo much it started to bleed! Now i can not walk on my foot! And i was supposed to go to eid party tomorrow / this now destroyed! I have photos of my foot for prove.. Gonna download it!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Bad time management. I was a half hour early for my appointment and still had to wait another half hour. I walked out after that. If you can’t make the appointment, don’t waste the customer’s time.And worse thing is, I am not a first time customer. And, there is no attempt to rectify the situation even. Not even offering to make another appointment.
