I keep trying others but always come back here, Buisness bay branch.Nowhere can be compared to the service, the amazing team and the atmosphere!Each service is made perfectly, they take time and don’t let you go before the work is perfectly done (massage, pedicure, manicure). I am always very well taken care of at Tips&Toes Business Bay! This week is my birthday and I was really spoiled yesterday. I have been going there for almost 6 months and I love it. All manicures, pedicures, hairdressers, waxing, face and massage professionals are very prepared and extremely competent. I am brazilian and this was one of the best waxing experiences I’ve ever had. I truly recommend all of it. The coffee lady is so so kind, I feel like hugging her! Also the manager is adorable and always makes sure I get all done in time and with the right care. Ah and do not hesitate to take the head and shoulder massage while having your nails done. It is a treat from heaven!

Lastinia & Marcel are superb! They are very professional & always advise the correct treatment. Always smiling & very hospitable with cheery personalities. Great work ethic & very helpful. Overall a great place & excellent customer service. Please promote these two employees. They are an asset to the business.

I’ve been to many salons in Business Bay, but this one stands out for its excellent service. From the friendly receptionist to the professional team, the experience was top-notch. Resham did a fantastic job removing my hard gel and took great care of my nails. Rissa also worked wonders repairing them. The lady working at the reception is dishonest. she said a different price for nails, I didnt change my order during the process. finally she said I have to pay almost twice the price. very dishonest if she provides something different at the beginning and then changes it and for such a high price. I paid 380 aed for gel nails, it wasnt even acrylic...

I had a very dissapointing experience at this salon. Initially they were very helpful and helped us book our services online, and the prices were clearly confirmed at the time of booking. When we arrived, the therapists suggested additional treatments, which we politely declined. To our knowledge, we were only receiving the treatments we had chosen.However, when it came time to pay, we were shocked to find that extra charges had been added to our bill. For example, my mother specifically requested a callous off treatment but was charged for a full pedicure and a paraffin treatment for her feet — even though she had only chosen paraffin for her hands. She clearly declined the pedicure, and the extra treatments were added without her knowledge or consent.When we raised this issue, after a while the manager admitted that the pedicure was a miscommunication but still requested we pay for it at a reduced price. Only after expressing how unjust it is to make us pay for a service we didn’t ask for did they agree to remove that price. They did however make us pay for the unnecessary paraffin treatment on her feet, insisting that she requested it. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since we are new to salon experiences and did not know what additional services were being done.To be charged for services we didn’t ask for, without clear consent, felt very deceptive and misleading. This experience left us feeling taken advantage of, and we won’t be returning.PS. Our heels are still dry even after the excess feet treatments

After wax hair removal my shoulders and back became a nightmare. I had a lot of irritation and under skin hairs. It the first time in my life I experienced such a consequence. Moreover, I did my nails in this place and in 24 hours already had a fracture on my nail (gel). The staff fixed my nail for free the next day and that was nice. However the day after another nail was fractured again. When I came to inform them about my irritation after the wax hair removal - they just showed me my paper which I signed that i will not have anything against the company in case of allergy. BUT it was not an allergy, it was the wrong direction of the way stripe on my skin. The manager didnt even apologise. I left the salon with the words the quality of your services are honestly disgusting and they just said goodbye, thank you. Wax and manicure gel TOTALLY not recommended.

Within two days, my nails started breaking. Today it’s approximately been a week and all my nails are almost broken. I already went and got all of them redone once because they broke weighing three days. This has been my worst experience with acrylic extensions. This is a place that I would never go to again because acrylic nails are meant to last for 4-6 weeks and if they take approximately $100 to get them done, they shouldn’t break without even using your hands to cook or whatever.

I have a membership in tips and toes ! I am a regular client ! I get my lashes done there often and i love them however theres something i observed that you can tell the difference laying under and old technician the 2 hours feels shorter even if its not ! Their application is swifter ( free style) its like the new technician follow the rules by the book you can feel them navigating from left to right eye and for some reason it exhausts you and it feels more than 2 hours the results are always fab regardless i believe eyelash technicians are like makeup artist they should apply their ways creatively in their career i dont know how many feel the same way but i had to say it ! Since i have done my lashes more than a million time ! Note : thats why i love business bay branch + ayu !!! Sadly i havent seen her she did my massage with my eyes shutt while i was doing my eyelashe service took me to bali shes an expert !!! I will book with her again

My recent visit to Tips and Toes was extremely disappointing. I had booked an appointment for a simple nail refill, expecting a swift and proficient service. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a frustrating three-hour ordeal.Initially agreeing with the nail artist on a basic French manicure, I found myself spending an excessive amount of time in the chair only to be informed that the requested service couldnt be completed due to the artists hunger (a clear management issue). I was asked to return the next day, adding further inconvenience.Adding to my disappointment, when I raised concerns about the extended duration of the service, the receptionist shifted blame to me, suggesting I knowingly selected a junior nail artist. However, I was never presented with an option between junior or senior artists, especially considering both tiers charged identical prices.The overall experience was unsatisfactory. The fault lies with management for the unreasonably long wait, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of transparency regarding service options. Notably, the nail artist responsible was Lea, and the quality of the nails was subpar—unnecessarily thick. Moreover, when I requested to speak with the manager, my request was denied.

Lovely serviceI have been to tips and toes in Marina and in Silicon Oasis but I went to the tips and toes in business bay and shockingly this is the first timeI have my polish stay without chipping for four weeks.I wish I can remember my specialist name but she did a good job with my French manicure.

There’s no specific information on the website about some services and when we asked the staff was super rude, she basically kicked us out.

Vicky was so gentle & quick with waxing, made sure I was comfortable & gave great advice to get a smoother wax! As for my Mani Pedi, I wanna say her name was Maricel.. but she was incredible! Its been about a week & I haven’t had any chipping nor dry skin & cuticles around my nails!

Sassy nail technicians that dont like it when you give them feedback on what you like and dont like during the service. They really dont care whether you leave happy or not either.

Tips and toes are always good, however there are times when some of the nail technicians are changing shift so they make you feel ‘rushed’ and it ruins the experience. It doesn’t happen every time but it has happened several times.

I love this place. For massage, Guti is a real professional— you KNOW you get individualized attention on your problem spots every time. Three shellac mani in a row and each time nails start chipping after a couple of days. Wherever else you do it, it lasts three to four weeks. Also, last time, I had someone (not a manucurist) in charge to soak my nails but actually I had acetone all over my feet and it was kept too long on my hands resulting in my skin being in a very bad shape. I made the manucurist notice that and she said that’s normal with acetone…..yes, it is when you leave acetone too long, it should not happen.I have been going to this branch for 8 years but this time I have been very disappointed, especially because you make someone notice problem but it’s never a problem to them!

Been there twice (manicure and bikini waxing), the quality of both services provided was poor. The place itself is nice and clean, personnel is friendly, there is a 2 hours free parking available. For manicure I had to point to the master the missed out places to trim and clean up the polish on a sides. Same situation for waxing, could have been done better.

During my first visit, I had my legs waxing booked followed my manicure & pedicure. Very nice atmosphere even though it was the busiestterm, Thursday evening. Polite, friendly and well presented stuff. I will definitely return.

I went to the salon for the first time for a haircut and eyebrows threading. Was greeted very warmly. All staff are very friendly. Shyna did a great job with my eyebrows and Cardida was excellent, did a great job with my hair. I would highly recommend this salon as its clean and staff very friendly and professional.

Yesterday (5/12/18) I tried this tips and toes branch I got a simple pedicure which was really nice and a full body massage.... I do have a really complicated back with a lot of stress knots but it seemed like the lady doing the service was massaging for the very first time... instead of doing diagonally up and down strokes she went side to side... and didn’t keep a constant pressure. She asked which part did I wanted to focus on but ended up completely ignoring it 🤷🏽‍♀️By the end of the massage my back was just as tight as when I entered the salon.The spa is very nice and the staff really attentive but I’m not coming back for massages I just throw away 300 dirhamsEDIT: I was later contacted by the brand and had another massage which was better and as always the staff was extremely nice and attentive!

Absolutely terrible experience . I just stormed out of the salon , they have inexperienced people who have zero idea on dealing with people ( talking about the specialists and not the reception staff ) I’m not sure about the other branches but specially the one at business bay is terrible . When asked to be gentle with the service , the specialist started behaving aggressive .The only reason I gave this place a second chance was because of a specialist who worked there called nariyani . She was amazing , and she left - I wonder why . The first time i tried them was for a manicure and pedicure - and let me tell you - if it’s not a gel / shellac application - they cannot do it .They have very cheerful staff at the reception but zero professionalism or skill for everybody else who actually do the service .

Went in for the Russian lashes full set. Their super quick. The staff are super sweet. I asked for the dramatic lashes and that’s exactly how she did it. If you’re looking to get your lashes done . I would recommend the Russian lashes at tips and toes for the full dramatic look.

The ladies working there will ruin your mood. I was surprised by the robotic borderline rude behaviour. Maan at the reception will be so unkind as if you are coming in there for free or as if being kind will cost her anything. Very unfriendly environment full of unhappy women.

They are very good in nail treatment. But for hair not at all. I had a hair color, and the lady didnt ask me if we should go for free amonia or not. She just used amonia color and that completely damaged my hair and scalp.

The tips and toes gel mani pedi is actually worth trying out. They’re super clean in what they do. They deep clean well and if are always open to suggestions - for example making the nails shorter , adding another layer of color etc. it’s always good to make an appointment before going as they are always full. They have a variety of gel colors too

I’ve been doing my nails there for almost 10 years and they were quite good. But the last 3 years the staff became very lazy and careless, they would only do the job to finish and not on single time do they make all the nails good. There is always something wrong and when I point it out they get grumpy and don’t even offer to fix anything or acknowledge that there is something wrong. Many times they would ruin my nails shape and then blame it that my nail is grown wrong and it looked this before they shaped it.

Regularly visited as whilst it is a little more expensive than some, the colour lasts and you do recieve a good service. Mani and pedi with shellac colour is good. Would be great if they had more offers on general mani/pedi. Parking is free at Bay Avenue for 2 hours. The team at tips and toes are very efficient and take great care with the service they provide.

Have been taking waxing services with Shyma for more than 3 years and she is amazing at her job

I asked for foot massage for 20min, in really they did 10min, and they charged me for 30 min.. its not about the extra 30 aed its about the principal and the fact that i was treated like i was dumb. I was a loyal customer, now im not coming back.

I really dont recommend eyelash extensions.After the procedure, the eyes were stuck and could not be opened. My eyebrows have fallen out a lot since the first day and my eyes still hurt two days later. I dont think the glue is of good quality.

I booked for a service and when I reached they said there is no booking. I was given a number to complain however no one answered. I even tried to call the call center and no one answered too.

I did not have a good experience at the salon with the wax used for my upper lips, I showed them the reaction that occurred there and then and I was told it will go down but I have had itchiness and pimples all around the lips since I went there.The nail art was great so kudos to the nail team.
