Please avoid this place at all costs. I used to be a regular when I moved to dubai and even had membership for convenience.In the beginning my nails (gel) would never survive and always break until I tried another place and suddenly I realised their quality of gel is so bad and so expensive in comparison to other super professional, less busy and more respectful.Then once I really needed to do my nails and the other places were booked so I went there and my nails broke on the same day after weeks of investing in getting them longer.I called and gave feedback and someone called Haneen called me and didn’t even accept to refund me and only offered a free session which I definitely declined and never ever went back or got the money back.Solo Tre or loft in the area offer much much better service and better gel quality please avoid tips & toes anywhere and if your nails break it’s not the gel it’s the gel quality they use

I am a loyal member with Tips and Toes and the quality of the services is just the best. My favorite branch is the one golden mile and all of the therapist are extremely friendly and really good! Thank you Tips and Toes!

I recently visited Tips & Toes at Dubai Galleria, and I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service! From start to finish, everything was perfect.First, a big thank you to Marie Chris and Richelin for their meticulous attention to detail with my nails. They were professional, patient, and ensured my nails looked flawless. I couldn’t be happier with the result!But I have to especially highlight Kabalan Louis, who took care of my hair. He is truly an artist! Not only did he deliver stunning results, but he also took the time to thoroughly advise me on what would suit my hair type and style best. His expertise and personalized recommendations made all the difference. I felt so confident in his hands, and the outcome exceeded all my expectations.

Absolutely bad quality of service!!!! Just today did my manicure with gel polish . I am wondering what it was?!!! Literally she did zero! I am wondering how you hire and train your stuff?! Do they actually know what means manicure??? And the gel polish- another story!! I think 4 years old baby girl can put the nail polish better!!! Absolutely disappointed and waste my money . Hope the management is aware of the zero quality that you provide. Now I need to book another salon to fix what your “wonderful nail technician “ have done. I can’t believe that this kind of service is provided in Palm !!!!the worst experience ever !!!zero stars.

The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Everyone seemed genuinely happy, which made the atmosphere so inviting. I absolutely loved the vibes of the salon.

This place is a joke! I got a jelly manicure here 3 weeks ago and came back again today for normal manicure and pedicure. For the removal of the jelly which they did, they charged me additional fee. After the nail polish, they did not even check whether the nails got dry, I waited on the chair for 15 mins with no one checking or helping! They also told me that as I have mani pedi package, they can give me a head message which is usually free everywhere and at the desk they charged me another 95!

Hairdresser showed up 15 minutes late for booked appointment. I was left waiting. Nobody bothered to tell me she’d gone out. I wanted to leave as was running late for a birthdays, but they insisted she’d fix my dry hair quickly. Hair was made frizzy by over drying. So I got up and left with messy hair. Never again.

I’ve done a manicure with gellac. Bad quality gellac and manicure was not done properly. Paid way too much for the service. Never ever go there!!

The staff and services were excellent. The receptionists were very welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely be back again.

Had a 300 AED hair style, it’s a sleek pony tail, the lady put 1 bottle of hair spray on it literally, instead of just using a bit of paste or other products to reach this sleek look. Will go ahead and wash my hair at home again. My first and last time, thanks

I have been fortunate enough to go to this Golden mile outlet since it opened and even when it was located in Shoreline the palm, its so good to see familiar faces even after so long, special thanks to Mariam the best waxing lady ever, my kids are now 10 and 13 and Mariam looked after me when I was pregnant with both of them in Dubai then we reolated back to Australia. Today I walked back into the golden mile outlet and Mariam was still there and she looked after me again, like she always did, thank you thank you! Truly you all know how to make us women feel amazing xxx T

I had the most amazing experience with my mani pedi at the Tips & Tops Golden mile. I wanted to get a xmasy shade and they got exactly what I wanted. The technicians are very skilled and so friendly. Loved the chilled ambiance with relaxing music. They also mentioned they have a new branch at The Pointe Palm Jumeirah, so I must check it out next time!

I got nail fungus in Golden mile branch which is extremely difficult to get rid of. NowDuring my summer vacation I have to take load of medication and I can’t step foot in water. This is really basic hygiene to ensure equipments are sanitized properly. Horrible

I have been a customer of tips and toes for almost 7 years if not more. I booked a blow-dry for an important event. when the hairdresser was going to do my hair suddenly she said that she had to go up to the academy and thelovely receptionists tried to get her to stay and sort it out for me but she suggested her assistant dog hair and that she really needed to leave the salon. I said that I have booked a hairdresser to get a blow-dry and that I have an important event. The hairdresser was adamant that she had to go, suddenly she goes to the lady next to me and start cutting her hair…at my booked time! I was super sad and went home without fixing my hair. the next day, the manager calls and said, unfortunately, the customer who was supposed to be after me was done earlier with her waxing, so they took her instead because the hairdresser said the assistant can do blow dry but not haircut. But she said that she needed to go?! And suddenly she was taking another customer!!. I have been a loyal customer and always defended and spoke highly of the salon. I think the way the hairdresser and manager handled this was very bad. Im not recommend visiting the salon because after about 1 year they have gotten worse with most things. I had fantastic nail girls but unfortunately I will try to find a new place. the way the hairdresser and manager made me feel was absolutely nothing I want anyone to experience. Just not care just as sorry sorry madam and act like they were not badly done.

This was a mistake to subscribe to the yearly membership , they take the membership in advance and they gave you hard time to book the service and they dont show any flexibility to extend the service if you had emergency and you didn’t use the service

Rude staff. Was very unpleasant situation with therapist (she put my feet in VERY hot water and laughed on my reaction). I asked to speak with manager, but she was off. And yes, I am still waiting the call since Saturday. Btw, I was client of this place about 1 year. Do not recommend.

Love going to the Tips and Toes at Golden Mile, the ladies are always welcoming and reception always manages to arrange a time for me. Go there for nails and massage with Aisha - heavenly.Membership is the best option! Only missing one star because I wish they would have direct number or WhatsApp to communicate, but other than that, I’m a happy customer.

Okayish service but you could tell the place needs much better cleaning and proper refurbishment.

I did a hair wash in the salon, never will do it again, first of all I got in the chair and was waiting for my master to finish blowing up her own hair. After hair wash she was brushing my hair so hard and aggressively when I saw amount of hair that I lost after this hair wash I was in shock!

A TECHNICIAN MADE AN ABSCESS WITH INFECTION ON MY TOE !!!! I have been a glitter member for more 6 years at Tip and Toes Golden Mile.2 days ago, I went for my monthly mani / pedi, the technicians I used to book were not available so I booked with others technicians. The lady who was doing my pedi removed the skin under my big toe and it was painful I told her many times is painful but she kept on going deeperI came back home and I started to feel the pain. I cannot even put my toe on the floor its red and blowing up. I immediately took an appointment with a podiatrist ( which I paid 500 AED from my pocket) . Result : the technician went to deep and open the skin, infection started with inflammation.I raised it to Tip and Toes, they were supposed to get back to me as of now no one called me / get back to meThis is unacceptable, unprofessional and what happened is serious. I am still on a high pain and I dont know yet it I would need a surgeryI am very disappointed by the service and non-professionalism of the management.

Overpriced , at first they gave me a price then retracted that price and gave me a new price thats unreasonable

I have been coming to Tips and Toes for a few years, they always manage to fit me in as my working schedule is unpredictable. The ladies are friendly and provide a good service.

Czarmane did my 1 hour massage and was so good let me stay for 1 and a half hour. Best massage I’ve ever had. All the staff are lovely. Definitely coming back! X

If I can give no stars I would. I have been a member of this saloon for the last 5 years. Before Covid the service was so good but now it is terrible service and customer care. I went to do roots color and highlights for my counter. They messed up my hair and tried to fix it it took them 9 hours from 4PM until 3AM in the morning next day my hair was totally burnt with patches of color. They didn’t agree to fix it until I called police. After 2 days I went to fix it. It took them 9hours 1PM until 10PM. The result was just they color all the full hair dark. They charged me 1500dirhams for the service and said your blond highlights will show after one week 😑 . They let me buy serum and mask to repair my hair for 450dirhams and when I tired to use it at home it was broken ……Don’t ever think to do any hair service in this place . Any branch. I am really sorry but their stylistes don’t know what they are doing at all. I have along way to go with my hair repair. My honest advice Dave your time and your hair Heath and of course your money. Now I will see how can I get my peace of mind back

I’m not one to complain but this time my voice needs to be heard. I was having eyelash extensions done when a lady was put next to me in the chair close by. She was clearly sick, coughing and blowing her nose with no consideration for anyone else. Now the staff should have either refused her entry into the salon or at least given her a mask! I was so uncomfortable listening to this for the next hour that I asked for a mask to try to protect myself! I couldn’t move because my eyes were full of glue so I had to sit there and experience this awful scenario. I told my technician to please hurry and finish which she did. When I was finished I glanced over and to my astonishment, this lady had no mask on just totally oblivious with no regard for anyone else!!!!!Anyway I am now sick! I will be testing for Covid in the morning as my symptoms are terrible. Bad headache,!loss of smell and taste etc… my concern is all the staff members will probably be sick too!!!! I did voice my anger to the manageress but I think she felt powerless as nothing was done or said!!

Marvellous service - always!! I’ve been coming here for years and keep coming back. Amazingly gentle and friendly always! A special mention go Maryam for looking after my wayward eyebrows 😁 and a firm relaxing massage from Novy 😍

I am so disappointed! I did my manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was great, but lady who did manicure was really bad. So we agreed that I visit them again tomorrow. I got again bad quality manicure and it peeled off in less than 24h.:(

Yasoda has been doing my waxing, threading and eyebrow tinting for years. Girlie is my go to for pedicures. Both women do an incredible job and make every visit enjoyable with their kindness.

Although we were late and at the wrong location🤦🏻‍♀️, we got helped perfectly ❤. My sister had a pregnancy massage (recommended!) and I had a pedicure. What I love is that they offer you to take the disposable files with you, instead of just tossing it out. The chatfunction at their website is fantastic. I spoke with ms. Mona multiple times and the information she gives is quick and complete. Will visit again soon!

Horrible experience with manicure and pedicure. If you like a detailed job, please don’t go there. I hated my experience and even manager let me wait and didn’t even bother to come and talk to me. Super bad attitude especially with Kristine.

I was regular customer here 4 years ago.But believe me or not , what a silly system in watsup now to book an appointment. I do not manage 3 days in a row.

The services are poor and expensive. They made around my nails bleed when they did them, and hair services were poor. However, Facial wash good. I will not plan to go back to this place again!

Very dissatisfied with the service! Its always overbooked and full and management dont care about quality but rather quantity! This is too bad! Paid almost 500 aed for nail extensions and my nails is so damaged now my nailbed is bleeding on almost every nail!!!! Soon ill walk in there and show you exactly what I think about you and your money making scheme! This is unacceptable!

I love Tips and Toes! I had several services at this location. Jannete styled my hair and did a magnificent job!I had a pedicure two different times with Eden and Girlie. They were both very thorough and did a marvelous job! The foot and leg massages were great!I also had a upper neck and shoulder massage, a full body massage, as well as a trigger point therapeutic massage with Renalyn. She has the gift of healing hands! If you are suffering with chronic pain, or just want to de-stress, dont hesitate to book an appointment with Renalyn! She is absolutely one of the best pain management massage therapist in Dubai!

I absolutely happy and satisfied from the nails and facial and massage services.I m not happy at all on the hair services. I did a haircut yesterday and the lady didn’t know at all what to do.I need to go to another place to correct my hair. I paid a haircut for nothing!!!! And i need to go to another place to pay again.

Lovely branch with the sweetest staff - much calmer than Al Barsha and less crowded! I informed Racquel that my hair would get very dry from blowdrying, and she totally understood and used a very gentle technique without any pulling or discomfort. Super customer service as well if you have any issues. Will be back soon!

I used to visit this branch regularly as I had been working very close by. It’s actually a shame - most of the girls there are very friendly and engaged ,apart from 1 who was working at the reception...In general I was satisfied with the service, used to go at least once a week,tried pretty much everything.Although I must say - they do not really know how to apply gelish and acrylic, and they way they’re removing it is even worse !I’ve always had gelish before (made at different spas) and it never damaged my nails as much as it did only after taking their service for gelish nails twice in a row...still trying to fix the damages...The main reason tho why I won’t visit them again is that something had changed the past couple of months...Each time I went there , they’ve changed the total price after having the service although the price list did say something else...I’ve called once to ensure what the price was ,in this case 158,40 aed - what is the point of having such a precise amount if the total ,after having the treatment, is 101,60 aed more ?!?!?It’s not reasonable! What is the point of a pricelist at all then...if they end up making you pay way more after it’s done...at least inform the customer!!!And frankly speaking this was not the first time they’re trying to fool me - yes that’s how I felt!!! Prices kept changing for the same service!!!And on the top they’re trying to make you buy their membership for more benefits apparently...I’m happy I didn’t take it.Btw each time I was complaining at the reception about the spontaneous price changes, the lady who seems to be managing this branch ( as she’s sitting and hiding in the little office behind the reception) did not care at all...so this here was my only way to share my opinion. Lovely place actually the best nail saloon in the UAE I don’t go anywhere and trust no one with the accuracy art technique and atmosphere. Techniques are amazing and extremely friendly Irene, Usha and Glory have been more than friends I really appreciate it. Tips and toes is my second home ❤️

The most horrible experience in all dubai. Very low Customer service. Have been charged more than expected. Got mislead by the receptionists by wrong information about the prices and after my nails got done they came up with a total different and higher price. Its like stealing your money with your eyes wide open. You dont deserve one sigle star even.i will make sure dubai police and consumer right département deal with you ladies.

Despite the fact I leave nearby I will never ever go again there in my whole life. The girls are not welcome, same no accommodation for membership client, and I dont know if they do it on purpose but they never have place while the salon is one of the biggest I am done wirh tips and toes. On my last visit I was charged extra for removal when I had gelish and did gelish again, unfortunately i only noticed at Home. Shape was so weird that i was determined to go back the second day for a fix, instead after thinking twice i will just avoid drama and use these services somewhere else.

Phoned for an appointment and to check if the nail colour I wanted was available as last time some colours were unavailable; was told they would need to check and would phone me back, took my number but never phoned back, after 25 mins I called again, first answered and hung up, then second time no answer... that’s when I remembered why I stopped using tips and toes

No respect for people’s time. They booked me in but when I arrived they said they don’t have a technician available. Then why take bookings?

It’s an okay place. The lady kept asking me if I wanted to have my cuticles cut or if she should push them back. When you pay for a full manicure do everything that’s apart of it. Don’t try and take short cuts.

We paid a lot of money for my nails and my daughters nails, we asked for the Russian technique, and we paid a lot, we came on 12/25, I came back for the nail polish that was crumbling on the 28th /12, and also on 30/12, my daughter also had her nail polish crumbling, never using the Russian method, we had our nails in this condition and we had to pay a more reasonable amount in the other salon , and this has lasted more than 3 weeks, it is January 6 and for a few days the varnish has completely crumbled, the technicians are not trained at all, I do not recommend this salon to do your nails, because you will lose your money!! !
