HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!I got a full set of Russian lashes, within a few days, they started falling out! I called them after 5 days and explained that almost all the lashes had fallen out and the REFUSED to fix them for me! they said I need to pay for a touch up (After ive already paid for a full set of Russian lashes). They then said that I needed to call them within 72 hours if there was a problem, I explained to them that I was traveling (covering the events happening in our region, as Im a journalist) and they still refused to help!!I paid almost 500 dhs for lashes that lasted me two days!!!UPDATE:These are my eyelashes (FULL Set of Russian lashes) after ONE week only!!!

I went to do my roots today with no big expectations as last time I was not happy with the result. But I was treated by Ali and Haji, and was really blown away with the result. They are both very knowledgeable, fast and very polite. I highly recommend them and happy the branch has now good quality color experts.

Nail extensions don’t last. Once they started coming off within the first 4 days. Went back for a refill and had to pay, they wouldn’t even consider giving it for free even though it was their fault. After that I’ve switched technicians , but still this month when I got the extensions done , they started lifting off my fingers within 8 days . Usually because I take good care the extensions don’t ever lift or come off for 3 weeks minimum when I get them done ( if done well )On top of that, I am a member too. And most nail salons won’t charge over and above for just Doing simple French nails when you’re already paying extra for the gel.I think they feel money grows on trees for their clients.

I was disappointed with my last visit to this branch. I was there 5 years ago and after getting a birthday voucher I visited this branch again. I got my nails done, red nail polish, gelish, done for the wedding…Next day after taking shower it started to get removed…So for such a big holiday I had to go with such nails

I visited Tips and Toes for eyebrow threading, hoping for a simple clean-up as I have a wedding coming up.Unfortunately, I felt the technician was taking off too much, so I asked for a mirror. To my shock, she had removed a large portion of my eyebrow. I stopped her mid-service, but when I spoke to the staff, they insisted I still pay—a disappointing lack of consideration for customer satisfaction as she didn’t even finished because of what she did.On a brighter note, Mabel did a fantastic job with my gel manicure, pedicure, and eyelash lift. However, the eyebrow threading experience left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning.

Grace, Elsie, April, and Ella are very nice and professional. What I like most at tips and toes is the fast service.

Im regular member in the greens souk branch since 3 years. Im writing this very disappointed for the eyebrows treading! As you can see, there is one thicker than the other, and its the SECOND TIME this happened to me in this place.The first time they didnt charge it but took me 4 MONTHS TO MAKE THEM GROW!!I kept coming expecting other the technicians are better and this happens AGAIN!!!Total of 8 months waiting to fix a bad work from your technicians! the second time with this disgusting problemPleaseee teach them to look at the people face and dont do it as machines cleaning only without checking the customer, we are coming to be more pretty no to look worst!!!Very disappointed!

Bina is the best!No one enjoys being waxed but since I’ve met bina for close to 2 years, there is no way I dread it like I use too! She is definitely a specialist - understanding the skin, very professional & eye to detail! Never misses a spot! They have a good and kind staff. The choice of music is poor and does not help to relax , wish they go back to the spa music , it made the ambience more relaxing

A bit pricey compared to the other places but overall great place.Service and technicians are good, the place is however a bit small. The mani pedi area is crowded and packed. You sit too close to the person next to you. The girls are however great and super quick.Love waxing there because in less than an hour they finish full body.Massage is good and nails are great.

Sometimes you have to dare to go, even if the reviews are less than preferred. Truthfully, I was doubtful in trying Tips&Toes because of the reviews, but my doubts were invalid. I had a good experience with the place and the quality of my gelish manicure was great. Ask for Kamala, she is an excellent manicurist!

Awesome experience. Find Shreejana for soft gels. She was so good and nice. 100 percent recommended.

Poorly organised salon. I was booked for a service at 6pm. They made me wait without explanation for 15 minutes, started the procedure 20 minutes late! The massage room was clearly taken by their own staff without administration realising it. So they had to take me to another room.

Liezl has always been my favorite go-to. She knows her craft very well and always provides warm service.

Been a loyal customer for 10+ years. Member of their loyalty program. 3 months ago I sat on a freshly stained (black hair dye) chair which was marked sanitized (!) Their management refused to provide store credit in the value of the dress and offered a mere 50 min massage, not even a third of the price of the dress. Their employees are ashamed that this is how their company chose to handle my unfortunate incident despite having admittedly caused the stain due to inattention on their part! Shame on TNT...

First when we came there was no reception which you would expect at any salon. Second , they didn’t even ask if their customers want to drink anything or at least be nice and welcoming. I came to do manicure polish (with booking) and we felt we’re not welcomed at all. When I wanted to look for the color she wasn’t bothered to help or at least find something or provide solutions or options which is disturbing. The result was good but with that being said we asked her to use the nail heating machine usually used for gelish manicure however I wanted to let them dry to give a better finishing and dry quickly so she refused twice. I don’t recommend coming to this salon as it is not welcoming for anyone and not nice to their customers.

The salon did a very bad Gelish manicure, where two of my nails got broke. I came next week just to remove it and make classic manicure and they charged twice the removal . Worst experience. They don’t have a written policy of that, they just charge you. Don’t recommend

Good quality care. Staff is nice and responsive. Takes action when needed. Customer service responded well to my requests. I like that they offer chair massage while doing nails. Threading is also good. Recommended

I had a hair color. My hair is ruined and over processed. The color that I asked was changed to platinum blonde highlights without my consent. Then they tried to rectify by putting toner over the entire hair which was the dark brown and red pink. Then when I pointed the red pink highlights they put ash toner and made my hair grey. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Non responsive. They just kept bouncing from one service personnel. Seems no one has the intentions to make it right. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GET A RUINED HEAD OF HAIR.

Highly recommended gellish manicure and pedicure services. They have expert nail technicians and service is great as always.

My go-to salon for basic services, like pedicure and waxing, mostly due to its location. The interior could do with a refresh and I find the nail services to be OK only - I get my gel manicure done in a different salon entirely. However, I highly recommend Bina for waxing, she is amazing, don’t know how she does it! Best waxing lady I ever encountered.

I have been a member of Tips and Toes for many years and I have been a customer for more than 10 years and I have only positive things to say! I am a regular with Jackie and Ella who are perfectionists to say the least. I also had the pleasure of getting a massage from Komang today who was also incredible. I have and always will be a fan of Tips and Toes!

Im so surprised by the good reviews. I went there for Gelish manicure and pedicure. After just one experience, now my finger and toe nails are so thin that they hurt a lot! Also of course I have broken nails now. Even my toe nails are sore by wearing shoes. Also in 5 days, the Gelish removed! Such a disappointment. Of course I removed Gelish immediately and went to another saloon. I also heard bad experiences from my neighbours. So I decided to write here. I hope more people share their experiences in here. But the ladies are extremely polite. Unfortunately the job is bad quality.

My fiancee has dared to try this salon twice due to the convenience, but its just not worth it. The place reaks of the chemicals involved in the process, with no ventilation. It could be a real health hazard to workers and customers. Many people are coughing from the awful air.The quality of the service is okay, but its also pricier than other options.Just not worth supporting a company doing absolutely nothing to care for workers or customers.

Great salon for hair services, Huma is amazing— she styles the hair perfectly and at record speed! My curls last for many days afterwards. Even followed her to the Greens branch after she left Meaisem branch. :) Only issue is pricing increase for 2024 is very high. :(

I am a frequent visitor to Tips and Toes. Their staff is super friendly and the interior decor of the salons are lovely. The service is usually great and Im left as a super satisfied customer. There is a variety of nail colors to choose from and they are from great brands (tito, essie,etc.). The last two visits were okay but not up to the usual standard but perhaps that was because I had newly joined nail artists working on my nails. However, I definitely would use Tips n Toes if I have any upcoming special occasions or if i want to do gelish safely.

A special shout out to Pillar, who is one of the best massage therapist I got to meet. Shes so knowledgeable and does her work with care and passion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The ladies who did my nails are super professional, polite and are really great at their jobs! I have very sensitive and thin nails/cuticles but they never accidentally hurt my nails! I feel so satisfied with the cleanliness of my nails. Will come back and use their services again for sure!

Good salon and good service.Just make sure to book early in advance as they can be busy and fully booked.Just the quality of their technicians are not consistent. Some are good and some are so bad. Their neck and shoulder massage is usually a waste of money, it is not done by masseuse and it is just caressing not a massage

Im very thankful to Liezel for doing a great job in eyebrows threading. Before starting procedure, I ‎had explained to her that I want the natural thick look because I was traumatised by the last salon ‎who made my eyebrows so thin. She listened to me patiently, neatly done the whole procedure ‎and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She gave my eyebrows a total make over and Im very much satisfied with it. ‎Will definitely come back to try more services and will recommend with my friends too!‎

Dont waste your money - go somewhere else. Gelish nails from here NEVER last more than 3-5 days before peeling off. Ive given these guys multiple tries and each time I feel like my money is wasted as the nails peel off after only a few days. Their customer support tries to shift the blame to the customer, implying that I must be doing something to make them peel off. However, when I get Gelish done at other salons it lasts the full 2-3 weeks.To the salon - dont bother with the canned review response message, Ive already reached out and you cant be bothered to make things right.

The quality of the service for nails has dropped big time. They dont have many classic color options .Most of it is out of stock. The team lacks creative suggestions . They stick to what they know and are comfortable with. And the gelish nail paint just chips within 7 days of application Just an honest feedback

I had the best service at tips and toes the greens all of them are professional Haaji the senior hairstylist and Fedi for the hair wash and blow dry and specially my favorite the master technician Jacqueline for the nails and Shoba for the waxing she is amazing and Ganga for the threading and eyebrows lamination she is the best

I had an appointment booked for 12:30pm only to be seen at 13:10 with now apology or even acknowledgement from the staff. It’s took an hour and a half to complete a pedicure? While I appreciate you may be busy and are renovating, don’t over book your salon. Ladies nails were being polished at the entrance? I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend or even be returning.

After moving home I tried another salon and ended up coming back to Tips and Toes in the Greens Souk. It is very well managed and run. The ladies are all very good especially Lizelle for waxing and Bianca and Grace for hair. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly.

Amazing staff! Went in for my lashes and even tho it takes a bit of time , they do it exactly like u want it . And the lashes are super long lasting. Mine stayed atleast 2 months !! I would definitely go back here for my services . Very efficient and fast at booking your appointment too

I spontaneously booked a toner service on Dec 23rd as my hair lost it color and become all orangey and bleachy. I had initially booked only nail services on that day. I was assigned to a new stylist. Ever since my go-to stylist moved from here to another salon, I honestly stopped doing my hair at Tnt and I believe it was indeed for good reason. So the stylist applied the toner to my hair, waited a while and washed it. Even while drying it, I did not feel much of a difference. The blow drying experience was as well excruciating. I kept pulling away and wincing in pain as the setting was in high(volcano) heat(usually other stylists would get the idea and do something about it) but she kept going at it and I honestly just wanted it over! After the 1st wash on Dec 25th, it was back at being orangey and bleachy and called the branch immediately to inform about it. A week has passed and no one has reached out to me with a feedback. Extremely disappointed with the Tnts customer service.

This place is one of the decent nail salon around barsha heights and Tecom area. It is clean. Appointment is recommended or come during non rush hours. The only problem is they have no hard copy of their services. Everything is online which doesnt really cater for the people who are not tech savvy

Did waxing once again at the Greens branch, this time with Liezl, and as usual the service is great, professional and efficient. I do everything here because the service is constitent and the girls are caring. Worth the money !

Hi,Giving 1 star as I got fungus infection after their pedicure!

THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!! They now charge AED 70 for eyebrows and upper lip threading (at least DOUBLE the price of other salons) for average threading services. They used to offer a AED 50 combo until this year and no longer hold any other combo packages. The price of their services have also gone up. I have been a long-time customer and wasnt aware of the price change. The new price listing wasnt properly displayed at the counter, nor did they mention the price at the time of booking or arrival at the salon. There are many other salons that offer comparable services for more competitive prices. Charging so much for a simple service is just preposterous!!

I used Esaad card in this salon several times and as long as physical card is not renewed, the App is available with virtual card daily update on the App. I used it also in this salon, today suddenly they didnt accept my Essad.I am using this virtual card with updated date in all retails since we dont have physical card, all employees has informed by company, but Im truly sure that with this salon is something going wrong now !

I like this branch because it’s easy to make appointment, any time slot is available even without booking. Service is fast and professional. Back and shoulders massage is the best, all staff is trained to the level.

The gel nails are done too thin so crack after a week and take 2.5 hours to put on! Not worth the time and money for the quality. The hair blow dry is good

The quality of the manicure and pedicure they provide is terrible, they can’t even file the nails in a proper way, the shape is uneven, longer on the right, shorter on the left, all nails different, gelish nail polish starts peeling off after 3 days, extensions look very thick and unnaturalGave them multiple tries, don’t waste your money!Additionally the staff who make bookings, mess up all the times, I found a technician who does more or less okayish job, tried to book her, changed all my plans to fit her schedule and when I arrived to the salon they informed me she is not available and in y their defense they told me they were trying to call me 1 h before the appointment to inform (it’s too late don’t you think? When my whole day is planned already and I’m almost on the way to the salon)

Awful experience! Bad attitude from staff, very poor job on nails. The polish application is untidy and terrible on the cuticles, they even hurt me and made me bleed. They have surely lost me as a customer. Don’t recommend this branch at all!

I had my shellac treatment 11 days ago and my nails are already damaged. It started to come off after 5 days. I was busy to go back. Today I called they said they don’t fix it for no charge. Not going back to this place!

Good place for mani/pedi and massage. Never ever cut your hair here, I think even if my husband did me a cut with his beard treamer I would look better then after hair cut performed by hair stylist

While it may not be the most spacious of branches, I keep returning for Ganga (best threading), Vina (best nail extensions) and recently had the best neck and shoulder massage courtesy of Putu.

Try to complain my eyelashes Extension because After 5 days all the hair is falling out. No respond from Them. Try it with WhatsApp teephon But Nothing happen

My favorite place to get my nails done. Visited many salons in my travels but none ever tops this place. Very friendly staff who are properly trained at getting your nails beautifully done.

Finish of nails mostly is bad. As top coat is applied no the full nail and you can see lines on sides.

They destroyed my nails and offered no compensation. Do not go there at the risk of having your nails damaged to the point that you can’t use them.

I was booked for hair and makeup services, apparently the hair mousse ran out so I had to pay the salon lady to buy me hair mousse from Choitrams. Also the eyelashes werent available and not on the service list for makeup so I also had to get the makeup lady to buy from Choitrams. Honestly Im a long time customer with Tips and Toes Al Barsha branch and NEVER experienced such unorganised approach. I will change to a better salon who offer proper hospitality and customer satisfaction services. Im appalled as I asked management to contact me for this issue and I never got a call back. If the management dont care about losing their loyal customers, that says a lot about them. I will never recommend this place not even I will go to Abu Dhabi. I have been attending AD branch Khalifa and Dubai Barsha branch for years. Im not happy with management.

Hajji was very friendly and did my blow dry very well… but before you use eon service, ask about the price.! Otherwise you get bonuses!

Very bad service. My wife suffered from a severe foot infection and inflammation due to the salon. She had to go to the doctor, who performed a surgical procedure to cleanse the infection from the affected foot. The doctor informed that the reason was unclean and unsterilized equipment in the salon. All hospital and doctor documents were sent to the salon management and we contacted them. Although the salon admitted that they caused the injury, no compensation has been made so far, and no follow-up has been done on their part.

It all depends on who you get. My home branch no longer exists, so I was well served.

The price does not correspond to the quality from the word AT ALL ((I came in a good mood and left simply depressed, because they did all the services I asked for terribly and tried to deceive me during the calculation😅🤦🏼‍♀️ I am convinced once again that it is better not to experiment and go to Russian salons.
