They are very nice and accommodating and the owner is a very lovely person who always goes over and above for her customers. That said they have a technician called Renu in the Furjan branch who is shockingly aggressive and very rude so if booking avoid her. The rest of the staff are warm and lovely except her.

Top Art is an AMAZING salon. The team of lovely ladies are just so good. They are professional, dedicated and very friendly. I have been a dedicated member for 3 years now and I will continue to be. Hair services, nails, beauty services all good. The packages which they have are very economical and the atmosphere in the salon is vibrant and very friendly. Ms.Rama is a lovely owner and her team of ladies Urmila, Grace, G, Sabina, Mahi, Judy are so good. Best salon in JLT!

The team is nice but the quality of products used is pretty bad and cheap. All nail paints were of bad quality.. Had to end up using my own with their top coat. Guess, what even top coat produced bubbles. The towels used at stains and were dirty the cuticle remover did not work. Took 1.5 hours for basic mani pedi. Just not worth it. Avoid.

Always happy when I leave this place. Its been a full decade since Ive visited Rama first time, and Ive never been disappointed. Ladies are friendly and professional, and each of them is unique in her own way. Thank you for always making a time for me no matter what time I call in for booking.

I have used them for years while eaving in the same building and now even if I moved 25km away,I always make an hour on my schedule to go there and have myself pampered.highly recommended

I have been to this place a couple of times before for waxing and pedicure and what I noticed was they were very disorganised, but at least the pedicure was good. However after today’s experience I will not go back to this salon even though it is very convenient for me to visit this place because I had a bad experience with waxing today. They rushed to just finish the waxing without being thorough, they repeated waxing on the same area a couple of times and I despite that I had a lot of wax left on my legs and hands, all they did was put a lot of oil to cover it up. On top of that they just did it on the surface and I can clearly see all hair follicles and bumps on my legs. I understand it was late and the salon was supposed to close in an hour and a half, but I felt that they just wanted to get done with the waxing without doing a thorough job. Quite disappointing experience.

So disappointed to their scheduling, last November 8, ‘23 I booked my 2-hours massage for the 16th Nov with specific therapist, they written it their “calendar”, and. the salon owner was present and saw it, and today 15th Nov. they are messaging me saying “it’s her off” and she has 1 day off only per week, (I am not taking her off away) my point is they have more than a week to plan their off! Why not do it when shedon’t have a booking and why they confirmed my booking if it’s her off.Poor time management!

5yrs of going to this salon and knowing Rama and not once have I had a chance to complain. The staff has always been very cooperative, efficient and respectful. The most important thing for me is that they do not push unnecessary services and products down your throat. On the contrary if a particular service does not suit my skin type or hair type, Rama would always suggest against it, even though it means loss of money for her. Way to go team and though everyone amongst the staff members is professional yet sweet, Grace is my favourite 😄

Be aware! The owner/manager and the staff are not aligned on services. They pitch and sell the packages, (can be used for a month). The staff confirms my appointment but the owner messages a day prior saying the package is expired (after she confirmed my appointment when I visited the store personally to make a reservation). Owner says she can honor one service only (whereas, 2 services were due) and blamed the staff that the girls don’t know the rates and duration of the package.I am so disappointed by this unprofessional behaviour. If the package was expired why did you not mention when I visited the store and asked for the validity? I had come to the store and the owner was right there. She didn’t utter a word and in fact told me that don’t worry we have a record and we know your service is pending. Later when i called to book the time they suddenly remember the package dates etc.Really bad and unethical behaviour. Will never go in future.

Amazing find for a great price, attention to detail, efficiency, and quality care. Got prepared for a wedding the next day in just a few hours after walking in with nails, brow threading, lip wax, and a hydrafacial.

Extremely bad service by Anna. I got my hair washed and dried by her. She was in complete hurry and handled my hair very roughly. In the end, I had to take the comb from her and do it myself. I have always had good service here till now but today’s experience was really bad.

I have been using top art salon since it opened, Rama is wonderful. She’s the only person I will let do my eyebrows for me. I often use many of their services including manicure and pedicure, always very happy and so well priced. Staff are super friendly!

I went to do the gelish manicure with my friend and both of us within one week, the gelish on the nail started to lose...As well, for the prices are charging differently depending on the person... my colleague went and paid 80 aed, meanwhile we paid 95.50 aed for having the nails only and ONLY for less than a week...

Unprofessional manager, she would like to get and book appointments so she is keep on rushing with the services they give. The staffs are very nice and professional.We booked and paid for a package but she said we have to go because there are more clients coming in.I will never recommend this salon!

I was there once. Very unprofessional and disorganized place. The hygienic level is so poor. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I dont recommend this parlour.When I called asked them about haircut price specially 2 times they said 60 AED without wash and blow dry. When i went there done their haircut they took 84 AED. When i asked why you took this. Owner said me girl doesnt know rates so she said 60 aed then this is not my mistake. I asked 2 times , called 2 times.she lied to me for 20 AED.
