I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I politely inquired about discounts, as I heard they were offering some, but the staff responded rudely and dismissively, despite approving a discount for the customer ahead of me. When I questioned her attitude, she escalated the situation by involving another staff member over the phone. To make matters worse, the manager, who wasn’t even present during the incident, started yelling at me without listening to my side of the story. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant or professional experience. If you wanna ruin your day please visit this salon.

Visited this salon for the first time, kaushalya was my artist who really took her time understood my needs and gave me the best nails.Rose and her mother were also tooo sweet and super friendly.

I’m very happy with the services. I am doing my hair botox almost for 3 years with them. And nails are perfect. I do usually my manicure and pedicure gelish and acrylic too.

Just came back from top notch beauty salon. It was my second visit today and be sincere it was amazing experience I love it. Last time I got luxury facial with fantastic massage by liza & she’s perfectly done it. my second day I did hair blonde with highlight & waxing . Excellent service ❤️they have magical hands.. painless waxing . Rawia is the best hairstylist I was looking.treated my hair well.I felt so comfortable there and hard to asked many questions from them .even the owner ,she’s lovely kind professional lady and she answered everything patiently.I would like to thank her & the team for professional work and friendly behavior.certainly will come again . I really appreciate 😊

Amazing experience! The staffs were very professional and caring! Above all my stylist Rawia, absolutely amazing! Her hands — gentle as a feather and does wonders! She made me feel comfortable and was very keen and precise with how she did my balayage. Definitely coming back! Worth the travel from Al Qusais to International City! Absolutely worth it!

I visited the salon once for eyebrows and they were very well done, and so I visited again for Pedi meni and eyebrows,however this time it was real bad. One of my eyebrow was spoiled and the girl for who did my pedi was busy over the fone all the time. She did not only cut my nail skin from inside which hurts a lot untill today and i got pus init she also gave me a real scratch with the scrapper she used on my leg. The nails for meni were not properly shaped i had to redo ot the next day at another salon. A Big NO for any further visits by me or any of my friends. The pedi meni was just finished in 10 mins and the charges compared to the other salon were double. When I Told the staff if wasnt the correct way to treat ur customers they only had to say Sorri. I wish i would have nevr paid.

What I noticed is the staff are so friendly and happy, the staff of the previous salon i used to visit were not happy and used not to wear masks, im super happy with the results and enjoyed pampering myself. Would definitely recommend it to all ladies ♥️

I dunno how people are writing good reviews , anyway the lady there knows nothing about hair cutting , she doesnt know how to layer hair , and the right side was very short compared to the left side literally she didnt know what is she doing , uneven bang as well , it was disasterous , I had to go to another hair salon to fix it and they were shocked of how the hair was uneven and messed with , fake reviews dont be fooled with like I was .
