I love this salon, they are consistent in their quality, cleanliness, speed, and price. I’ve been going for nearly 2 years and I’m never disappointed. All the technicians are excellent, I don’t always book with the same as I just take whichever time-slot is most suitable for me and whichever technician is available. On that note, the booking system through Instagram is very convenient. No call or WhatsApp messaging needed. Highly recommend!

The salon is so professional and their work is amazing, especially Albina she listens to you and give you exactly what you asked for their work is amazing. It’s been my salon for more than a year now now I would recommend it.

The place itself is very beautiful and cute, they have many facilities not just nails the place is clean including the bathroom. I got manicure + gel extension + complex design done by Madinat they are very clean and beautiful and I always get them done by her . Every other nail tech is also very talented their prices are very reasonable and I definitely recommend this place. Overall the staff is very mindful and welcoming!Thank you unique you !!!

I had the worst experience ever and first of all I go walk in and they charge me at the bingeing I showed her what I want and she said ok but then nice I finished it was totally different when I asked her she said the one you want will charge you 19 dhs extra I told her I don’t mind but do what I want she said next time

I came here for the first time today. The service was super quick and amazing. I had an appointment for only manicure but they accommodated me for pedicure as well. I loved how well they did my nails. The overlay was very thin and very nicely done.

Albina is really good and thorough. I love how u get exactly as the reference you show and it’s very neat. Other ladies in this branch are really good too. Sometimes it’s hard to get bookings so make sure you book in advance. There is another branch in downtown which is closer to me but I go to this one because I prefer how they do my nails here. Highly recommend, really nice nails for a good price.

Extremely rude customer service. I was told my nail shape was curved when the technician did extensions and created the shape of the nail herself. When i asked to make it straight they all spoke in different language and were laughing. They gave me attitude when i told them i will show them and when i did the technician started to make the shape even worse to try to prove a point. I’ve done my own nails for years and somehow I’m able to get the shape that i want, i must be a magician. You can see in the pictures this is what i left with.

I had an amazing experience doing my nails, eyelash and lamination. Staff Sheila is very professional in booking my appointments and organising the slots. Anuira, Dina, Jibek who did my Nails, Eyelash, Eyebrows did a spectacular job and very happy with the results.

I did 3D and the next day 40% dropped. Then I came to redo it the next day. I asked for 3D, they did 8D for me. When I closed my eyes my eyelashes hurt… Very rude master. And unqualified. Lots of glue, then I went to another salon and they removed 8D for 50 minutes, lots of glue and it was uncomfortable for my eyes🤢🤢🤢dont waste your time, i spent 2 days on them and didnt get beautiful lashes like in their instagram!Only on the third day I got good eyelashes in another salon

I love their work. It starts with the very welcoming and lovely Margarita 💗 in the reception. Then the work is so professional, fast and with great attention to detail. I’ve tried almost all the nail techs and truly they were all good. Special mention to Zarina and Jibek 💗!

Very unprofessional I rang this salon before arriving asked what time they close they mentioned 10:00 I got to the salon paying 150 Dirhams in a taxi to reach there they then tell me were fully booked the two women at the reception very rude they wanted to go home on time hence why did not want to accommodate also it mentions on google that they close at 10:30 but they did not want to work this salon is very unprofessional and no work ethics in how to make the customer aware that we close at 10:00 but we are fully booked waste of my time and journey to travel all the way to be dealt with like that do not go here.

This is my third time coming here and they are doing their work perfectly! Staffs are very friendly and professional. They are very helpful and accommodating. Service cost are very cheap and affordable. Room is very clean and space are very nice. I love coming here.

Very rude employees wasted all my time coming and trying to find the shop, walked around everywhere and they would give me different instructions every time. Ruined my day after this experience, Wouldn’t even answer the phone unless i called after each other. Would never even come again if i had the chance. Blamed me for being late but it didn’t help that they wasted my time giving wrong directions and arguing. They should atleast try and give a solution for good customer experience, but didn’t even bother. Was very desperate to try their services, but they lost a customer from the way they dealt with me.

The eyelash girls are not professionals, they glued my eyelashes directly to my skin and the next day my eyelid woke up swollen (so I know eyelashes stick to your natural eyelash) but she filled my eyelid with resistol so that my skin did not heal, I also asked for a specific form and I showed him a photo, in the end he did not do it the way I wanted and I had to wait about an hour for a girl to attend to Having my eyelashes corrected was very annoying because I get more saturated with eyelashes and the correction is horrible, I think there are better and more central places to go, I would never go back.

Very rude receptionist, I came with my wife, she had an appointment, the receptionist came to me rudely saying ‘you can’t be here, is a lady’s salon’, instead of saying ‘excuse me, is forbidden because of this or that. It was the waiting area, the reception, it’s strange that I can’t wait for my wife there, but I’d accepted if the receptionist approached to me in a normal costumer manner way.

I have been going to Unique u Al Barsha for the past 3/4 months. All my services have been great no complaints, I got a pedicure with Dina 2 days ago and I absolutely HATE IT. She filled my nails too low, she did not ask what I wanted and I assumed it was because she could see what was done before and will follow on. My appointment was initially for 19:30 I was called and asked if it could be moved to 19:00 I agreed but Dina prioritised going for a smoke and only started at 19:24 with ZERO sense of urgency. What I will say is 90% of the staff and the services are done very well but NEVER book any services with Dina you will be disappointed.
