V-nails bar

Horrible awful experience,Firstly, it is not a beauty salon where you think you are going to relax, because everything happens in a small living room in a small apartment where you are greeted by 3 girls who are still in their pajamas around 11:20 in the morning, and who greet you with very cold and not friendly faces at all. Secondly, the service was super bad, I had a manicure and pedicure, it was horrible, the one who did my pedicure had barely touched my feet that she was done, throwing my feet away, without even putting on moisturizer, when I asked her to redo my feet, she was even more angry and answered very badly that she would not be able to do it. The one who did the manicure was like a robot running after time and very unpleasant behavior, in short it was super catastrophic but unfortunately it takes a long time to explain, ooh I forgot, they cut off the AC because I decided to not pay the full amount that they was asking . On top of that, the salon was not really clean and I wondered how they could welcome customers in such a place, and then I understood why there are no photos of the salon on Google, only photos of the nails. I care about my health and I will never ever recommend this salon even to my enemy even it’s your last last option think 10times before to go there

I discovered vile 2 years ago when my regular salon ruined my birthday nails. She fixed them in the most beautiful way, since then I have been going to her every month. I love every sets she does ❤️❤️ highly recommend to working ladies as she is the quickest and most efficient I have have done my nails with .

I wanted to come to the salon to do my nails and I asked some questions through what’s app to make a final decision . The lady was so rude and annoyed with my questions.There are plenty salons in Dubai and seems she doesn’t care to provide the good customer service to recruit new clients .
