I visited this salon for the first time for a manicure and pedicure. I have never had such a bad experience ever. The lady cut my nails more than half the size. The manicure was very poorly done. The gel nail colour application was very bad and they refused to acknowledge their mistake!!! Moreover the staff are not well spoken and neither trained properly. I was almost in tears when I left unhappy and upset because of what they did . They charged me the whole amount despite of my complaints. I have never had such bad nail service in Dubai. I’m never going back to that place.

I usually do peppermint hair spa and Moon is extremely good with all services; would also recommend pedicure with Bhagawathi.She has magical hands and is extremely dedicated.

Bad experience went for hair cut for my kid they forced to wash hair despite saying not needed ; she forced to set hair though i insisted not to! They made sure the bill comes up to 100aed. Please be genuine with customers.Over all hair cut is so not in good shape.

Got some services done from here recently. Absolutely lovvved the experience! Have visited multiple places in the locality but found this one to be clean and good at what they do.The staff knew what they were doing and were extremely polite during the whole process. Very happy with the service,will visit time and again.

Went for facial. Had shoulder pain for days. The job was not done well. When pointed out concern to the technician . They started back answering and started behaving very rudely. When told them the blackheads are still der. They were like its pores. Asked to speak to manager they said what will she do. Had to visit after 2 day to catch hold of manager. 3rd day I received a call where the manager then asked to come during work hours (11 to 6). Neways, visited 3rd time to get a okay results n she admitted the technician did miss out on few places on the face. Big waste of 350AED n TIME.

Sadly, even though the technicians are sweet, polite and good at what they do, the unpleasant attitude of the owner was enough for me to decide not to go back. Currently, they insist on having you take your shoes off and wear footwear that has been used by other ppl! Not the disposable kind - actual slippers used by other people. If you refuse to wear them they suggest wrapping your feet in plastic. I think its weird. Considering we made an appointment on the phone- they could have told us to expect this at the very least so I wouldnt have come all the way?I have been here before when the owner wasnt around and the experience was quite nice... so for the sake of the girls, i dont want to give it no stars for the owners bad attitude.

Worst experience!! Went for permanent hair straightening , they charged me exhoborant price with the worst results making my hair more dull and dry. Owner of the saloon is the most rude and indecent person I have ever met in my life.She has no manners at all and doesnt even acknowledge her mistakes. Ladies pls beware n think twice before stepping in such saloon which cheats their customers!!

Im a regular client .I visit every time for my service. I like that whatever they follow the precautions .I never seen that any other saloon.so Im very happy and very comfortable for everythings also with all members.

The Girl who did my haircut was amazing,The staff are highly professional and super clean salon, last but not the least I’m very happy with my new haircut 🥰Will surely visit again for other services

It s very good sloon..and i like it because it s very clean sloon .they do very good customer service. And they very carefully about client. They do shoez changing. Chair sanitize. Tools sanitize.i never seen this any others sloon ..and i like vishali s sloon onwer talking very smooth.and polite talking..i visit in this sloon since many years. I really like it thanku 😍👍

I visit it often for hair spa....Deepti does amazing job each time and so are the other girls. Very friendly staff

I visited the salon for my eyebrows and hair wash...salon services is quite on an expensive side...the staff was polite and the place was clean however I did not like the service...my eyebrows shape was spoiledI never visited the salon again
