Welcoming staff. Had a good experience at the salon, was offer water. Had gel nail extensions that costed AED 425, which I thought was a tad expensive. Liked my nails results. I would definitely recommend the salon. It was easy to access, it’s opposite Waitrose in Dubai Mall. Service was quick and well done in 2 hours.

I randomly chose the salon as I was walking through the mall and I have to say that Malak did such a wonderful job. I haven’t had bangs in a while and it came out so beautifully! I’m walking out with the biggest smile with a completely new look! Highly recommend the salon and Malak ❤️✨

I had a fantastic experience at Wow Beauty Salon! I got both my nails and hair done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The nail technician was meticulous and creative, giving me a beautiful manicure that lasted for weeks. My hairstylist took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered a gorgeous cut and color. The salon manager, Dipti, made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped in, making sure that my experience was just delightful. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning for my next pampering session!

I am gonna give a star for the good attitude of the two ladies who worked on my nails , and another star for the location as its easy for me to access thorough the parking , But , will remove one star for the quality of the product and services as nail polish did not survived till next day ,and remove another star for the hygiene as I personally did not liked the condition of the tools looked over used (nails file) and the ladies where not wearing gloves , and meni-pedi so superficial and minimalist and when u asked for more deep cleaning they will say we cant as it will damaged your nails or cuticles weak!! Really didnt feel my nails clean and fresh , 3rd star will remove for the price , 190 dhs for such bellow my expectations level of service is unjustified- hope they improve for my next time visit then will update my review

I have never experienced such a terrible hair cut by Rania. I don’t understand how unprofessional staff are working in the salon in Dubai Mall. They don’t say anything if they don’t know how to cut it. You can simply say if you don’t know how to cut it and get consultant from your colleagues. Just wanted to cut Bang style of the hair as always. This is very simple thing that every stylist has to know, right? If there is a salon in Dubai Mall, people trust their name and staff. If the salon in Dubai Mall cannot do their basic job, how can we trust other salons? I feel terrible and so sad and I don’t know how to fix it.

Rania is just excellent! My hair was a complete disaster and I wanted to get extensions, so she guided me and showed me the best solution. She also gave me tips to take care of my hair in general.

What a wonderful experience!Whenever I visit Dubai I always go for pedicure here because it is always the most professional, efficient, precise, clean and valuable experience compared to anywhere in the world. I was welcomed to Wow beauty saloon after getting rejected and Sisters beauty even though they had same closing hours. I appreciated the fact that even though it was 20’ to closing they still took me in for a pedicure, I find this to be an outstanding service. Myleen B. was taking care of my feet and she was absolutely brilliant. She even offered me a tea on arrival. Apart from doing a very precise job, not being rushed by the time but rather focusing on doing a good job, she was also a great companion. Recommended me a few attractions around Dubai I haven’t even heard of. What a lovely soul. I am beyond satisfied with how my nails turned out & she even gave me advice about how to proceed further so that I don’t keep damaging my nails. I sent an email to the salons address several times. Unfortunately, my inquiries were not answered. As a long-standing customer, Im very disappointed. Just went for wash and blow dry and they gave me magda, when I tried to explain her how to wash my hair. She went on like. I have a 37 years of experience dont worry I know my work. She made me quiet.. and then she washed and used some mask by putting water in the bottle. Where as I have long and coloured hair so I told her to put conditioner for long in my hair which she didnt and on top a diluted mask was put on my head. As bottle ended and she put water in it. Anyways now comes blow dry. As she did all wash and mask in only 7 minutes so that poor diluted mask didnt do what it was suppose to do. So now I told her to put serum or else my hair will break. Again she tried to ignore and said no Ill put in the end. This time I said it firmly and she listened. And even after serum she realised how dry my hair were as she used watery mask which didnt do any wonders she was expecting. And she broke so many of my hair that now I have so much of hair like baby hairs. I wish I could slap her for doing this if she wasnt elderly.Shame on wow to hire such stupid ladies who just think they know everything and me who has these hair for so many years doesnt know anything about my own hair but only magda knows because she has this 37 years of experience of making people fool and using mask with water.What a shame.

Honestly, I cannot recommend this place. I went there for nail extensions. After 1 week the nail polish chipped off. Asked for a refund but was only offered to get it fixed. Was told it would just take 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I left with an acceptable result. It’s been 2 days and I’ve got an awful scratch across the thumb and tips are chipping off again. This is one of the worst and most expensive nail treatment I’ve ever had. I’ve paid less at other places and the nail polish lasted for at least 3 weeks without chipping or noticeable scratches. I had chosen WOW Beauty Salon to treat myself with a special treatment but I’m absolutely disappointed. Won’t go there ever again.

They are charging you different prices on each visit they charged me the original price even though i provided Esaad card and when i asked the reception she said i have to check with my colleague + their providing very poor service Ive been going there for almost 4 months they never offered me even water the 2 receptionists are always looking bothered and not welcoming at all 🙂 the only person that im coming back for is the nail technician otherwise i swear i wont even pass by them

Extremely upsetting and disappointing experience. I got a hair trimming and blow dry, they use the curling iron to style my hair and they must have burned my hair because I’ve been loosing big chunks of hair for days. I reached out to them and they denied any responsibility, suggesting that probably my hair are not suitable for the curling iron (I doubt it cause this never happened to me before). After two days I washed my hair, lost much more hair (you can see the picture) and when I sent them the picture complaining about the damage and suggesting that at least they should refund me for what I spent they didn’t even have the curtesy to reply to me. Now I have a big damage that it will take years to recover from. And on top of that worst customer service even, not even an apology.

Wonderful friendly staff! I had an enjoyable time chatting to the manicurists - they were funny! Very kind and helpful for choosing colours too. The quality is great and all the techniques were professionally administered. I was offered water/tea/coffee and provided with anything I needed. One thing (other than the super lovely chats my friend & I had) really stood out: one manicurist had a really difficult & rude person demanding things from her. She was super professional and did her work really well even though that person was horrible. The client took 3hrs to complete her nails and the manicurist did a great job. The staff are dedicated and kindhearted! I’m so pleased with my nails and really recommend this salon!

I went in for highlights and whatever toner she put on my hair left me with green hair.

The worst experience ever I came in with my sister and waited for an hour in line knowing how many people were before us. a woman came in and was placed before us, not caring about the customers satisfaction nor our time waisted waiting the hair stylist was very rude she didn’t even give the time to listen to us and started with the customer already, never coming back again and I don’t recommend them to anyone!

Today I was with Ranya for hair highlight really I was very happy with the result I will not hesitate to do it again with her I will not change her , plus the customer service I will thank all of them they are very professional thanks a lot 😘

Terrible!! They ruined my hair colour for which I paid 755 Aed plus a special treatment which had to be wasted because they had to colour my hair for a third time as it was horribly yellow orange at the roots. I walked out looking like a patchwork job and I came in to get pampered before a long travel abroad. Very disappointed and heartbroken. Magda was the lady who did my hair , after claiming she had 30 years of expended. The whole salon was quietly looking at the disaster !!

It was a horrible experience, I went there just before few days of my engagement to do face wax. I made sure that staff knows about my sensitive skin ALOT. Suddenly I found my face burning, philipino lady peeled out my skin!!!!!!Funny part she saw me crying and she was totally fine with it repeating that she doesn’t know how it happened!Can’t deny how nice was Rania and another Arab lady very supportive and friendly.But overall Unprofessional, don’t risk your skin there please.

First when i arrived they inform me that they don’t have warm water how a salon in Dubai mall don’t have hot water they wash my hair in cup it didn’t clean it properly, Malak did my hair cut and blowdry i was really satisfied with how my hair looks she did an amazing job will really recommend her to anyone

Awful experience. I sat down and the lady who came to do my pedicure came, sat dow, run the water, not a word…not looking at me either. I greeted her and told her how I wanted the pedicure.Throughout the whole service, she huff and sigh non stop, and nervously shaking her foot. i have asked her if she is all right and she mumbled something about an itchy throat…..Didn’t know how to get out of there faster…fast fwd to the Reception for payment…gave my feedback to the receptionist as she asked me how it went, she apologized, I paid and then she asks me again, so other then that how was the service??? 😱Seriously , I just told you how it was and clearly I am annoyed of having such a bad experience and you ask me again??!!! I wonder, has she been listening really 🤔Anyway, first and last time to this salon.

Disgusting service, it seemed that the technician was in so much hurry so she didn’t care about result. Instead of blow dry she made a curl from styler and burn my hair. While washing she used her nails and it was painful! I paid a lot for this “ pleasure “ but the result has already gone, my hairstyle is horrible

Never recommend this saloon to anyone!!!!!So, I came to this saloon like a model, they asked me to paint my hear free of charge. The arrange time was 10.00 AM. I came there at 10 and waiting for the master 40 minutes. After checking my hear they said that it is already white, but they need more dark to make the wow affect so I can be free. I have only one question. Do you respect people and their time? Am I a monkey or slave that you can use my time like this? So, I think this attitude is not ok and I’m sure that the attitude to the customers are same. If people do not care about their reputation, they do not care about the quality of their work.

This manicure was the best I’ve had in Dubai and potentially one of the best ever. The care and attention was perfection and the quality amazing. Went for an overdue haircut. Marife is brilliant with haircuts and colors, she understands what her client wants and communicates what exactly she’s doing with their hair. Didn’t plan on getting my hair colored(for the first time too!) but she convinced me that it can be done without the bleach. Loving my lob and lighter hair color. Can’t wait for my next appointment! 😍

My teenage daughter got a haircut from Magda and she did a wonderful job. My daughter is very happy with her hair 🙂I have been going to the salon for years now and staff is very polite and courteous.

The mail lady did a fantastic job. I was not happy with the cut/ clipper job that was done. The stylist absolutely butchered my hairdo. I will definitely not be getting my hair done here again.

Absolutely pathetic services! Got my gelish French manicure done it turned yellow the next day, when I came to take it off they ruined my nails had to cut all of them. My eyelash extensions were gone it a week! Encourage not anyone to go here. Very unprofessional staff.

When cutting my cuticle i let the technician know that it hurts me and to be gentle 2 minutes later she cut my alive skin and did not stop bleeding. nothing applied, no compensation nothing when going out the receptionist offered a bandaid…. such bad service and not trained employees.

I didn’t like this salon at all, I’ll give it a 0 if I can, I told her to trim straight, how can I be more clear? She cut my front hair longer and back hair shorter and I just wanted a straight cut who does that really bad experience
