I like the blow dry and everything is good but u should agree about the price before they start work. Cuz when i asked before she start she said its ok we will agree and we agree my hair is long but after she is done she tell me its not blow dry it advanced style something and the price like the double!!! While i asked for blow dry only!!

I came to WOW beauty salon as I was looking for a professional hairdresser near to my home on the Palm and my friend has suggested WOW salon and especially Malika for the haircut. I had a lot of bad experiences with my hair before, as my hair are colored and delicate, so really need a very professional and gentle stylist .My first impression was very good as I was welcomed by the team of WOW salon very nicely, they offered me a cup of delicious coffee and Malika has listened to my requests very attentively 😍😍 she assured me, that she will do the necessary to make my hair look and feel healthy, shiny and fuller 😍which was very important to me!Malika applied on my hair effective treatment initially to change the horrible orange and yellow toning to the noble blonde platinum shine, while applying the treatment she made me such a pleasureful massage 💆‍♀️, that I felt relaxed and happy already 😄As a next step, Malika applied on my hair repairing and hydrating treatment , which completely transformed my dry and damaged hair in healthy and shiny and detangled them without pulling them 🥰 and we know all, how this is important during summer period with the heat and salty water coming on colored hair, so I was super happy to see the immediate magic result on my yet very dry hair 😍😍😍😍At the end, Malika has done an amazing haircut, cutting only the necessary ruined parts, which made my hair looking gorgeous without cutting the length (which was very important for me, as I spend a lot of time and effort to grow long natural beautiful hair)I’m very thankful to Malika for the amazing magic work on my hair, for her professionalism and attention ❤️ and I’m happy I discovered WOW beauty salon just near to my place!Tomorrow I will come back for Madero therapy in WOW beauty salon as I was looking for the salon to do this effective treatment and will definitely try other beauty treatments for the face with them😍😍PS: I add pictures of my hair transformation 🥰

The service here is friendly and comfortable - a positive change from the colder places you can find around town. I’ve given 3 stars because the place was very clean and accessible.Despite the hair cut being assigned to their most experienced technician…we didn’t like the cut and it was too short to style which we asked specifically for. It’s sad that it’s difficult to find someone to cut Arab hair. Do yourself a favor and Hire some amazing Lebanese talent.

-The salon is so small.-The smell of the chemicals for the nails was so strong.-The lady who washed my hair scratched my scalp with her long nails, very disgusting, uncomfortable, and not hygienic at all.-The blowout was terrible, the blowed out my layers, bangs and all with a hair brush all together. The kind of blow out you would give yourself after coming out of the shower.Overall terrible

I recently visited WOW salon for a massage, and unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. The room was brightly lit, which made it difficult to unwind and detracted from the overall ambiance. To make matters worse, the room was uncomfortably cold, and despite my request, the staff was unable to adjust the temperature to a more comfortable level.The massage room was also quite cramped and seemed to double as a storage area for cleaning supplies, which made the space feel cluttered and unprofessional. During the session, the vacuum cleaner was turned on, disrupting the massage and making it hard to relax. Additionally, while soothing waterfall music was playing, an advertisement was broadcasted over it. I had to ask them to turn off the advertisement to regain some semblance of peace.Overall, these issues combined to make my massage experience disappointing. I wouldn’t highly recommend this salon for massages.

Anam is the best of the best in Dubai! She’s extremely knowledgeable about everything related to skin, and offers amazing waxing, facials, and eyebrow styling.

Overpriced and really poor customer service!Tunisian hairstylist lady did a TERRIBLE JOB with my moms hair for my wedding event... her hairstyle was falling and they tried to fix it with lots of clips, eventually the hairstyle did not last for more than 1 hour! Same lady did a bad job with my hair, I asked for waves and she did horrendous curls (I was the bride) eventually she made it worse by applying oil product without previously asking me and making it look dirty. After complaining several times I received no discount for the terrible job done...NEVER COMING BACK.

I was yesterday there for a normal Manicure and Pedicure. I had the last seat of 3 Manicure seats and 2 girls start to work, but after 10 minutes came 2 employer the salon and arranged a seat close to me to make something with their nail. After they seat near me was stress pure . They came to my left or right side and were looking for a color that they didnt find at lest 10 Times. They spoke together very loud in a their language and start to look after the nail color that they didnt find. It was too near, too busy and too noisy.The have no interest to give the customer service . If some one goes to the salon ,wants to seat relaxed and enjoy the service. But I leaved the salon very stressed and afraid about covid 19, because they dont take care of distance and not speaking in the face of customer without mask. But the 2 girls who they did the job with Manicure and Pedicure with me had mask and were friendly but the work was not good, bad work , cheap old color.

I had a really negative experience here. I came to get a hair trim, the lady was commenting on my hair loss a lot and telling me I should be scared of this amount of hair fall. She mocked me and made me feel bad for the condition of my hair. She then proceeded to recommend treatments for me which I know were only for the sake of higher sales at the salon. I felt miserable leaving the salon. Although she is very methodical in her approach, she really made me feel insecure by constantly pointing out things about my hair and scalp. She was constantly chatting to her colleagues in her native language and it almost felt like they were talking about me. As a customer, I left feeling extremely upset and would not recommend.

I recently had my hair and makeup done and I was thrilled with the results. Malika created a stunning updo and makeup skillfully enhanced my features. The entire experience was enjoyable,. Highly recommended Malika!

I was content with waxing by Sepna. She was quick and professional. The only I didn’t like is that I had to lie on a towel, as they presumably ran out of one-way paper that is more hygienic. The towel didn’t look fresh. That’s why one star less

Well Amira the stylist is very good , yet Bernadette at the reception usually tried to play with pricing and make you pay more for services you havent done.. in my case the stylist mentioned 135 for blow dry and she insisted at check out i pay 185 because she assumed i must have done extra curler to my hair without even asking betterthis cause huge incredibility at the place especially it was my first time visiting!!!

I had an amazing experienced stylist today her name Sony Tunisian l, I been in many famous saloon last four years trying to get rid of red hair color and color my hair, in every time I try saloon I got my hair not one color and they explained The original roots absorb the color different from my coloured hair and I have to accept this results for some time. Today I went to color my hair and I really was happy to see all my hair one tone one color the new roots and my coloured hair . She even choose number 7 which was amazing color for my face color. I never been in this saloon . What surprise me I booked before with many famous big names saloons in Dubai never get result like this .I definitely booked next appointment with her to keep the same results❤️. Not a good experience at all. Hairstylist was not willing to listen at all. She put hair products that made my hair crunchy. They cut my hair and ruined it. This is a touristy salon where they charge high prices, even though the services are not good. The staff were working like robots and not willing to listen to the request of a customer. Honestly, it does not make sense to become a hairdresser just because you want to earn money. Passion and lots of professionalism is needed. They are more interested in protecting their high price list instead of listening to the customer’s request. The worst haircut I have ever received and now I need to wait for my hair to grow back and look decent again. Plus, all this right before I have to attend a professional show. Staff also lacks the ability to communicate correctly and some did not speak proper English. Lady who did my threading was rude.

Last month I did my nails Acrylic and they recommended me to do a full set, the prices is 150$ dollars that is was so expensive but I’m ok to do it because they said it will stay 3-4 weeks, so I think it worth to do it, but no! Not at all it’s just a week it already gone ! I was upset because what I pay didn’t worth with what I get. This salon is just worst as I ever use service. I don’t recommend this salon at all.

The worst salon ever! Spent AED1,000 for root color and meni-pedi but it was worst experience. My feet was so hurt as the lady did the pedi too much on my skin but worst is the root color, the lady did the root color on my hair but it doesn’t lift up and she blame me because of my hair used to had a bleaching and in fact its BIG NO! I never do the bleaching in the root area. She chose color number 7 for my root but my hair color is very bright, she should’ve chose higher number. If she is professional, she should know how to make the color same and she didn’t even say sorry! Then the manager took over and she asked me to come again in 1 weeks but when I came she said she still can’t lift it because of the effect of the previous root color and she asked me to go back in 2 weeks and they put me in schedule. When I came for the third time, they said they can’t do it because the salon is full booked but they already put me in schedule and they blame me because they cant reach me out to confirm. They already put me in the appointment and I already confirmed I will come on that day. They refused to handle me and saying they don’t have a slot available! I asked them can you put me a slot whatever the time I will wait if its until the whole day because its my last day in Dubai and I spent so much time to come back to this salon and I don’t want to come back again and wasting more time. After having an argument, they give me a slot. Before saying no to the client who already wasting time because of their fault and they still wanted to reject, why didn’t they try to handle it nicely (even root color will only take 30 minutes or 1 hour max). Its very rude and worst service ever, with price they charge and best service like that, I will never want to come back and recommend this salon. And my root is still not same color like my hair after they did it.

I booked an appointment the day before. I showed on time and they asked me to wait. After 10 min of waiting I asked why my treatment was not starting to hear that the receptionist didn’t know why her colleague booked the appointment as there was a training ongoing and that I should come back after 30 min. I’m sure as part of the training they encourage you to be professional and take care of needs of clients but not in this salon!

Stumbled upon this salon by accident when buying some hair care products. Robin one of the stylists came out to recommend what might be best for my hair. I went back to have a haircut and and have my roots done.Hands down the best haircut I have had in Dubai and I am really happy with my colour too. Highly recommend Robin! I went to this salon today and very disappointed with my experience. I’m a tourist from London and wanted to get pedicure and my daughter wanted to get manicure. For simple manicure with gel nail paint they charged AED 175 which is much higher than London. Completely ripped off!I did pedicure and there were not proper equipment or facility for this service. Dead skin not taken off nicely. Staff was doing my nail paint while I was resting my feet on the foot rest. As soon as two more ladies came for pedicure, my foot rest was taken off and given to other ladies for their pedicure while I had to rest my feet on staff’s knees. It was very uncomfortable!For washing feet there was no proper equipment like spa tub.I couldn’t understand what they are charging for!!

I wanted to send my Mom for a haircut and had called up to book the service, the phone was attended by Dipti who was very helpful and accommodative in selecting the services. Mom was there for a haircut and hair color. The entire service was great, a special mention to Nancy as the service provided by her was excellent. Would definitely recommend this to others and would most certainly send my Mom again.

I was not satisfied with the manicure which was done today . The service quality is bad . The team at the counter were only bothered about the payment . Would not recommend. Even the massage which was done by the girl was not good . Inspite of giving the feedback at the reception the team was not bothered .

Worst experience ever. Went for a haircut, the lady does not understand what I said. Asked for medium hair length( shoulder length to be exact) with layers and she gave me a short bob.. as she liked. No value for customers request! Never going back.Then they say they did creative cut hence I have to pay more!

I have a medium hair, but I was charged for long. The hair stylist didn’t even keep the conditioner on my hair for longer than 1min. I had to ask for a coffee as they didn’t even offer anything themselves. I would say very poor service for 185 dirham. The place seems dirty too. Won’t come back.

Awful experience! Girls, never go to this place if it’s not last-minute necessity. They cut my cuticle too much and now my fingers hurt! The shellac covering was terrible, at first I was being serviced with the shellac cover by master #1 with a multiple of air bubbles and stripes in my shellac - unevenly. After my comments, she got angry and called another technician, who corrects the work of non-professional technician #1. By the way I asked a lot of times by the telephone that I need a good and professional technician, they told me that all the technicians are the top-level, that’s why it made me angry during the beauty experience, the most of technicians don’t know what to do. She took off the shellac after the first master and recoated. I lost an hour, just wasted my time! And it was an additional removal that is really bad for the nails. I hate myself for not programming my nail appointment in advance at a good beauty salon.

Overpriced and poor quality. Had a refill done and three nails completely came off within 3 days . Manager was completely unhelpful and doesn’t know how to accommodate or listen, I rescheduled an appointment online and apparently it didn’t “show in the system to get them repaired . definitely not worth the value or the service . Wasted time and money

Technician was amazing. Person at reception, blonde with short hair (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name), was incredibly rude: after apologising for my delay after a medical appointment she said “you are six minutes late, you won’t be served next time”. She didn’t even looked at me. It felt she was doing the client a favour. Aren’t we giving them business???That was the general attitude of the management.I won’t be coming back, there are too many spas with a great customer service standard.

Ad an appointment for this morning at 10am, was running late and made sure I sent them a message about being 7mins late. Upon reaching the salon at 10:15am, the attendant informs me to wait 25 mins. Why wasn’t I informed when the message was sent that she’s taken another client and there’d be waiting!I love the girls there who do my services but just the lack of communication has disappointed me.

I had a worst experience with Manicure Service Since I was in a hurry I didn’t ask to do it from the beginning. The shellac was applied not professional and after one week the product do not adhere well to nails. Never go back there! Only on reception the girls was very polite.

Booked online and also was confirmed that manicure and pedicure will be done at the same time. Came at 2:30 and they only started to do pedicure at 3. If you are looking to waste your time then great place, as they dont care about your time. When a person books online and in advance there is a reason- to schedule your day. I skipped manicure as the manicurist only freed up at 3:15. One of the worst services, cause they really dont understand their mistake. Such management should not be in a service industry.

Malika did my blow dry. She is very good. Highly recommend her.

I had a regular manicure and pedicure done, the technician who did my pedicure cut my big toe which led to quite a lot of bleeding and a visible injury. When I brought this to the managers attention she asked me if they put fucidine on it (like it was a favor) and did not offer any compensation for the poor job charging me for the service. Needless to say I will never be returning.

Not pleasant environment, there is many salons in the mall but this definitely is not up to standardsManagement team - hygiene is very low

Today I went to the wow at dubai mall to do some treatment to my hair and I have some bad experiences. The treatment product wasn’t good and have a weird smell.The woman that did my hair was impatient and rude to talk with the clients (even with me) and with the another woman’s that work in the salon. Also she didn’t looks like someone that knew what she what’s doing (the way that she did my hair).

This is the worst experience I had with this salon I did my face threading with sapna she ruined my face cut my skin of burned my skin the worst part the reception was saying it’s normal the did not offer any apologies and I end up buying be pantin from pharmacy to sooth my skinThey have to close this type of salonI wish I could put the picture of my face

I’m regularly coming to this saloon for mani, pedi and waxing and I’m always very happy with results, they are also very flexible what I appreciate when I am coming without previous booking. Need to mention Vu Thi by name, she is my favourite staff yet everyone there is awesome.

The worst salon ever. The hairdresser not professional and rude. She washed my head for 5 seconds barely touching the top of my head, and not touching the back. Then I told her about it, she started scratching me this her fingernails :( And I’m pregnant by the way. That was first time in my life when I wanted to get up and leave. Just wanted to cry.

Please do not go at this salon for hair services, especially at the lady called Sonia. She literally left the bleach on my hair for 2 hours. I had to cut my long hair to a medium length… Not recommended ! 👎🏻

I’m a regular customer as I live near this saloon and I have to admit that I love this place, I love to pamper myself with their procedures and it’s always worth it to visit. They are professional, excellent and I never ever want to go to another place for mani, pedi and waxing than here.
