This is the best cosmetic studio in Dubai, that I have ever visited, I’m really glad that I found this studio. Not only the quality but also the price and the service they offer is too good to be true!!My sister is visiting this studio every two weeks to get a complete refresh and today is also her birthday and they even made her a cake because they appreciate their customers so much.We appreciate them very much, and I’m more than happy that I have found them. In Dubai it’s very hard to find a very good cosmetic studio which you can afford and also gives you the best quality.I love them, this will forever be my go to studio I would recommend anyone!!!!

I have been going to this salon exclusively for the past 6 months and this is testament to their fantastic service and quality of work. I have had nail extensions, manicures, pedicures, gel polish and a hair cut and blow dry here - all were great, executed to my liking and reasonably priced.Nana is very responsive and does amazing nail designs and extensions. Hiti is my go to person for everything and never fails to do an outstanding job. She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years - truly a professional! Nana and the team go out of their way every visit. I highly recommend this salon!

Technique is very good. Nail art very nice with a very still hand. Very fast . Overall very happy. I do recommend the Hard overlay with nail art. Classic pedicure good. Hydra facial first time . Good experience. Pricing affordable. All staff very happy and welcoming . Salon has free parking as well . Highly recommended.

Mia did my eyelashes so beautifully, and i really needed them done bad because i was on vacation. They were the only place that was open and willing to take me as soon as possible. Nato was so amazing, she did so much for me provided me coffee as well. Nadia is so sweet, I love them all and when I’m in dubai now i will always come to them.

Nana is outstanding! The nail products are superb. The variety of nail products as well as the quality of the products are AMAZING!! The design she did for me is something Ive been looking for since I saw nails with foil!Her entire staff is sweet and very professional. The terrible service!!! In 2 days my gelpolish gone ! The cuticles got worse! Hangnails appeared! The skin was cut off poorly! I waited 40 minutes, although I had an appointment. After which they did not want to return the money! The worst in Dubai! I have never experienced anything like this!

Very clean and minimalist salon. Went for eyelash extension, it was very comfortable and Mia who assisted me was very gentle and kind. Definitely will come back again to try other services.

Got a Hydra facial, acrylic refill and nail art and pedicure done here. Loved the results of the facial by nazia, my face was so clear and fresh. Nail art was done so efficiently by Nana and hiti removed all my ingrown toe nails during the pedicure. The prices were competitive and service was lovely.

This nail salon has a beautifully designed and comfortable space. Seats for manicure and pedicure services are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoy every time I come here to get my nails done.

I was so lucky to find this place . The staff was so kind and they made me feel prettier and taking care of . I did my lash extensions with sita she is amazing fast and make sure you are comfortable, I did brow thread with Naziya and she draw my eyebrows in a nice way and she was super kind . Also haidi for my nails . The environment is quiet and calm not loud , I highly recommend this salon if you want to feel the worth of what u paid

I LOVED my lash tech… she did such a good job. However the lash bed was seriously disappointing… the lash room was a partition with a curtain and there was a lady getting a massage. The girl who did my lashes is SO TALENTED I genuinely wish that they upgrade the room in the salon

If I could give zero star I really wouldve!I dont know where to start, I will start from the first impression until leaving the salon, because it was full of adventures.1. There was no reception which means the appointments are not organised, theyre giving appointments to everyone at the same time, regardless if theres room in the waxing/massage room.2. The salon looks very cheap and dirty, the products are low quality and theyre using cheap brands, no wonder they could afford giving cheap service.3. Dont get me started on the unprofessional employees, especially theres this very rude and aggressive one. They dont speak proper English and they dont do their job in a professional manner. You just cant feel comfortable around them.4. There is only one waxing/massage room which is paritioned with a curtain. Everyone comes and goes as they wish. So, you can imagine the level of privacy you would get there.5. People come and knock hardly on the waxing/massage room door like its a stable door, because theyve booked appointments for multiple people at the same time, so the customers get angry and have the courage to annoy the current customer while theyre receiving their service inside. Ive actually been yelled at by the next customer because she waited for too long.Anyway, it was a horrible experience for me and I dont usually give reviews on google but I felt the need to do it. It might be ok for some people, but those of you who are looking for a professional and clean place, or you have certain standards, this is not your salon to come.

Went here for the first time, for a 1 hour hydro facial.Place looked clean & receptionist was super friendly. The facial room was for 2 people at a time which was a little surprising. The products were strong & smelled pungent. A scrub was also used (which is not the best for anyone’s skin, really). I wish they chose gentle products.We spent 15 minutes waiting, even though we came on time.The communication was quite unprofessional & the beauticians talk during the facial as well (on their phone etc). I would recommend coming here for their other services as the price is exception for business bay & they have gotten great feedback for mani pedis, nails etc.

My recent Keratin treatment with Hiti was a game changer. She truly knows how to work her magic! The Keratin treatment revitalized my hair, leaving it smoother and healthier. Hitis attention to detail and skillful touch were evident throughout the process. Im leaving with hair that feels luxurious and looks stunning.

I went to the salon to make nail extensions and the lady she was in a hurry or i dunno, but her work was horrible I’m doing my nails since ages i never do like this, and for me the worst case scenario will be for 2 week, but unfortunately my nail is broken in the same day actually after couple of hours, and also each nail is different shape than others.I have to share my feedback to be useful for others.
