I have done hair keratin treatment twice with them. Really good treatment and good service too! They quickly finished my treatment as i requested. The effect lasted for almost 6 months. They used good quality product. They have good offer for keratin most of the time👍🏻

The worst place you can go ...staff are busy doing their nailsKept waiting for 45 minutes and just keep saying that the lady for Henna is coming.Bad experience

Very Good Experience!! If you are in Oud Metha it is a must. This salon did everything amazing. It was the best. I had many things done and all of them were phenomenal! From hair to nails to massages it was wonderful. Make sure to check it out!!!

The staffs are pretty good and nice ..I did my crystal keratine a week ago and my hair is turning into the former texture . it was smooth , soft and straight right after the treatment and few days..The staffs are pretty good in their behavior and attending..

Very unprofessional. U went there for trimming and my hair were in layers. They ruined the entire shape. The owner is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to handle customers. Do not go there as the staff attitude is also unruly.

Zabs beauty Salon is my favorite Salon. Every time I visit them I am more happy than before. Professional staff and the ambience of the Salon just makes you feel so relaxed. My favorite services are their manicures and facial is a must try❤️

Completely butchered our haircuts, went with my mom and they really messed it up. Staff is so confused and really needs to be trained, they have no idea how to do anything. Took us five days just to get in touch with the owner after calling her at least twenty times and she was very very rude.Would give zero stars if possible!!

Really bad customer service by the owner. My haircut was completely messed up and no one responded to our complaint for days we had to constantly follow up. Was also planning on getting me Keratin done but after hearing all the reviews I do not want to do it. Will not recommend!!

I did pedicure and manicure from Zabs on 30th September and my gelish nail paint already started peeling off like withing 2 weeks. I used to do gelish nail paint from them in the past and never had an issue with them, the nail paint used to stay fresh even after a month. It seems the product they used this time was old or God knows what. Moreover they didnt respond to my personal complain through WhatsApp.They should alteast have the courtesy to respond to a bad service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Owner is so rude, and hairdressers are very inexperienced. Completely messed up my hair and then refused to fix it. Plus no hygiene, the place is a mess. Should have read the reviews before going.. Would not recommend ever.

I doubt they are using fake products because my wife had done hairs treatment packages was AED 1200/- but she said discounted price 400/- after treatment her hair became worst then ever, please make sure to cross check whether they are using original product or duplicate.. She is loosing her hair mlre then ever

I love the saloon color, services is fine, staffs are seems dedicated to their work, something lacking is morroccan bath need a morroccan staff to get a grade A. The owner too is kind and humble and straighrforward seemslike.. to sum up i like the ambience!

I will not recommend this salon to anyone .I had a bad experience with my hair colour. Within a week of colour, it washed off ..so they told me they will recolour after one month so that my hair can recover.And now they go back on their word because of change in management and all the old staff who were in charge before have left .
