I happened to find this place in Groupon and oh what a find!!! The ladies are so professional and welcoming. I had a polygel nail extension. The experience was pleasant and it only took just under 2 hours. No complains and Honey was incredible!After I had a 60min massage and oh Sofiyah was amazing! I usually like medium pressure on massages but Sofiya made me feel completely relaxed as she switched from medium to hard. She really paid attention to my reactions and had a science to her motions and movements. Definitely worth going there! Its literally ground floor behind concorde tower!

Hani did an amazing job with my nail extensions. She really saved my nails (I bite my nails a lot and the state of it was terrible) and transformed them to a beautiful set! She even did the underneath of my nails, which are typically neglected by other nail salons. Great service from her side. Will return for her ☺️

Best service, staff were really nice, I have curly hair and they struggled with it but got it right which is rare here in Dubai, I’m very satisfied with their work. Zulya did my protein hair treatment, she explained everything before starting the treatment which i liked it and then she did really quick and PERFECT. I am glad she suggested me for protein treatment and not keratin as my hair was really very damaged but not anymore its really shinny and soft. Also the product she used the smell is not strong thankGod! Main she charged the exact price we discussed in watsapp whereas other salon try to take extra money for some or other reason.... For sure for all my future hair treatment will meet Zulya!❤️

I’m giving 1 star due to the new owner’s poor management. She consistently messes up appointment bookings, fails to add clients to the system, and causes long wait times for nail services. The only reason I still come back is because of Zari and Mahi – they are incredibly skilled professionals and manage to provide excellent service despite the disorganization around them. I really miss Zulya, the previous owner, who was much more competent. It’s a shame that the new owner’s issues are reflecting so badly on the business, as Zari and Mahi deserve better.

Upon arrival the owner Zulya did consultation and we decided to do protein for my hair. The way she does and touch the hair...ooooo my God bless her!!! I never had keratin,botox or protein with NO PAIN AT ALL like the way she did. She was sweet, listened and suggested on what i needed. Ended up adding nail acrylic and gelish pedicure which i enjoyed as Merwish and Zulyas sister was very accomodative and nice. They are such beautiful team,3hrs just flew like that. Cant wait for next visit to try other services! Zulya you really done wonderful job ❤️

I do not recommend, as for me quality is very important! Final look - not really good. I had many nails done in my life and this is one of the worse. I came to repair after 2 days. They press you to give a good review… before you leave.

AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS! Terrible Service and Complete Waste of TimeI booked a protein treatment for my mum, who’s visiting Dubai on holiday, through a Groupon offer at this salon, and it turned out to be a total disaster. First of all, they didn’t use a flat iron during the treatment, claiming that irons burn hair – something that’s unheard of in a proper keratin or protein treatment! When I called to complain, the staff were unbelievably rude and refused to let me speak to a manager. The lady on the phone told me they have a “Groupon version” of the treatment that’s different from their more expensive one, but they never mentioned this at any point before. How is that even okay?The service took over 2 and a half hours and when it didn’t work, they blamed my mum for not using their aftercare products – which she was NEVER told about! The only guidance she got was from me, not them. The worst part is, after wasting so much time on her holiday, they offered to redo the same shoddy treatment instead of providing any real solution.To top it off, while my mum was in the salon, another customer was complaining about the terrible job they did on her nails! Clearly, this place has a long-standing issue with delivering poor-quality service.Save yourself the frustration, money, and time. This salon is a complete joke. Groupon or not, don’t even think about going here!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Despite scheduling an appointment three days in advance for 12:00 PM, I was told upon arrival that the massage therapist was busy and I would have to wait until 1:00 PM. I was in a rush and requested a refund, but the administrator refused and forced me to wait.This salon clearly lacks respect for their customers time and doesn’t honor the terms and conditions of their service agreements. The attitude of the staff, particularly the administrator, was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would strongly advise against using their services, as they dont seem to take their customers seriously.

It is one of the worst salons I ever visited. After few weeks, the nail polish looks ugly and not layered equally. The cuticle on my hands was so ugly. The salon itself is not hygienic and many things broken around. When you come to pay, it is always by cash and not even same price as it was expected. Management needs to make changes. Please avoid this salon as it is not following municipality standards.

My wife got her massage done by Sofiya. My wife is a globe trotter. But she found Sofiya to be most learned in massage techniques exceeding international good practice benchmarks. My wife will definitely become a loyalist of Zulya.

Very nice and professional staff, the owner was a wonderfull woman who really knew what she was doing. She fixed my nails like no other salon ever did it wasn’t just acrylic nails but she really took the time to take care of my nails. She helped me and my mom with a cab and a place to fix her phone for cheap. The service is very good this will definitely be my spot if im in dubai.

I had a great experience. The nail Technician was very professional, fast and my nails look amazing. I just did gelish but also 2 extentions (as my nails had snapped super short) you cannot tell which are my real nails and which are extensions. Its been a few days and still looking fresh and i can tell the product used is very good. Salon seems quite basic but the asthetics doesnt bother me, as long as they do an amazing job. Thank you. I will be back.

I dont recommend this place to use it with Groupon!!! Manicure gel color pilled out on 3 fingers after 4 days. And to fix it they ask to pay 30 dh for each nail where the Groupon offer for gelish mani/pedi was about 65 dh.

Bad experience. My daughters went for a gel pose. Catastrophic results. Very thick nails. One of my daughters came out with rashes around her nails from having her cuticles removed. the staff told her she was sensitive!!!! the person at the reception speaks a little English the others none .... I’ve been going to this salon for nearly 2 years for all my treatments and couldn’t be happier. Special appreciation to the nail masters. They clean and apply polish/gel professionally. Of course it does take longer than standard Dubai salons you would go, but this is because they properly clean you nails/skin around, apply necessary materials to keep the polish in place for a month without issues. They listen to your preferences and do everything to keep you happy. I’ve been to numerous salons in Dubai before with non Russia masters and oh god, never again. The quality there can’t be compared with the quality and friendly atmosphere you receive here. Sitora owner and all masters are very accommodative, I keep on recommending the place to my friends.

A painful and incredibly frustrating experience. Tried it for the first time today as it was a convenient location for me. I had my nails, done, a service that shouldn’t have taken any longer than 1.5 hours, IT TOOK 3 HOURS!! Even then I left with my nails unpainted and decided I will just paint them at home as I couldn’t bare being there any longer than I already had, I was falling asleep! They quoted me a price when I had my consultation prior and when I came to pay today the price was double than what I was expecting to pay! The technician was lovely and everyone super friendly and professional but I won’t be going be back for how painfully slow she was and being charged more than what I was quoted even though my nails weren’t even completed.
