I have been coming to Winnie for the past 9 years doing both soflight and then started laser, and recently I have tried different treatments with her for my nasolabial fold using the ultrasound as well as micro needling. I couldn’t be more than happy with how my treatments turned out. It’s a NO.I visited Dragana Spica seeking a nasal fact dissolving injection, she seemed to be disappointed by my « small request » and didn’t show much enthusiasm.WITHOUT my consent, the doctor performed a nose reshaping procedure instead. I believe this decision was financially motivated, as the cost of the reshaping is significantly higher. This experience left me feeling violated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect for my wishes as a patient.Do not waste your money at that clinic.

I came here a while ago and found it to be one of the of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. Kings college has a fantastic reputation around the world for their expertise in medical practice however when I visited the clinic to consult with a professional dermatologist about my acne he just gave me some basic information which could be found on a quick Google search, he then wanted to put me on roaccutane and upsell me a very expensive dermal treatment which he claimed ‘it’s the best option for you’. I was frustrated because this consultation was actually less helpful than what a regular gp could provide and also giving the fact that the appointment was very expensive. Never once did he talk about any allergy testing, discussion about my diet or my skin care routine, he was not able to identify which kind of acne I had nor any specific skin care which I should be using. After this I went to see a real dermatologist who tested my for many things including a gluten intolerance, which was the real cause of my acne. Honestly this dermatologist seems to be a scam and if you want to spend 100s of dirhams for an appointment only to be told to go on accurate by a doctor with a hostile attitude then this clinic is for you.

I visited them on the 9th of Feb and met Dr. Maria. A number of blood tests were done on the same day. It has been 10 days and numerous follow ups but I am yet to receive the reports for tests done or a call explaining the delay. The service/nursing team is poor at managing simple requests like informing the patient about the test results etc. To me this is the most basic service an hospital can offer. They have my email address and I had authorized them to email the reports to me but I am still waiting. I feel I chose a wrong hospital to fulfill my medical requirements.

Worst clinic I have been in Dubai. I had a consultation scheduled, not only the doctor was late, they made me wait 40 mins, but when I finally was able to meet her, the “consult” was 5 mins long. Doctor did not bother to explain the procedure, it was like I had to force her to talk to me about the process, the risks, my concerns. Her only comment was “just look at my instagram page”. I had to pay a ridiculous high price for this consult, in which the doctor barely looked at me and I got zero information. I would never risk putting my health in the hands of a team that clearly does not care about the patient, there are so many better clinics in Dubai with really professional and caring staff and doctors.

I have been living in Dubai for nearly 8 years and after visiting two other gynaecologist, I finally found gynaecologist that I really feel comfortable with. Dr. Maria Karakoulaki is amazing! She’s personable, and a great listener to your issues and needs. The medication she prescribed for my menopause have really worked for me. I am on Utrogestan, Estrogel and Ovestin. I have been on this HRT for a year now and I’m fine, energised and my weight has gone down. Prior to her, I had a bad experience with another gynaecologist who prescribed some HRT and they were not good for my body and made me bleed. It was an awful experience. I really appreciate and grateful I found such a wonderful Gynaecologist.

I suffered debilitating dizziness as a complication of a traumatic head/neck injury. The dizziness occurred everyday multiple times a day and lasted for over two months beyond the original accident. It was seriously impacting my recovery and day to day life. Dr.Peter Loizou addressed this inner ear problem immediately on consultation and within 4 weeks of my original consultation the dizziness has gone. I can now get on with getting better. Thanks to Dr Peter, his wonderful nurse Kristina, and the Team at Kings for their exemplary care.

I have called to make the appointment with Dr. Dragana Spica. I was told that the doctor will call me back. I received the message that i will have my appointment with another doctor from the same clinic. I had to call again and request the change. I found it strange that i was not able to book appointment imediately, but really unprofessional that although i was clear with wich doctor i wanted appointment with, they wanted to scedule my procedure with another doctor.

All the times Ive been to this branch, I always waited for at least 30 mins to see the doctor. Once, I waited for 1.5 hours to see Doctor Lina and she didnt even apologize. So show up +30 mins to your appointment otherwise youre just going to waste your time.

Wine is my therapist since long time and today visited her in her new place.. As usual she is the best of the best I can not imagine what I could do without her...she is super good and the place is soooo beautiful and classy ❤️😊
