After careful examination, she properly diagnosed my skins condition, whereas many before her failed miserably. Do absolutely not go here. First and foremost, I asked about a few rejuvenating treatments for my face that was gladly done by the clinic, which I then later réalisé it waaaay to soon for me to do such treatments and it had caused the fat in my face to melt which results in saggier skin. Moreover, I had prepaid for another service which I then obv did not do, and they have for more than 1 year refused to pay me back. It’s almost 3000 dirhams, and regardless of countless message, calls and reminders, they have now gone MIA. I do NOT recommend this clinic.EDIT. How am I suppose to inbox from google ? Don’t know how it works. Ask your employees about it, there are 1 million whatsapp messages from me, they know who I am !

I go to Euromed Clinic as i have 2pm appointment with Dr Afnan for Hydrafacial. The clinic is very clean and staffs are very accommodating. They offer me a coffee or water. Then i met Dr. Afnan, she explain to me the procedure. First she cleanse & exfoliate my face to open my pores & remove any make up, dirt, dead skin. Then the peeling process to removes blackheads. Then using the vortex extraction tool, it acts a vacuum cleaner on the skin, removing dead skin cells, blackheads and other debris. Next is the treatment which is customize on every clients skin concern. Lastly is the Serum Application, using the vortex fusion tool, which infuses antioxidant & collagen to boost eleasticity and hydration of the skin. I also received a complimentary LED facial mask session using the Red LED light to stimulate my collagen. My Overall Experience was so amazing and satisfying. I can see that my face becomes smooth, glowing and less visibility of my fine lines. I also got 3 skincare to use at home. Highly Recommended!

I recently had my first tattoo removal session, which I had been postponing for years. They use the Pico Laser machine, the latest technology in tattoo removal. Dr. Mihaela was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail during my consultation, which gave me the confidence to start the journey. Hungry for money people. I have been getting treated in this clinic few times and each time they try to do more treatments than I actually need. At the beginning I was trying to be more understanding and let it go. However this time I told them please do only 1 treatment yet they ended up charging me for more. The price is never discussed before treatment, so more they do, more they charge you. Be careful and watch out in this place. Even when I said about my dissatisfaction, they were looking in my eyes and saying “it is what it is”. And charged me for more procedures than what I have done.

Went for hair laser removal once, and at the same time I asked what kind of treatment I need for a scar I have. I got informed that I needed a pico treatment for 500aed, and I could come back next week to do the treatment because now I’m too tanned. I came back, and they said again I’m too tanned and should come back after 2 weeks. I got a bit annoyed that I got misinformed first time because I don’t live close to the clinic. But after a few weeks I came back to do the treatment and they charged me 800aed. I got confused since they had told me 500aed, but she said that “it’s if you buy 2 sessions, you will get a package of 1000aed”. I was never informed I needed multiple sessions. After 10 days I gave the feedback that I see zero difference, and first the clinic didn’t respond to my feedback for days. And then they said I needed more sessions, and lied about informing me about needing more sessions. If I actually was informed I would’ve just paid those 200aed extra the first time, and I wouldn’t have been confused about not seeing any difference after the first session?All this lack of information, and then the lie about informing me, gives me a very unprofessional impression of this clinic. And I will continue my sessions somewhere else.

There are many wellness clinics in Dubai but you get the amazing service and latest technology here. This makes the treatments quicker and more effective.Kudos to Joyce for making the laser hair removal so painless and quick. She definitely is the benchmark on what good customer service is.Yes, the clinic is on the higher price range compared to the Groupon promotions you see around, but you get what you pay for. I did about 8-9 sessions of pico laser and I got excellent results. The only thing I want to give my opinion on and I hope the manager team can think about it is offering installment plan. Last time I checked with them they said you can use only if you pay 3000aed or more, and this is with all due respect not helping any of us. For example now I have been delaying my appointment and canceling it just because I dont have the full amount, and i am searchinf for other clinic and surprisingly i found cheaper options for the same treatment. even though I really need to finish with my treatment plan as soon as possible in the same clinic with the same doctor but they are not helping in any way. I really wish you can consider this, especially for your customers who already paid a lot and have been a loyal for two years.

The story began when I called the clinic to get the peeling offer, and confirmed that creams and sunscreen were included in the offer. After doing the peeling, I was surprised that they were asking 500 dirhams for the creams and sunscreen?There is no professionalism in dealing with customers, especially from the receptionists. As for Dr. Lola, she is wonderful and provided me with all the required information.Ask the clinic administrator to review their policies and ensure that information is clear to clients.

Most bizarre consultation I have ever had. I went to see Dr Abbasi for a consultation about removing spider veins and sun spots on my face. At no time did she get up from her chair and actually look at my skin. Maybe she has laser-like vision.Additionally, she was SO condescending! She actually said the following: “I’m the one who went to medical school” and “I’m making this as simple as I can” like I was some kind of halfwit who had no clue. She never bothered to ask me what I did for a living so how did she know I didn’t have any medical knowledge?She also used the consultation to try and upsell Botox to me. I had not gone in with any anti-aging concerns. Suffice to say that I will not be returning.

I can only speak of my experience with Afnan, the esthetician at Euromed. Ive been with her for about 4 years now and I followed her from a different clinic. I love the way she treats my skin, and tells me exactly what I need. She doesnt push you to get services, and is completely understanding of your budget with no judgement at all. She recommends services/products that work for me and I trust her blindly. Shes extremely knowledgeable about skin and treatments. My skin has been doing soooo well with her, my acne is under control and overall appearance has improved. Her goal for me is for my skin to take care of itself and come in for maintenance less frequently, like I said, she wants whats best for my skin, and doesnt push services / products, just whats needed and what I will actually use.

Ive been receiving treatments with Dr. Lola over the past 3 years and my experience has been very positive. From under eye treatments to skin treatments to cellulite reduction. She also helped me with my skin care routine and general healthy habits. I still follow up with her constantly and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lola.

Dr. Reem is a unique dentist. Her love to her job and to the people makes her a perfectionist in what she does. We visited last week. Our experience with consulting doctor was very pothetic. Clinic is charging decent consultancy fee but doctor even not bothered to check the patient. I was doing tattoo removal session with Dr Lola , She met me with small consultation, was warm and polite, caring, asked questions and gave advices. During the session was changing the machine settings to adjust to different ink areas . I am myself working in hospitality and i know how much people matter and how important it is when they love there’s job and care about it. Well what an amazing 1st time experience at Euromed. Having never done any cosmetic treatments before the staff were so welcoming and put my nerves at ease. I was looking to get the under eyelid fillers but Dr Faisal gave excellent advice and recommend that I actually needed my checks to be fuller to lift my face. The proceed was very painless and has amazing results, now feeling fantastic.

We arrived at the location at 4:25 PM, and unfortunately, we were met with a rather rude receptionist who informed us that Dalia had already left. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the communication we had received. We did receive a WhatsApp message that stated 3:30 PM, and then we received a phone call on Saturday where the person specifically mentioned the appointment time as 4:30 PM. However, the WhatsApp message indicated a different time of 3:30 PM. This conflicting information added to our confusion and frustration. It seems that the receptionists behavior was not only rude but also lacking in empathy, which is certainly disappointing, especially for a first-time visit. Its unfortunate when the initial interaction with a business leaves a negative impression.To your response. I mentioned that I did confirm, but the call was made to me at a different time than what was given. I distinctly recall the phone conversation. I do understand that at every place I go to, they call in the morning to reconfirm, so it is disappointing that your clinic does not follow this practice. Schedules can change, and timings can also change accordingly. Im curious about which team you referred to that offered us another appointment. I clearly mentioned that the receptionist was quite rude and only informed us that Dalia left. No other time slot was offered, nor did I receive a call asking if I wanted to book again. I didnt decline because I never had the option. I would recommend ensuring the accuracy of the facts before checking internally. In February i did a xanthelasma removal by laser... alot of promises what i got was a scar worse then my under eye xanthelasma. 3months later i feel worse than when i had my xanthelasma actice. Deep scar that even makeup cant hide. Huge mistake to go to thos clinic. I should have had a surgery to remove my xanthelasma. Truly disappointed and very upset. Got scared for life... cos it will not heal

My experience at Euromed clinic has been always great and satisfying! I have met with Dr. Faisal Salim (plastic surgeon) for several consultations and treatment and its been comforting and getting the results i want! What matters to me the most is that he is honest and would give the advice whats good for me and whats not (without exaggerating). 2 weeks ago I did a filler with one of their visiting plastic surgeons, by the time the follow up needed, the Dr was gone, I have under eye bag formed slight bump still after 2 weeks, when i asked a follow up they gave me totally different person who try to sell me all other different procedures.All reputed aesthetic places have the follow-up covered, and meet the client demand. I m totally dissatisfied.Please refrain using this place, they are sweet talkers until you pay.

Hi, In a world with so many options and establishments offering help for skin I feel very lucky to have found Euromed. Specialist Dayla has a great background, experience and history for understanding skin, lasers, medical grade creams and She also teaches laser. Thankfully I have good skin in general and most do not take my concerns seriously but Dayla did. My concerns were removing spots of pigmentation, large pores, fine wrinkles and overall skin health improvement. She used 2 different types of lasers to address these issues. So not only did I have a great specialist who knows exactly whats shes doing but Euromed also has the lasers needed. Its only been 2 weeks and I see a marked improvement in my skin and could not be more happy. It should improve more with time as my collegen increases. Lasers stimulate skin trauma which is safe but shes the only one to remind me to let it be hot unless its uncomfortable so that I reap the benifits of producing the collogen with time. So this time I did not apply any cool compresses and do believe thats also why I can see my results. By the way I do not live in Dubai and had to drive far to see Dayla but believe it is so worth it. I will continue to see her because she can get results. Hope this info helps anyone out there looking for result based treatments. Have a great day-

Very bad experience! I went to this place 3.5 years back and never returned! I had specifically asked for rebbeca to do my carbon laser but she handed me over to the nurse. Thankfully she was good. later on asked her if there’s any treatment for dark circles she said there’s none the only thing you can is apply sunscreen. I felt really cold vibes from Rebecca and not at all welcoming. They are also very expensive compared to other clinics.

I made laser removal of permanent tatoo on my eyebrows with Dr.Dalya and I am so happy, she is really professional!!! All the permanent gone from 1 session!!! Thank you so much!!!

They charged me 17,325 bill.Which includes a follow up session (advance paid) clearly mentioned in my bill and later I asked for my remaining session they said nothing left. Later on further discussion and argument when they agreed. Says that you have to pay 650aed again as consultation to take your follow up.. Complete Scam, Business Bees , Money Minded and 0 in customer service.. Don’t be a fool like me be wise before paying advance.. I wish I could post all chats for you guys as proof .

Absolutely horrible.I had been a faithful client for laser hair removal for years but sadly my most recent experience has been just terrible!They have just one laser hair removal machine which is understandably not enough and they always forced me to do my full body in two separate appointments saying that the machine gets too warm, when in fact there are back to back appointments and they are just trying to cram more people in .They must believe their clients to be really stupid!The last time I saw Rebecca for a spectra session,she was visibly annoyed by my request for her to do it herself! It’s only a select few that are given the proper respect and treatment that all paying clients deserve. It’s no wonder that the staff misbehaves as well.In my case, first the person who booked my appointment on the phone got annoyed with me because I asked extra questions to clarify my understanding of how the sessions would work, she went absolutely quite on me and then drew a sharp inward breath.Then my first appointment was with a girl called angel, who kept praising her own self and just could not stop boasting! Because I had a lot of pain,I wanted to use a numbing cream for my bikini area and she would not come near me to help. I could not see properly so it was very difficult for me to apply the cream and after I was done with that ,while I lay on my back with a tissue in my hand, she stood next to the bin, opened it with her foot and said ‘shoot’. I was shocked at her behavior!Next appointment was legs and I just could not take the pain! Angel was most discouraging and refused to even try the bikini area,saying that I would not be able to take it! I just left that day without getting anything done.Thank god I met another technician there called parastoo ,who was great! She is really good and thorough and has a very pleasant personality. I did all my sessions with her. But now that I am done with the sessions that I had already purchased,I have no plans of going back.Absolutely my fault for not complaining about all of this to the clinic and probably customer rights as well but that does not make it ok.As a brown person, I have lived in different countries and have never been discriminated against like this, ever. The way I was treated at euromed is certainly among the top most ridiculous and unreal experiences of my life.So to all the brown ladies out there,if you are not a Chanel swinging,diamond dripping kind of a person, just don’t bother because you will be judged and treated on merit .

I had such an amazing experience at this clinic, all the staff are so welcoming, professional and friendly. Dr. Faisal was my consultant, and he made me feel so much at ease every time I was in the clinic, he is genuine, caring, friendly and was only looking out for my best interests. Absolutely poor experience with Aesthetician Ms.Rebecca Treston. I paid nearly 5000Aed for a treatment and the result was zero. After couple of sessions i was advised to see a dermatologist at healthbay Dr.Reena by Ms.Rebecca since the lesion was deep. To me it was mis diagnosis wrong treatment modality and failure. You cant prescribe plan treatment and then conclude it was deep lesion and hand over awfully to another colleague with out referral letter any sort of financial compensation against a failed experimental trial. So sad and disappointed having been there. They are super friendly ,polite, convincing and you end up bust ofcourse with a polite note of appology against a fat sum. Super regret.

Last week I visited Dr Sofia for Botox treatment in my masseter muscle to alleviate my teeth grinding and clenching of jaw. Dr Sofia thoroughly explained the treatment and that the results would take 2-4 weeks. The treatment itself was uncomfortable but not painful, Dr Sofia is extremely kind and gentle.One week later I can feel the Botox starting to work and had my first full nights sleep without waking with an aching jaw! Cannot wait for the final results, I highly recommend this treatment to anyone suffering from Bruxism!

I had the worse experience and most expensive trip to Dubai. I visited DR Hoda Definitely a beautiful woman and great representative of her anti aging recommendations but I am complete upset and disappoint that the services recommended by her like the blood test for which I paid over 5000 dhs she didnt explain the price before she proscribe the blood test. She did said they wont be cover by the insurance but didnt mentioned the price and at the time I checked out from the reception I was charge with AED5000 for blood test that are less than US95 in well recognized clinics like Mayo in the USA. Damman insurance did reimbursed for the doctor visit which is a good sign that she is recognized doctor in the network. Another very unprofessional thing from the Doctor sign I got bombarded with phone calls from Indian ladies promoting the cheapest sling care staff I ever hear about in the USA products that are not certified and with bad reviews and Dr. Hoda made the patiences believed are the best in the industry.After three months I got the blood test reported that caused me over AED4000 and no called from the doctor to explain the test unless again I paid over AED700 to see her again.My advise as nice as she is an a very present woman is not professional place

I visited Rebecca Treston for a Pico-Genesis and Pico-Genesis FX treatment. I am extremely freckly, and I have pigmentation and some age spots which I really hate, I have tried all manner of creams and make up, but I was never happy. The new pico-genesis is a very effective laser tech which breaks down the pigmentation, quickly, safely and with minimal pain and fast recovery, I have had two sessions and my skin looks really different, cleaner, brighter, a huge difference in the freckles and pigmentation. I has a previous super positive experience with Rebecca but had a really bad one yesterday. I booked Micro-Derm and the consultant assiged to me as I entered said WHY ARE YOU DOING MICRODERM..I DONT LIKE IT..it scratches the skin. She then proceeded to do do the microderm for under 1 minute and then gave me a traditional feeling facial. My skins feels like nothing was done and I have been doing micro derm for 20 years so I know what a treatment look and feels like. She was a lovely pleasant lady which is why I paid but I wasted the money. I now need to go find a place to do an actual real microdermabrasion for me.

First of all upon booking dermotoligist for wart remival they sent me to plastic surgent. He plucked out warts making deep wounds and charged me 1500. Their were more warts popping up which he didnt understand and offered to remove them for another 1500. Poor medical care and way over priced. I got treated elsewhere for warts with laser and now i regret visiting them at all

I came to Dr. Hoda because I felt so run down and ill all of the time. I could not sleep, my brain was not functioning like it used to, and I was irritable. I just was not myself and did not like who I was. After a simple blood panel, Dr. Hoda said that, based on my results, I must feel awful! My hormones were so out of line that it was a wonder that I was still (barely) functioning. I had seen other doctors, who said I had to get compounded bio-identical hormones from Germany, which was just too much trouble. Dr. Hoda (who is on faculty at Georgetown Medical School) said that there is a compounding pharmacy in Dubai that operates to US and European standards and that I could get my bio-identical hormones in Dubai! I trust Dr. Hoda and know that she would not recommend a compounding pharmacy that did not meet her exacting standards. After one month, I felt more like myself. After 4 months, I am a new person. I sleep through the night, my brain fog has lifted, I have lost unwanted weight, and I can get through the day without feeling like all of my air has been released. Dr. Hoda transformed my life!

Despite that the web site states that this clinic is doing the laboratory tests, they will not accept you even if you want particular hormones to be checked. I was told by the phone that I must see the doctor first (750 aed per consultation) to be able to test my hormones ( separate price ++++). For my request to go directly to take the tests (free and full testosterone, progesterone, cortisol, beta HCG) I was told it is impossible and that the doctor will do the test. Guys, nurse and laboratory will do the test not the doctor, why I shall pay for the doctor in addition to the tests? At the end the Lady Receptionost declined my question and said there is no way to take tests without paying for doctor.Guys; then REMOVE the wrong information from your website ok?Worst.

Dr Bahjat is very trustworthy doctor whom I have visited numerous times, he does a great job in solving problems from its routes and communicates with me in a clear and honest manner.Amal is also very attentive for administrative needs.

After understanding the risk and side effects of having amalgams I decided to remove 2 pieces that I had for more than 30 years, not every dentist is aware or agree with these facts, so after searching I had an appointment with Dr. Reem who explained how she performs a safe removal of amalgams using a procedure called SMART, I was very happy not only with the way the procedure was done but also with the level of detail she gave to replace the amalgams with composite filling, she removed 2 pieces in the upper and lower jaw in 1 session with only topical anesthesia - less than 1 hour, she also found and removed a small decay, what seems to be very common .. so Im very happy with the results and definitely recommend anybody to do this treatment with her, the clinic had a promotion and the total cost considering all the procedure was very reasonable... dont miss this change to remove this hazard from your mouth in a very safe environment and improve your health, if you cant remove amalgams with a SMART protocol, please dont do it, it is not safe... thanks Dr. Reem

Very unprofessional staff . Very cold doctor.Was going for a 840 aed treatment reached there and was told that the cost is 1500. So i ve decided to leave but than was asked by the doctor to wait, the nurse went and double check and realised that they were about to provide me with the wrong treatment. A complete mess. Completely incompetent.

Dr Hoda and their nutrition service provided by Alison are an absolute joke. The information is pre historic - low fat high pufa 800 calorie diet. Honestly the worst money I ever spent (20,000aed). I sent lengthy email pointing put their erroneous mistakes and no reply. Not a single word. I sent follow up emails and nothing. Pathetic. Money hungry targeting gulable people. If you have some brain cells these two are to be avoided like the plague because they will treat you like an idiot.

Prices fluctuate so much (see below copied directly from their email). The HiFu treatment showed no visible result from the procedure till date/ two months after. It just removed my Botox . So will have to spend more money on having a top up of Botox (which I normally only get done once a year).Currently HIFU is featured in our offers with 2599 AED instead of 10500 AED for full face and neck treatment.
