Hey guys! Today I came to *515 Clinic Medical Center* for my filler treatment, and it was such a great experience! The team here is super professional. I’m really happy with the results! If youre in Dubai and looking for a highquality aesthetic treatments, definitely check them out!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at 515 Clinic. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive, and the wait times were excessive. Despite having an appointment, I felt neglected and the overall service was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care.

It was a good experience for my mother in law to have done endolift treatment and sculptra the results was amazing😊

Visited this clinic for beauty treatment and so liked it ! Very professional ! Super doctor. I felt myself safety and comfortable, what is necessary if you go to medical services. Dr Latifa is a great doctor and a good listener, she recommends what exactly you need no more no less. She takes a special care of her patients with a wonderful smile and new smart techniques. Highly recommended to visit their clinic.

I would like to share my personal experince cause i’m really disaapointed , I was initially told that I would lose an average of seven kilograms of my weight within a month by fat dissolving injection moreover after the second session of rapid fat-dissolving injections I should get a clear difference in the size of my waist and lower abdomen. When I did not notice any differences, they suggested another type of fat-dissolving injections. After 15 days,with severe diet and working out I did not notice any difference and I only lost one kilogram of my weight because I was committed to the diet and exercise. After that, they wanted me to pay additional amounts under assumption that the result would appear at the end of sessions and i will not . I never recommend 515 clinic at all based on my experience with them. I lost my money and my time for nothing

The best clinic ever I like all procedures

I had an amazing experience at the clinic. The staff and aestheticians are extremely professional and attentive. You can also feel that they’re highly qualified and know what they’re doing. They’re all female and you feel very comfortable from the beginning. I just had my treatment yesterday and I chose a PRP treatment, they analyzed the quality of my skin with a very advanced machine for this purpose. I’m looking forward to continue improving the quality of my skin with them.

Got to be the worst clinic I have been to in my life. Receptionist changing every 2 weeks. Badly organized. Waiting times over half hour at least and the worst management in history.I would not even recommend to my enemy and sadly its not even 1 star.

Very unprofessional, every time I make an appointment they make me wait 30 minutes till I actually start. If I make an appointment I expect to be let in at my appt time, don’t make an appt if you will make me wait, tell me to come at the time that you will let me in!

I did a lip filler it didn’t even last for 2 days and now I have so much bumps in my lips never going again and worst customer service ever in the world they even told me no need to publish on social media why u want ppl to think ur a good clinic when ur not? I spoke to the call center requesting helpShe refused to help on the second call with a very rude manner.When I asked what’s your name, she even refused to provide her name saying what do you want with me. Then she asked me what’s your name, I told her my name yet without her saying her name which is basic courtesy of a call center customer service or agent.Very unprofessional and uncooperative, making very hard to talk to her.

Terrible terrible rude receptionist, no manners, no etiquette, no customer service experience, kept arguing in a very rude tone interuppting me shockingly, defending the clinic in a very suspicious way, just because I asked if the service i wantis to be done is done by a doctor or not! I havent been in such situation in in Dubai before! Honestly I bow for your professioalism guys, you made it impossible to go for the next step which is the appointment.!!

The place is pretty good and clean.. staff were very helpful and welcomed me nicely, plus they got hell of discounts. Had couple of treatments there and it’s going well so I would recommend this clinic.

I have had acne for more than 10 years and their golden care treatment is the best treatment I have come across for acne!!! The activity on my face has substantially decreased and my face is so much smoother and clearer. Mona, the aesthetician, is absolutely wonderful and I feel very comfortable having her work on my face! This treatment is truly remarkable and I highly recommend it.The main reason I gave a 3 stars and not higher is because I did not like the dermatologist, Dr Ashraf. In my experience he was unprofessional in handling human relations and his methods are old fashioned and out of date. I do not recommend him as a dermatologist, but I do recommend Mona, as she is very knowledgeable and professional, and I highly recommend the golden care treatment.

Worst clinic they did my lips I paid and like I did nothing and here she posted that I didn’t finish the filler injection while I’ve already finished it when I did it it was swollen of course so it looked nice 2 hrs later it was same as before again and

I tried LED treatment for acne, it helped in reducing the active acne and fasten my skin response to the topical treatment that was advised by the dermatologist. I did 12 sessions and I had no problem in finding the suitable appointments because the staffs were cooperative

Don t ever think to visit this clinic I made fillers with a doctor called dr kamel I made fillers to keep the mask on my face it was the worst experience ever he said next time we will make retuch and I believed him Im not a laying you show me how much you are not professional you are thinking that I m doing this for 1 ml free I want to fix what you did

Visited 515 for Botox, specifically asked for an eye brow lift. Older doctor was very arrogant and after squeezing a few drops of Botox from two almost finished jars, jabbed needle into my brow with out even remotely measuring injection points. Needless to say I developed a very big bruise and immense eyebrow and eye lid sagging. When I sent photos and went back he was rude and very arrogant without issuing a single apology and suggested injecting more Botox to rectify. After asking for another doctors opinion I was told to wait it out, weeks later my brows and eye lids are still droppy and I am left disfigured.

Pathetic service..Just taking our money and not providing documents after paying the money. Do not go for this medical center as they are just behind money only. They dont even deserve one star but had to give as system is not allowing me to do so

Hi Im Muhammad 26years 183cm I heard about 515 med clinic on jumeirah road for the eye treatment last 10years I have dark circle problem but I found a solution here on this clinic its very nice Dr staff volunteer everyone very kind I was afraid to do my dark circle treatment because eye area is very sensitive but i got it what I want I prefare and give me suggestion to every body if someone wants the dark eye treatment come to the 515 clinic

This medical center have unprofessional team especially with timing , they kept my wife waiting for 40min more just to start I don’t recommend any one to go there
