Everything about this clinic Triple Seven Medical Center is Incredible!!!I have never seen results as effective as the one from here. The technology that they use in laser hair removal is one of a kind.Special mention with their technician Mary M, she was extremely professional and helpful when it comes of giving the right treatment and health teachings for laser hair removal.

Throughout 3 years I’ve been having laser hair removal sessions in different countries and different machines, but I’ve never faced such a terrible experience as at this clinics. First of all, the specialist didn’t set the machine right so my skin got burnt at some areas. Secondly, the temperature in the room was 16C and they didn’t provide the blanket as per request, only the towel. Thirdly, the specialist was touching some areas that was not supposed to be touched such as scars. Also she was forgetting to do some areas which I had to remind her about.

The level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail provided here is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly and treated with the utmost respect. The staff Mary M is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, ensuring that each customer receives personalized and effective treatment in laser.Best clinic ever!!!! Highly recommended.

I visited the medical center last month and had booked an appointment with Mary. Upon arrival, I was informed that Mary wasnt available that day. I only do my sessions with her, so I rebooked my appointment for 12/09. Today, when I visited the center, I was told that someone else was booked at the same time and was already in their session, with another person scheduled later. Despite receiving a call the day before to confirm my appointment, it was given to someone else. This has caused a significant inconvenience as the center is far from my location. This is the second time this has happened to me. Previously, the booking and appointment process was smooth, and everything went fine. I dont understand why things have changed this time. It is highly unprofessional to confirm an appointment and then make the patient leave due to a scheduling mishap.

I am a customer of 5+ years now. They’re very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. I haven’t had a single issue in all these years.A special thanks to Jet for letting me know how to properly take care of my skin.

Very bad experience and customer service. I booked for laser sessions and once I was done with them I had a very bad side effect! Although i did laser sessions in other clinic before with no side effects. I requested to be met with a dermatologist to solve my problem but they kept ignoring my messages and they refused to call me or book me the appointment to solve a problem their laser machines caused.

I have visited the clinic for the second time and as always the services were excellent and specially Ms quenee was so polite and helpful in every service and for sure my next appointment will be with her , thanks a lot for good experience

I came for laser hair removal retouch eid offer, although I finished my sessions 4 years back but just doing retouch every 6 months, the receptionist was so nice but the laser therapist Mary was working like she is doing this for free😅 the session was totally useless and no improvement at all! She even called the “cleaner” to help shaving the 2 -3 baby hairs I have in my legs and was doing it totally wrong, I told her I’m a skin therapist and it’s irritating the way you are working she ignored that.Thank you for the Syrian nice lady who gave my the Candela but I don’t recommend anyone to do with Mary☺️

The worst clinic ever. Zero knowledge of customer service. No ethics. No professionalism. No empathy. No honesty.This week I fell down on my back so hard after flipping from their bed in one of their clinic treatment rooms because the bed was not stable and in return the bed flipped upside down in my face as well.I have seriously injured my back and my elbow so badly and after communicating the incidence to the clinic administration and manager, they took this very lightly and unseriously and with zero empathy. I have attached below the photo of my injured elbow.Horrible experience and service and I DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Kinan did my teeth scaling and whitening. Very professional doctor who cares about every details and talks you through the entire process. The friendliest and most patient doctor I have ever visited for sure.It has been two weeks since the procedure and my teeth are just as white as the first day. I am so happy with the whitening and my white teeth gave me so much confidence to smile more. The procedure was so smooth and painless that I cannot believe I didn’t do it before.Dr Kinan is very caring and gentle. I came to the clinic 2 days ago for laser hair removal and the laser therapist was so good and she even advised me to come back after 2mos because my hair is not much growing already and it is because of the machine that shes using. I rarely post Google reviews but wanted to give credit to Dr Sami as he is the first dentist who made me feel at ease when doing my teeth. I visited the clinic last week to check one of my tooth as I noticed a small black dot. Dr Sami was extremely lovely and patient with me (fear of needles syndrome). Although my appointment was only for 45 min, I asked him after to check on one of my front teeth as I noticed some discolouration. When he checked, he explained I had as small cavity which was causing it and was happy to go overtime. As it was my front tooth, I was slightly hesitant to do but he showed me some cases he worked on and I was impressed. Its been a week and I am very happy with my results. Thank you Dr Sami!

I went to the clinic to see the dentist after a crown fell off and Dr. Sami was very patient with me since I am very annoying with dentists. He took his time and explained every step he was doing to comfort me. I finished the treatment yesterday and the crown fits perfectly and is aligned well with my other teeth. I would definitely recommend Dr Sami for dental treatments especially if you get super nervous from dentists and needles 🤣

One of the worst clinics that I have encountered, fraud literally, they don’t give out receipts, I’m supposed to have a retouch for my lip fillers and Botox and they didn’t even follow-up worst clinic ever, no wonder doctors left the clinic. An elegant and beautiful center, even the reception staff was nice in their welcome. Among the services, I tried the amazing facial with the specialist Mrs. Mona, who is really nice and expert, who advised me several options suitable for my skinIt was my first experience and I dont think it will be the last, my skin improved from the first session and I really felt the differenceI recommend it

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE LIKE I DIDREAD THE REVIEWS FIRSTI went for full body laser hair removal, I had done it once before with lady that is no longer there so trusting them, I bought 3 sessions as 300 aed offer was going on. After the session, it was evident that the laser wasn’t done properly, I had patches baby hair that should have been burnt off during laser , making me realise how many areas were left. So I decided to change the laser therapist for next session, I was informed they don’t have any. They only have 1 lady who does a pathetic job for laser hair removal.I requested for refund for the 2 sessions I paid for in advance. They said they have sent the request and will update me in 48 hours. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I reached them on whatsapp, same thing and no revert. i called them today and was informed that they won’t refund as it has been over 14 days (for services that were paid for in advance amd haven’t been done) , (they didn’t provide me an invoice but thankfully I paid by card) and they will offer me a touch up session as if I am looking for free laser session.They didn’t provide me anywhere in writing that they don’t refund otherwise I would have never made this mistake.I am obviously getting DED involved but a warning for someone else who might make the same mistake I did.Horrible service, horrible attitude and very very unethical. Wish I had read the reviews first

Great laser hair removal sessions with Queen!

For such a good looking clinic it unfortunately lacks the level of professionalism for its patients. Went for a consultation with my friend and was disgusted and highly disappointed with the conduct and attitude of the dermatologist.The key issues:- Dermatologist did not even introduce herself as we entered.- More concerned about where we were from.- Any questions I asked were abruptly disregarded rather than answered.- Without giving proper explanations was more concerned to begin treatment. This was the most annoying.I would never proceed with any doctor I did not feel I could trust or even provide appropriate simple response for questions asked.The dermatologist was pushy and really did not seem to have my friends best interest at heart.I would not trust this dermatologist for any of my treatments. They really need to work on patient rapport. I’ve been to several places in Dubai and I have never been so disappointed. This whole experience was really shocking.

Clinic is Super clean and the receptionist is super friendly and nice , I did Botox and Lip filler with Dr Eman el Alademi , shes more than professiona and very helpful, she advised what I need exactly What my skin needs and listened carfully to what I want , and above all my lips looks gorgeous after filler and her hand is really magic , really highly recommended and thank you dr Eman 😊😊😍
