I had amazing experience for my laser session. Place is neat and clean. The staff is so cooperative. Specially the lady at reservations Kholoud is so polite and cooperative. My laser technician Radha is really friendly and she explains each and everything thoroughly. Highly recommended.

They are very bad with their appointments scheduling , expect to wait at least 1 hour or longer even though you arrived on time . The reception just will tell you 20 minutes and then proceed to make you wait longer.Rada on the other hand is very good, the hair removal specialist.

I am extremely disappointed with the call center service. I have called five times, specifically asking to speak with Dr. Orabi’s assistant regarding an issue with my recent lip filler treatment, as one side of my lips is visibly larger than the other. Each time, I was assured thatsomeone would reach out, but I have yet to receive any assistance or follow-up. It’s frustrating to feel ignored when trying to resolve a medical and aesthetic issue that I need help with. I hope the clinic will take this seriously and help me find a solution.

The appointment system is totally messed up, even if you are on time they will still let you wait for another 30-40 minutes.The lady on reception keeps telling you the wrong waiting time as well, every time i ask she said 10 more minutes.And finally when the laser session started they used a different machine without my consent.

He’s very understandable about what you exactly needs and it looked very natural as I wanted it to beAnd today was my second visit to the clinic for laser hair removal session and honestly it was great experience! It was my first time at Ageless clinic and was hosted by Marmal, sweetest lady at the reception, to guide me on the process, prices and all required details. I did a full body laser and so happy with Rada, the nurse who did the session for me, so professional and friendly.I have been pushing laser treatment for long time and now I am happy I started with Ageless. I bought the 6 months package, it has to be done at least for 6 times consecutive where hair will be less by 80% by that time.

I had a frustrating experience. I arrived on time for my appointment but ended up waiting over 45 minutes without any communication about the delay. It would have been helpful to be informed instead of sitting there with no updates.

I came to ageless and I did my facial using obagi products. I was extremely happy with the result my face is super clean and glowing and the technician Rashida is extremely professional. She designs the facial based on what your skin needs and she takes care of the smallest details. I highly recommend Rashida and Ageless clinic.

Pooor management of clients. The laser therapist caused me a terrible burn by using the laser on a tattoo and didnt offer any first aid. My skin is badly burn and the tatoo is ruined. Really surpising that she didnt see a fairly large tatoo, isnt this their only job? and the management has not even bothered to address this concern. Despite calling them several times. What sort of medical centre is this?

I wouldnt recommend it.1- hygiene issue: in the laser room the cover towel offered to customers is USED! I had to ask for a new one and the lady said she CAN bring as if its not a MUST or a requirement! Btw we were 4 customers and it was the same for all of us, when the customer finish they fold the towel and keep it on the bed!2- worst time and customer management ever!! It took me 1:30 hours (3 customers) to get in.

I have been a patient at this clinic for 2 years now and still receive calls announcing discounts, even though I told them I was not interested and remove my number from the list. Today I received a call from the call center employee and when I told her I was not interested she hung up on me without any apology or rules for ending the call. No respect.

My experience with Ageless clinic was truly amazing specially with Dr.Orabi, the proficiency and care were pretty comfy considering that it was my first time doing lip filler, he just did exactly what I wanted to be plus he’s special touch. I had both Botox and hair removal there. Both were the least effective treatments Ive ever had.The effect of Botox disappeared after two months and the hair removal was almost ineffective.Also scheduling the appointment was not very professional.Never again

I’ve done my lip filler with doctor Orabi which was perfect resultAnd I’ve been doing my laser hair removal sessions there for almost 16 months so farMy last session was horrible! I got many burn spots all over my legs and hips, I Donno what’s the reason!What made really disappointed and will never recommend this place to any of my connections is when I contacted to ask what’s wrong and why the burn spots happened she said I’ll check .. I’ve asked her 2 more times in different days any they are just saying will check again ! What would you check dear ?? Ok just asking what can I apply for the but causes by you !Overrated place and not recommended at they don’t value their clients.

I had an appointment today with Dr Arabi at 5:30. I left at 7:30 without treatment. First medicine was expiring soon within 10 days and they didn’t have any with long expiry, then the wait was too long, the people managing the clinic need a course on how to deal with customers. The doctor came into the room after an hours wait. The nurse had opened the product without showing me then the doctor asked her to bring another and he said he will go to the next client and come back to me. After one hour wait I discovered that the Dr actually finished with that client and went to get another then someone came to tell me at 7;30 that the Dr needs at least 40 minute and that they will take me to another Dr to do the treatment!!!!! Even though I booked with Dr Arabi. There was no aoplogy whatsoever: of course at that point I got up and left.Summary:Unprofessionalism at its bestNurse was not hygienic touching everything with her gloves then the needleProducts were about to expireWaiting time was insaneThen They wanted to send me to another Dr!Of course at that stage I got up and left the clinic without doing the treatment.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic at all. Have not witnessed this much lack of professionalism in any clinic before

Its been an amazing journey with Ageless, the staff is super compliant, and services are amazing!!

I had an appointment at 6:00 PM which I booked two weeks ago and arrived early at 5:40 PM. The receptionist informed me that there were still two clients ahead of me and asked if I could come back at 6:30 PM. I returned at 6:30 PM, but none of the technicians were ready, and the technician I booked with was still busy. It’s now 7:15 PM, and I’m still waiting for my appointment.They don’t take appointments seriously and show no professionalism in scheduling. Waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes is unacceptable. No one called to inform me of any scheduling issues, causing me to delay my other commitments. My time has been wasted, and I deserve compensation for this inconvenience.

I did Haydrafacial with Rashida it was amazing and she is very expert also the staff at the reception very kind and welcoming.

Horrible experience. Not professional at all, I made a full body laser removal booking one week before for laser. When I arrived, they told me that the lady who’s assigned to me is busy. But I had already freed up my day for this. They gave me a solution which is to wait for ONE HOUR. When I refused, they told me to wait for 5 mins until the other lady is done to be able to work on me. They made me wait that one hour anyway without any compensation or sympathy. Never dealing with them again.

I did the best hydrafacial with Rashida , she is very good, my skin is glowing, i recommend her to most of my friends.

I had a bad experience since the first visit, they did not introduce me to the laser machine that they will use. I am used to the one that blows air to the laster area and she started without telling me anything. I asked for the air machine she said that we dont have. She kept on pushing to finish the session.My experience was bad from the first time and personally I will never come back.

Unprofessional staff booked an appointment at 11:00 am started 2 hours earlier considering the situation of Dubai roads just to be on time, and I am asking is it that difficult to do the same for the staff? At 11:15 I got informed that staff is on the way I say ok will wait. Only to be informed at 11:40 that they need 1 hour to reach. I left obviously not trusting their words. Because 1 hour could be 2-3hr. There are other medical centers in Dubai who cares about their clients time and respect them.

I dont recommend this clinic.Yesterday had appointment for lip filler dissolve. Agreed on 399. Dhm. Before visiting the doctorAfter visiting the doctor. They told me 999. Dhm. Will be the priceI had 0.5 ml of filler. And as they said I need 3 ml of injection to dissolve. .this is actually impossible. They just do business. . I waisted my time . Worse service . Very disappointed.

I did my lips and under eye filler with Dr Lyn . Very happy with the results. Important point to mention that I really didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. She is very experienced.The 3 stars is due to the clinic lack of respect for appointment timings in my appointment and in the follow up appointment I had to wait for more than 1 hour. This is extremely frustrating and I wish they could work on improving this point.

I visited the clinic yesterday. While the clinic is clean and the front desk staff is good. I was very unhappy with the laser technician. She missed a whole area on my face when I asked her, she threw attitude. She also shaved a little bit on the missed areas from my side and lied to the front reception that I didn’t shave. It’s standard practice for the technician to shave if there is bit of hair left. She also didn’t apply the treatment cream after the session. I will visit again, however the technician Rona is not good. I hope they have better technician’s.

Very bad product low quality, i did under eye filler and botox, and temple filler, i did not get any results at all, even in botox the Dr do the touch up twice, very very bad experience i called them just to complain they didn’t offer me to come to see my results.All the good reviews they have on instagram or google reviews are fake, i saw one old patient she told me they are telling the patients to put good reviews and get 20% discount, i paid around 4500 AED before my wedding without any good results

Very bad experience. I did the profhilo and I was told I was supposed to see the result after 10 days, it’s been more than a month now and I didn’t see any result. There’s also a pigmented area on my cheek from the Injection site. I do not recommend.

I did with them Botox and lip filler and less than 2 months result gone as i didnt do anything and i did filler under eyes and cheeks and didnt see any result i have told the doctor that I dont see any differences she said wait for 1 week but i know that filler result shows same time even my sister did one maintenance lezar session but when she reach home she saw that hair still there in different areasthey also post offers in social media but when you go there you find either different prices or different product and when you tell them they will say its the call center who give you this wrong information not us as if the call center is not belong to them !!I do not recommend this clinic WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

AWFULL - at the time of appointement, we are told 10 min after the laser machine was not working that day. No message sent to inform us at all, even nothing said when I called myself earlier on the day to confirm the appointement while the machine was obviously nit working. while at the Clinic, they asked for the use of another machine, regardless any assessment on what was best&efficient for us. Then they asked us to wait about 30 to 45 minutes more, which was about almost 1 hour after the original timing of our appointement. Not even any commercial gesture.We left, wasted our time with people unable to assist. The day after, The clinic called to ask why we did not come to our appointement!!!!!! I was really upset by so much mismanagement & unprofessional client relation. Another person called again on behald of a manager who did not even bother to talk to me directly & offered to reshedule the appointement... well I am now travelling. And after my insistance of receiving at least a gesture for the trouble they caused, they offered 20 dhrs off!!! I asked for another offer not as insulting as taking 20dhrs off. I was told the manager will call back on the day. They NEVER DID.Awfull experience

I just had Botox, profhilo and lip filler procedure for d first time ever but I had d best experience with Dr. Abdullah and his assisting nurse Ms. Krishia. Dr. Abdullah’s hands works wonders, he’s very patient for first timers like me and gives me d best results one could ask for. Look for him when you come for appointment, he Will never disappoint.

I dont ever recommend this clinic to anyone. Already warned all my friends and family about it. Worst experience ever! I don’t know were to start even, from not being honest when i kept asking for dr Lyn and the call center kept saying she is on “sick leave” and will come back soon.i booked temporarily with another dr and left a note if dr Lyn comes back to change my appointment with her. I left a note every day saying if she comes back i wanted an appointment with her.I kept calling every day to follow up they said don’t worry we’ll let you know. For a whole week I followed up. On the day of appointment I arrived and saw dr Lyn there when i asked them how come you didn’t inform me she is back so i change my appointment with her. They confessed that she is no longer working with them and that she can’t take new patients. They dragged me to go with another dr lying to me that Dr lyn will be available anytime soon. Other than the 1 hour wait that happened. My appointment was 2:30 I arrived 2:25 and kept waiting till 3 to be admitted to the procedure room.they informed me someone will come to apply the numbing cream and it needs 15 mins to work. They kept me waiting 15 mins to get the cream!! 45 mins wasted for just waiting. I left the procedure room to remind them of the cream and 4 receptionist where standing on the reception table talking and on their phone’s watching videos that i could hear from the room inside. They applied the cream and asked me to wait 15 mins. I put an alarm i was sure they will take thirty more minutes to remember me. 20 mins passed i had to leave the room again and call them to come finish my procedure and of course 4 of the receptionist outside giggling and talking. Other than the hideous lip fillers i got worst fillers very unprofessional he grated the fillers above my lips i don’t understand how is that possible injected all the fillers above my lip line. 1 hour of waiting i arrived 2:25 and was out of the clinic at 3:40. Worst timing and worst staff ever , unsuccessful lip fillers and the dishonesty of appointments for my preferred dr. I would request a refund because im dissolving them soon at another clinic. Unsatisfied with everything provided by this clinic.

I went exactly on time and had to wait for 45 minutes, when I was upset the Dr Leen didn’t even apologize and she said so what’s the big deal if you wait for 30-40 minutes, while I finish other patients, she didn’t respect my time and she didn’t even see that something was wrong, I informed her that I’m a doctor myself and that also didn’t make her realize that having the patient wait for 45 minutes is wrong… I refused to do any treatment in this clinic and I told everyone I know not to step inside this center, they over book 2-3 patients at the same time to make more money from a single appointment…

This is my 3rd visit to Ageless clinic and I did laser with Rona, Z- Wave and Z- Lipo with Dr Faten and what amazing results. Not to mention the great offers they always have!Also a great thank you to the reception Lana who is very welcoming, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Disappointed 👎🏻I did botox with dr marabi..i guess he injected me with water..very low quality like i did nothing..even after retouching..nothingI tried to send him messages and the reception talked to me via whatsapp then they disappearedI give one star for the doctor bcz he is kind and friendly otherwise unprofessional and please do not follow any instagram shows..choose a professional doctor for any treatment u need

I didnt have chance to try their services because I had to swear that I was at the clinic door when they called me and when I entered the dr leen had left already! I was at the reception at 8:33 and my booking was 8:30.they called me 5 times between 8 to 8:30 to confirm the appointment and in each time I confirmed that Im coming. even I asked if they wanted to cancel because they called to much!!and I finally meet the Dr was upset because she had to come back and I spent more than 10 minutes explaining how many times I confirmed that Im coming. than I left

I’m super unsatisfied with this clinic. They didn’t even call a day before to confirm my appointment and i had to call and confirm myself but that’s besides the point. My main issue is that I have booked my appointment in Ramadan and went sharp on time while fasting. I waited 30 minutes then the receptionist decided to come and tell me three people are waiting before me and that I can come after iftar but of course people’s life’s and schedules aren’t sloppy like your management. Also, they didn’t even offer a compensation for my wasted time or anything. We then booked for the following day and still no one called to confirm or apologize. I would like to tell this clinic that wasting the customers time even though they drove 30 mins to reach there isn’t a joke and can’t be fixed by a messy reschedule without any confirmation call or compensation to the client. It’s not my fault you couldn’t manage your schedules. Save your time and money everyone… even my first laser session was super sloppy and many areas were left untouched.

Very bad experience with Dr Abdulla on Botox and prophylo. Was bruised in the first time and even in the retouch he bruised my face plus the Botox didn’t give the desired result even after retouch. Worse of all is he so commercial he was in first and second time trying to force convince me into have fillers which I told him is not what i am looking for. I asked for two prophylo injections he did three when I don’t need that quantity - pure commercial and zero with is and zero professionalism. Worse off when I made a feedback at the clinic they did nothing to fix the situation or remedy their errors despite showing pictures. What a shame - stay away and run away

I had a terrible experience during a hydra facial session with a facialist who handled my skin roughly. After the service, they informed me that I needed to use a special cream exclusively available at their facility, and this kind of cream is not available in any pharmacy for which I had to pay extra. When I asked about the ingredients and whether it was an antibiotic cream, the facialist refused to answer and seemed offended by my question. She even warned me that if anything went wrong with my face, I couldnt blame her without buying the cream. I strongly advise against going to this place. As some one who does regular face treatments this place seemed scammy and not your moneys worth.

I asked her a question and she answered me mockingly and started laughing and said to me in all rudeness, “Your question is funny.” You made me feel like I was stupid because I did not have enough information. The worst experience ever I had in my life was in this place as the staff is not handling the patients in proper way for me literally the staff sending me home and I didnt had my session because her husband is waiting her down to pick her home, and she told me the same on my face with no manner or respect although I came ony time.I didnt recommend anyone to go there. Ok am quite shocked with 2 negative reviews I read hereI’ve been following the doctor account and the clinic account for quite long time i came to know them through sara tajmeel.This year is quite very important for me so i was looking to have a face procedure as new start first i went for hifu treatment and the results was unbelievable good for me . I went as well in the same day consultation to have the doctor opinion he was really nice polite and gentle.month later i went for full face conturing and botox i was so impressed i saw the result exactly week later . went for touch up at that time the botox worked and i had one eye corner that have line it disappeared i was really happy. I am still going to continue my jaw line to adjustI want to mention the collagen threads were magical taking in consideration i hate threads yet this was something else . I was following another 2 doctors all are great but I need to give this credit to doctor Mohamed best of luck and don’t let the negativity gets in to you.

I got one of the worst experiences in my my life.I went to your clinic as you have an offer for hydrafacial for 199 AEDBut the specialist advised me that if I wanted to remove my pimple, I would have to pay 500 AED as it will not be removed with the hydrafacial.Even though the receptionist told me through the phone that the pimple would be removed with the hydrafacial.I paid 500 AED, but none of the pimples have been removedIt was really a very bad experienceShe only cares how to charge extra money, and she didnt even talk and explain in a nice way

I did full body laser without back and tummy when I went back home I found out that the full bikini was not done I raised a complaint through instagram as per the agent who was dealing with my complaint in instagram I need to wait 14 days to know and I already done it 6 times I know very well , when I complained to call center the lady told me the offer is not included bikini ?!!!!I’m very disappointedI will do again another session outside because of youI will definitely raise an official complaint because you lied to me you said the offer is for full body except back and tummy now when I complained you said the bikini is not in the offer .I don’t advice you to go there my colleague told me to not go because she has an issue with you before unfortunately I didn’t listen to her

I booked hydra facial the price was 250 aed it’s was an offer when I start The facial I was so upset because was express , they skipped all the steps of hydra machine even the infra red for closing pores , when I asked the therapist she said not including the offer , this is not acceptable,I felt like they fooled me when they didn’t mention all this on the offer , they can say express facial , not hydra facial,however the team were helpful and kind .plz don’t trust their offers at all .

Worst experience In Dubai. Do not waste your money or time with them. I went for Botox, first session showed hardly any results. Then went for a follow up and still hardly any effect. Dr just walked in said my name (wrong by the way) and started injecting without having a proper consultation of what I want and what he is about to do. Clearly very unprofessional! Reception staff are very nice and clearly had to learn how to apologise for Dr being late for every session I went for.

The services are so good and they use the best hair leaser technologies. Their hair leaser machine is Candella which is the best in town. Lana is so friendly and very welcoming.

Went for lazer.the therapist was in a hurry and she didn’t bother to remove the hairs from places which were not reachable for me like the back of my arms few places at the back of my leg. Although I requested her that I know there should be places few hairs are left plz you remove while doing laser but she didn’t bother.I went to other clinics earlier and therapist were professional. This was my only session here and won’t go back again

What an amazing and healthy clinic, also Dr Mahmoud is such a talented dentist which i didn’t feel any pain and the result for my cosmetic veneers was very satisfying.

I had a factor five session, which the most expensive facial in uae that cost 4750.. first they were promoting on their IG that it’s only for 3500 and u get free injection (profhilo) then when u get there they completely deny even tho it’s still on their story and try to trick you with blablablabla…. Anyway this treatment hadn’t do anything to my face but it added more pigmentation that was not there..all what they care about is money and fake advertisement (ps: if u check their IG for this treatment they put a lady with hyperpigmentation and severe melisma that completely cured after one session) in the other hand my face had nothing but very light pigmentation and got nothing in return… i don’t recommend them to anyone

They have good price but for one serivce you keep waiting for 1 to 2hrz.. which made us upset.. they need to plan there day better or inform the customers that they wait for 2 hrz so they now whats waiting for them
