I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lana Kadir who performed a combination of treatments on me, including peeling, RF microneedling, and Polynucleotides for my under-eye area. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. The peeling helped with skin texture and radiance, while the RF microneedling provided a noticeable tightening and rejuvenation effect. I have been a patient with Lima for sometime now and coming to her was one of the best choice I’ve made. Her approach to dieting and nutrition is unmatched and she really focuses on creating a healthy balance unlike the typical diets I have tried in the past. She focuses on promoting a positive body image and realistic weight loss where you can lose weight without starving yourself. She’s very kind and is always available whenever you need her!

They will give you their offers and when you go for appointment they will change all the prices - the doctor also didnt even ask me how i want my lips - yet she was annoyed that i was so nervous because it was my first time , after talking to them for refund to change in tabby they said we cant change it . I said ok just refund the money to my account they said ok but they didnt ,.. they reduced the price in tabby even when they said they cant!! I can’t understand why cant they be honest or have correct information.

Most careless and incompetent clinic I have ever seen in Dubai! Do yourself a favor and save your face and money!!!The doctor destroyed the looks of my face and I didn’t get what I went for and what I paid for, it was the opposite and I’m paying the price for it now! I complained to them and they don’t care at all!2 weeks ago I shared everything with them and nobody got back to me, it’s just shocking, first they do something wrong and then they ignore you!!The women working at the reception also tried as well to charge me more money, which I found so cheap and then I still paid more because apparently they didn’t have change!I only went there because I have seen this clinic in a story of an influencer, don’t trust them please, horrible what happen to me, I wished I wouldn’t ever visit them!!

I would like to share something nice that happened today . I was in the reception paying for my excellent and amazing skin session with Dr.Lana and a client just entered ranch checked her appointment but the receptionist told her that her appointment was tomorrow not today !! The client was surprised and she said ok I will come tomorrow but the receptionist told her oh my god today is hot and u came all the way to us and then she offered her a voucher 😊 how sweet was that !I can’t tell u how much that affected me , how sweet were the receptionists there .. all of them are friendly and Dr.Lana is the best skin Dr as she will put all her offerts to make us beautiful with her politeness, kindness, and professionalism way in understanding and dealing with the skins ..All staff are working form their heart , the important thing for them to serve us and make us happy 😊😊 thank u AIG clinic

This is a honest review , I went to aig clinic bcs they had an offer for hydrafacial and when i met lana kadir she suggested to do snow white treatment ( peeling) , i had few pimples , i did it on 4th of june , and they gave me some moisturizer and some cream for acne scars , and through my journey of peeling my skin was so red and whenever i put a moisturizer my skin burns and i feel like heat , usually they are saying that’s this faze will go after a week , but my skin was still burning after week and more when i put the moisturizer that they gave me , i have contacted lana kadir to see if this is normal and she was saying it’s normal, i have switched the moisturizer and i bought cicaplast balm and it’s helped so much it’s was cooling my face , now it’s 27th of july and my skin barrier is damaged , i have got more pimples inside my skin and more out that i have never had in my life , i regret it , please see you skin type first and check a good clinic before to do any treatment to your face , this lesson i have learned.

I meet AIG clinics and amazing Dr Hebaallah Abdallah when I had problem during eye low line fillers in other clinics. Problem started when the filler blocked the vein and stopped the circulation in that part of the face, so from that clinic they sent me to Dr Hebaallah Abdallah and she dissolved the fillers and saved me from surgical intervention!

I went for a consultation to put some filler on my hip dips, I was doubtful as it was the first time doing such kind of procedure. Dr Mazen explained everything so well and thoroughly it made me feel so comfortable and I just went for it. I’m so happy with the results, it’s so natural nobody could tell I had work done. He really boosted my self esteem as I was so self conscious about this for so long! I’m so happy!

I have bad experience in this AIG clinic, I went for a facial and sarwat suggest to do a facial with Biorepeel, so I did it and now I have acne breakouts in my face, everyone is asking me what happens to my face 😭😭😭 I really regert doing it.

Dr. Heba Abdalla is so professional just gives you the right advice and treatment that shows natural results . Ive been doing my lips with her for years, and to this day, I’m always blown away by how she manages to make them look so natural yet so perfect! She is the only doctor I trust with my lips and is overall so lovely to be around. I agree with the negative comments below. The receptionists had very bad behavior and unprofessional. Talking loud when door was open about my personal discussions. Also try to change the prices after it was pre discussed, both of them attacked me. It was a humiliating experience to say the least. Never going there again. They try and tell you different price then charge you extra when you try to leave

Worst service ever.. It was my first visit Dr Heba left me during consultation she said that she is gonna have water! And she didnot come back, she was sitting in her clinic with another patient.. and I paid for the five minutes consultation which was useless.. not recommended at all

As a client I always search for others opinion not only about clinic but first and foremost about the particular doctor. Hence wholeheartedly Id like to recommend Dr. Carmelo. Not only has he fixed a complaint I came with but whats as equally important, he made me feel understood, comfortable and important. His professionalism, attention to details, care, approach is what makes a difference. Definitely will return to Dr. Carmelo. No doubt 5 full stars :)The clinic overall is very good, clean, hygienic with nice ambiance and standards. The only thing which slightly bothers me is lack of consistency in delivering service/customer service/quality. Ive taken few treatments so far and sometimes (majority of the time) the service is excellent, and I mean across the board; from reception, thru management, ending with doctors, however sometimes its completely opposite (sadly also across the board) and hence 4 stars instead of 5.I was on the edge of ending my relationship with this clinic. However as mentioned, Dr. Carmelos approach changed my experience and decision.I guess as in every place there are the great and the not so great people/employees/experiences.

This is a review for Dr. Hebaallah, dermatologist at AIG Clinic in Dubai. Lady Dr. Hebaallah is an excellent skin Dr, she is 100% efficient and proficient using needles. Her work is her Art. I am very pleased and happy to write that I am her regular and very satisfied client. She knows how to enhance my Beauty.

I liked this clinic till my last experience when I realised what kind of people are owning it. Doctors and nurses are super nice but then when it comes to the owners ethics and professionality is basically non existing. They are able to interrupt your session several times and lie to your eyes saying they didnt know there was a patient inside (even receptionist is confirming in front of both she was told so). What a shame. I would never come back if I wouldnt pay upfront for my treatment.

I just flew in from the states and was in much need of a facial. I went to Sarwat because I have followed and seen her work through Instagram. She gave me the best hydro facial I’ve ever had hands down! My skin was instantly glowing as I walked out of her office. I am excited to see the full results within the next few days! I went to Dr. Heba Abdallah Shafiek to enlarge my Butt and to correct my Hip Dips. She used a very high product call; Privilège Proderma. The procedure was not painful at all; time recovery took about 2, 3 days, and results are incredible and I just couldnt be happier; it definitely made a difference and gave my butt a major lift and make my Hip Dips more feminine.

Unprofessional customer service! I waited 30 mins for my appointment with Dr. Issa and no one came to inform me that the doctor is running late

Very unprofessional!They made me pay in full for a session ( ultra former) and they clearly mentioned that this price 7K is including the second session ( touch up ) which is supposed to be done after 3 months from the first one .I did the first session in Dec. 2019 so supposedly the second one should be in March 2020!March was in a middle of the pandemic which we are still in as of yet.I rang today(23. July.2020) and aksed the receptionist for the touch up session this coming week. she told me your session is expired already, you are calling after 4 months from your touch up !I told her : “you rang me in March and told me to come and you guys are still open but I have informed you that I’m not comfortable coming now , Corona cases are arising and it’s not really a “ need “for me to do it in such situation”. She replied “ok no problem”. She hasn’t even mention that the session will be expired if I didn’t make it on time !I asked them to refund me the second session , she replied firstly session is already expired , then she said ill speak to management and ring you back. She never rang back , i had to ring back and ask again.first thing she said “actually we tried to ring you etc. “i had to explain the story again for the third time , then she said “the price was only for one session actually” which is a Not Correct , she said that just not to do it again.So no refund , no touch up ! Seriously!? It’s a pandemic out of everyone’s control ! People are getting out of their way to keep their customers happy!!! if you really care about customer satisfaction not “ MONEY “ you would say immediately “ No problem at all , we are happy you are back “ !Such a shame !!! Never be back again and I’ll inform everyone I know of this terrible experience.

Best Vip clinic in dubai I knew them since 2020 until now , I always treat my face with sarwat shes is the best beauty therapist she gave the patient a long time to discuss with her about the sessions, I did Many treatments with her chemical peel, Micro needling RF + Hydra facial I got a great result she treated my acne and my acne scars.. my skin glowing now thank u so much sarwat ❤❤

Staff are really good but the treatment is waste n loss of money.... i paid almost 3500+ for the session & lotions recommended by them but i could not even see 0% improvement in my skin, instead my skin got more open pores all over face after treatment...its a BIG LOSS of money n time

Just spent 50 min waiting for a consultation appointment with a facial cosmetologist in the car in the parking. The receptionist assured that I should wait 10 min and I decided to wait in the car and left my cell number, when I called the clinics the cosmetologist was still not available and the receptionist did not return my call at all.

Worst experience ever. It looks like a fancy place when you arrive but very disorganized. Results were poor as well. Plenty of other choices available with better quality at a fraction of the price.

Second time I went to have a Hifu procedure done with The cosmetologist Ana Maria at the clinic, and I’m not happy at all with the way that she had treated me for the second time, she’s a very uneducated professional.

They are very bad at appointments. I book an appointment. They say I dont have an appointment, even though Im coming from a far away place. Whats the point? They give me a reception.

My dealings with Dr. Rudaina Muhaydat, who is one of the most skilled doctors in cosmetic treatments, was gentle and not exaggerated in a way that suits each case and its needs for any treatment. She is very nice to deal with and explains in detail every treatment she performs.

The best thing about this clinic is the doctorSecret and ohAnd the rest is less than normal, and the marketing manager is very badly treated. She doesn’t talk, I don’t know why. But for Dr. Siri, the job is no better. She has a neater face. She looks smoother and sweeter, and Yara in the reception is also treated no better.As for the rest, as we told you, there is a lot of superior treatment, and I hope marketing is correct. You must change your marketing right.

What matters to her is credibility. I mean, many times I say I need to do a specific cosmetic procedure, such as fillers, Botox, or Any other type, tell me what you need.
